Day 11
Day 11 of cycle complete, not sick, no major aliments, progress is positive so I am a happy camper. Requirements could always be more but satisfied where I am at. Straight to dojang after work, chlorox queen 1st, knocked out some requirements, helped in classes along with leading warmups, then took adult class. Glad Jerome is on cycle we laugh alot!!!!
