Had great classes yesterday afternoon and last night. It's so nice settling into our new location. With school back it's been crazy busy but all is good!!! Trying to get into a good schedule for working in the requirements but still struggling a bit. Wednesdays is the only night I do not go straight from work to dojang so it usually entails a very tire me and a little snuggle time on sofa with Rosie as soon as I get home from work. School was a ton of getting caught up with all of the homework I just found out I had. Tae Kwon Do was fine, kids were being kids.
Today when I got home I noticed I had so much math home work which took me forever it felt like
at church on Sunday we made over 800 sandwiches for the homeless people.unlike Colin sitdownernick all he does is wear police officer pigs on his socks and tell everyone he was beat up because he was biracial.
Today was a long day. I got up at 6:40 and caught the bus at 7:15 to go to school. I was in school until 2:45 then I went to King Tiger. I did my reading when I got there then had to get dressed to go to class at 4:15. After my class I helped with a Junior Tigers class at 5:00. That class ended at 5:30 and by 6:15 I was back in sparring class. Dad picked me up at 7:30. Long day.
Today i went back to school again and i had a lot of homework I didn't get done till ten pm. I still have to wake up in the morning tomorrow to go run. not the best day.
Many of my requirements are now complete. However, that does not mean I am not doing them, even though they are not going in to the website. With most of my requirements complete, I am focusing on the written exam and my ki energy essay, as well as my v-situps and pull ups.
Today I woke up early and had breakfast. Then I finished my physical requirements. After that I went to school. Later I had reading and social studies. Then I had math and science. I had a science test with 38 questions. After that I had lunch and recess. Later I had specials and went to King Tiger. While I was there I had class and a mentor session. Then I went home and had dinner. Later I got ready for bed and ended my day.
Today I did some of my requirements in the morning. Then I took a shower and got ready for school. We learned a lot of stuff today in school. I came home and ate a snack. Then I got ready for TKD. I helped out with the family class. I got a leadership credit after I helped out with the class. Then I came home and got ready for party. I played with my friends and ate dinner there. I came home and did the remaining homework I had. Now I have to go to sleep. Good Night.
I think I have recovered from Saturday - - - -. Great Black Belt class tonight and so thankful for the extra credits from the PMAA seminars.
Feel better....or at least I can breathe when I lie down. Spent most of yesterday at the office cleaning up the chaos from last week so I can deal with this week's chaos. Able to walk in the mornings. It is amazing how quickly you lose conditioning...or maybe I'm just still wheezing.. So glad they moved the physical test to Oct. there is no way I could do it this week.
Today I was in my first block class (ELA) and my friend randomly blurts out to my teacher "What her favorite NFL team is?". And I'm think two things "It's probably going to be Detroit Lions because she's from somewhere in Michigan, and Why the heck did you has that for?". Well then she starts talking about how much she hates the NFL and its players because they are kneeling for the nation anthem. She said how that people fight for them and now there kneeling, instead of standing. She is a veteran from the military, so I think that has to do something with her opinion. Me personally I think that Kaepernick & other NFL players are trying to make a statement. And I fully support them. But that's my opinion and I don't want to go all in detail about it. This is my first journal in a while. So I want to tell you what I plan to do with my PMAA bonus credit. I am going to apply my bonus class credit to my black belt Saturday class so that I can be done with all my classes.
So there is a YouTube channel called Dude Perfect and they make trick shot videos, stereotypes, and they even have their own TV show. My favorite is LaCrosse trick shot, Blitz Ball trick shots two, and they just came out with a new one called Giant Nerf Edition. They even have their own Nerf gear. They have done trick shot videos for all types of sports including soccer, football, archery, marksmen, and ping pong. Basically if you can think about it, they've done a trick shot show on it. They always have good music playing during their videos as well and they never play the same song twice. They're also funny. Today in hyper we did nunchucks and kicking for height. The nunchucks was fun and the kicking was difficult.
Today at school in reading class we reviewed the elements of fiction. We also had a pop quiz. Also in math class we got to make up our own saying with PEMDAS.
Today I am so tired from school but I know that school is helpful so that's good to know.
today was my first day of drivers ed. i'm happy i'm finally learning how to drive. i should have taken it back in january when i was first able to, but at least i'm not a junior or senior already. there's actually a senior in my class. i feel bad for her. its all freshmen and sophomores in there. pretty soon, i wont have to beg master chelley or anyone else for rides home all the time.
Over the weekend, I was in Wilmington, North Carolina. Yesterday was my uncle’s wedding! While I was away, I worked on my creative form and my written test. I’ll do my best to finish learning all of the questions for the test at least a week before the exam.
Today I woke up early and went on a long walk with my dad and my dogs my dog Stella was a pain and the dog my Dad was walking Tybee was really well behaved. After I went to the Greek Festival with my friends and the festival itself was okay what was really fun was being with my friends. Right now I am watching TV with my parents and I always enjoy my time with them since next year we won't be able to do this often.
This morning I woke up and had breakfast. Then I played with Legos. Later I went to the Yiassou Greek Festival. After that I went home and played some rounds of checkers. First I lost and then I was impossible to beat. Later my dad got Chinese food from Red Dragon and I ran a mile. Then I got ready for bead and ended my day.

Before I start I just want to say that all those people that died on 9/11 to rest in peace. Anyway, I had to wake up early and go to a Hindu Temple. I to do something called CROP which teaches Indian-American kids about the Hindu Culture. Everyone is divided by their grade and for every grade, they learn something different. My grade is learning about the Human Development. I know your thinking how that has to do with the Hindu Culture. Well this religious women wrote this book about it in INDIAN terms. For lunch we went to this Mongolian restaurant, I didn't really like it. After that we just when home. I just watched the NFL games, did some homework, & all my requirements. Today was a very good day because it is my dog birthday and grandparents day. We spent time with my Mom's mom and step dad and our dog Ace came too. We spent time together with grandparents and our dog. I also said happy grandparents day to my Dad's mom and dad. I talked with my grandfather about what they are up to and how their day was going. He said that they were taking care of my aunts dogs. They said they are doing good and the dog are having fun. It was very good to talk to them. After we got back from my grandmother and grandfathers house my friend Trey wanted to hang out. I was ok with that so him, my brother and I did some fun stuff. I got my wisdom teeth out on Friday so for the past few days I've been staying in bed and couldn't do much of any requirements.
Oh man, I havent been on forever, Im so terrible. Anyways, I love college, it so fun buts lots of work. I manage my schedule pretty well, most days I'm done by 12:40, so im able to get my requirements done quicker. But ive been so tired lately (What is sleep anymore)

When I read my book at first it was confusing but then it got better. It was confusing at first because it was two storys that were the same story but then they murged into one. It was really good and I sugjest u read it. It was a good book.
Today is literally my only free day during the cycle.Today I am going to do a lot of requirements even though I am almost done with everything. my mom told me not to do poomsaes, kicks, and self defense because I can do those in class and she does not want me to waste time on it.
Today I took my ACT took the Act again and I am happy to be done again and afterwards and someone got me sick and I feel awful. Tomorrow I have to go the Greek Festival so I hope I feel better.

Today I went to the sticks seminar from 10 am to 1 pm. It was being held by Guro Master Melegrito. I had to say the actual stick training was pretty fun. We went over all the sinuwalies (don't know how exactly it's spelled) and some other stuff. We also got a tap if we got one thing done. I got all the sinuwalies and I learned some new stuff like Double Stick. Now my stick has a bunch of tape. After that we went to downtown for lunch and went to a place French place called Crepes. My dad says lot of people like, but I'd say it was okay. The dessert however was amazing. We also went to see our new home. They put in the drywall, but still a month to go before it's finished. Wheezing makes you appreciate how effortless breathing used to be. Most of the time we forget about it. I was up most of last night coughing. I could not breath well lying down. Started steroids (which is another reason I was up all night). I was able to do my presentation today. I dosed myself with a lot of medication so I could talk. I crashed once I got home.Spent the rest of the day being still and calmly breathing. I'll see how tonight goes. Bummed that I missed the PMA class.
Today I went to the sticks and staff seminar at Master Evans' school with Master Malegredo. I thought the stick part was really fun and I was getting really really good at it. It was my first seminar and by the end I already had 7 yellows, 2 blacks, and 2 greens. Yellow means I know the basic sinawalles. Green means I've learned a couple higher sinawalles. I don't remember what black means. I liked the class a whole lot and would go again when he comes back to town.
I survived so all is good!! Today I was a little over ambitious with commitments. Was downtown at 7:00 this morning to meet for Purple Pride then ran the race. After off to North Charlotte for back to back PMAA sessions. My mind is scrambled right now - -the last hour of the seminar was a blur. I can not thank Master Dege enough for working with me and being so patient. Will enter requirements tomorrow.
The beginning of my Friday was very very fun. We went to the first ALL PRO DAD meeting that they do at my school. It is when dads take a bit of their work time to spend time with their kids and it teaches us about how dads are important in our lives. It was very beneficial to go the meeting so dads connect with their kids and know that they are a very important part of their life and future. After that we took two science tests and I made the best grades ever. A big fat and happy 100%. I am so proud that I did so well. Also after school I went to black belt and did some poomsae and some weapons forms. I did stick, staff and some bolo. It was very awesome and I got better on my bolo. Yesterday I didn't write a journal entry I got a little caught up with the panthers game and I actually didn't get to go to bed until around 12:05 and with a 5:20 wake up time I wouldn't recommend it as I am exhausted at the moment. But today I worked with both Master Moon and Instructor Hsin for over an hour today and I was aloud to count those sessions for multiple times. After that I went to my high school foot ball game with some friends and I had a great time! Unfortunately I am having to miss the PMAA seminar tomorrow due to having to take the ACT tmorrow morning into the afternoon and I can;t make the sessions which is bums me out. But this is for my education future and when it is done I will be glad.

Today in Science we had to do a pre lab write up. Since it was our first official one, our science teacher helped us with it. Also we had to do workbook pages. If we did not finish,cit was a zero. Yesterday was MAPS testing for reading, but the exact same thing happened as Wednesday. Our home room teacher was furious about it though.
Ahhhh so happy to be back to my Friday lessons. Takes me longer than most to process so the extra time is very valuable to me. Looking forward to tomorrow and lets see what purple shows up at the race before PMAA. This could make for a very interesting day - - -.
Even though the physical and written tests have been pushed back to the first of October, I am going to continue studying for the written portion. I have all of the answers, so now all I have to do is memorize them. I will also be practicing what I need to do for the physical test. The v-situps will probably be the most difficult part, but I know I will be able to pass both tests.
Today I was playing football and I have been getting called "Try Hard". They think that I try to hard and its only Two Hand Touch, so I should dial it down a bit. I don't know what they are talking about, I played like that at my old school and nobody had a problem with it. I had 3 receptions, 1 TD, & 1 INT on the first play of the game. Other than that there wasn't anything interesting. We do have a project with a partner, we have to make a Partnership Business. We randomly chose a business and we got a Photography Studio. That's all today.

Today was opem house for the high school and so I was with my friends and there was this girl and for some reason we decided to call her snap chat girl. So I decided to call her snaps anyyway they called me sharqweshwa. So yeah.

Today besides going to school today I went to work and my English teacher actually came in with his daughter to sign up today and I was really happy to see him since I enjoy his class and his teaching process. Today i found the Waking Dead mobile phone game. I downloaded it to my phone and have really enjoyed paying it. It's really easy to pick up and really addictive. Currently I play Dragon City a bunch but now i think this one will be my favorite. I got a bunch of other gaes at the same time but i haven't even played those yet. To caught up in Walking Dead. I have Darryl who you get early in the game. But Darryl loses his crossbow and you have to get through the second part of the mission for hi to get it back. Maybe dad will let me watch the show now!!!!!!
I've got some type of crude. Can't tell if it is allergies or a viral upper respiratory tract infection. I suspect the latter. Not wheezing, yet. Did not run today, too sick and I really don't want to trigger an asthma attack. Bummed. Hope it clear before this weekend o I can go to the PMA workshop. Regardless, I'm a strong believer in not spreading my germs, so I won't come if I'm still sick. Don't want to get further behind on requirements, but I cannot afford to make myself more sick. I've pulled out every remedy I know. Regardless, I will be lucky if it only last a week. These are times when I think the virus is the superior life form. I'll keep doing the best I can....Keep cycling
Today was another boring normal day. But I must say that school goes really fast. There was nothing really that interesting. We had a PowerPoint for all of 8th, it was just about school rules and guidelines. Also funny thing was my friend and he's been trying to get this girl. And he asked one kid if he knew where the girl was and he didn't know. Maybe 20 mins later that kid comes with the girl and he tells her that he wants her. Now this girl doesn't even know who he is (my friend is new) but the thing is my friend didn't want him to get her, he was just asking if she was here. So my friend wasn't even when she came and he had something on the his face. So now all hope is lost of getting that girl. That's all for today.
Today we had Maps testing, but there was a slight problem. Lots of people kept getting kicked out and the teachers and students were getting frustrated, so they decided to suspend the whole grade from testing. This means on a totally seperate day, the 7th grade will be testing while everyone else is doing their normal day routine. To us, I think this is a good thing though, because we don't have to be quiet and we won't have homework the night before.
Today at school was picture day everything else wa normal my friend gave me his jordans and testing happened.
Today was testing day for the Lake Norman area. All of the testers did very well. I am so very proud of my metee to for doing so well at testing. At school I am so happy that D.A.R.E is starting up in few weeks. D.A.R.E is a class that you go to learn about the use of drugs and how they are a danger to you and your life. Plus it gives me extra credit and I get to learn about the dangers of drugs. Win and win for me, plus I have wanted to take D.A.R.E since I was in 4th grade at my new school MIS. Today most of what I did was homework and requirements. It wasn't to much, though the power did go out, strangely. I am about to get ready for work though.

Today was the start of school after a long 3 day weekend. School has started to get kinda of annoying. This kid named Tanner who sits next to me started calling me Mr.P for some reason. Now it has started to catch on, people will come up to me and ask if I am Mr.P. There was nothing else interesting about my day. I saw Conner (older one not Conner Foster, also known as Gramps) at Black Belt Class in like years. Other than that it was a typical day.
I think I better keep my day job. Took a painting class today. Although I loved the process, I get frustrated when I can't make it look the way I want. I had to keep standing back to get a view of the larger picture instead of getting hung up on the details. I'm coming down with something...not sure if it is a cold or allergies. It really doesn't matter, so long as I don't start wheezing.

Today, during my mentor session, I worked on my Pal Gwe forms. I know that I know them, but I keep mixing multiple Pal Gwe forms together by accident. I’m also mixing them with similar Tae Keuk forms. When I work on poomsaes, my focus is on those forms so that I can get them looking the way I want them to look.
Today at school we started the school news I said the weather then block one, 2, 3 were normal at recess our science teacher brought out her pet snake then I took class ran and took sparring.
Very long weekend with little physical activity- - sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Got back in town late Monday afternoon - -hit the domestics then back to work early this morning. Got to dojang later today and was able to knock out some requirements which I was very happy about.

The 2nd week is always the week that you start class work and homework. So this time we are really starting [school]. The first thing that we did today was go to our enhancements. My enhancements was foreign language. My language is Spanish, it is a very good language to learn because a lot of people that know this language. After that we did math and then reading. In math we are learning different ways to do two by two digit and three by two digit multiplication. In reading we are talking about context clues and how to be a good reader. Then we went to lunch and came back and did some more reading, then some science. In science we are talking about one celled life forms and multi celled life forms. It is really cool to learn about these forms of life that I never seen before. After school...
Today was pretty uneventful just the way I like it I worked on requirements today and homework and then I played some games with my friends online. Tomorrow my days will be busy again. Not as much as I like but I appreciate these days more because of it.

Today I came back from my friend's house. I had stayed over night at his house with another friend. We didn't sleep until 5 am this morning and woke up around 11:30 am. They also pulled a prank on me around 4 am. I had fallen asleep because I was really tired from sleeping at 2 am and woke up around 9:15 am. I was sleeping on the couch and my friend took his water bottle and poured it on my shoulder. I woke up confused and found my shirt soaking wet. They should me the video. My dad came to pick me up like 10 min after I woke up so I couldn't eat breakfast. We had some friends over for lunch at out apartment. That was my Labor Day.
Since today was Labor Day we had no school. Me and my mom watched a show called Roots, where it tells how slaves were treated.
Caught up on my tracking. Pleased with how I'm doing, but frustrated because I'm lagging behind. The limiting factor is time. I think it takes me longer to do my requirements than most people...and of course work interferes. Allergies are acting up...fall is one of my allergy/asthma seasons. All I can do is my best. I think it will be good enough. Got alot done today. Did some work at the office to catch up. Weekends should always be three days!
Today I decided to go to the gym, while I was there I did push ups, sit ups, etc. I was exhausted when I got home but it was worth it. After I got home I did the rest of my requirements and a ton of homework.
Today will be the best day ever and I can not wait. Today I am going to hang out and relax with my dad best friend. We are more than likely going to shoot some hoops as well. Plus we are also going to watch the football game today. The two teams that are playing today is Florida State and Ole Miss. We are going for Florida State because that is where my dad got his degree. Maybe some day I will go to Florida State and get my degree. Some day FSU some day. Also the first week of school was very good and I would like that to continue for the rest of the year. Oh and I almost forgot that last night we watch a movie called Zoom super hero Academey. Just realized we are more than half way through, fellow cyclist. Woo Hoo! Still sore from our rolls and falls class yesterday which means I need to practice more. My neck hurts from tucking my chin during back falls. I'm speaking at a church program about reproduction and sickle cell anemia on Saturday. May not make the the PMA workshop. We shall see. If I can get out in time, I may be able to make the second workshop.
Today was a relaxing day. i did nothing at home. i ran 2 miles and that is it. I also want with my dad to the park to play for a little while.

Then I went to the park with my friends for a little while and then we came back home. I ate dinner and now I'm going to sleep. Good Night.
This morning I woke up early and had pancakes for breakfast. Then I went to the White Water Center to run a race. We ran a trail race and I ran it in 35 minutes. I saw people going down a zip line. When I got home I played video games for a while. Then I had lunch. I played with my brother and played outside. Later we watched Shrek the 3rd. Later my mom and sisters went to Target. I went to Lowes with my brother and dad. When I got home we had crab legs for dinner. After that I folded my clothes and ended my day.
Yesterday I got new stick bots from Target. The colors I got were purple and pink. I bought them because I.....forgot. Why did I get them again? I got them because I wanted more stick bots to add to thee ones I already had. I already had four so that made me have a total of six. I have made a few really good animated shorts with them. At Friday at King Tiger I would like to bring my phone so I can share the videos with my friends at King Tiger.
Today I did5 times my workout played with the dog and then I. Watched ???? then I went to bed good night

Today is the king tiger fantasy foot ball draft for lakenorman and like last year its at my house. so hope I come out on top this year. Last year I was doing Great so yeah.
TODAY WE ARE GOING TO GO TO CAROWINDS!!!!!! I think that there will not be such long lines since it is Labor Day weekend and some people are traveling. We are also going to go to the water park.
Today my sister came home from college and will be staying with us for the next couple of days and I was excited to see her. Also today was great since the weather was so nice I got to enjoy spending a lot of time outside and I had a great time doing that!
