pretty boring day to be honest, did a but of work on some forms for the pretest at the end of this week, also went school supply shopping before it got crowded, summer went by fast though. but yeah today was pretty boring

nothing special, today at highbelt class, the candidates that were also taking the cycle, we were all put to a mini test from all the color belts. I need to really work on pow-chong. but yeah I did my requirements and everything, nothing to crazy.

today nothing much happened, I had sparring today which was fun but for some reason my core hurt, I couldn't find out why, yesterday at black belt class we didn't really do any core other than warmups, and the day before I just helped out and had a mentee session. but once I went to go do my pull ups for the day I found out why, I usually never really felt it that much as my arms were doing most of the work, but my core actually took a big part in the pull ups this past week so thats why its been hurting. but yeah

I woke up and I was bored. curious I went into the kitchen, I wondered if maybe I can cook or bake something and I thought of cinnamon rolls, I looked online for a simple recipe and I started to make them, they were great, I then went to taekwondo and had to do requirements after cause I woke up to late

nothing to crazy happened today, I ran my miles, did some requirement's, I then went to taekwondo and got some leadership credits and a mentee session. just an average day

today was a pretty good day, I did my requirements, and ran. I tried cooking and baking for a couple of weeks now and i'm doing pretty well, this could be a new skill for that one essay so i'll write that soon.

today nothing much happened, I woke up at 5 in the morning to run, I ate breakfast then did my requirements. following that I went to taekwondo, got some leadership credits and a mentee session which was nice.

nothing crazy has happened today so far, i woke up pretty early, I ran and did my requirements and had breakfast. Ill go to taekwondo in a few hours, maybe something will happen

today was pretty exciting, today was my birthday so at taekwondo they whacked with pool noodles and I bought cookies for everyone, and I had a nice dinner, I obviously did my requirements though but today was definitely better than yesterday

1st week has now ended and im curious to see how the second one is going to go, hopefully its not as rough as the first week but ill keep my head up.

today I woke up a bit earlier than usual, which was pretty good. most of the muscle pain is gone now thanks to my body getting used to the cycle again which makes this whole process way easier. I just finished my requirements and im probably gonna catch up on some essays so yeah.

today nothing special happened, i woke up got ready went to the store and things around the house, nothing much. but im off to go do my requirements so yeah.

my body is starting to become sore, i'm starting to remember everything that happened through the previous cycle. but now I know what to officially do this time.

Im excited to start the cycle again. Nothing crazy happened today, I went to class in the morning, did some requirements and ran a couple of miles. But good luck to everyone on the cycle.

October 4th (The final stand)

Today is the over night test, also known as the last stand. Try your best and bring everything from food water to, weapons and pain killers. It has been an honor being pushed with every student here taking the cycle these past 4ish months.

October 3rd

Today I woke up went to school and had a pretty decent day. Im off to taekwondo about to be 100% ready for tomorrow.

Today I went to school and had my benchmarks which is a big test, hopefully I got a good score. I also finished my mentor sessions today.

Good evening everyone I just got my written test score back I got a good score and passes, Not bad for a 1st timer. I'm proud of my self.

September 30th

Good evening everyone, hope your day is going well. I woke up with immense muscle pain from the pre test (even though it was Saturday) mostly my core and arms which is great, a big sign of improvement. I will post my pull ups tomorrow when my arms loosen back up again cause the pain is not letting me do my pull ups correctly.

September 29th

Today I woke up did a bit of chores, watched a movie and ate of course. And now I just finished my school homework. I should be fine for tomorrow at school.

Today was the final exam (not the overnight) I personally think I did pretty good, my poomsae and bocho spececial and self defense are pretty good, I just gotta work more on geting them fully down.

Today I was being so focused on my requirements that i didnt have time to do my homework, but its fine' we all need to lock in for tomorrow.

Good evening everyone hope your day is going well. Yesterday I finally finished my written test questions BEFORE you say anything I have a very good reputation for memorizing these types of things. After school every Wednesday I had to memorize a few bible verses for… 8 years, since I was a little kid in pre-k. So I'll be studying, cya!

Good afternoon everyone. Today I had a busy taekwondo day as Saturday is the busiest day of the week, its worth it though as i get a whole ton of credits and stuff.

Today i woke up went to school and to Taekwondo i answered a lot of my written test questions and studied for a bit. Re-learned my poomsaes and had a good dinner.

Today i woke up and remember I switched to PE instead of health class which is what i had (from school). Since middle school PE is consecutively more complex and harder; it counted to some minutes to my requirements. Also I was surprised with a new dog :D

Today I finally finished the "digital detox". It looks easy but it's actually very hard. I was poking holes into tin foil, counting pieces of dust when i finished my requirements. Man that was hard. (and yes i did do it 2 times)

Good morning everyone. Today i woke up and had sparring today :0 after being at taekwondo for a while and playing some new taekwondo games while getting credits in, we actually ordered pizza. I enjoyed it and now i'm writing this journal. So far this day is coming along.

Good evening everyone. Hope you guys have a had a good day today! Today i went to school as usual and recapped on 9/11 and stuff. Came home did some requirements and went to an after school activity. I'm back home and have already ate dinner and am ready for school tomorrow (which nobody is usually excited about).

Good afternoon everyone, today like everyone is talking about right now, "the kickathon" i got myself a grand total of 1.35k kicks. I was a little disappointed that I ran out of time and didn't get 1.5k. But man, that kickathon went by fast. People mustve done like double bon bons or something.

Good evening everyone! Hope you guys are having a good day, today was a normal day as usual... BUT! with no "school". That means extra time to do my requirements and not have to go through another math class. I enjoyed the small break I had and caught up on some stuff.

Happy Sunday everyone! Hope you are having a good morning so far. Today will just be another average day in the cycle. 5 minutes of this and here and there and so on. Running is now a big challenge because of school. mine personally ends at 4:30 and taekwondo starts almost after that so yeah... But i still manage.

Good evening everyone. Today i woke up very tired not wanting to go to Taekwondo (cause i was tired). But now i'm glad i went. I had quite the bit of fun while getting a ton of requirements and signatures done. So i'm catching up on stuff i was a little but behind on.

So today the craziest thing happened (not to crazy)! So when this morning i went to harrisburg park to run my 2 miles. there was the lightest rain ever. not to crazy right? so after that i kept running almost done with 2 miles until it started raining super hard. Man it felt so good on the hot environment. :)

Day 13

Good morning everyone! I have just made incredible progress. I used to jump-rope very slowly like 15-25 per minute but now, i can go 50-65 per minute! lots of progress is in the works.

Good evening to everyone, another average day in the cycle. My muscles started to get sore again but i'm sure its normal. Keep doing all you're requirements!

Day 11

Good afternoon to everyone, average day in the cycle. A lot of sweat maybe even some blood and tears. Make sure to do everything that you need to do in the following days, try not to fall behind, it adds up!

My body feel great! A lot of sweat though. We are all getting very used to this cycle, it can be fun at times too.

Day 8

Good afternoon to everyone, body is now officially used to all these workouts. If yours still doe's, Try running a couple miles very early in the morning, it will feel nice. Make sure to practice your poomsaes!

My body does not hurt anymore from all of this discipline, it has now gotten used to it. wake up early for the Pre-Test tomorrow!

Good morning to everyone, Pre-tests are soon and make sure you are practicing and actually giving effort. Even though our muscles hurt, its not supposed to be easy. So go challenge yourself before Saturday.

Day 4

Well even though my brain is used to all of this, my body isn't. even though my body hurts a lot, i'm starting to get used to it a lot. Keep doing everything you need to do and you will be fine!

Day 3

These days are very hard right now. My body is getting used to all of these intense workouts, it can get fun if you put in some effort. Keep doing your essays and journals, if you get lazy and don't do it, you will fall behind and not accomplish everything.

Day 2

Good Morning to everyone. I'm surprised to say this but even though we are all only 2 days in, it has been quite a bit of a challenge. I thought it would be workouts and curriculum and stuff like that but i was certainly wrong. you will really need to push yourself even if you're tired or just don't want to do it. You also will have a lot of homework (and any other requirements) so do it before anything else or you will get behind.
