Today was very simple for a school day, I woke up late because my school had a two hour delay for flooding. I had breakfast then went for a one of the two mile runs for today. After that I took a shower and went to school, school was really boring, like really boring.. after school I walked home and did some homework ate dinner and went to tkd class. I got a class assistance credit and went home to do push ups, sit ups, jump rope, burpees, pull ups, and plank. Then taught once again the same poomsae's we've been working on for the past five days again, along with the self defense. After that I did once again another mile run and that was my day, I hope everyone had a good day and stay safe!

I am going to start a new series on my music I listen to for my mile runs! I would like to hear any song preferences for songs if anyone has any, (I'm already running out of songs).
Today I listened to:
Survivor - Eye of the tiger : I give this song a 3/5 for a run. It is a encouraging song for running but it's not that loud and doesn't encourage me that much to run as I thought it would. It left me a little disappointed.
What should I do next? I'll take anything. -Graceyn
