Today I woke up late and went to school almost late. Then I had PE and we had to run a lot. After that we learned new subjects in ELA and social studies.IN math we started something on shadows. Now I am doing requirements and getting ready for TKD class.
Hello candidates, instructors, masters, parents, and the guy at the bagel shop, I wanted to add a journal entry to show that grammer and speelling has little to do with being a black belt. I have been really enjoying reading your journals (yes, we really do read them). Some nights it's a toss up between your journals and cat videos, but here we are. For my Harrisburg guys, great improvement on quantity and going deeper then, "Its a normal day, I wrote up, brushed my teeth, went to school and did some requirements," to now adding some substance, some meat and potatos, some nitty gritty, and, yeah, you get the picture. As you have noticed, we are leaving January and entering the shortest month of the year (except its leap year, so its a day longer). The night testing and hopefully not the overnight testing, will be here soon. It's time...

Bad day today; I wanted to finish physics, my narrative essay, start work on a tkd essay, and do requirements all today but instead spent the majority of it asleep. I do not enjoy falling sick easily. You would think the amount of times I get sick my immune system would be stronger!!! I do not have much else to say, goodnight kt!
Today I woke up and played some video games. Then we had breakfast and got ready for church. When we got to church I went to my Sunday school class. After we had lunch and then we dropped Anthony off for a trip with the youth group then mom and I went to target and then we headed back to church to met up with my cub scout pack. We walked around antiquity and placed door hangers on a lot of houses. Next weekend we will go back and hopefully pick up a lot of food that people leave out, sort of like what we will be doing for our service project!! After that we went home and I did some black belt stuff. And then I relaxed and played some video games and had dinner and went to bed!
Hi fellow people of the black belt cycle. This weekend was really exciting. On Saturday I woke up and did black belt class like all of you and then I helped out with multiple classes and got a few miles in. Later I ate lunch with my family and watched School of Rock at night. The movie was really awesome - going into it I thought it was going to be a geeky rock movie (yuck), but I was genuinely surprised how much I liked the movie. It was funny how the kids transformed from a boring classical school to a fun, cool rock band. Jack Black is now my favorite actor. Today I went to nine round and did a workout there the first time, it was pretty fun. Later in the day I went to see Wonka with a friend. Then I went to my mom's house.
Hello King Tiger! Today was an easy day. I don't know what I got on the exam(I know I got a 100 in the oral section). I am very worried about my grammar and spelling mistakes. After that, I came back home at 4, did all my requirements, and assembled a table while my dad was assembling my pull-up bar. My mom was working out on the exercise bike and my brother did some math problems. After doing all those things, we had dinner and watched a bit of TV before going to bed. I woke up Feeling amazing but then I realized I had to do double the requirements because I was sick yesterday. I tried running outside today and I found out that I'm better running outside than on the treadmill. I think it's because I'm not so bored looking at the grass, the trees, and the cool cars instead of looking at the wall, the boxes, and that one creepy room with the lights turned off where I feel like something is watching me in the dark.

Had a session with one of mentors, Master Natasya. We worked on Bolo. I came home and did 24 minutes of Bolo practice to try and cement what I learned. I did the rest of the black belt requirements for the day along with some extra kick time. I did some reorganization of my closet. Watched a lot of football today with the family.
Today I woke up and did all of my cycle requirments. After that, I went to Poomsae class. Before class, I jump roped at King Tiger. During class, we did a lot of Ill Chong and a bunch of kicks. After Poomsae class, I ran two miles with my dad and then played some video games. After video games, I ran two more miles with my mom. I played a little more video games after that, then ate dinner and took a nice long shower. After that, I read a chapter of Atomic Habits. The beginning of the day, I was tired but then I felt better after running and playing video games.
Today I helped my dad clean our chicken coop because it was really dirty. We also had 2 roosters that were being mean to some of the hens, plucking the feathers off of their backs. They already killed 2 other chickens last week so my dad had to shoot them today. My grandfather was here and he wanted to use the feathers to make flies to go fly fishing with. He also cut up the meat from the chickens so we can have it for dinner tomorrow night. Then I actually got ready for the day and ran a mile. While I was watching a movie I did my push ups, jump rope, sit ups, burpees and planks. I cleaned up my bedroom from us going to Charleston yesterday. I played Battleships with my dad before I had to go to bed. It was a busy day.
Today I slept in pretty late and then my friend Logan had to go home. I ran and did all my requirements for day and I even cleaned my room. I reorganized my vanity and did some laundry. It was a productive day.

Hi, today was pretty nice, when I woke up I watched church and also ate breakfast, after that I ran a mile. When I finished I did some studying then I watched the Ravens game (no spoilers if you watch football), while it was still going on I went to my grandmas and finished the game. Today, I went mute. It was a weird and sad experience. I feel bad for everyone who doesn't have the life the "normal" people do. Some people can't talk, or can't hear, or even walk. I think we should all just be thankful for what we have, and never be mad for what we have in life. Anyways that was it I hope everyone had a great day and stay safe! Hello! Today was a busy day since I woke up and went to faith formation then afterwards did my requirements exercises and after that I saw some friends playing football and I joined them. I had so much fun. After that I went home and my dad and I started watching football but im kind of surprised the ravens lost. Dad made dinner and now i am relaxing before I hit the sack.
Today, I caught up with some homework and just hung out at home. in the evening I went driving with my dad and we picked up some school supplies that I need for my new classes.
Today I got back from a sleepover and did my requirements. Then I played basketball and I am now watching football.
Today was a very productive day. I woke up and started on some requirements. I then went to church and volunteered in the kids room again. It was fairly boring as I was just the DJ and then had nothing to do while the kids were in small groups. After coming home and eating I did about 2 hours of requirements. The plan for today was to catch up on everything I had missed throughout the week, which was a lot. It was enjoyable since my dad was right next to me doing them as well. Afterwards I got ready for a dinner that ended up being canceled, which was a bummer; however, it worked for the best since I got extra time to finish up some personal projects. I just finished two of my personal projects. Now I am here, about to go eat dinner.
Getting ready for the next week! I got my scrubs for my job next week. My boyfriend and I cleaned the apartment yesterday, so today we got to sit and bum around watching movies. This week is about progressing. I recognized what the habits I've been forming and working on the big or small changes to improve. Pet updates: Were getting 3 more rats, two babies and a momma. We're going to introduce them to honeysuckle (the skittish outdoor rat we found). Spending the evening preparing the cage while by boyfriend picks them up. So now have a total of 8 lady rats: Original Cage: Sweet pea, Poppy, Rose, Indigo, New Cage: Honeysuckle, Witch-hazel, Nightshade, and Cosmos
Today I slept in till eight fifteen am. I also played outside for about five hours in total and I did todays requirements as usual. I also ran a mile in fourteen minutes! I rollerbladed outside for two hours as well. So I spent most of my day outside.
Today I went on a six hour bike ride with my friends. I’m going to ride bikes with them again later. I have time in the evening for taekwondo. Nothing much to write about today.
Today I got dome some sit-ups, some oush-ups, some plank, some poomsae, and some kicks. While attempting to write this jorunal my cat logged me out and walked all over the keyboard and deleted some of my journal. Right now he's begging for pets and pawing at me. bad cat....
1/28: today I slept in and started off my day listening to some Spotify (mostly metal). I decided to add some finishing touches to my paper that I started yesterday. Me and my mom went to maple street Bisquit company to get some breakfast/brunch. I came back home and I'm continuing to finalize my paper. I have to say, this paper has really helped me to realize how important the basics are. with this concept in mind, later, I plan to learn some new scales on guitar and maybe learn a few new songs. it truly is important to get the basics down but when you're a beginner, it's easy to wanna dive in headfirst. in reality, this just makes harder on the future you. hopefully later today I can go do some shopping or something fun, but my next priority is answering another page in my review guide.
Taking it easy this week, only doing the classes that are mandatory. My plan is to get all of week 4 and 5 done this week to make up for the lazy week 3 I had. I did unfortunately have to miss out on Poomsae Class today which is a bummer, but it allowed me to get all of week 4 done this morning. Taking an easy week also means I can put a heavy focus on school, which I think is very much needed………
1/27: Today went relatively well... I went to kt Harrisburg for the majority of my day. I attended the 9am sparring class which went really well. my ankle still hurts from sparring last week but I can tell that it has improved. I got to spar four different people, each at a different skill level, which always serves as a great learning opportunity. I came home and started working on my paper about what it was like being a white belt again. I have to say, these papers are relatively easy but finding ways to project what I want to say is always the most difficult part. I ended off the night talking to a friend and played some video games. then I was off to hit the hay.
I was sick the whole day. I woke up sweating and with a horrible fever so I had to skip class that day so that wasn't good. As I laid there in bed my mom came in my room with this weird looking tea. I took a sip of it and it tasted like microwaved cough medicine but It wasn't. It was called sleepy time cold and cough. I tried to get some black belt requirements done but I only got the physical stuff done.

Took the evening off from my normal workout to spend time with the family. Had dinner out and enjoyed a movie at home. will need to double down over the weekend on the workout routine.

I woke up and got ready for black belt class then after class I took 9:30 class which I assisted with some yellow belts with poomsae then went home and got all my black belt requirments done then ran 2 miles then went to dinner and had a hamburger then went home and just kinda did nothing for the rest of the day because it was raining so I cant do extra running sadly but did get to do extra jump ropes. Overall my day was just kinda boring because of the rain.
Louise! Just because I can run a few miles, doesn't mean I can spar for three minutes! : ) Man oh man! I really need to practice more sparring, but I really do not enjoy it at all. In Leadership Class, we discussed making a list of what we are good at and what we are not so good at. I am not so good at sparring. I do not like sparring and I definitely don't enjoy sparring with boys or men because they kick the daylights out of me, so therefore, I will not spar with them anymore. I prefer Double Stick Fighting and the Bo Staff. I did have another great "Super Saturday" starting with Sparring, practicing Poomsae's and kicking the bags before the next class, Family Class and Leadership Class. My bones hurt. 'Twas a great day.
Today I woke up very well rested and we had to pack up from the hotel. Me and logan were matching today and we did eachothers hair. When we got in the car we headed to the aquarium and me and Logan just walked around. We got to get shark stuffed animals and named them Mr. Finns and Mr. Choppers. Then we went to a deli and ate lunch. Logan and I went and looked at boats because we’re saving up. It was a long car ride home but it was fun we listened to music.
Today I woke up and Charleston and I got to go to the aquarium. I saw a bunch of sea animals. Then we got to go to lunch and hang out with my dad's business partner and his family. Then we went to a boat show. We looked at boats and got to go on them. Lots of boats were really big and I was very impressed. Then we drove home. I got to eat wings and got to bed.
today was kinda hectic. First i woke up and got ready for sparring. then i went to sparring and it went as usual, then i helped out with the junior tiger class on got some class assistance credit. then i went home and relaxed for a while, caught up on some assignments and stuff. At 3 I had my basketball game and I picked up my friend and went but i forgot my shoes which was so funny because i switched with my friend so i could sub in for her. My dad did end up being my shoes and i played the full last quarter, we played a team we won 18-17 to and won 28-6 this time which really shocked me because either we got better or they got worse but I was happy then i got chick fil a after and I had to hurry and eat it...
Hello King Tiger! I hope everyone had a good start for week 4 and a good BBC today. After BBC, I went to the back with Caleb and did some requirements with him. I really need to get my class assistance and leadership credits up and going right now. After reaching home at 10, I did the remaining requirements and studied for an exam tomorrow. I just finished the whole thing now and I am going to go to sleep now. I will see you guys( at least most of you all) on Wednesday. I did not journal yesterday because I was and am still not feeling well. I'm assuming it is a light cold, but it knocked me out cold that I went to bed the moment I got from from my bbc weekend class and woke up at 12. Sadly that meant I couldn't attend sparring for today, which honestly sucks because I was looking forward to it. Our Friday class consisted of a lot of self defense from white to green, and I'm excited to have more curriculum packed bbc classes!! Alright, week 4 in the cycle. Because I was focused on the state exam, I haven't been writing my essays and I'm only a few chapters into the required book. This week I need to step up and work on that. Class requirements and leadership requirements are progressing as they should. Leadership can be hard to get, we have so many people asking to lead for the cycle. But I just need to either show up early enough to ask. Mentor and mentee sessions was another challenge to get done. I'm used to always being at King Tiger and having so much time, but now I have to make more of an effort to be there and be there when they have ability to have a session. We were going to go out for dinner to Bad Daddy's but it was POURING at the time we were going to leave so we are going to do it next weekend (mom and MiMi didn't think we would be able to find a close spot where we wouldn't all be soaking wet sitting in Bad daddy's). Happy Saturday! I was up and out early this morning as Jovi is a mentee for a fellow black belt on cycle so we got there a little before 8. While he was doing that, I worked on the breathing controls in Keumgang. I've been doing that a lot trying to improve those balance portions. Some days I do pretty well and other days I do not. Hopefully I will get some consistency soon. I took the Saturday morning black belt class at KT Lake Norman. Hello Guys!! Today I went to Saturday black belt class early in the morning. During that class they had the tv and did a zoom call with Grand Master Evins and we did some drills and self defense with a partner. After that I got my book signed and left, when I got home I ran a mile on the treadmill. After that I did some studying for school, then took a 3 hour nap, when I woke up it was 4:00 so I had a snack then I ran another mile on the treadmill. After that I did some of my requirements then ate dinner, after dinner I did the rest of my exercises, and now I am getting to run my last mile for the day! Have a very nice day

Today I had Saturday black belt class and master Evens zoomed in on a tv. So that meant that we had to do a lot of self defense and poomsae practice. Good Evening King Tiger Family. It has been a really good Saturday. Nate had a track meet this morning in Waxsaw, NC. We got up and got down there pretty early... then they delayed a little bit due to the rain. Luckily it cleared up pretty good before he ran. I am so proud of Nate. He is working so hard and it is paying off. He was in the last heat which means he is running against the best at the meet. He ran extremely well and just killed it. Today I got up early and went to sparring class. After class I realized that I left my uniform top at home and my friend Declan let me borrow his. He saved me from a long drive back home. I am thankful for Declan and his help today. I helped out in junior tigers and did a mentor session with Caleb. After that I took a class as a white belt and stayed for leadership class. We talked about being thankful and finding something we can do at home to help out. I'm still trying to think how I can help out at home. I stayed for the ninja gym reopening and play with some friends and offered to clean up after. I came home and finished my requirements and now I'm about to rest before working on my school project and some essays.
Today I went to Tae Kwon Do early to do a mentee session before my class, we went on over Hopkido (1,2,3) and Goom Gahng. We zoomed in with Grand Master Evins for our class where some unique, but effective kicking drills took place. I had never done it before but it was really fun. We; (1st dans) did BoCho Specials, Koryo, and Goom Gahng. After coming back from Tae Kwon Do, I ate a sandwich and took a shower. Going to requirements before dinner :)

Tonight I went to a vision board event, where we shared goals (and s’mores) for the year. it was nice of it because I’ve been thinking about what I’ve done in January and what I wanna do moving forward. Similarly tomorrow I need to look at where I’m at with Cycle and see where I can improve And what I’ve accomplished. Went running this morning and listen to different songs to use for my demo.

Happy Friday! It was a long one! Got in 2 miles this morning. It was 65 and so humid. I think I had flashbacks of being on the fall cycle last time. Normally, I would love it, but not for running. Looking forward to cooler morning temps next week. :) Got my bb requirements in except for poomsae and kicks. I'm about 5 days ahead so that really isn't a big deal. Read about 1/3 of the book we were assigned. Took my dog, Cami, for a wellness check at the vet. She is in great shape for 11. Went to black belt class tonight. Went to my monthly book club meeting.
I went back to school today after two days off. I started one new class: English. The teach seems very chill; she has definitely spent a lot of time around gen-z. I then came home and chilled for a little bit. I then went to Black Belt Class where we worked on Hopkidos again. Afterwards, I did a mentor session with Master Marcus and worked on 2nd Dan Specials. I then came home and started preparing for my track meet tomorrow. Now I am here.
Tae Kwon Do is way more than just movement. It's a way to express yourself and help others grow. For example, today I was helping out in Little Tigers class (they're the best) and I just love working with them because they improve right in front of your eyes. If you tell them something they won't just put it in the back of their head and think, "who am I listening to? A ten-year old?" Instead, they take the knowledge for all it's worth and apply it. Not always immediately, but it comes around. I just think it's so cool how fast they recognize that you're trying to help them and they know that what you're saying can help them improve. As opposed to higher belts / older kids. What I've seen some people do sometimes when I'm assisting with class is, I'll tell them, for example, keep their hands up or...

Today I did a mile in the morning then school, worked my butt off and got a 96% on a science test (I'M BAD AT SCIENCE)! Then went to black belt class and got credit. Was today good? No. Bad? No. The end of today was the best part. I woke up and had to go to another doctor’s appointment, went to school and overall experience a boring morning to mid-afternoon. Once I got to King Tiger, spoke to friends, laughed and met the new little tiger that joined today my day went uphill. Black Belt class today was also very successful, since I got to learn Hapkido 3 despite my challenges of being able to do it. A “meh” day that I hope improves tomorrow……..
today I went to school as normal. In spanish today I got my quiz scores back and i got a 96 which is better then i thought i would do. In science a kid threw a colored pencil at my head and almost got written up but since he was rlly nice about it and made sure i was ok i couched for him and he didn’t get written up I have a scratch on my head though and it hurts. At home i relaxed a bit before i had to got to my weekend black belt class i was 15 minutes late because my dad got the time wrong but i made up for it with a mentor session with master foster. When i got home i ate dinner did the rest of my requirements and now im watching a movie with my family.
Overall today was a really great day. In school we had our birthday celebration and our character parade. The person I voted for best character of the month won. We got cupcakes, cookies, chips, and juice for the birthday celebration. My mom came up to volunteer and she brought the chips again this month. We also took a science MVPA test and got to go outside for recess. My shoes got muddy and my mom was not happy when saw them. I went to get a haircut and then attended my Black belt class. There were not as many people tonight. We practiced a lot of self defense and board breaking. I did okay with both and have to keep practicing some things. This morning I woke up at seven with a little fever and a stuffy nose so that wasn't a good start to my day. Then I went to the kitchen to make breakfast for me and my cat Oliver. After breakfast I had to do history because I didn't do it yesterday. Once I was done with history I broke apart my LEGO tie fighter to make something new. Then I went to TKD and had pizza.

Hi, today when I went to school and had a field trip to the Catawba Science Center, I've been there a few times and it has been fun. We also went to a Harriet Tubman play. After that we came back to school and normally in the end of the day we have advisory, but we just watched a movie instead, because we just came back from thee field trip. Then I went to the Friday black belt class and we worked on hapkido almost the whole class. When I got home I did my requirements, and now I am about to go read my book for school.
Hello King Tiger Family. Pretty normal Friday. I worked remote today as I usually do on Fridays. We did have our carpets cleaned today, so that was a little different. Pretty typical work day. Nate and I did do some requirements and I did go for a run at lunch time because it is 70 degrees today and figured I would take advantage of it. Not sure how the weather will be this weekend. Glad we worked on Hopkido at Black Belt tonight. Got a mentor session in and learned some items I need to refresh on. Finished some requirements. Getting ready for tomorrow. First I woke up and we walked to school for my last mile of the week. After school I went to King tiger did my black belt stuff and took black belt class! Then after class we got to beat my brother for his birthday!!!!!! 😃😂😁 Then we went home for dinner and then a little later bed!
Today I went to school where a had my first day of acoustic guitar class. Upon coming to Tae Kwon Do straight after, I did sit-ups , pushups, plank, burpees, and jump rope. I took my weekend BBC and am driving home now.
Today was the start of 2nd semester so I started chemistry. It seems like an interesting class and I think I would like it.
I woke up this morning, read my bible app and went outside to check the weather. I started my workout this morning with Black Belt Samery on YouTube. I completed a ten minute high kick routine, a ten minute stretch for higher kicks routine and six minutes of a ten minute jump rope routine. I was supposed to get some Poomsaes in since I scheduled Poomsae's in the morning and running, self defense and exercises in the afternoon. This afternoon I completed my two-mile run with my dog. It was our first time running outside since the rain and cold weather. The weather was perfect to run in and being outside was a great change from the treadmill. Yesterday I was home from school so I did some pull-ups in the morning. After that, I had some free time. Later, at 3:00, I ran two miles. After that, I went to my sparring class.
Balanced by extremes day: I probably failed the second part of my math test but I also got to go to tkd today! I got a mentorship with Master Knight to work on stick and staff form #1, helped out with junior tigers, led warm ups and the drill with the senior tigers, and then worked with my mentee! I also worked on "pull ups" which are really just hangs with the occasional attempt to pull up, but they're something rather than nothing!! I have math homework to finish, and then I'll work on reviewing American History for my test tomorrow. Or maybe I'll fall asleep. I'll know in 20 minutes.
Yes! I finally made it to class today. I led the floor portion of today's warm-up. As a White Belt today, I forgot to Ki Hap and pre-prep for the next movements. I finally completed a few successful rolls without cracking my head and I made a little progress in my pull up (singular). I'm looking forward to doing a full session of non-stop self defense tomorrow (hint-hint). Rain, rain go away.
today i did my requirements in teh morning then went to jail. i went to help with class and then sparring class. after i had a mentor session and went home and did hw.
Today I almost broke my dads nose. He thought it would be fun to teach me some moves but he was wrong. eleven more months until Christmas!!!
Light workout after dinner tonight. Pushups, sit ups, kicks and dumbbells. Will work through the poomsae before bedtime.

I was feeling unmotivated to do any of my requirements today. I slept til noon, caught up with few shows. I had to run interval runs today on my training app, but it was raining and I was tired, but I got up and just started moving, even if it was slow or not my best. I did so push-ups, sit-ups and jump rope, then went outside to run. I didnt wan to run, but after starting and getting mid-way, I felt really good. I was motivated and I finished 2.5 miles and felt energized to go to sparring. Sometimes you really just have to do it and give it over with.
Today at school I did not have outdoor recess since it was raining a lot. I played at the gym with my friends. After school I had science club and it was fun. I rested at home and got ready for sparring class. I had a good time!
I got to sleep later this morning because we had NO SCHOOL!!!!! I woke up and we had cinnamon rolls for breakfast because tomorrow is my brother's birthday, and we do it every year on our birthdays. We went to King Tiger for the day and I played video games and big mat games. We had lunch and played more games and had class. I also had a mentor session and worked with my mentee. I also helped with class and did some of my black belt stuff before sparring class. Then we went home and had dinner and now bed time!
Pretty good day today! I passed all 3 tests I had today with high B’s (Math, Spanish, and English) which is really good. School overall today was good. After school I had a doctor’s appointment (which went great) and then it was Sparring. Week 3 is almost at a close, though it feels like it’s been much longer than 3 weeks……
Hello!!! Today I went to school and had a science test that I didn't study for 😑, but the thing is we got to play on thee computers after that. Later in school I had to make up a math test, I kind of forgot how to do it but I was fine. After that I went home and did my homework, when I was done I went to the 5:15, 6:00 and the sparring class, I took thee 5:15 class and in the middle of the classes I did a mentor session. In the 6:00 class I assisted in class and led punches and kicks, when I got home I did my exercises. bye!
Today i woke up a bit late and started panicking because i was really late but then i remembered i had a Ortho appointment at 9 so I slowed down and took my time. At the Ortho they moved one of my brackets which is making my teeth hurt really bad and i also got my color redone. by the time i got to school it was like 9:40 and we were doing an assignment, it wasn’t to hard and i finished it in time. In PE we moved on to pickleball but i don’t really like it because it’s hard and not very fun. In spanish we took our quiz and i feel like i didn’t do very good on it even though I studied. I did my mentee session which went on a lot longer because she didn’t know any of her self defense but it was ok because...
Today I woke up later than I normally due since I had no school again. I then did my normal morning routine. Afterwards I went for a run with my girlfriend in the rain which was amazing because we ran in her neighborhood which is right on the lake; the lake with the rain was so beautiful. Then we hung out for a few hours; I went to PT and she came with me; then we said goodbye. I headed to Tae Kwon Do to help with class, I worked with Nathan Miller which was good since I got to work on 1st Dan stuff. Then I took sparring class which I enjoyed. I then got home, ate, and now I am here.
So everyday at some point I say "My leggies hurt" cause yes, they hurt.. But I used it 3 times today and that was even to much for me.. My sister started Cheer today and she was really nervous and cried because she got hurt but she did really well! I wish her the best of luck and to be really good at it like I al tkd. I got to do sparring today and a mentee credit. Me and my mom both decided to not go to the gym today because we didn't feel like driving .2 miles away from home, and it was almost my bed time, (Yes I have a bedtime, I did stupid things as a child.). I ran my mile and got a new high score for running and finished everything else. I feel like a lot of people got school off today, I wanted school...
Happy Thursday. Another rainy day, but hopefully it will be just cloudy tomorrow. Jovi was off from school so he was at King Tiger for camp allowing me to get some work done and bb requirements done. Today was a teacher workday so I went to after school the entire day. Besides that it was like any other day. I went home did my requirements and relaxed
My day was not very great since I woke up at 3:45 am and could fall back alseep for an hour then woke up again at 6:00 am very dizzy and I had a horrible headache so after a bit of time pass I found out I was sick so I had to take some medicene and it made me feel much much better so then I just did nothing the rest of the day and then I had dinner. Today I had a day off from school so I went to the DMV for my mom to renew her licenses and get a real idea. I thought it was easy and quick. Then we went to school because my mom needed to do some things in her classroom before we could go home. She teaches kindergarten. Then I went home and ran a few miles and did some excercises. Ate lunch and worked on the quiz questions. I went to sparring class and sparred two big kids and a white belt. Now I am home eating dinner and will go to bed soon. Have a good night.
Today in school we studied for tests and quizzes and had indoor recess due to the rain. I am now eating and doing requirements before class today.
Our school had 2 days off because of exams so I could rest and do whatever I wanted. I also had no homework because it was the end of the semester. I went out with my friends to Birkdale and did some volunteering.
Good Morning King Tiger. It has been a pretty good morning. I did hit snooze this morning. It was a late night and morning came quick... so I slept a little extra (15 minutes). I got up and did most of my normal routine. Nate did not have school today, so it was a little different. I did some requirements and spent some time in scripture. Then onto work, where I hope today goes better than yesterday. All good. I love my job, but need yesterday was another day of finding problems. I am finding that I have a bunch of TKD knowledge buried in my brain and it is starting to come back. It is a little like riding a bike, it comes back to you as you do it again. Good evening King Tiger Family. It is Wednesday evening. Nate and I went to Master Evin's school for Black Belt class. We reviewed stick and staff forms which was perfect because we needed the refresher. Great workout too. Nate and I also got some other requirements completed. We are excited about tomorrow. I had a normal crazy day at work. Have a great dinner that my incredible wife cooked, so extremely thankful. Have a great evening and take care.
Today I had no school since I today would be the make-up day for finals and midterms and I had no exams to make up. I spend most of my morning doing my normal routine and adding in some extra requirements. I then drove my mom around to do some errands to get some driving hours in. Afterwards I hung out with my girlfriend for a few hours before getting ready for black belt class. I really was hoping we didn't do weapons and sure enough we did. However, I was glad we did because I was able to remember many of the Poomsaes I forgot and now have something to work on, on my own. After I came home I worked on my essay for my book. I was able to finish that while doing some rehab for both my knee and achilles. Now I am here.
today was a normal day and I really did the same things as all the other days. One thing I did different was I had to pack my suitcase because I have to go to Boston.
