Candidate Journals

This morning on the way to sparring class, I received a text from Grand Master Evins asking me to teach sparring. Always keeping me on my toes and challenging me. I love that! That is one of my most favorite classes to teach or participate. Hopefully the class had a good workout and got something out of it. As I finally start to grow up, I can safely say that all the things I thought I had figured out, I don't. That is today's lesson to myself. Keep learning, keep growing, aim high and bow low. Humility is the key to knowledge and progression. Had an awesome time in black belt class. Always a great class with Master Chelley Hartle. After class I was hoping to work more on the new Do Jong, but we had a meeting with friends for our schools fund raiser which somehow I got stuck on....

Today I did my morning things and went to school. At school I picked who I'm going to be for Night of the Notables (which is a day where everybody dresses up as a historical figure and acts like them) and did a math test, and I celebrated my friend's birthday day.

today was really eventful. first, i woke up at luci's (we were having a sleepover) and then we had breakfast and we went to sparring and bb class. i got some requirements done in between, and then i did community service with my girl scout troop and i went home and finished the rest of my requirements. and for some reason i want sushi? it's weird. but never mind. well, that's all. gooooooooodbye, and don't forget to like and comment and subscribe and follow my twitter, insta, snap, tiktok, tumblr, facebook, and pinterest! just kidding. bye.

today was another day that I was sick at home :( It was boring and filled with naps. Mom says that I might have the flu. But today I did 30 pull-ups.

today was even worse than yesterday. I have the flu. Hopefully Im not sick for the saturday community service

Yesterday was PE at school. I ran a lot and also ran during recess.  Came home and finished my homework and went to classes. Did my mentee session and then kick boxing was fun. Now I am in the bus stop waiting for my bus

Today I did my empathy training and wrote the essay on my white belt challenge. It was kind of unnerving not hearing your own voice and I messed up a couple times. My essay I wrote in the afternoon then I tried to run but my leg has been tight for some time and it locked up. So I only ran a half a mile because of the muscle knot.

Today I woke up and went to school.  At school I did the pacer test and did some of a project in ELA.  After school I went to tkd and my mom picked me up.  We then went to the pit and had some fun.  Next I went back to her house, took a shower and did my homework.

Today I woke up and went to school. later on I got off the bus and walked home. I did some push ups and sit ups and then went to go shopping. I bought new shoes and school supplies  for the new semester. 

hello and monday i'm not saying happy monday because that would be a lie. it's a well known fact that everyone hates mondays. and sometimes you feel sorry for monday because it can be good sometimes, but most of the time you just wanna whack it with a baseball bat. today was normal. wake up. school. home. requirements. homework. that's basically all i did today. in other notes, i read a story about how someone used their washer as a salad spinner. i mean, it's a good concept, but in terms of sanitization and being clean, it's gross because the washer is where you clean your used clothes. you'd be eating used clothes salad. gross. so that's it. have a monday. not a happy monday. just a monday.

Got a leadership credit for helping out in class today. It gave me a chance to round up my kicking requirements. I came home, did more of my requirements, and tried to refrain from eating icecream (It didn't work). Hope everyone had a good day!

Today is the day after my empathy training and I started my essay on it. I also got into two different big school projects which might be difficult to juggle around with TKD. Hopefully I get it all done. Wishing everyone a good Monday.

My shrub (Camie) is  doing well and I only have to water her two times per week. I'm usually not the best with plants whether I forget to give them water or I don't give them enough sun light or too much sunlight. Today I helped out with two classes because my mentee wasn't at Tae Kwon Do today and I got a mentor session in at the end of my regular class.

happy sunday i thought today was monday. so that was stupid. moving on! today i just sat around, did my requirements, sat around some more. and it was great. because i finally got some sleep. and i'll try to get even more sleep so i don't come to school everyday looking like a vampire that's half melted from the sun. that's pretty much all i have to say because like i said nothing really happened today. except for one more thing- could the websie please have a few updates so that people can't see people's personal information. like one time i was checking the site when i wasn't logged in and i could see my address. i really don't want random people seeing my address, and i think other people wouldn't like that either. so just a request. goodbye and happy mon- nope, it's sunday. 

Nate and I got our Cyprus trees today. I took some time to think about the significance of the tree. It is something for us to nurture and take of, which takes times and patience. I think that this could be related to our learning of Tae Kwon Do... it takes time and patience, and I also think it take the patience of our keepers (in this case our Masters and Instructors) to take the time to teach us and be patient as we learn. Not trying to read too far into it, but I think this is getting us more ready to be Instructors and teachers to others. Keep Moving!!!

Today Sara and I were woken up by Anna at 3 am. She had a fever, chills and a headache. By morning she felt a little better but was exhausted from the long night. Charlie also felt under the weather. I left the house at 6 and got home from work at 7pm to hear the days sick events. They both look like they don't feel well. I quickly did my exercises while watching the end of the Lego movie. We are all headed to bed. Hopefully this is a quick illness for them.

I have had a really stressful week, so today being pretty calm was a really nice change of pace. I slept in, ate, then went to go get my plant for the cycle. With help from my mom I was able to find a shrub that will hopefully be in bloom around the time we plant them. My mom and I then went out to do some other chores, while we were out we saw an old family friend that we hadn't seen in a while, it was nice catching up. I'm just settling down for bed now, prepared to start school again tomorrow.

Today was an interesting day because I was sick and did not feel well. Because of this I skipped school. I took naps and had a miserable day.

today was terrible. I got sick last night and stayed home from school today. I spent the majority of the day resting and watching movies. Very boring hopefully I am better tomorrow.

Yesterday was a really long day. I spent almost all my time finishing my assignments so that i dont have to worry about it during the week. Then i picked my up my book reading. I will be done this week with that. Our pull up bar broke and my dad will fix it today he said. My dad and brother watched Pro-Ball yesterday when i was doing my assignments. I am getting ready to go to school now. 

Today I got up and ready for church. After church we did some shopping for my sister school event for the 100th day of school. Then I made mozzeralla cheese sticks and all I did wrong is the ration of bread crumbs. Today was a good day.

Today I woke up and took a shower, next I ate breakfast and did some homework.  Then I went to my grandpas birthday party.  After that I went back to my grandparents house and printed my project.  After I went to my moms house and played some xbox and did requirements.  Now I am going to sleep.

Today I worked on a new running schedule because my old one wasn't working out well. Today I didn't do much so it was easy getting all my requirements in. I just went to church with my dad (my brother has a fever), went to Trader Joes and Ikea, went home and did not much of anything for the rest of the day.

Today was church day. After church were we had a great lesson we came home did some exercises. I ended up not felling good. So, I took some medicine then went to basketball. Are team loss but my dad and I fell good about how we played. Then went to grocery store. came home and wrote this. 

Today I spent time with my dad and my dogs and relaxed at his house. Then I went back to my mom's house. I did some push ups and sit ups and got ready for school tomorrow. 

I had a good day. I I'd my requirements in the morning. Then I had lunch. Then I watched my watching time. Then I finished my requirements. Then I had dinner. I amean going to bed now.

Today was a normal Friday I went to school, went through my classes and finally got onto the bus to go home. I arrive at school while listing to Trippie Redd on the way. I get home eat but then have to got to black belt class right after. I was late but was not super late. After class I went home and got some stuff to have a sleepover with my friend Lawson.  

Today I watched some kind of mummie movie, which was actually kinda good. But I do think it's strange that I wanted the bad guys to win. Then I went to go celebrate Papa's birthday, which was really fun. I finally went home and just got on my Xbox while playing requirements.

Today we woke up and did our exercises while waiting for Chocolate Chip scones to bake in the oven. We then had the treat and planned the rest of the day. Sara came home from work late morning, which was a great surprise. As she arrived, we(Charlie, Anna, the two dogs, and I) were headed out for a jog. On the way back, Sara was headed out, so I thought I would go a little further with her. Turned into a little more distance than I anticipated. Worked out in the end. After the run, Will and I went to Lowes for a door knob and some other stuff. Will convinced me that a trip to Target was needed to buy a small set of needed Legos. On the way home, Will and I stopped off at Tenders for lunch, it seamed like a good excuse to spend a little time...

today was a good day. I spent the morning at home doing my exercises. I then spent the day at my friends house. then went to bed.

Today we spent the morning at home. I did my exercises with my dad. I went to my soccer game in the afternoon. I then came home and we watched a movie and went to bed.

I had a good day. In the morning I went to the basketball game. Then we went to the Taekwando class. Then I had dinner. Then I had my watching time. Then I did my requirements. Then we went out shopping. Then I had dinner. I amean going to bed now.

Today I woke up at my friend's house because we were having a sleepover. Then my mom picked me up so I could go get a haircut. The haircut took too long for us to make it to saturday black belt class so we skipped it. The good thing is i already took enough saturday black belt classes so it did not do any bad for me. 

Today I got up did my things and went to T.K.D (Tae Kwon Do). After that I went to lunch at a friend's house to celebrate their birthday. Then I went to my cousins' birthday party. Now it's time to sleep.

Today I finished my physical pre-test by running a mile. I also took a sparring class and a Saturday black belt class. I got my shrub today also and it is a Camilia

We had a good day at king tiger. Zach came over today. We got to play nerf war at the house. it was great. we tried to get a sleep over but our moms said another time when we can plan. finished cleaning up and going to bed. 

I did the rooms at the inn again. It was another great experience. It was fantastic to meet these awesome men and hear their stories. These are just other human beings that need love. Our society sometimes cases them away and we need to actually pull them in. They deserve our love and it is amazing how love changes people. We call want to be wanted... so think about that next time you see someone on the street. Keep Moving!!!

I had a good day. I had fun at school. In the evening my mom picked me up from school. She was early so we went shopping. After coming home my nanny said that she would not be able to babysit my brother anymore. So my brother is going to pre-school ! I am so excited for him to go to pre-school! After that I went to the weekday black belt class. Then I had dinner. I am going to bed now. 

Today I get to have a sleepover with my friend who goes to my school and also is on the black belt cycle. Ritika is spending the night then we will drop her off at sparring/black belt class. Today was a pretty decent day, I got to kickboxing class which is interesting and definitely a work out. That class gives me 30 sparring rounds and its really helping since I don't have much time at home to work on those.

Yesterday went to BB class and then came back home tired. Today we went for sparring and BB Class at North Charlotte. Got a lot of requirements done. I am now working on my assignments and getting ready for next week

Good morning to all. I’m about to go to sparing class and after that I will go to black belt class but I gotta wait for a while. At least I got one journal in while I could!

I  went to Vegas and LA the past week. And honestly I am kind of sad because 1) I didn't get to see Shawn Mendes and 2)  I had gotten souvenirs for my close friends, and now we can't find them. On the bright side, I started reading The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah, and it so good! It has a little bit of romance and a little bit of adventure...basically the perfect novel.

So today I went to school then got home and then had Spanish class for 2 hours. It was very fun. I had so much trouble on the accents! And I had to read a book in Spanish.

Today I woke up did my morning things ate cereal and went to school. When I came back I did a Tae Kwon Do essay. Then I went to a Indian resturant. Now I'm going to sleep

hello, everybody. i am at luci's house, and you should all know luci, but if don't meet her because she is my best friend but if you try to steal my best friend remember, she is mine. we just went to kickboxing class and black belt class at the Hartle's which was fun. after that we got sushi and we sang all the way home. then i played with yuki, luci's dog, who i suspect is starting to like me better than luci, but if she doesn't she has plenty of time to still like me. we will at sparring and bb class tomorrow, and i wish everyone a good weekend. ... and to not steal my best friend. seriously, don't.

Today I woke up and packed my bags for the weekend then went to school.  I had a good day at school and had a test in intro to office.  In fourth block we had some assignments that I finished.  I then went to tkd and went on a run and took black belt class.

hey hey hey, we're almost a week in the cycle. and i'm sure we're all tired as ever! as much as i would like to rant about how much i want to drop on the floor and just lie there for an hour, i have more important things to do. i hope everyone's day was okay, and my day was the usual. wake up, school, lunch, more school, club, home, requirements, taekwondo, more requirements, dinner,  sleep. and you know why breakfast isn't there? because breakfast is for people who have time in the mornings! but i know it's all gonna be worth it in the end. eyes on the prize, y'know?

Today, we had the first Tae Kwon Do class in the Harrisburg school. We had the Masters training in our school and it was wickedly bodacious. What an honor to have so much knowledge in one location. It was great getting the ideas and suggestions on what to tweak to improve. We did miss the main man of King Tiger, Grand Master Evins, who is probably working out as you read this. We still have a way to go, but it's getting there. I have mixed emotions of February 2nd. A part of me hopes time will stop for a few days to get more done, and the other part wants smack the big red button and let it begin! Thank you all who have helped promote this. Even just liking or sharing our page and posts does so much. Nothing great is ever accomplished alone. Love, peace and chicken grease....

Today I worked with my mentee, helped a class, took my regular class and later took sparring class. Whenever we have short weeks they always feel longer then regular weeks tome and today went by slowly. I usually take sparring class on Saturdays, but because I was in Hilton Head last weekend I had to make up for it today.

Today was Friday! And that means I just had to get thorough the day! after school Im when to the kick boxing class and we got credits for three sparing rounds and I then went to the black belt class and then came home and we watched a movie and then when to bed.

today was much better than yesterday. NO HOMEWORK!!!!! Also class was easier. the vocal test went well and we had a substitute in math class.

Hello, Today went by like a blur. After waking up I headed to work for meetings, then it seamed like everyone needed something that I didn't anticipate. Therefore, I was there longer than anticipated. I then I went and got all three kids their first savings account. Long overdue. Time to teach them about responsible saving. Then off to kick boxing, and black belt class, my favorite part of the day. However, about to sit down to Chinese food and a movie with the kids, it might turn into my favorite part of the day.

Yesterday was another long day. From school went to classes and then to Tae Kwon Do. Did my mentor session. Then sparring was really hard. The final round i got kicked very hard but i kept going. It still hurts but i am very happy that i did not stop at all

i plan to journal like a lot so plan on seeing more of me! i just went to bb class and i came back like 45 minutes ago, i just finished my requirements and logged them. i'm kind of stuck playing catch up with them, but it's okay. i have a plan and everything is going to work out! maybe. i don't know, i'm kind of doubtful. i am going to go to bed. i didn't really appreciate sleep before i knew how great it actually was. i wish i knew sooner. sleep is amazing. goodnight guys, and have a good evening!

I had a good day. School was fun. I did my requirements in the evening. Then I watched my normal watching time. Then I went to the basketball practice. Then I had pizza for dinner. I am going to bed now.

m.i.c.k.e.y. M.o.u.s.e. Two days ago I WOKE up at 4:30 am.we went to Raleigh then when we got to the airport i was told that we were GOING To ORLANDO!!!!!!!!!!then I was talking about Disney.when we got of and went to our hotel I was shocked ????.today we went to Hollywood studios. Tomorrow will be so exciting. 

Today I went to piano class and helped with family class and also took black belt class. I had a great time with helping out family class, it was very fun. I enjoy piano class as well and I also have a piano recital on Sunday.

Today I woke up and did my morning rountine. Then I went to school with my carpool. When I came home I did T.D.K and later went to Thursday's B.B.C class

Today I was sore on my leg when I was running and just walking. Yesterday when I did my physical pre-test it did pretty well. Today I wrote my White Belt Challenge Essay

It was an okay day at work. It was a little crazy and I have a feeling people are down a little on things. I am trying to keep people positive, but we have some stuff that is just not getting done right and think people are frustrated. I am working hard to keep everyone positive but it is hard. Tonight was a good night of TKD. We worked on many things. I really enjoy sparring. I still have a bunch to learn and I need to get more flexible. I am getting faster but I need to be able to strike faster and get my left leg around after... and I know flexibility is critical. I am trying to stretch more, but not enough. We took Wednesday off this week and we went to our Church Ministries (Nate went to pre-teens and I went to men's ministry). It was great...

Great day today at school. I got to work on my deisolation project. It is going well. I have a test tomorrow and so I am studying for that. I think I am ready. It is multiple choice. Had classes tonight and get some exercises in. 

today was not good. for starters I got homework in every subject which as of the time of this journal, Im still doing it. then a pulled my back in sparring. but tomorrow isa new day!

I was pretty tired after being up all night at work. I drove home in the rain, which always seems more depressing, when you are tired. Once at home took a shower and went to bed, I love flannel sheets. Got up and did my exercises. Welcomed Will home from work, then we headed to Tai Quan Do for the evening. Met with my mentee between classes. His mother told me that for the first time, he was excited to come to class. Cool.

Today I woke up and went to school where I went to advanced band and played the saxophone! then after school we went to the 5:30 class and then I went to soccer! then I came home and ate dinner and then I went to bed.

it is the end of the day and i am exhausted. i'm always exhausted at the end of the day, though, so i guess it doesn't really matter. I helped out with two or three classes today and i got those credits and i guess it was worth it. i also got some stuff to add to my requirements, so that's good. i have been sorta sick for the past few days (i was out with a fever last tuesday and wednesday) and have been recovering for the past week. everything's gone but the coughing and runny nose. which is really bad because those always take so long to go away for me. but anyway, school was fine. just the same. today was a little more eventful though, because we did a fashion show in spanish where we had to read a script written in spanish by the students while people...

Both yesterday and today we spent at two Disney parks. Yesterday we went to Animal Kingdom. There is this scavenger hunt think that is all over the park and you get like a pin or something for completing it. The only problem, all of the checkmarks close at 5. I did it when I was maybe in second grade but the last stop closed and I never finished. But now I'm hoping that I can finish it, eight years later. Today we war to the Magic Kingdom. Its my favorite park. We went on a few rides, ate lunch, rode some more rides, and then watched the fireworks. Over these past four days I have walked over 20 miles and my feet are killing me. But today was so much fun.

Today I got up did requirements and went to school. At school it was pretty normal but the teacher told us we couldn't go which was a let down. Then I went to Wednesday's T.K.D class.

Yesterday was a very long and tiring day. From school went to my classes and then to Tae Kwon Do. Did my mentee session and then finally kick boxing. I came home very tired. Watched a little bit of the masked singer and then went to bed.

Today I woke up and ate breakfast.  Next I went to school and was dispersed in first block.  In electives I had intro to office productivity.  I then went to tkd  and went on a run and took class.  For dinner I had meatloaf then did homework.

I had a good day. School was fun. I did all my requirements in the evening. Then I helped out in the family class. Then I had dinner. I am going to bed now.

If you ever had to describe your brain, what would it be? Mine would be scrambled eggs for the last couple of days. It seems like I'm chasing farts in the wind, as I come across one problem to another. Forgot to load up some hardware for my work before leaving the house, soooo back home iI go. Then a dump truck must have lost it's load on I85 as rocks were scattered across the interstate and they had to shut down four lanes. It just went sideways from there and it's not worth reliving. What I really want to do, is be at the new school, handing out cards, visiting businesses, and getting to know my community there. All in good time I suppose. God is good. Some of the words that keep me moving forward when I'm trying to balance the word on toothpicks. Thanks for listening. Booyah

I've had a calm day, I got home from school, did my requirements, watched a movie with my little brother and then went to taekwondo. When I got back home I ate dinner, finished my homework and now I'm getting ready for bed. I think I've finally been able to get a better grasp on playing guitar.

hi again guys we had a two hour delay today and I forgot to journal yesterday and since today I actually have a little more time to do other stuff in the mornings like journal , here we are. so yesterday was school. school was boring. as always. nothing really interesting happened. after that, i had a team practice. "what team"? you ask, but I'm not going to tell you because I do not want to. After that, I had another practice with the swim team, and I scraped myself on the diving board and now I have a big bruise on the side of my arm. In the middle of the two practices, I did my requirements. It really doesn't take that long- only an hour. But maybe that's because I only stay inside and run on my treadmill at home instead of actually going outside. well, happy two hour...

today I got my new saxophone and I got to play it and it was very exiting! Also today was the first day of the new quarter in school so I went to new electives. Then I came home did a bunch of homework and when to bed.

Yesterday I had my black belt pre test and I pasted .when everyone saw my hair that I dyed my hair tan we ran in the rain and we did  requirements and I past 

Today I went to an Ultrasound course to learn how to better use this technology. It was a pretty good conference. After the conference I went to work for a night on call. After admitting a couple of kids I went to my call room and did my exercises, took a shower. Now time to go back to work. No rest for the weary.

today was great until about 2:30 this afternoon up until then I was full of energy and optimistic about homework. then math class it and I got really tired for some reason. Then I went to science which was a lot better a little home work but nothing I can't handle. a pretty good day all in all.

Woke up this morning to find we have 2 hours delay in school. Yesterday was good. I led warm ups and helped out class. Came back home and watched Ellen Game of Games. Then went to bed.

Today I woke up and started my day with physical requirements and ate cereal. Then after a while I ate lunch and went to me friends house. After all that I celebrated my cousins birthday and came home. Now it's time to sleep

Today I woke up really early and I don't know why..but I went back to sleep again. I got up again and my dad had to go to a rental property and he said "I'm going for 2 hours, when your sister wakes up tell her to wash up and give cereal. So I did and did a few personal interests for a while then did  some of my phyisical requirments and then my dad came home and we went to subway.

Today I woke and got the kids ready for school. I'm always impressed that after three days off they seem to forget how to make their lunches and get ready to get to the bus. Anna forgot her instrument, I brought it to school, only to hear later that she didn't go to band because she wasn't feeling well. I worked from home today. Then went to meet the kids at Tai Quan Do. Sparing is getting better. I feel like instead of everyone trying to inflict pain, folks are now having more fun and are willing to try new things. This makes it much more enjoyable.

I woke up today and felt sick. My dad gave me lots of medicine and sent me to school. I forgot my instrument at home. I got to band and my teacher said I couldn't play because I was sick. After school I went to Tai Quan Do where I did my exercises. Then we came home and I did my homework and went to bed.

Today I woke up, ate breakfast and took a shower.  After that I went on a run and did some requirements.  After my requirements I did my homework and cleaned my room.  After that I played some football and went to walmart with my family.  After that I went home and ate dinner, dinner was chicken and dumplings.

Today I woke up and played basketball, next I took a shower and waited for my mom to pick me up.  After I went to the mall and got some new shoes.  After I went to firehouse then I went home and did some requirements.

i'm probably to journal a lot, so i can get done with it quickly. i know you're supposed to journal like once a day, and that's what i'm doing. it might seem like a bad attitude to do it just to get done with it, which is not the case. i actually like the journaling part- i just trying to get done with it so i have one less thing to worry about on top of everything. i have a big tendency to stress out a lot and then just brush it off instead of doing it, thinking "it's ok, do it later and don't worry so much". so somehow i'm a big worrier and a procrastinator. trying to get stuff done though, so i don't stress out and then i won't procrastinate and we won't have that whole messy chain thing. today i woke up, ate some breakfast, and then...

Both yesterday and today we went to Universal. It was so cold yesterday and today. This morning we went to Chief Mickey to get breakfast and went to Universal. My mom and I went on The Revenge of the Mummy ride. It was fun, but it was really fast, and indoors in the dark. About halfway through the ride you pull into a landing area where the ride stops and theres a persons shadow in the box and they're saying stuff like yay you made it or was it a fun ride? And then the mummy jumps out and is like lol nope, and you do all the spinning stuff in the dark all over again. I would ride it again.

Finally got home from spending a night out with family and friends!   Had a great start to the morning. Since I didnt have class this morning, I was able to hit the gym early before the sun came out. Did mainly cardio to help my body wake up and survive the cold weather. Spent the rest of the day studying for my GREs and run errands for my mom. Went back to the gym to knock out a few more requirements and do some TKD work. Still need to work on my black belt self defenses. Over all it was a good night, but waking up early for my 8am class will be tough!    Hope everyone enjoyed their MLK day!

Hey all! I just wanted to write a little of the quality of this black belt cycle. In my opinion, this will be one of the best black belt cycle people ever. It was great to workout with you and get to know you guys. Positive, energetic, focus and helpful to one another. The cycle is always tough to stay on top of, but none of us do it alone. So keep doing what you're doing and we will close this testing down in two hours on test night (or when Grand Master Evins likes what he sees). Stay classy out there. The more it hurts now, the better it feels later. On this day of January 20, 1981: The Iran hostage crisis ends. 52 U.S. citizens were released after 444 days at the hands of a group of Islamists.

Today's been mixed, my brother, who came in for the long weekend, went back to college this morning. It was really nice seeing him and it's a shame we can only see him on the long weekends/breaks. After he left I did my requirements then spent the rest of my day with my parents and little brother. I have a math test tomorrow which I recently finished reviewing equations for and I'm ready to tackle it. I'm settling down for bed now and writing this. 

Today I went with some friends and watched two movies the new spiderman and escape room. I liked escape room more though, i just felt it was more interesting. Also the spiderman movie was a little overrated. After that I got home and did some of my stuff.  

I had a good day. In the morning I did my requirements. Then I had lunch. Then I went to Dave and Busters. Then I finished my requirements. Then I had dinner. Then I watched . I am going to bed now. 

Today we were off from school because it was Matin Luther King Jr. day. I got my empathy training essay done. Then did some other projects and clean ups. Later finished exercises then started writing this. So kind of busy day. 

Today has been extremely cold. Actually we wanted to run outside but then with this cold we stayed in. We will run in the greenway tomorrow as we do not have school. Hopefully everyone is having a good day.

I had a good day. I did my homework after breakfast. Then I did my valentine assignment in school. Then we went out for lunch. Then I completed my valentine assignment's. Then I did my requirements. Then I had a dinner. I watched the football games.Then I watched a movie. Then I watched the lunar eclipse. It is 12:06. I am going to bed now.

Another great day... although it is a holiday, my company was open and active... so emails flying as usual. The kids were home so I finished my day on time and Nate and I got on to our requirements. Today is celebrating Martin Luther King. This was a passionate man that dedicated his life to human rights. I really think that term is a little odd -- "human rights". I don't want to get biblical but I don't believe it was ever in God's mind that any one person was better than another, or should be given more than the next. The whole concept of value was something that us humans generated, not God. I truly admire people who are passionate about things and truly live it everyday. There are people that "sometimes" act or get involved in things, and their are others that live it everyday. I definitely have things...

hey guys, it's me... again. i was supposed to be done with this a long time ago, but it's fine. if you don't succeed first, try try again! i think that's how it goes, idk. my friend lily is behind me reading this. i don't have the strength to capitalize stuff. either it's non-strength, or just being lazy. i think the latter, really. There's no school tomorrow because of MLK day. should be fun not to wake up on a monday. i just ran my mile on the treadmill- the good thing about it is that it actually tells you how far you run and you can stay inside instead of having to map out a route and everything and having to take rain checks and all that. it's kind of scary- haha, no really scary to do this all over again, but it's fine. just keep swimming, swimming, swimming or whatever...
