Today I won’t be going to the lower belt class. I will be going to church instead, but I will be going to sparring class on Thursday. See you all tomorrow!

Due to a very high temperature during this week, I wasn't able to run as much as I needed to. Exercises however, were completed, except for pull-ups. I still struggle to do it; I can't even do at least 1. I am also struggling on push-ups. With jump ropes, I was able to improve my pace.
