Today i went to my black belt class and helped with the lower belt class. I go a leadership credit, class assistance, a mentor session, and a mentee session.

Due to a very high temperature during this week, I wasn't able to run as much as I needed to. Exercises however, were completed, except for pull-ups. I still struggle to do it; I can't even do at least 1. I am also struggling on push-ups. With jump ropes, I was able to improve my pace.
