I am starting to work on a project that will force me to talk to people who I don't know I am looking forward to it!

Today we had PE and our teacher is Mrs. Ford who is also in my black belt class. We warmed up first and then started with games. We played bowling from a far distance outside. It was windy and we used dodge balls as bowling balls so the balls rolled off the path sometimes. They missed the two pins a lot so each round we got closer and closer to the bowling pins. The class was really fun and I can not wait to do it next week.

This morning I ate four bowls of cereal!  It was yummy! During P.E. time I ran two miles which is 10 laps. My teacher said I had a good day! Now I'm headed to crossfit, so I can get my last nine pull-ups done.

So I have asked 3 different people and gotten 3 different answers on "How many king tiger schools are in North Carolina". Anyone want to clarify this one? 

 Last night was really fun. I went to my first basketball game. The seats were really good because I won a raffle for my friend's sister party like thing. The was not really intense because the hornets won by like 20 points. The game was still very fun. The cool thing was that I caught a  hornets T-shirt  that they through in the air. Last night is a night I will never forget.

Further reevaluating teaching methodology. As an educator I'm reverberating, I have not taught until my students have learned. 

As my requirements start to wind to the finish I am feeling a great sense of pride and relief to know that I have almost finished. I am feeling great as I am almost finishing this cycle and have 49 days of school left. But once after the cycle is over I have my AP Exams. Looking on the horizon and seeing the finish to so many things makes me step back and really think about all of the things that I have experienced over the past year. 

I guess it's time to start writing. If only I could come up with something on paper. Had a good time in class tonight. The little tigers are funny little buggers. Also just learned that our tea ceremony is going to be on Connor's birthday, which we were going to spend at the lake with his friends. I think it will be a cool present to receive his 2nd don belt on his birthday. Now I just need to share the news to my wife without her throwing something at me. Or at least something non-heavy. It's always dangerous grounds messing with any woman's party plans. It all started with the wedding, which the groom is just a side note in the event, and is to be seen but not heard. Pray for me.

So, I won't be here on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday because of I'm going on a field trip to Williamsburg, VA. So I won't be able to take sparring class and I need to get more of those. On the contrary, I only have two-hundred basic kicks left. I want to do them right now but I am really tired. So I am going to keep this journal short tonight, so, Good Night!

Today during Nature Study class at school we got to go deep into the woods. It was cool and there were a lot of branches and trees that were dead. We came across a lot of rivers too so we had to jump over them. My teacher said that we will someday come back in the woods so that I am looking forward to that.

Another day down, another day closer to testings. Gotta write those essays and start studying more!

today i watched a movie and it was called hidden figures and for lunch i got chick-fil-a and it was really good  

Today I got the flu. I do not feel so good. i feel sick. I do not go to school. Today is a bad day.  

Today I tried to go mute at school.  it didn't go so well. I couldn't make it an hour. Then, i yelled at a friend at school and had to write him an apology letter. Now my mom has me doing a crazy WOD before i go to class. 

Finishing up my class plans for the week. It's going to be tough classes this week. :)

The new Iron Fist series is out on Netflix. Regardless if your a Marvel fan or not, the fighting scenes are awesome! But it is not for younger eyes. I've been down in the basement trying to do my requirements with the show on, and keep finding myself doing nothing but watching tv. Not very productive. Had a nice day, went to church, cleaned up the back yard, and burned wood like an arsonist. Got rid of a lot of dead wood lying around the property. I'm cutting this one short. It's late and I might do that work thing tomorrow. Sleep well. Unless your reading this while your driving, then, stay alert! And get off your phone!

Long day today.  I have been pretty tired this weekend planning on catching up on sleep tonight.  Had a birthday party at around 3 which went very well!

I have been recollecting a lot recently of the impending end of a very long chapter of my life, which is public education. I have realized that there is only about fifty something days of my senior year. I am ready to check this off and move onto the next part of my life. 

Just realized that my dad and I were going to throw a baseball outside to practice but we completely forgot. That doesn't make me mad but it does make me upset. Today I got a good bit of requirements in. I am so close to being finished with basic kicks. Once I'm finished with that, I'll be able to focus more time on jump rope and pull-ups and stuff like that. Well, I am pretty tired and I want to do a long journal but I'm afraid I need to go to sleep. So, Good Night!

  Today was a pretty normal day . I just went out for lunch and came back home. When I got home I went for a run. Then me and my friend went for a bike ride in our neighborhood. The last thing we did was just play some basketball. It was pretty fun. The problem is that he has school tomorrow and I don't because I am on spring break. Today was a normal day.

I woke up with a really bad stomach ache. I had to sit on the sofa for a while. Then I went upstairs and napped. Then my mom made me go run when I felt a little better. 

Today after we cut down trees we burned them. The fire went on for a while and we kept supplying it with wood. During it burning our neighbor cut down another tree which was very dead. That was added to the fire and so was some pieces of cardboard. I also helped my dad drive a tractor to a pile to pick up logs of wood. Our neighbors were also burning wood that kept on going through the evening so this day has been filled with fires burning everywhere.

Today, after sparring and black belt class, I came home and cut down a tree. A large sweet gum tree in our back yard that had grown and twined together with a red maple. The wife wanted the maple but not the sweet gum, so, Foster get to cut big tree down and it went boom! Actually, it didn't come down as planned. Oh, it came down, and fell where I wanted it to, it just decided to make it as challenging as possible. I placed a rope to the top and pull it with a come-a-long toward the direction I wanted it to fall. Then I made my wedge cut on the fall side, then cut it across the back side. It just shifted on the truck but stood there. Completely detached, but stood there, mocking me. So it was time for plan B. I tied another strap to the...

I went to my swimming class this morning then i had my BBC class. I really like doing pull-ups now. Although i finished all of my requirements for it. Im still going to do it. Today i had a ton of work to do.  But, i finished and i was able to play on my iPad.

Today from the the evening to the night our neighbors had a cookout and invited us to it. They made chicken wings and corn on the cob. I had thirteen wings and two cobs of corn so my stomach was satisfied. After that we played ping pong and other games and soon had to go to bed to rest after a good night.

Today I was mute for 12 hours. And I had to go to sparring and black belt but I got through it. We to see Beauty and the Beast. I really liked the movie. For dinner we went to Melting Pot. They used Fondue. It is one of my favorite places to go. 

I am feeling better my knee has started to feel better since I started taking my medication. Requirements have started getting easier and easier since I started taking them. 

Yesterday we had the post testing dinner and today we had the post testing celebration! Mr. and Mrs. Hartle, my mom, my dad, my brother and I went bowling and did some laser tag at Spare Time tonight. It was very fun. I did terrible at bowling though. It was very sad and depressing. If there was a sport called "Gutter Ball" I would be the world champion. I did better at the end though. However, in laser tag me and my dad did the best on the team which I knew would happen because I'm amazing and we think exactly alike. We're supposedly twins, that is, if he had hair. Before he went into the Navy he had Red hair and it was curly like mine use to be. But then he had to get it shaved. So sad. All that precious luxurious red. Now it's just a gray shave....

I thought being dizzy when standing was a norm Lieberman. Ha, as much as I would love to take credit for your misery, that would require us to be in some sort of contact. You didn't happen to received an empty envelope with no return address on it, did you? Well, hopefully you have had your share of chicken noodle soup and many dates with the nettie pot. I know I sure have. A new dawn to breaking, and sparring is tomorrow. Not to mention I have a new strain for your to try. It's called, Whichendisgoingtoexplodefirstia. Hope you feel better brother. 

Today I had a science test, literature test, and a math quiz. They all went well. I am so I happy stayed up late  studying for my science test. I am so happy because now I can rest and relax. I am not going anywhere for spring break. the sad part of today is that I was going to see a movie called LOGAN, but the tickets are sold out, but am probably going tomorrow.

Today is St. Patrick's day which is my name day. It is also my parents wedding anniversary. They have been married for 10 years. We went to food trucks at a brewery called Cabbarrus Brewing. I had chicken wings!

Today I got sick and I am not feeling well.  Hopefully I will be able to go to sparring class tomorrow. I did get some requirements done though.

Ever since I got sick I have been sick I have never felt like that I have been getting better. I actually feel a little worse. My dad has tried a few things to help me but the next day I don't feel much better. Well, I hope I get done with it before the cycle is over if I am going to get through.

So was preparing to write my journal entry and read a couple of the entries that were listed at the top and low and behold, the first one is from Brian Foster about he is getting over his sickness... If he is the one who gave me this lingering flu... sigh... Tamiflu has sped up the recovery time but a side effect is I am dizzy about 80% of the time I am standing. I am hoping to be well enough to go to black belt class tomorrow (need a couple more and the available oppertunities are dwindling down). On a side note, I beat a personal record! 102.7 degrees body temp! I think that may be a new all time high for me! 

There's nothing like getting over your sickness. It's like unveiling a curtain in front of you displaying the world as it really is. I spent most of my day outside thankfully. It was actually a nice day to be outside. Then, unexpectedly, Trent tested for his next belt and did beautifully. His pomsae looked great and he had to perform in front of all the black belt class. Which, he feels, are his people. In his mind, everyone came over to watch him test and cheer him on. I didn't dare tell him that they were just getting ready for class. I think that made his day. And of course, like an idiot, I didn't take a single picture. Katherine asked to see a video (like I normally do) of him testing and I just stood there with my mouth open like a two car garage. I got the eye roll....

Today we had no King Tiger classes because of testing. I helped so that was nice that I got a leadership in. We now have two new BoCho Dans! Woo! Woo! We also got some new high white belts, blue belts, green belts, high blue belts, red belts, high red belts, high green belts, yellow belts, and high yellow belts. For our post testing celebration we went to La Unica and I ordered some Fajitas and for some reason my Dr. Pepper was much larger than it usually is. That's fine though, it just means more soda for me! Thankfully I have no homework because I'm tired and it is late at night. I just wanna say congratulations to everyone who Tested! Good Night!

Worked with a group of students today and it made me think of ways to hep improve my teaching methods. I am trying to make my teaching style more effective and help the students more than I could in the past. 

Today my father got something called Google home. You can ask it questions it can answer most of them for you and most of them for you.It is very good entertainment for me and Erik.It is so AWESOME!!!

Today I was very sick so I had to skip school. My sickness was terrible so I didn't feel right for entire day. I wish I could make myself better but I can't get rid of this awful sickness. I also had to skip Black Belt Class so my dad and brother went instead. If I could change this day entirely I would so that I would feel great.

Today, finding the balance between authoritative and entertaining. Students must show some effort but it's an educator's responsibility to make the curriculum exciting. :) 

Went to the orthopedic doctor today, unfortunately got semi bad news I have a contusion in my left knee and am suffering from a problem when my knees are having trouble supporting itself. So I have to take anti-inflammatory for a month and do physical therapy for a month. But the good news is that I can still train and test just another little thing to overcome but I am ready to handle it.  

I'll be happy when spring springs!!!  My mom made me run a mile in the cold today. I was angry because it was cold. But< afterwards she got me two doughnuts. i wonder if she will do it again if i run in the cold tomorrow. I looked at the weather and it will be cold again.

It feels like I living in light house with that stupid light flashing around me, completely surrounded by fog and haze. Being sick is just no fun, and now it's been thrice. Is that a word? Connor and I ended up running around the basement like a couple of imbeciles for our mile run. It was just too cold for the condition we are in. Both of us has this nasty head cold that's kicking our butts. I took a decongestant something or other and went to class. It felt good to get out of the house, but I always feel bad for doing so because we might get someone else sick. I made it appoint not to shake hands with anyone. Thank goodness for bowing. Connor really needed to get in more sparring classes. Poor kid looked terrible coming home. I thought he was actually doing better, but not so...

today i started fourth quarter and started french after a 4 day weekend and i enjoy my french class even though i know no french i like the teacher. she is nice

I've been having since like, week 2 and I just now dd my essay for it. I've been playing the Alto Saxophone for awhile now and decided to learn the Trumpet as a second instrument. I'm decent at it. I can only play a few notes but I still have much to learn. For example, by the way, everything I'm about to say I already know on the Sax. Now, eighth notes, sixteenth notes, slurs, ties, sixteenth notes tied to an eighth note, eighth rests, half rests, whole rests, measure repeats, repeat signs, D.C. Al Fine, D.C. Al Coda, B flat concert scale, C concert scale, E flat concert scale, F concert scale, G concert scale, Minor scales, Duets, Trios, Solos, Swing eighths, Sticattos, Tenutos, Soli's, accents, rooftop accents, rooftop sticatto accents, 4-4 time,(Not forty-four but four four)6-8 time, 3-4 time, 2-4 time, cut time, dotted quarter note, dotted half notes,...

so today i went back to school after two days off and i started a new quarter with new electives and started french its weird because everyone in my c,ass knows french and i don't but i like the teacher. so it was a good day/

ON ALL MY EXERCISES I AM OVER HALF WAY SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD I WILL BE OK WITH ALL MY EXERCISES IF I DID 100 PUSHUPS AND SITUPS I WILL BE DONE EASEY THIS CYCLE IS SOOOOOO MUCH FUN

Today for home study I had a very light and short day. I had only two requirements for English, one requirement for Math, two requirements for History, and one requirement for Science. I got done at 2:30 and did not spend a lot of time on each subject thankfully. 

Getting the flu... Didn't feel like myself monday and after helping with a class and then taking the adult class on monday I wasn't feel 100%. Went to publix and started to decline fast (had to leave with only 1/3 of my shopping done). Got home and passed out. Woke up at 11 pm to a 102.5 degree temperature... I will say this, Tamiflu is amazing!!! Got a script for it yesterday and took my 2 doses, with a 3rd dose this morning (and 4th will be tonight). Fever broke and am down to 98.6 today and feeling much better. To bad I got 0 requirement in for yesterday and today (not going to push myself just going to sleep some more and hope it is alll over). 

Today I went to black belt class. Master Evans gave us a little talk. Today is a good day.

Had an interesting class discussion in my business management class, made me start to think about college and the many reasons I want to go. On continuing the discussion for tomorrow I have thought about what I wanted to say. Looking forward to asserting myself on that tomorrow. 

Ok, head colds just stink. This is the second cold I've had this cycle and I'm getting a little tired of it. I think the next cycle I do will be the fall time frame. This will be short and not very sweet, due to the fact that I'm having a hard time spelling "dog" correctly. I might be doing a little medicating tonight for a good night sleep. I despise taking medication of any type. I would make a terrible pharmaceutical salesman. Thank God for spell check.

Today is a new unit for school and our last one. Each unit is 10 weeks and we are on Unit 4. Now we have a new project and new lessons to learn. I hope that these 10 weeks will go well.

New projects are always fun and exciting in theory but when it comes to application and execution, tough. Getting it done though!

Our network was down for the weekend so I couldn't journal or put my requirements in. Now that I have a new network, I can do it once again. It feels good to all of a sudden see red turn into green. Like fixing a bad grade. Deep down, your stomach just says, "Finally, now my mom won't be mad at me." It's nice having to know your mom is happy with you. Because trust me, you don't want an angry mother. Anyways, I kinda got sidetracked there. Today I got in both leaderships and a mentee session so that was nice. By the way, I was told we can pick self defense partners so they attack you the whole time instead of both of you attacking each other. I like the idea of that. Tonight we were reviewing all self defense where Master Chelley would call out a belt and...

Today I went back to being a white belt. It felt strange being in the back of the class. But, i did it!

yesterday i did my mute challenge it was hard but i did it today i started my essay for my mute challenge today was a good day to wright my essays because it was raining so i had a lot of spare time to use for essays   

 This week I have a history test, science test, literature test, math quiz, and a paper for grammar due Friday. The history test is on Thursday, but the rest is on Friday. I am not worried about literature, math, and the paper. I am scared of the history and science test. I think I will do good. The good thing is that spring break is next week so I can have fun and rest.

Today I got in to it. Today it was raining cats and dogs. Today is a rainy day.

Ever since day light savings time came I have never felt awake. My classmates and I at school were all half awake and even my teachers were wishing they could go back to sleep. I think but at the end of the day a kid named Wes who wasn't here to show his project presented it to the class. It was really big and it worked almost perfectly. After that I started to wake up a little bit so at least I survived the day.

I just realized that I still need to do my taxes. This cycle can consume so much of your life, I forget about the other responsibilities that also go along with April. I'm sure I will do another extension this year. My wife will probably claim me as a dependent due to the fact that she has been doing the majority of the house work and dinners, while Connor and I are in the basement working out. I;m sure she's counting the days down more than we are. Did I mention how much I despise day light savings time? I'm dragging here, feeling like the 1970's bionic man running in slow motion. I think I'll be turning in early tonight. Peace out.  

It snowed today unfortunately it came and went very quickly, but that is okay. I will take that as a sign that things can change very quickly and that you need to slow down and enjoy what is happening right now.

Not sure what the title means. I just didn't want to type much. The snow was a nice change of pace. I enjoyed watching it while drinking my coffee. It was also nice having the need to start a fire in the wood stove. Yeah, we're a regular ma and pa Kettle here. Wouldn't change it for the world. I went by my old neighborhood yesterday. They seem to squeeze in three more communities around it to make sure you hit gridlock in any direction you go. We went to the movies today and saw The Shack. They did a phenomenal job. They were right with the book. I'll give a quick warning for all you dudes who are thinking of taking a date to it, it's a mega tear jerker. So, unless your girl friend likes her men on the sissy side, you may want to see King King instead....

It snowed today and when church was over the sun was shining!  what a crazy day! I fulfilled a lot of my requirements today because i missed out on getting anything done on Friday and Saturday.

So I got the notification that my dropbox was ready. Guess that means it is time to start writing those essays!

Today i was mute it was really hard since i went to y grandmas house and my parents keep like saying stuff and talking to me to try to make me talk. And i could not say the things i wanted to so yeah.

today i my mute day and of course it snowed and i could not yell yay it snowed. after that we went to my grandmas house we had lunch with them it was great i loved it soooooo much

Today I came back from Winston-Salem. I did my regular requirements. I ran around my neighborhood. Today is a good day.

Snow came and melted. Successes and failures come and go but the learning experience is everlasting. 

Today in the morning I woke up and was surprised to see the snow on the ground. Yesterday was really warm and today was snowing and that did not make any sense to me. But I enjoyed it and was very excited. We are also going to see a movie so this might be a weird day. 

Today I helped teach out junior instructors camp and it was a great time, I was very honored to work with the future instructors of our dojang.

Ah, it's time to spring forward and take away that precious hour of sleep. I fear the sermon tomorrow will be accompanied by dozens of head nods. Not the type giving an Amen to the preacher, but good church folks struggling not to fall asleep. I always wonder every year, if this will be the year they get rid of day light savings time. It doesn't seem to serve much of a purpose as it once did. I think the world will keep spinning if we didn't mess with our clocks. And the rest of the world could have an easier time calculating what time it would be in America.  Sparring class was fun. Got a lot of rounds and Master Knight did a great job, as always. There was only two adults today, myself (I do call myself an adult sometimes) and Instructor Smith. He's going to make a great...

I just came from a party it was my Grandfather's B-Day. I did not like the food it was bad. The cake was awesome. The food had mushrooms on the chicken. There were 3 types of cake pineapple, chocolate, and vanilla cake. I ate chocolate cake my sister ate vanilla and chocolate cake. The cake was good. Today is a good day

Today I did a 5k at Corvian with my mom, far, and brother. I ran with my mom and Erik and far beat us. This was my 3rd year running it. It was fun hanging out with my mom.  

today was not a good day. Today was a great day i was in a 5K race and finished 107 out of like 400 or something and i did it without stopping so i am proud so in all i got a blackbelt weekend, sparring class, 4.1 miles, lots of pomsaes, and i watched.  A movie it was all in all an awsome day.

today me my mom and my sister did a 5K it was GREAT we all had sooooooooooo much fun we all loved it. it took me 29 min and 13 sec to run the  hole ting NON STOP NO WALKING THE HOLE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I slept in instead of waking up early for sparring because of soccer. My brother and dad had to get up though but I stayed in bed. I got up around 9:00 and had to eat breakfast and put my gear on. I lost my soccer game 8:2 and we were not very happy about the score. I can't wait for another day of the weekend tomorrow though.

Thinking about putting the subject line of all my journals from now on in the form of song lyrics. I somehow missed sparing and blackbelt class today, but I had a good reason! Color belt testing is next week so I imagine Monday and Tuesday are going to be crazy with students trying to finish their requirements and prepare for testing. Today has been a pretty decent day! Beware the possible ice tomorow. 

My left knee has been hurting pretty bad lately... hope that it gets better soon and that it does not effect the cycle at all.

Well Duke won! That was for all of the Carolina fans out there. As well as the Charlotte Hornets. It's the first Hornets game I have been to, so the least they could do is win for me. Had a good time. We went with other parents of the boys school. Fun group. Had to chop some wood to get ready for the snow storm coming. I'm having difficulty believing it's going to stick to the ground after all this warm weather. We'll see if I'm wrong. It's happened once before. No laughing now. That would be the beginning and the butt of a joke I imagined. If you're not counting, we have 49 days left. Tired yet? The strange thing is all my requirements have jumped into the red, even though yesterday I was in the green. This website must have been built with duct tape and bubble gum. Still,...

Today I learned my credits from camp so if anyones wondering how I got all these classes in one day it is because of the credits from Instructors camp. Now that I got that off my chest, I am ready for tomorrow. I will help Master Chelley with family class and then go take black belt class and then do requirements for the rest of the day. When we got home from King Tiger I got to go play with my friends until it was time for dinner. We hung outside on the trampoline. We had pizza for dinner and I am happy it is the weekend!

Today is Friday. I got to show my class my slide show. Today is a good day.

Today I had no school so I had a free day. I woke up about 9:00 and had breakfast. After breakfast about 11:30 I helped my dad put logs onto a shelf so we can have a fire and stay warm. There were enough logs to last about a week. Also I am going to see a Hornets game with all of my school friends. I wish day could never end.

I went to sparing class and then had to teach a bunch of junior wanghos stuff they should already know since testing is next week. Today was a good day

Here we are, passed the mid point of the cycle, and looking good. 50 more days left according to my calculations. Hopefully everyone is somewhat on track. The key is strategy. Knowing what to focus on first like the push up and sit ups, pomsaes, and self defenses. That stuff will kill you if you don't have those knocked down to a manageable level by now. What's really gong to put me six feet under is the new skill. I still haven't found something new to learn. At least something that doesn't cost a lot or take a great deal of time. I am thinking of taking a pool maintenance class. Something that could help me with my pool up at the lake. Chlorine, free chlorine, pH, blah blah blah. It's a lot of fancy talk for, "make pool look blue." I'm going to keep looking at options, but the clock...

Today was the Culminating Event for my school. My class all shared our machines that we invented. I had one of the best projects which made a robot dance. Other people had some cool machines too like cracking open an egg. The other grades also had their projects like the 3rd graders launched rockets. This day was one of the best throughout the year.

today i learned what i get for going to Jr instructors camp it was 2 free passes and passes for classes I LOVE ever ting we learned it was soooooo fun       

Today, was such a Grrrreat! Day!I got in a lot of poomsaes and self defenses that I really think helped me out. Today in class I got to lead in a kicking exercise where we went around the mat doing back leg front kicks, then sidekicks, then roundhouse kicks. We went until we were where we started. It was nice, I liked it. I also got to take sticks class with a high blue belt named Adam, Mrs. Belcher, Master Chelley, my Mom and I. The thing is is that we all went to Instructors camp! It was really fun. Any ways, I hope we all keep having days like this! Good Night!

Today I went to Lake Norman. I toke a sparring class. There where few people there. I got a lot of sparring rounds. Today is a good day.

Today was pretty uneventful, I have to work on a group project in AP psych for the next couple of classes. Seems like I was put in charge of the group, I don't mind and honestly I am glad I was put in charge so I can feel like I am more in control of the assignment.

It never fails, when you spend weeks helping your son do his project, and you think it's in the bag, then BOOM! You find there are three papers and other parts that has to be done the night before. Fortunately, we are done with it, and it turned out pretty cool. We did a Rube Goldberg machine (I had to you tube what that was) that started a robot to dance. Tricky to explain, but it has a lot to do with levers, incline and decline planes, dominoes, two mouse traps and of course, one toy dancing robot. Hopefully it will work at school as it did here. All I know, is it's out of my house tomorrow, and that is good.  The other big thing today, yes it's a memorable day, is we priced out installing a pool into our back yard. First day of Master Hartle gone, and we had a crazy day.  Sick kids, lots of drama and testing coming up soon. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day! ????

Today was a pretty good day, but I did learn a lesson to ignore what other people say about me. 

So testing is next week and we must have had almost 50 students in class for the Wednesday family class. Ever get to the point where you just have to try to work with everyone and have them take a seat when they poomsae is done so you can focus on the next group and the poomsae they will be tested in? Worked pretty well I think.    Edit: I forgot to publish this last night. 

Finally beginning to feel well rested today. Remembering to not let one person's judgement shake me to the core. 

Today I did ALOT of exercise 200 pushups and 200 sit ups. I love doing all my exercise it is so much fun to know that I get them done and over with for the day   

 Today we did sparing and it was really fun becase i got to spar another person other than the normal because of the height i am there is only one person who is the same belt as me and the same height and so i was really excited we also worked on kicks and i enjoyed it.        

Tomorrow will be my birthday! I didn't go to TKD today because i had a headache, so my mom let me take the day off.  I am about to take a shower and go to bed. Tomorrow when i wake up I will be 10!
