Happy Monday! Busier day than usual with work. Got a run in and bb requirements done for the day. Took Jovi to his guitar lesson. Went to King Tiger and had a session with my mentees and assisted with a class. Hope everyone had a great Monday.

Middle age mom taking on her first Tae Kwon Do black belt cycle. Here to mom hard and better myself. My husband, Joe, is also a Bo Cho on this black belt cycle with me. We have an 8-year-old son, Jovi, who is a high red belt. We are students at the Lake Norman King Tiger.
