I just woke up this morning and started this journal. I'm waiting till my parents wake up so I can run a few miles to catch up. Yesterday after my basketball game I only did requirements like push ups, sit ups, burpees, jump rope, poomsaes, self defense, and kicks.
Just came back from the pretest. did pretty good, held plank for +3 minutes. Got most of the written test right but still need to work on the poomsaes. Going to do some requirements then head to my basketball game at noon
Even though I started late I feel like I'm catching up. I did some pull ups, push ups and sit ups. I ran a mile in 8 minutes and I did burpees. I took my first Black Belt class today and my first sparring class yesterday. I chose my mentee this week and am still working on scheduling a mentor session.
