Recovery

I went running before sparring class, it was a guided interval speed training run. So had to run different paces for 80 secs with 80 sec rest. 

The guided run voice on my app said to fully take the rest, don't try to keep running in-between rounds. You have to fully rest before you can give it your all. Especially this week with on the orientation modules for work, I feel like I keep running, and moving, and doing something. There always something to do. 

But I can keep moving and moving and moving, trying to give my all all the time. I really have to almost force myself to stop and slow down, recover. There so much I want to do, but if I don't stop to recover, I can't give it my all.
