Candidate Journals

Today almost all of my teachers were sick and didn't come to school. We also got our high school classes sheet for when I go to high school. Today my friends came over as well and we played board games, just because. I also can't wait to go to instructors camp because this will be my first year. 

I had a good day. School was fun. In the evening I watched my normal watching time. Then I did my requirements. Then I had dinner. I am going to bed now.

Well... I learned today that someone that works for us is really not measuring up and has not been doing their job appropriately. The individual had to go out on medical leave and it became apparent that some things that should have been done have not been. Uh Oh!!! Now I have a bit of a mess, so I basically spent the day figuring out what had not been done and got it done. More to come on this I am sure.  On a brighter note... we had a really good Black Belt class tonight led by Master Natasha and Master Marcus. We practiced a bunch of self defenses, poomsaes, and falls. It was great practice and refinement time. Thank them both for pushing us. Then Nate and I had some Jason's Deli and came home. We are just hanging and I am writing this journal. Great way to end the...

So far today i have done my physical requirements. I had a great workout at the gym doing shoulders and core. I am looking forward to class tonight and my voice lessons afterwards. 

Today me and master Weeks went through all of the poomsaes I was supposed to know. I did pretty good other than some minor mistakes. I am also going to instructors camp. I am very exited because I heard we were doing some rope coarses. I am also pushing myself to do 200 pushups every day. I am doing 100 when I wake up and then 100 in the evening. Hope u guys had a good day. 

Today after school there was a meeting on a Europe trip next year for Spring Intersession. I went to it because I turn it down I want to know what they plan on doing. They are going to take us to London, France, and Germany. (There are only 15 spots) I don't know if I want to go or not. Im leaning more towards not going, 1, because its so expensive, 2, I want to know what other Spring Intersession options there are, and 3, it gives me so much anxiety thinking about going. I do want to see the World War 2 sites and stuff though. But I really don't want to go

Today I got did my things and went to school. At school I did a projects and worksheets. Then I came home but, me, my dad and my sister were locked out and we had to wait for my mom to get home so,I did my requirements outside.

So today I went to school and had gym class in my classroom. We played silent ball ????. Then after I got on the bus and went home. And then went to piano class, then helped out in family class, and took black belt class. At the end of black belt class me and my mentor worked on a few things. And that sums up my day!

So today we had the band recruitment trip to Mountian Island, and it was honestly really fun. Then we went over to chic-Fil-a where I ordered some nugs and milkshake. After that some friends and I made a quick trip to walmart where we decided to stock up on snacks. So really, it turned to out to be a pretty good day.

Today I went to school and was just another original day of school. When I got home had had to leave 1 hour later to piano class. After piano class I went to Tae Kwon Doe and helped family class. Finally I went to black belt class and went home.

Today I did the usual went to king tiger did sparing, helped out, and a normal class. I got menotored today, I did most of my stuff but not as much as i planned on today.

My friends sometimes come to me for moral support so today I had a friend who just started a volleyball camp. She has to go three times a week two hours each and she was really sore today. So I carried some of her things and listened to her complaints. It was kinda hard to not tell her that I am here almost all week like the rest of the BBC testers and tell her about my problems but she felt a little better at the end of the day which made me happy. In other aspects of my life I am finished with mentee sessions, sparring, and I have 3 sparring rounds left. I still need to pick up my basic kicks and jump roping but otherwise I am doing well. I have a youtube channel where I make animations and other stuff. Yesterday I uploaded a animation video again  and I feel like my youtube channel is starting to get more people. I also learned how to edit my videos. I've gotten really good with editing videos and can do anything with the software I have.My friend has a youtube channel as well and he has 4,000 ssubscribers and gets like $100 every month, which is a lot. Hopefully I will get good as him.

I had a good day. I went to JA Biz Town for a school field trip. I was a Connect Tech CFO it was really fun ! We were there the whole day so we ate lunch there too. In the evening I did my requirements. Then I went to Taekwando for my menteeing with Harith. I did my volunteering there. Then I had dinner. I am going to bed now.

Started the day off with a great morning class where i got to learn hopkido forms 3-5 and practice all 5 of them. After that I had class where we went over interviews and how to conduct them. Right after class i went straight to the gym where i worked on back/bi's and chest/tri's. I just got home from my night class and can finally relax.

So our marching band, The Hopewell Titanium Sound, is having a recruitment trip tomorrow, and I'm missing some stuff. Tonight I was looking for all of my stuff for the trip, but yet I can't find my spats. So tomorrow I have to go ask my band director to see if he has any extras, and it's really aggravating. 

today started out great I made my lunch and went to my computer to continue writing my book. The res of the day was boring doing every day things except for after school when we went to national night.

today I went to school and learned about coordinate grids! then after school I went home and my friend came and we played and did our homework then red and went to bed after dinner.

Today was very cold. The 11th graders took the ACT today and it was on chrome books, and since the teachers did not want to crash the server, no one could use chrome books, where all of our work is. I also had an in class essay on To Kill a Mockingbird. I think I did good but then again, who really knows.

Today I finally woke up early and went to school. After school I did some requirements and assisted in Wednesday's Wang Ho class. I came home finished my requirements,took a shower,ate dinner and now I'm here. I hoped you had a good day.

Okay day at work. I was helping orient a new employee that has started working for me. I think they will be great for the role. However, it took most of my day and tomorrow will be a catchup day. Those are always fun trying to get caught up on everything missed from today. Fun times. We went to King Tiger and did a mentor session with the Belchers. It was good. I like to help teach. It really helps me even refine my skills. I continue to need refining my stuff and making it stronger and better. I will continue to learn. I do need more practice leading the class. I did it tonight, but I still sometimes mix up the order. I do it in class so much, so I have no excuse. Room for improvement. I am already getting better. Keep moving!!!

We got to go on a C-17 at Starbase today. I got to go into the cockpit and see all the controls. I found the button that drops the bombs. The steering for both pilot and copilot work together. The jet was not on so we got to hit some of the buttons. It was fun. I learned that if they remove some of the stuff in the back that the plane can carry over 400 people in emergency. I went to class tonight at TKD. We worked on self dense. Now I am writing this. 

On Saturday,Friday,and Sunday my family went to all of the all star events.on Friday we went to the celebrity game but we left early to watch the rising stars game and it was fun.on Saturday my parents went to the dunk contest,3 point shoot out,and the skills challenge.on that same day I went to the team lebron and team giannas.on Sunday the big night all star game.team giannias was in the lead but then in the fourth quarter of team lebron came back and won 164-176.we left at the end of the third quarter to go to house of hoops and me and my dad got matching kyries and they look good.soooooooo all star weekend.

Not much of a singer. In fact, there are many bans in several states on my singing. That's the beauty of church, you can be the worst singer in the world, and no one can pin point where that horrible noise is coming from. Man, what a dismal day. Had to force myself to go for a run. I tried talking Connor into running with me, but he intelligently refused. I almost went for the bribe, but money is scarce. Enjoyed watching Trent do some lacrosse today. even though I was freezing my (fill in the blank) off, it was fun. It's a nice group of parents there as well. Get to sleep in (hopefully) a little tomorrow with President's Day. Thank you George and Abe! Those were some tough dudes. this is it my last journal i'm not really going to miss journalling. it was kind of a minor inconvenience to my day. but now i'm done. so yay. today was mostly the same. we read to fourth graders about salva dut of a long walk to water. i went to tae kwon do. we played this game iwth poomsaes and stuff. at first it was okay, but when i made one mistake i kept making more because everytime i made a mistake my mind sort of blanked annd i sort of panicked which made me forget minor things like if i had the wrong foot and i know that i know it i just wasn't doing it right because i panicked so much. i almost did the same thing with self defense, but i was okay there. except the last one when master evins said to switch defenders and then...

So today just like yesterday, I had global perspectives during school and since yesterday was a make up day, I've had this class two days in a row, since we have 8 classes per year (Each class every other day). And I'm doing to be honest, I like this class, but it is not something I can do every day, because that is just way too much work. This class is about global issues that are under the radar cureencur that we look into and write papers and make presentations about. It's all fun, but there's A LOT of work to do.

Today I did a mentee session, my normal class, and a sparring class. My mentee is doing a great job of memorizing the 10 articles of student commitment and right now we are learning 2 new articles per session. When we had off yesterday I got to read 60 pages of the book I'm reading for my essay and Im planning to be finished by tomorrow so I can write my essay this week or over the weekend.

Good day today. I got a new employee working on the team, and they will be filling a large gap in the group so I am excited to see them start. Good start for 2019. I am also still working to work through some issues with one of our projects, but I think we will have a better idea of the status this week. I am in Cary today and I got a bunch of exercises done today and I got to spend some time with my in-laws. Keep moving!!!

I love the rain. Even though you can't go outside and play it is really relaxing and to me a great way to train. Mostly because everyone else doesn't like it and are all inside. Rain means that the roads aren't as full and there isn't as much noise which is very calming. On another note my second soccer tryout was cancelled and I went to train my mentee. But I forgot to get my book signed so I have to get that tomorrow. 

I have not journaled for a while. I have been working hard on my requirements. I have a lot of assignments today and staying home to finish them.

I am also trying out for soccer, but I found out that the coach picks favorites. we also have a essay for school about a person that helped build America.

Old saying from my past. Back when I lived in a dorm on Kirkland AFB, there was this guy down the hall named Fred. He was a big guy and also a good friend and teammate. In the morning as we were all scrambling to get out of bed and get to the bathroom, I would run into him in the hallway (which was quite narrow), and he would barrow his way through saying "The laws of gross tonnage will prevail." Fortunately, I was not big but fast, so I would fly into the bathroom and lock the door before he got there. There was usually a friendly pummeling afterwards. Of course that's how you knew who your friends were, the ones who laugh with you at one second, and tackle you the next. So now, it's one of my favorite sayings with the boys while they're still smaller than me....

This morning I tried fasted cardio by doing all my requirements before I ate breakfast. It was tough but I can feel the effects already. I think I will make fasted cardio a regular thing now in my workout routines.

So soccer tryouts were today and I think I did pretty well. We warmed up passed the ball a little then played a possession scrimmage which is like a game but instead of scoring you want to acquire a number of clean passes to your team. I played ok and I think I do have a chance to make the team. As for the BBC I am caught up and a little ahead in most things although I need to find time for more basic kicks. Otherwise everything is pretty much the same.

saturday was a good day.  so i woke up around 7:30, went back to sleep for 20 minutes because i was too lazy to get up, and then dragged myself out of bed. after that i got ready for sparring and bbc that day, and just then as me and my mom were about to leave for sparring, i was like: "wait... where's my book?". so cue a five frantic minutes of looking for it. after i found it (it was in plain sight, i felt so bad) i somehow got to sparring on time despite the heavy rain that day. sparring was tiring. bbc was also tiring. iT dIdN'T hAvE tO bE TiRinG, BuT sOmE pEoPLE DeCidEd tO mAkE iT ThAT wAY. but i got most of my requirements done during and between those classes so thank you. after that i got home at around 12:40 and then i got ready...

First day of Starbase. We go to Air National Guard station in Charlotte. We got to go on the military base. We take science classes like chem, aviation, and other stuff. It is fun. We also get to build rockets. I came home and we did exercises. Then we went to King Tiger. Then I am writing this.

Today I got up late again and rushed to get in the car to go to school. After school I did T.K.D requirements and ate a snack. Then my sister came home from her friend's house because, she didn't have school and the my mom came home from work.

Today I really didn't do much at all. I finished my homework and watched some fortnite videos and that's basically it. I am about to go to sleep, I hope you guys had a good day today.

Not a terrible Monday. I was happy to see some sun today, and actually get outside for a few minutes. Nate and I did some exercises outside this afternoon. It was good to breath some fresh air. My work day was alright. I think the rest of the week may be a little crazy, but that is how it goes. I have a project that is not going well, and one of my peers is trying to figure out what failed and I can tell he is trying to find fault in some of my team's processes. We are not perfect, but I think he needs to look within. It will be fun. Anyway, great class tonight at TKD. Keep moving!

I had a good day. I did my empathy training today. I wrote my white belt essay. I did my requirements in the  morning. Then I had lunch. Then I watched my normal watching time. Then I finished the rest of my requirements. Then I had time so I did a lot of extra requirements. Then I had dinner. I am going to bed now. It was my best day ever !!!

For breakfast I had a burrito with eggs, cheese, and sausage. Today I practiced soccer with my dad and friend even though it was rainy out and worked on goal shots.My soccer tryouts are tomorrow, Tuesday, and Wednesday. In the afternoon we went to see the new movie Alita. It ended with a horrible cliffhanger and my sister was furious about it all the way home. Anyways hope everyone has a great day.

sunday. we're up to date. finally. so today i had a bit more time, which is why i am writing this. doing what i'm supposed to do. anywayyyyy today i slept in a little late because the last night i had went to sleep at 1. after i woke up, i ate breakfast, took a shower, and went with my mom to the mall to shop for school clothes. my school has a uniform, so we're only allowed to wear khaki or navy bottoms and only jackets with the school logo and shirts with the school logo. so we went shopping for khaki/navy pants, and after we got them, we were shopping a little more because my mom needed some groceries and a new carpet. so after that, i got home, ate lunch (at about 4) and then i did my requirements, and now i am here. tomorrow will be my...

and this is my friday post friday was normal. i had no school that day (i wrote an earlier version of this post saying i had school and then i remembered i didn't have school that day and i was getting it confused with thursday so heads up if you read the earlier version) and after i woke up, i went to an extracurricular activity. you know the drill if you've read my earlier posts- i'm not going to tell you anything about it.  after that, i got home, did my requirements, ate lunch, cleaned my room, and wrote an essay on the battle of jutland from wwi for a big project that was worth 60 point. which took me some time, so i had to miss bbc at the hartle's. after that i ate dinner and went to sleep. my saturday post will also come shortly. 

Yesterday was fairly eventful. After class my friend came over. We played club penguin rewritten and she got banned twice. Both times for cursing. So now she has three accounts. My sisters fish also died so we had to have a funeral for it. R.I.P. Torito 

Today I was really bored so I was playing Fortnite for a little while. I was also playing with lego. Don’t think LEGO is for little kids because really it isn’t. Really Lego is a way of showing your creativity. I am also trying to save up for a PS4 or a Xbox, don’t know which to get. But have a good rest of the night guys.

sooo i'm going to be journalling four times today. get ready for that. because i haven't journalled for four days. and i admit that was quite irresponsible. but i've been a little busy. so i will be posting what happened on each day i missed.  so thursday! it was pretty normal. i went to black belt class and it was good. I got a lot of candy since it was valentine's day. and i got more candy at bbc because the teacher gave big chocolate hearts to all the girls and not the boys, which was nice for us (the girls). it reminds me of all the times my 5th grade ela teacher blamed the boys for all the problems going on in the class and they almost always got silent lunch and the girls never did get silent lunch. it. was. great. unfair, but great. and that was my thursday,...

Today was a day of rest, as it is Sunday, and so I only ran a mile today , but that was because i was tired. So today was a day of more light work on requirements.

Today I got up and my hip started hurting and I had to lie in bed. When I got a little better I did my requirements. After that my friend came over with his family.

Great sermon at church today by Pastor Jordon. Bottom line is us believing in and loving God and Jesus even if we cannot "see" them. Not going to get into religions and beliefs here... but loving God and people is critical today. We are all human regardless of where you come from. There needs to be so much more love in this world, and I truly believe we can change. We have to let go of all that "stuff" inside us. Just hug our fellow humans and just let go of ourselves. There is so much hate and why? What do we gain by hate... nothing! How can you enjoy life with hate... you can't! So, why hate. My life is forever changing, and it is important to just "love" your fellow men and women. Just let go. It was a good day. Got to exercise with Nate and then watch...

I woke up from my sleepover, tired but still had to go to church. We cam home and I ate lunch. Then I started some exercises. We also went to help my aunt move into her new apartment. I also had basketball tonight, then I came home and ate dinner. Started to write this. 

Today I woke up at 8:15. I had to get ready for church at 9 o clock and I did. After church i am now writing this. Almost time to do my requirements!

I had a good day. I went to my basketball game. Then I went to Taekwando. Then I had lunch. Then I watched my normal watching time. Then I went to the post office for my passport. Then I had snack. Then I went to go shopping. Then I had dinner. Then I watched the NBA All Star. I am going to bed now. It is 10:41 PM.

today was a day of relaxing and playing. in the morning I played with my nabber at her house. then we went to my soccer game and we tied. then we went home and had to clean up because we had guests over. then we had our family and the nabbers over for dinner/ the guests over for dinner. then we watched a movie and went to bed.

Today I got up ,ate, and went to Sparring Class, helped out in Family Class, and did Saturday's B.B. class. Then I came home and helped get the our house ready for a party we're hosting. Then we had the party which probably ended around 12:20 and now I'm here. I hope you had a good day!

Finally got around with the boys and saw the movie Bumble Bee. It seems like forever since we have been to the movies. The boys had today off for winter break as well as monday for presidents day. I will take advantage of some free time and catch up on my requirements and essay writing. I always save the essays till the end, but I'm not sure why. Fortunately, I enjoy writing when it's something I'm interested in. Ahh, the art of procrastination. I'm like a Leonardo when it comes to that. The painter, not the ninja turtle. This month is flying by and we'll be at Instructors Camp before we know it. Back to burpees. Later.

I had a good day. We had Harry Potter day at school. Instead of math we had potions. Instead of reading we had herbatology class. Then I had pizza for lunch. And instead of writing we had a "trip to Diagon Alley". Then in the evening I did my requirements. Then I watched my normal watching time. Then I had pizza and cheese sticks for dinner. In total I had 5 pieces of pizza and 2 pieces of cheese sticks. I am going to bed now.

Today I went to saturday Black Belt Class and went home got my stuff done. I did many poom saes and self defences. Then went over to hangout with my friend came home and went to bed.

My BBC login would'nt work for me so I had to change it today. We also had a very tiring BBC. My cousins also came over today as well, so it was fun.  

So today in engineering, we had a 52 question test, but to be honest, it wasn't that hard. 

Tomorrow, the boys have winter break, so that means we can sleep in a little. Though I doubt I'll be able to pull a 9 o'clocker, but hopefully to 8 maybe. Classes went really well today. We had our first belt testing and she did great! Our little tiger group is growing. I think we had 7 on the mat today. Yesterday, I realized that becoming a professional window cling guy is not one of my options. Those are the big stickers that go to the inside of the window for advertising. One turned out sooo bad, that I pulled it off today. Guess I'll stick to Tae Kwon Do thankfully. Did two drapery jobs in the morning (still trying to close that down, but its nice for income). Then of course, fit in some requirements. Need to keep motivated. Just add some Spark. 

today was good. We did out tae kwon do stuff in the morning and then went to go see the lego movie 2. The day ended with a good dinner and a cake.

today was a day of pain and being sweaty and sore. we went to the sparing class at master Evens school and we did 5 minute rotations and did them fast and hard. we did tons of pushups and kicks and burps and we held a plank for 5 minutes and did our sparing. then we went to the morning blackbelt class where we ran around whale the other side of the room held a blank and then they did bysicles and then pushups and then v setups and then rocking back in forth and then burps and tons of jumping jacks. then we did poomsaes. then we went out to lunch at five guys and then we came home and went to a movie and then ate dinner at the house and had family time together. finally we read books and went to bed.

Today I woke up late (because I slept late) did my things and rushed to school. After school I cleaned up the house did my T.K.D. requirements and went to my run (which I think falls under requirements). Then I went to a Bible Study Group.

Today was a normal day, I went to school, I went to King Tiger, and then I hung out with one of my friends and got my stuff done. I also did this kick box thing today and got some sparing rounds out of it.

Today we did not have school even though it is a Friday. We did not have school because it is a teacher work day. So, in the morning, my dad had to work. So I just played. And then we studied for the our test. Then we went to Black Belt class and kickboxing. We got lots done. Then came home and finished exercises. Now I am writing this.

Started the day off with a doctors appointment. All is good so good start to the day. Then I went into a full day of calls for work, which is always fun. Then Nate and I started studying for our written exam. We decided to go to kickboxing and Black Belt class. We got time with Master Marcus for mentoring. We reviewed Bolo and Staff forms. I feel pretty good about it. In Black Belt class we practiced the higher belt self defense which is good. I learned I was doing one part wrong, so good course correction. I was working with Instructor Jack. It is nice to practice self defense on someone my own size. I practice a bunch with Nate, so obviously not the same as with an adult. Got to practice my form better. It was good. Keep moving!!!

Nothing like knocking out sets of push ups and sit ups, then realize I forgot how many I've completed. So. we are middle of February and April will be here if we want it or not. So in Black Belt cycle terms, it's hump day. Half way there, living on a prayer, with some consistent calisthenics and pomsaes. Had some great classes tonight. Master Knight and I are getting a nice systems in place and things are smoothing out. One thing phenomenal about this business is the quality of customers. There just great folks who are happy to be there watching their kids get a workout. I am blessed. Had the opportunity of working out with the Masters. Love those workouts! Standing among giants. Time to sign off, tomorrow is on its way.

Today I woke up did my things and went to school. At school we continued a decimals project and talked about the Muscular/Skeletal system for Math/Science. For E.L.A/ Social Studies we did some research on our Night of the Notables and started a five-paragraph essay on our theories on the Salem Witch Trails.

Happy Valentine's Day! It was a fun day, got back from school, did requirements, went to tae kwon do, ate, and played a few video games with some friends. I learned today that valentine's day was first a Roman tradition centered around Saint Valentine, so that was pretty interesting. I also took a math test today but I felt fairly confident on my understanding of the material so I'm not too worried about it.

Today was valentines day. So at school I got a lot of candy. When I came home we did exercises. Soon going to top goal. Know I am writing this.

Yesterday was eventful. After TKD class, I was supposed to go to the gym to knock out some requirements, but I had to go to school to redo an experiment with my Chem lab group. We were in the process of fermenting yeast and then using that solution to distill ethanol. Unknown to our knowledge, another chemistry class had switched out our solutions by accident with another solution. So when we began to heat up our fermented solution, it basically went KABOOM. Luckily our supervisor was present and we were wearing protective gear to begin with. Atleast now I can scratch off "Accidental chem lab experiment" off of my college bucket list! XD Spent my entire morning today to redo my fermentation experiment and then going back tonight after Black belt class to re-run my distillation experiment. Stay tuned tonight to find out if it blew up again!

Today was honestly the most normal day I have ever had. My day at school was just the same as every day, and at King Tiger as well. We did have some new faces I didn't recognize however. Two new students that I think have taken some classes before. Other than that though, today was just another normal day.

I had a test today in math. It was on "Factoring Polynomials", and I was very nervous about it. However, when I got the test, all my anxiety flowed away as I began answering the questions. We have this 'thing' in my school called "CandyGrams." Basically, you buy a candy gram for someone,also attaching a note on it, and it is delivered to whom it may concern on Valentine's Day.

So I just dound our that this family that I went to school with in eighth grade just had another baby. This is baby number 10. 10 kids! That is way too many kids to have. It’s just, wow. 10 kids. 

Today is kind of like a no school weekend except I have to be awake by 8:00 am. Today I finished my mentor session, but still have around 5 mentee sessions left. My mentee is a little and right now we are trying to learn/memorize the 10 articles of Student Commitment (she is a high white belt).

hello again. today was okay. and interesting. we did a science lab where we were extracting our own DNA and it was gross. we had to gargle salt water for a minute (and it tasted so horrible) and after we spit it out into a cup, we had to pour some dishwashing liquid and rubbing alcohol into it to form clunmps of our DNA. we could actually see it too, those clumps of our DNA. we could even fish around for them with a tothpick and take them out of the liquid. it. was. disgusting. after i went home, i changed for tae kwon do, went to tae kwon do, had a mentor session, came back, and now i did my requirements and i am eating sushi. so that's all, see you tomorrow. and for all those single pringles out there, give yourself a happy valentines day hug and buy yourself...

today was a great day! today was the day that the 5th graders would tour our school and come into our rooms and watch us! I got to see all my 5th grade teachers and I recognized some of the students! I had a stems quiz and got an 100 on it! then I went on the tae-kwon-do bus and rode it to king tiger where I took the 5:30 class and then went to soccer. after soccer I went home ate dinner and then went to bed.

So I got to stay after class today and was able to get ahead on most of my requirements. Soccer started as well which may complicate things if I make the team. But otherwise I am really excited to try out, soccer is the only other sport I play outside of TKD. I am really good at defense and have the unique ability to get the ball and knock people down without getting a penalty. Hopefully I will be good enough to be of good use on the team. That is all for today.

Today I woke did my things but, I didn't go to school because, I had to take passport thing (I really don't know). Then I came home and at my lunch, did my requirements and played video games. After that I went to the grocery store and went to assist in Wednesday's class.

Today was a pretty chill day. At my school (Lake Norman Charter) we have an E-Learning day on Friday and no school on Monday so its kind of like a 3 1/2 day week, but we don't have to go to school. I did my requirements and it was a little harder to do thee ones I do in the morning because I forgot to set my alarm clock and slept in 40 minutes later than usual.

I haven't blogged in a while, I think I've been just about as busy as a high school student could be. My little brother got a little sick, not the flu thankfully. I was very loaded with homework, projects, tests, essays and schoolwork. Thankfully, it's started to subside and I've been able to have some time to myself. Other than finishing up my surplus of work today I practiced guitar and watched a movie with my family. A nice start to the end of chaos.

I realized that I really do need to catch up on some stuff for the cycle. I have not been doing to well, but it is okay because i will finish the cycle I just need to step it up and get all of my stuff done. 

I got up this morning and went to school. It was a good day. We discussed Starbase next week. I have a half day tomorrow and off on Friday. I had COLE today and my friends bugged me about reading. I did exercises with dad and then we went to Youth at the church. Going to bed. Good night.

I had a good day. School was fun. In the evening I went to Code Ninjas. Then I went to Taekwando. I did my menteeing there. And I also did my white belt challenge. Then I had dinner. I am going to bed now.

Today I got my learners permit. I don't know how I feel about legally being able to drive, but we'll see what happens I guess.

Today I woke up did my things and went to school. At school we had a substitute teacher for Math/Science and she was nice. We did some worksheets for E.L.A (I have a separate teacher for that) and started a movie about the Salem Witch Trails for Social Studies (I also did some research for my Night of the Notables Character). Then I came home, dis my T.K.D requirements and went to Tuesday's B.B.C class. I also did swimming class before the B.B.C class.

I had a really bad and stressful day at work, and unfortunately it really took me over today. It just knocked me down. I am usually pretty positive, but today it overwhelmed me. I went to Men's ministry this evening and as usually it helped to snap out of it a bit. I would not say totally... but it helped me. We were talking about Putting on Christ, and discussed temptations. Now, you can get into some really heavy stuff at these sessions, and temptations is one of those topics. But temptations are not always cardinal sins... it can be as simple as doing something you know you shouldn't but you do it anyway. A great example for me is watching TV or watching videos on my phone. It is a total distraction, and adds NO value to me or my day. But I put on that TV or get on...

Our first week is completed. Got some awesome students and maintaining a steady state of learning. I have been thoroughly enjoying teaching and introducing the art of Tae Kwon Do to new students. It's hard work but its the kind of hard work that gives lasting benefits. Only took 35 years to find my true joy in work, now that I'm not eligible to fly the space shuttle to Mars. Master Knight has been patient and extremely helpful and simply awesome as I get the hang of running a martial arts business. It's going to be a long road, but I am confident we will establish a school that can live up to the King Tiger name. Now if I can only get my butt in gear with requirements. I'm starting to idle a bit, but as the GI Joe cartoons always said, "Knowing is half the battle." So, I will...

i just realized i did a journal 19 twice, so its actually my 23rd journal, not the 22nd. coincidentally, 23 is my lucky number, i like to think. i don't know why so many people like the number 23, but it's a good number. today was boring. normal. nothing really happened today. and people keep telling me i need to have more confidence, which i guess is true. i'm really sensitive about stuff, not in a crybaby way, but more like if someone says something even slightly contradicting, i majorly doubt it. like if i thought i looked really good one day and i ask someone and they say you look good and then they say do you really want me to be honest with you? it's good, not great- i made this all up by the way -i would start to majorly doubt my own feelings about my look and...

hello so today was a bad day until i went home and i went to tae kwon do. i like being at home and at tae kwon do because the people there aren't incompetent. i don't like school just because of the people there (not including my friends) , and also the fact that we have to learn. but i know i have to because if i don't go to school i'll be dumb and i won't get into a good university and if i don't do that i don't get any jobs and BAM i'm homeless. at tae kwon do i helped out, got a few requirements done due to us doing oh poomsae a million times and doing our self defence too. so now i don't have to do any extra when i get home. and let me just say, the people at tkd is what really makes it...

So today at "band practice" all 100 of us sat for about 30 minutes only to get yelled at and told that band is cancelled for the rest of the year. This means all of our upcoming competitions, recruiting trips, everything, AND that if we wanna do band next year we have to audition. Like staying after school today for that was honestly waste of my time. Then later when I decided to go for a run, it started POURING, but I kept running anyways. 

Today I woke up and took the bus to school.  We did a test on microscopes after first block and I got a 100 on it.  In third block we did a test on memo's, letter's and tables. IN fourth block we read and did work.  After school I went to taekwondo and then I went home and did requirements.

So today in science class when me and my friend finished the assignment we created a document solely for the purpose of typing random song lyrics back and forth. So that was really fun and in the afternoon I ran two miles with my mom. Halfway through the run though it started to pour so we both were soaked. My hair dried and frizzed up into a giant knot!

Today I woke up and went to school.  At school we did more work on pythagorean theorem.  Later on at taekwondo I went on a run and took class.  I then went home and ate dinner, then I did requirements.  After my requirements I took a shower.

Went and helped last night with Jr instructor camp. That was a whole lot of kids. My hats off to those who spent the night there at North Charlotte while I enjoyed my nice comfy bed. I remember a day when I could sleep just about anywhere I needed to. Now, I'm all about the temperature is set just right, having the right kind of pillow, my nice temperpedic mattress, and so on. I can really appreciate sleep at my age. Not an old age, but I don't power nap crammed in the back of a hot C-130 strapped into a parachute and ruck gear. Man, I was able to lay my head down and sleep in any position in those days. I still remember my buddy jammed up next to me in one of those planes doing a low level in Thailand, and all of a sudden he started vomiting....

today was a horrible day. i had a horrible day that was really frustrating and arghhhhhhh. i'm not going to get into detail, though because that information is mine to keep. but all you need to know is that today was so frustrating. i hated it. when i have days like these, i make like a certain checkpoint to get to during the day, like if you had a baseball game scheduled but you didn't like baseball, you might just say to wait until the game is over, like a certain checkpoint during the day where you know everything will be good again. tomorrow'll be better, hopefully. goodbye and enjoy your sunday everyone

So apparently the French foreign students came today. I thought that they were coming in April. Guess not. They are only two at my school and they are both boys. Like all the girls are all like “Oh my god there’s hot French boys here!” Like calm down please, I need to get this work done and it’s hard when you keep mentioning that there’s a French kid in class like every few minutes.
