Today my dad had a buisness trip.
I've learned a new thing about pasta.
If you boil milk you can make it curdle & then if you add a cornstarch slurry with more milk you can actually make a pseudo cheese sauce due to the fact that curdled milk is just cheese.
This is great for cleariac puree.
