Ran 2 miles today and went to sparring class afterwards. I was exhausted and starving when I got home!
Just finished my essay on the book reading. Planning to go to sparring class today and hopefully will go for a run with my Dad.
Got home from church. Will be reading a book. Hopefully I will finish all my essays this week.
Today I won’t be going to the lower belt class. I will be going to church instead, but I will be going to sparring class on Thursday. See you all tomorrow!
I went to class today and help with the lower belts. I also practiced rolls and falls with Master Natasya and Master Marcus

I missed my journal yesterday because my day was so full. Co-op whole day, then black belt at night. I did my run with my Dad first thing in the morning today.

Yesterday I forgot to do my journal so today will count as both. Yesterday me and my dad run one mile. After that he dropped me of at Tae Kwon Do and I helped with the lower belt class. Today I hope me and my dad can get some running in. Sadly I will not be helping out in the lower belt class today.
Did my exercise and taekwondo routine this morning. Went to church; ran with my Dad this afternoon.
Today I had a mentor second with Master Chelley and took a black belt class. After that, I went to the weapon seminar and learned a lot of new things. Then In the afternoon, I went for a bike ride. Today was very exhausting!
I went to lower class and sparring today. I was starving when I got home!
I am very nervous. Testing is in 2 or 3 weeks!!!!! But, I think I can do all the things I’m supposed to do in time.
Today I will be helping out with the lower belt class and hopefully do a mentee and mentor session. Me, my dad and my brother went one a bike ride and the way coming back home was mostly uphill. I am surprised that my legs are feeling sore!

Today. I did a mentor session with Master Chelley, took my black belt class, and helped out with the lower belt class.
Our Co-op class with other homeschoolers started today at Lake Norman Baptist Church. When I got home, I was exhausted and I don't want to go the the black belt class. But I have to go because it gives me more strength and discipline.
Today I ran two miles with my dad. I will also be going to the lower belt class as a white belt for my essay. I will also be going to sparring class as a Bo Cho Dan.

Today I ran two miles with my mom. I will also help out with the lower belt class and will probably have a mentor session, mentee session, and a leadership credit.
Today we arre heading back home. Sadly we were not able to do any runs while we were here.
I didn't run yesterday so I am hoping to do one today. We are leaving Florida tomorrow so hopefully we will get our schedule right.

This mourning I ran 3 miles with my dad in very humid weather. I will be helping out with the lower belt class and hopefully have a mentor session and a mentee session. I've got so much activity that I not sure if I'll make it!

Today I will be going to my black belt class. I have not been writing in my journal a lot so my mom told me that would start writing every day. Yesterday my dad told me that I will attending to the classes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday every week! I have a full week ahead of me!
Today I went go on a one-mile run with my dad and am planning to finish my second essay today. I will also go to sparring class tonight and help out with the lower-belt class.
Due to high temperatures this week, I wasn't able to do running as much as I need to. However, exercises were completed except for pull-ups. I still struggle in doing it. I can't even do at least 1. I am also struggling in push-ups. I'm nervous for the pre-test tomorrow! Especially with the study guide questions.
