Happy Friday! Can't believe I forgot to post last night. Yesterday, worked, got all my bb requirements done, and survived a sparring class. Today I worked, got my bb requirements done, and went to black belt class this evening. Between yesterday and today I got in 3.5 miles. I'm looking forward to Super Bowl weekend. Hope everyone had a great day!
