Today i went to the pma seminar and we learned a lot of stuff and then after that I came home and did homeowrk and stuff and then i played volleyball with my friends and after that i came home and ate dinner and watched a movie and now its kind of late so im going to sleep gnnn

Today was a busy day, I went to black belt class this morning and immediately went to the weapons seminar at Harrisburg which was really cool and I learned a lot. I learned how to defend against someone with a knife, and how to defend high and low sections of my body which I thought was really cool.

I’m working on this piece for my dad’s birthday that’s coming up soon. The day started out with an awesome black belt class with Master Chelley (aka Queen Tiger); we covered a good mix of weapons, self-defense and poomsae. Drove up to Harrisburg afterwards for the PMAA seminar. Huge shoutout to Master Knight and Master Foster for hosting. Harrisburg rocks! I always enjoy the PMAA seminars and today was no exception. It was great to see some friends I hadn't seen in a while as well as make a few new ones. I met and trained with Abraham who is also on the cycle. I was supposed to stay for the afternoon session, but my foot was swelling pretty bad, so I decided it was best to go home and cover it in ice. Today I had a mentor second with Master Chelley and took a black belt class. After that, I went to the weapon seminar and learned a lot of new things. Then In the afternoon, I went for a bike ride. Today was very exhausting!
My day was good. I slept in a little today and then I went to the Philippines combative event they had at Master knight school and Master foster. We trained with sticks and Knifes what did most of the stuff I knew with sticks but what threw me for a loop was doing it without sticks and we did it like back hand back front back front something like that I got the hang of it though. When the event ended at 12 all of us got a certificate with our name on it then we took a picture after that I headed home and Did my two mile run and the rest of my Exercises. That is my day
Today is Saturday. And it is my last journal entry of the cycle. I woke up earlier than I usually do because I had to go to Taekwondo. So I got dressed. I left and went to the PMA seminar. It was pretty smooth. It went by fast. Parker, Trent, and Connor were also there. And after the seminar we took a picture and left. Then I came home, ate food and did my chores and Blackbelt requirements.
Today I took my first PMA seminar the Master Melegrito the founder of the PMA alliance. I got to learn how apply knife self defense to combat ans to protect yourself. Overall a great class. I got all my requirements done for the day.
today I got to do my first seminar with guru Melegrito. He was pretty nice in person & I got to use a knife (fake). I as pretty exited because this was my first seminar & I had a great expirience. He also gave some life tips which was nice. It was fun.
It was a busy morning, we had a good BB Class taught by Master Dege to start the day, and then headed over to the PMAA seminar with Master Melegrito. I've been home for about an hour and did more self defense and poomsae. I still need to do some physical work and then I have tickets to the Charlotte FC vs Inter Miami soccer game tonight. I'll be heading there with my son.
I love Saturdays , nothing like sleeping in and get good rest. Today we are going to spend Time at my oldest son's college, to see him play with his band. I am looking forward to this, although the game does not start until 7pm. This is pushing into boxing match that is coming on tonight. I am almost done with my requirements, by the start of next week I should be done.

Today I slept through my alarm again. It was a pretty normal day at school. I went to the meeting/tryouts for the odyssey of the mind club that I do in a different school after school and it was pretty nice. There were a lot of people I knew so that was good. I came home and started my requirements. I got a little late start than usual but it was fine. I went on a run more later than usual and I surprisingly really enjoyed my run today. I didn’t feel like too tired and it felt nice. But unfortunately I got a really slow time which makes me kind of upset. But it was fine because I had a good time. I rested after and my mom made a really good dinner and then I had a shower and now I have to do homework.

September 12 - Entry # 30 Went to school. Had a test in math. I did pretty good on it. When I got home from school I did some requirements. I was so exhausted from my week, I took a nap. After my nap, we had dinner and watched some TV. Now im getting ready for bed. Got Saturday black belt class in the morning and the PMAA seminar right after.
This week has been so rough. I'm so exhausted of cycle... And I'm exhausted by this country and by just life. Working on taekwondo actually helps, I enjoy the work. I've gotten most of staff form 2 secured in my brain....I still feel like we have sooo much else to do....
Friday- up early for kettlebells, we did lots of chest presses today, I think all the pushups have helped me get better, Work was fairly quiet, and then I took my youngest daughter to a new activity, climbing. She had a good time, maybe that will be my next activity I follow my kids in doing!
today, i had school. afterschool i came home and took a nap. then i went and played a jazz show thing in Kannapolis. now im gonna call jakhye and then get ready for my exhibition tomorrow.

After lunch we did this new broadcast activity thing about like UN goals for the world or something. After that I had art club and we made comics. Today is Friday. But I didn’t go to school. I didn’t have to go to school because there were parent teacher conferences today. So last night I spent the night at my uncle’s house. Then today I went and helped him wash houses. It was a pretty chill day. Then when we were done we went back to his house and played the game. Today I got Chinese food. Chinese food has been known to cause headaches related to msg. Msg is a compound found naturally & is known for umami flavor. You can buy it as a powder & add it like salt to any dish. Ironically enough the Chinese food I bought was msg free.
My ankle is finally feeling better so I went on a run and walked a lot today. That’s all I did night!!!
So today was actually not extremely exhausting😲😲😲 I think the biggest thing was school which actually wasn't that bad today I think second place would probably go to the fact that we watched the live-action Lilo and stitch for the first time because it's now on Disney+ and it's pretty good but anyway that's about it
My day was good. AS usual I woke up did my exercises and git dressed for school. After school I went home and I wrote about the First original kwan school song moo kwan. I love these type of essays because you can learn the history behind it. And now i am just chilling have a good rest of your day guys.

Today is Infinity Castle Arc time for Demon Slayer! Classes went well so far, I got back into doing differential equations after 2 years in Computational Physics. I am about to go to Taekwondo training and dinner afterwards, and the movie will be later in the night. I'll still be there for tomorrow morning, hopefully. That's what afternoon naps are for. Tough run today, I'm still not where I need to be. The rest of my requirements went normally. I missed a couple of things, but reviewed videos and locked them down more. I'm still weakest on my Hapkido items, simply because they so hard to do alone (though I am better than I was Thursday morning). On a positive note - my daughter is coming home for the weekend from college, so I'll get to see her again!!!!!

Today is Friday eve. This weekend is going to be a busy one for me, but I am looking forward to it. On Friday I am off of my day job, so I have several things to do with my wife, since I am generally busy all the time. Later that evening I will be going to the Harrisburg for black belt class and I will probably stay for sparring. On Saturday I am going to see my oldest son college play football on Saturday. He is is in the band, so my family and I will be there cheering for him and his schools team. Lastly on Saturday evening I will be connected to the couch watching boxing, two of my favorite boxers will be fighting each other. So I will be throwing something on the grill and enjoying myself.

September 11 - Entry # 29 Went to school. Our grandpa picked us up today. We got something to snack on, then headed to sparring class. After class, we went to walmart with my mom to get a few groceries then headed home for dinner. Got some requirements done after dinner. Now its time for bed. Tomorrow is Friday & its an off day so thats always nice.
Had a roundhouse connect with an elbow tonight in sparring and it immediately bruised up. I’ve been icing it all evening. Right now it’s bruised, swollen and stiff. Might have broken one of those tiny bones in the top of the foot. It’s been a tough cycle for injuries.
I woke up today and felt so much better! My stomach aches weren’t there anymore and I didn’t feel that gassy anymore. Today was a pretty normal school day. We have some cool concert music for band. I have so much homework from my AP world class though, we have to take an immense amount of notes. I chilled for a little while once i got home and then started on my requirements. Thursdays are pretty laid back because I have no after school classes. I was hanging with my dog for some time and then went on my run today. I pushed myself and I feel proud. I do this club called Odyssey of the mind and I want to do it in high school but my school doesn’t have it but one of my friends told me about another school holding try outs tomorrow so I’ll be checking that...

School was a breeze. This day was special though, but nothing happened at school. My mom and sisters are going on a plane to the Virgin Islands! It was surprising to hear that for the first time but. I chose to stay home with my dad. Because we'll have the house to ourselves. We're gonna go karting, go play ball, even go to the arcade. We have the weekends to ourselves.

I had so much fun last night! I went to the fair with my friends and I bought one of my friends a necklace and I think it looks really good on her. I also bought some lemonade but I think there was something in there because I was walking and then suddenly I fell asleep for two seconds and then woke back up and had to look at around to see where I was. After that weird event I went in the car and had fun.

Today is weird. Today we have a day many regaurd with reverence. That reverence is not shared with the younger generation for the reason of overexposure to it. Th exposure downplays it & due to the time gap with the exposure it's become less taboo. I learned about this in ap gov as a part of political socialization & life events.

Today is Thursday. Today was 9-11. And we had to do a minute of silence for the people that died. And they sang the national anthem. But our class wasn’t able to go outside for the flag thing. I don’t really know why. But in weight lifting I helped move boxes to the lower school. Today was pretty good. We didn't do work in the last period. So we just studied for 45 minutes.
September 10 - Entry # 28 Went to school. Picked up dinner on the way home from school and ate once we made it home. Today was an "off" day so we just got to hang out at home and relaxed for a bit. Got some requirements done. I wanted to check my time capsule, since its rained a lot.. the rain got inside it and messed up my expensive mewtwo card. So, that made me pretty upset.
I wanted to go to Belmont for sparring tonight but didn’t make it. It’s all good though. I worked on some PMAA with Master Hartle, which I’ve been neglecting because of the cycle I’m loiling forward to the PMAA seminar this Saturday. I hope we get a good turnout of cycle people.

today me and my friends went on a double date, and it was a resounding success. my friend parker and my girlfriend's friend hannah-grace seemed to click really well together. hopefully they'll get together because they kinda seem to feed off of eachothers personality.

Today was amazing. I woke up got ready for school. At school my Chromebook has not been working, but this morning it started to work! YAY! The principal thankfully got the tech guy to fix it. I got work on hapkido 4 today & I am excited. I have never had great experience flipping people, but my mentor & this form helped me learn the very valuable skill. I hope to use this in most of my self-defense & just whatever else I need. That's all for today.

Today is Wednesday. Today was a chill day. In weight lifting we had a free day. In math our teacher is out. So today was a bit of a free day. And tomorrow we can wear red, white, or blue shirt for 9-11. I’m sure I have a lot of shirts in those colors. And tomorrow is the last day of our school week.
Today is Wednesday, I had to dig really deep today to push through. We are rounding now and my body is telling me that I need some rest. I was able to go to sparring class tonight at the dojang. I plan on Friday going to Harrisburg to do the black belt and sparring class. I am really trying to finish these requirements, so that I can focus on just refining my stuff for black belt testing.
My day was good as usual I woke up did my Exercises and got dressed for school. After school I did my two mile run planks and Sit-ups. I also staring writing my essay (the history of the kwan's) I enjoyed writing about the first school Which is named Chung do kwan which translates to Gym of the blue wave. Today I went to school on time I had a very good day I almost finished my bench in ce then I got to work on my science project and I’m almost done with half and in math we got to have two 8th grade teachers come in then we went to an 8th grade classroom.
Why did no one at our tdk school not know hapkido 5 until 5 days ago, I dont want to go to testing and look dumb because I didnt know it but whatever. I had to take so many stinkin quizzes today in school. I have church later today. See yall at testing.
I am very nervous. Testing is in 2 or 3 weeks!!!!! But, I think I can do all the things I’m supposed to do in time.
I've not been doing well lately on submitting journals, I'm still on track to hit my requirement before testing, but I need to do better. I've been practicing a lot and getting more confident. Hapkido is still my weakest point. It's so difficult to practice alone. As I go through the rest of the requirements it seems I fall apart on something different every day. Sunday - Bo Dan Specials, I completely blanked. Monday - Sipjin, there's no way I did it right. Tuesday - Staff form 3. Today - Green Belt kick defense. I'll keep working on them, but man it's frustrating. Hopefully I can put it all together on testing day.
Yesterday I had a day off school, so I was able to catch up on some requirements and work on my essays. I went to the Belmont black belt class. I enjoyed it. Tonight I am looking forward to going to the Harrisburg black belt class, and having sushi afterwards.
It's been a busy week. Yesterday we went to the Belmont black belt class. It was great. Today I'm going to make time to work on essays and my test, hopefully, and then go to Harrisburg for another black belt class.
