Today was good, very basic Monday. Before school I did the requirements. Nothing really happened at school. When we got home I had a quick snack and then we when to TKD, which was good. When we got home we watch American idol and relaxed. Now I am getting ready for bed. I am also happy there’s no school tomorrow! :)
Mid-day today. I had two tests today, which I don't think were the best I've ever done, but I have definitely learned from my mistakes. I did some other stuff as well, so that was alright. I played volleyball in PE, and I don't think I played my best either. In Spanish, we had a substitute, so we didn't really do much. Overall, I didn't have the best school day, but it's fine. I then had my 2nd day of baseball tryouts for school, and I feel really confident that I will make the team. I came home, then went straight to Taekwondo after eating a quickly made sandwich. I got a leadership 1-credit and a mentor session, too. I then came home, ate a snack, finished my requirements, and finished my homework. Today was a pretty busy day. I woke up for school today tired since it's Monday. After school I had drivers Ed practice for 3 hours. After that I went straight to volunteering by cooking at room in the in. I then changed into my uniform and went to Taekwondo where I attended the teen class starting my white belt challenge.

Well the website was down so I just got to catch up on my journal. today i had a ckla test about reformation. i also had math tutorting in the afternoon. when i got home my mimi came over and she gave me this giant chain necklace she got for me while she worked at the superbowl. i worked on some physical requirements and had to read 2 books. one is a cookbook so i can continue learning to cook and also i have to read it for school because my teacher says we need to read manuals and biographies and cookbooks since its more boring than kids books. and another book because we are reading it as our novel study and we are going to see a play about it too.
Today was normal. I had a retest for ELA (even though I already passed — still not sure why I had to retake it), but I got a 100 on it. School went by in a blur. I went for a run in the morning, and after my last block I fell asleep for a bit before getting ready for TKD. In PMAA we worked on single stick since our test is next week — I think we’ll pass without any issues :> it was pretty funny today. Today was normal. I woke up, did my requirements, studied, and finished my homework. My parents and I went for a walk outside and got around 2.5 miles in. After that I practiced my poomsaes and weapon forms, then had dinner. I can already feel that this week is going to be super tiring and rough, but I just have to keep going. I finished the day helping my parents vacuum. For some reason I suddenly grabbed all my art supplies from my desk and moved them to a separate shelf — maybe that’s a sign to lock in even more, lol. Instructors camp yesterday was blast! I had a great time learning from everybody. I think the highlight of the day was doing TKD aerobics with Master Chelley. That was a lot more fun than I expected it to be. It was so interesting listening to Grandmaster Lee talk about how the things we practice in forms can be used in a practical situation. All and all, yesterday was fantastic and I look forward to participating in Instructors Camp again next year.
Yesterday, I couldn't journal or log my requirements because I was outside, like the whole day. I still finished all my requirements yesterday, so I just logged them today. Today, though, I woke up really early and felt the need to finish all my physical requirements for today. The rest of today, I have to go shopping to buy new clothes, go to D-Bat, and go to the Y to get some more miles in. That's all right now because it's only noon, so I'll see yall later.
We didn't have black belt class today so I was able to sleep. When I got up, I went on a run with my father and did some exercises. Later this afternoon we went to Greensboro and ate at this all you can eat sushi restaurant to celebrate my father, grandfather and aunt's birthdays. The food was good and it came on a conveyor belt or you could order from the menu as well.
Today was a great Saturday! I played basketball with my friend and got some books. Then I ran pretty late and did all my requirements! I also got new pencils and a zipper binder. Have a good day!
We had our SkillsUSA competition today and we actually won first place in our event! I’m super happy and I was pretty shocked when we placed. Now I’m home playing games with my friends. Pretty good saturday
Today was a regular Saturday. Since there was no BBC weekend class, I woke up and practiced what we would usually do at that time. After that I had breakfast and spent most of the morning working on homework and finishing my requirements. While my dad went out for groceries, I helped clean the house. Later, I helped make dinner and accidentally cut myself twice with the knife — I guess I was going a little too fast. Today was a fun day! First wento to get a hair cut and my cousin got the same hair cut was me but after we got our hair cut we went to go drop off my cousin at his house then ate breki then had to go to a truck practice then went to go pick up my sisters friend channing from her school and we all went to the movies to go see this new movie called GOAT the movie was so good Ill watch it 1000 times then went to get lunch/Chick-fil-A and got popsicles and went to the park.
I woke up at 7:30 for instructor camp and for the 3 thigs we picked I'd did sparing self defense and power braking.
Today was a good day. No black belt class today. I had football practice and played at the park after football.

Today was a alright day. Since I wasn't able to go to instructor's camp I tried to work alot on my book so I was ran 4 miles and got all my physical requirements done. I then studied for Taekwondo.
Today was a bad day for me. I was sick the whole day, and the worst part was that I had to miss instructors camp. I was in bed pretty much the whole day.

Today I had an event to participate, for piano, I did very well with both my playing and theory test! I then worked on Science Olympiad events that I have. I had to study for tests, so I did that.
Today we had an extended lunch and I ate with my friends. After school, I practice jumping rope and I went to black belt class. After class I went home and ate dinner and had so ice cream.
Spent most of the day hanging out with my friends. We didn’t really have much work in class so we kinda just goofed off for the whole day. Very refreshing after having to do so much work
Most Fridays are good but not this one this o e I had to put my dog down. And that dog was older than me and my little brother combed.
I went to school and I went to KT after school for BBC. I then went to piano class. I have a piano event early tomorrow!
School was fun, and I didn't have that much work. Today was the deadline, so I was just finishing all the work that I hadn't completed, which was nothing. I played volleyball in PE, and that was really funny. Today, after school, was the first actual day of baseball tryouts, and I did well. The conditions outside were terrible and wet, so I couldn't play at my best, but I tried my hardest. Today, I had no Taekwondo because it is closed due to the Instructor's Camp. I finished my homework, my physical requirements for the day, and then chilled. I then watched a movie that was 3 hours long with my mom, and that was mid. Tomorrow, I will be at D-Bat the majority of the day because I need to practice for tryouts on Monday and Tuesday, and also because Taekwondo is cancelled tomorrow.
Uniforms and belt packed, road snacks bought. Looking forward to camp tomorrow. Waking up will be happening much earlier than usual. Always a long day, but always a good one. See a lot of you tomorrow!

My day was good I didn’t have school today so I finally got to sleep in. Later I went to Friday prayer and I volunteered at my mosque. Then I went to taekwondo at Harrisburg for black belt class and sparring but they were closed. So i had to go back home and practice by my self.
Had work this morning, then got packed up to head to Greenville for instructor's camp. Usually we take the motor home, but there was a leak in the water tank, so we decided to stay at a hotel. Also that meant I don't get an infinite amount of leg room since we got to take the car.
Today was alright. I got a little homework for school over the weekend, none that can't be managed. After school I came home and got to my requirements. I went to class later in the evening. class was pretty good, we went over weapons a lot. When I came home, I packed everything I needed for Instructors camp tomorrow. I am going to bed very early because we have to be at King Tiger by 4:00 AM to be in Greeneville by 8:30. I'm looking forward to what will be going on tomorrow, this years schedule seems pretty fun.
Today was a good day. School wasn't anything out of the usual. After school however I was able to go down to the green way and run 3 miles even though parts of it were flooded by all the rain. After I went to the gym where I competed all of my physical requirements.
Today started off ok but by the end I was just exhausted and wanted to go home. School was alright, nothing much to report. I came right to KT for work and then class. The kids were a lot today and I just wasn't feeling it in rolls and falls or BBC tonight (the rain didn't help either). Today was great, or was it? I had digital art for my encore and did dividing decimals and multiplying decimals worksheets and got a 100 on both of them. I also got the results for my weather unit post test and my unit 5 math post test! I got between 90 and 100 on both of them. I also did a check in and got a 100 on that, too! I played games for 45 minutes and did my journal. I did my physical requirements minus running since it was wet outside. Then, I started my nutrition challenge for 30 days. Today is my 1st day. Today was pretty normal. I got a 92 on my science test (there’s still one question left to be graded), and I worked on my Computer Science project during class. After that I studied my study guides — both TKD and school work — and turned off my computer earlier than usual to help my mom. Later I helped make dinner, journaled, read a bit, listened to Atomic Habits, and edited an essay. I’ll probably draw too. I had quite a busy day today. School was normal, nothing to eventful. When I got home, I doubled up on my requirements in order to get ahead to make up for what I will miss for Instructors camp. After an overwhelming amount of requirements, I went to King Tiger for sparring class. We got to do this new drill were two people on either side of you hold targets and your goal was to kick them while maneuvering yourself down the mat. After sparring class, I came home and hit the books; I got a math test tomorrow. Tomorrow is also the last day of my nutrition challenge. My nutrition challenge was to eat 100 percent natural foods which has been really difficult. especially because everything that I am aloud to eat has to be made and prepared. - Lucas

Today was pretty calm. I had music and my class was not so good today. they usually talk a lot. I ate some Doritos when I came home because I was hungry even though I ate my lunch at school. I did my stick and staff poomsaes and used the videos my dad took for me to practice! My sister is also very gullible these days. I tricked her to use her scooter just for fun. Today I received my report card and it was very good. My parents and grandparents were pleased which made me happy. After school I was able to relax a little since we didn't have sparing class today. I worked on my poomsaes and did some pushups. I did go to black belt class and we worked on self defense. Got home and had enough time to eat dinner and play video games.

What student did I need the most energy for today? Not a black belt, not the group of 4 different kinds of yellow belts, not two of my mentees who are working on their hapkido forms, the three brand new white with yellows...close but nope. The single 5 year old white belt, Beau. The energy radiating off this little boy was amazing. We worked on blocks tonight using a pool noodle...we barely made it past low blocks, he had to block me three times on each side in order to move on to the next thing. I honestly don't know who had more fun, Beau, his mom and grandma who were watching or me. There were some frustrations, lots of impromptu stunt falls but there were by far outweighed by the fun. So I've been buying these cheap work boot for awhile. Just some rubber boots that keep your feet dry. The last time I bought a pair, this wasn't that long ago they are cheap boots after all, they cost $29. I went to buy a new pair today and they are now $60. Walmart just price gouged themselves out of a sale.

I think the biggest thing that being on black belt cycle has taught me is to schedule and budget my time. What is most important in the moment vs what can wait, and that getting ahead really really helps. "Time is the most valuable coin in your life. Today was a very cool day. I went to school, and got my work done. In math, we did review, and same for reading. For lunch, I had a lunchable and a yogurt. For recess, we finally went back outside, but we could not play soccer. The reason why is because there were wasps outside near the field. Instead of doing nothing, we played a game called banana split. It is a game where you need at least 3 people, 2 people on 2 different swings, and 1 pusher. The people on the swings grab each other's legs, and the pusher pushes the people legs. We played a version of the game where we tried the push the people on the swings so hard, they would get flung in the air. Chill Day Today. School was basically easy, as I didn't have much work. I played volleyball in PE and then worked on another worksheet in Spanish. I feel like my core classes are easier than my Spanish class, and I think that's only because I barely know anything in Spanish. Today was a bit of a struggle as there’s a lot going on with work, family, and home. However have 2-5 minutes every hour to work on my exercises really helped me stay on track. Looking forward to the end of cycle but Will utilize my newfound love of micro brakes to help me get through tough days

I finished a bunch of my homeworks in the library and headed to KT to help out with class. I had majority of the time to focus on important things like finishing requirements, practicing poomsaes, self defense, piano, and finishing up my homework which didn't take so long.
Today I had work at the ninja gym, then at the dojang. For ninja, we had evaluations where we test the students strength in exercises like push ups and pull ups. For taekwondo class tonight we were focusing on self defenses and I had my higher belts work on some of their jumping kicks. I've learned that they need more work on those so I'm dedicating a focus to have those kicks improved.
it was fine besides the cut on my hand because evetime I did anything it would sting and send a sharp pain through my arm. we played basketball and everytime i got the ball it would hurt and washed my hand hurt because i would forget and put soap right were the cut is.
Work has gotten a lot easier now that we're all caught up. Other than that nothing new to report.

Today was pretty normal. School went by really quickly, and I finished my work and caught up on my missing assignments. Since there was belt testing today, there were no TKD classes, so I just practiced my forms and self‑defenses at home. I finished my requirements, studied, worked on another essay, helped make dinner, and listened to Atomic Habits for my assignment. That’s about it; just a simple, steady day. Today was a good day. School was better then usual because I got a 100 in my Biology test and I was able to bake cinnamon sugar Crumbl Cookie knock offs in Food and Nutrition I which will ice tomorrow. After I came home and I only ran a mile because it was colder today however after I went inside and finished up everything else I needed for today. I wasn't able to go to Taekwondo though because they had testing today.
I haven't been journaling a lot lately because I've been super busy! Last weekend I had a sleepover with my best friend for her birthday and it was so much fun! However, we stayed up really late so I'm still a little tired from that. Today was great. I got to school early to make some more progress on my mural. Later, I got to get picked up early to go to the orthodontist. I got my braces off today!! I am so happy to finally have them gone and I'm very pleased with how my teeth look now. Afterwards, I had a lot of homework to catch up on after missing some classes and now I'm watching TV and relaxing. It has really gotten to the point where I'm just over cycle.. but I have to keep going and I know the end is in sight! Keep it up everyone...
Good evening, I am getting caught up on my homework and stuff from being out last week with the flu. It's a lot when you miss a week of school and I have to get in some miles this week to get caught up on my requirements.
Day 48: Today was an awesome day! I ate pizza and cake from yesterday for lunch at school! I got another slice when I came back home. My mom abridged the pizza so I would not get a tummy ache. I did forms and self defense camo green with my mentee to refresh his memory! I also took part by helping in class! Once I came home I took 2 pictures with my decorations. I did some homework and went to bed! Have a good day, everyone!

Decent day today! At school, our guidance counselor talked to us about high school and other important stuff. I also did some reviews in other subjects and learned some new things, too. In Spanish, I did a worksheet about how to write the time, and in PE, I practiced playing volleyball for our upcoming unit. When I came back home, I ate some food, did my physical requirements for the day, and then got ready for D-Bat. Baseball tryouts for the school are coming up this week, so I want to be ready so I can make the team. My lower back was kind of stiff and hurt, so I came back home pretty early and then took a shower. I then ate dinner and sat down with my brother to plan my whole high school course career. Today was a good day ran two miles went to weapons class and was gonna help out with the next one but forgot my uniform so I just did a session with my mentee instead I also tried a red bean pastry I give it a 8 out of 10 very good anyways peace
Decent day today. It’s a Monday which is never fun, and it was extra chilly. I did manage to learn hapkido 4 and 5 though today and also attended class. I finished most of my essays which is good, and also did my requirements for today. A Monday that feels like a Monday.
