Good evening King Tiger. It was a pretty good Wednesday. Nate has a two hour delay. I got to sleep in a whole 30 minutes... except our 100 lbs German Shepherd was up many time during the night with an upset belly. I will just say it was not fun. I got Nate settled for the day and then went to work. Normal work day full of problem solving. Then came home, did some requirements, and ate dinner. Now I am writing this.

I think the biggest challenge I have with Black Belt Cycle is figuring out the new norm with all the requirements and classes, and still balancing the rest of life. What I do is try to leverage my time wisely. I will find myself doing requirements in odd places at odd times, for instance, I took Nate to run club today... so got my run in, but then I am out in the parking lot banging out other requirements. I am sure the other parents are like -- what is this guy doing -- but I honestly do not worry about other people. I use the time wisely. That would be my only advice. Use time wisely... it will actually give you other time back when it matters. Make sense. Have a great rest of the week. Take care.
