Today I woke up and did my requirements for teakwondo. then I did my chores. Then I did more of my requirements for taekwondo. Then I went through my dads Star Wars cards. But he doesn’t have any good ones. After that I played a bird game. Then I watched the movie. Now I’m done for the day.

Journal #18: Vacation

Tomorrow is the day we go camping. We will pack the car in the morning. I will work on my requirements while there. I will keep my book updated in case I have Internet connection issues at the campground. If I miss my online documentation it’s because I cannot connect to the internet. I will update my online requirements when I get back.

Hi today, I woke up and I had to get ready for breakfast. It was At Hilton head diner I got Oreo pancakes! We went to the beach after breakfast I did boogie boarding and swimming under the waves. It was really fun!  We got back home And I did some requirements. I did sit ups and push-ups and Burpee. My dad made or I mean, cook Rock Seabass And another fish I can’t remember the name of. I ate them I love that bass Then I played a board game with Caleb and that was my day. Goodbye see you tomorrow!

Today I woke up, ate breakfast and then we went to the beach. I built a Sandcastle village then for dinner we went to Hudson’s then we came Home then l did push up and the other stuff.

Journal - Day 17

Good afternoon, everyone! Yesterday was a long day. I wasn't able to go to Tae Kwon Do yesterday since I had a few more things to edit on my final exam. After finishing my exam, me and my parents went shopping and got a few things. I was able to finish my requirements before my brother came home from class. I can officially say I have finished my civics course!! I am very happy with the work I put in and super excited since today was my actual first day of summer. Today, we headed over to TKD, helped out with summer camp for a bit, and then helped out with the classes. The classes went well, and I got leadership credits and a mentee session. I also finished my requirements for the day and did some during class with the kids as well. Have a wonderful day!

Today I went to camp and went to a place called quest and we got learn about reptiles and amphibians then I took my classes and then I went home and did my requirements.

7/30 no tech day

Today I did one of my 2 no tech days. I found it quite productive not having any distractions. I was able to work on my new skill, some of my book essay, and 2 day's worth of requirments (-kicks). Overall a very productive day

Is it Friday yet?

It's already been a crazy week at work. I'm still keeping up with my requirements. I've been trying to get everything done before work because I seem to be working through all breaks lately. Ice cream is but a distant memory at this point. I wonder if I'll even like it in 10 weeks.

LMP July 30

Today I got up, did my requirements....I am getting better at burpies. I can get 15 in 2 minutes, as compared to my 6 at pretest. I also did my situps, and can get about 20ish in 2 minutes.  Plank seems to be the easiest thing for me.  Pull ups for me may not happen,  however,  I work daily with my resistant band to build up my muscles.   I wish I had someone to do my stuff with. It would be nice to practice my self defense with someone Aldo going through the cycle....or even the requirements to push me or cheer me on. For those of you who have parents, guardians,  siblings, spouses, ect taking this journey with you, be thankful, be happy, and appreciate it.....because it's a lonely journey when you do everything alone daily.

10th Journal Entry

Today i was at camp but i left a little early to get some pull ups in because we don't have a pull up bar at our school. I did triple my pull ups and then did some jump roping. I did a double under :D. But it was with a speed rope. This black belt cycle has been fun. Mostly because i have some friends that like doing physical stuff. (i don't know why lol.) Okay i'm done now.

I'm a Babysitter

Today I slept in, that felt good to do but I did my exercises and ran my miles. Then, I went to go be a babysitter for the first time. I say that it went well and I did good with it. Afterwards I got payed $30 and went home. I came into my house to see that my brothers were playing games and I am going to go to TKD in a little while. Bye Everybody.

Good afternoon, hope everyone is doing well, first my friend came over and we played video games, then I did my requirements for the day, and last I went to my other friends house and fished. My sister started to play with the hook and hooked my finger. Overall a great day. Bye

7/30/24

Today I woke up and ran my mile with my Dad then I went back home and did all of my exercises.  I did  some of my 5th grade work which I am getting better at. Then practiced my poomases and self defenses. Last, I can't wait for tomorrow to do more and  I will keep pushing through the cycle and improving in all exercises.

Today I did my requirements just as everyone should, and I finished making my Dungeons and Dragons campaign last night I think it's going to be very fun. Anyway, not much planned for today, but I am going to get some more class assistance and leadership credit today. See you guys later.

Slow start today, began with some official work that I’d left hanging, and once that was done I slowly worked up a sweat. Completed my requirements late in the evening.

Day 17

Today was a little bit lazy, but that didn’t stop me from doing my planned requirements. I skipped going to the dojang to help out with class today, I figured I could just make it up another time. At the end of the day, I’m not in the best shape but I should be good to go tomorrow.

Busy Day

Got up 7:30 to do my laundry and physical requirements and rolls and falls. Finished about 10:30. Got home took a nap until about 2. Did school prep work until about 4:30. Practiced forms and then rushed to help with the 6:20 class and take color belt class. Went home played games and did my German for the day before bed

Monday is for color belt class

I know, I know, it's senior tigers/wang ho class, but I personally prefer to it as color belt class.  The irony is that pretty much the two front lines are bochos and higher, which I find particularly awesome.  When we first started TKD pretty much no black belts came to the Monday evening class save one or two.  I remember being towards the back of the class watching the higher belts go through their forms and thinking "How do they remember all that?!?". Well, now I know-lots of time dedicated to practicing, watching, learning, and asking questions.  I think of this class as my original class because it's the one I started in, so it's near and dear to me.  At one point the class had dwindled to only a handful of us, and there was concern that the class may not have enough people to continue.  Thankfully it has grown,...

Day 17

This is, I believe, our first late night of the Cycle.  I had my allergy shots this morning and had to take Samuel to an appointment this afternoon so my day and my schedule got scrambled.  As a result, we're doing physical requirements and self defenses at 10:30pm.  And it doesn't help that my arm is really itchy from the allergy shot. I really need to start working ahead so I can take a day off - at least from physical requirements.  I can tell I'm getting stronger, albeit slowly, but my I can't do more than a minute of anything for the day before that set of muscles starts fussing at me. I worked with my mentee today as well.  He looks like he's already ready for next week's color belt testing; I'm really looking forward to working with him on his next belt because he's so eager to learn.  I believe...

normal day again

So today I woke up and did a few of my requirements. Then I just chilled at the house watching tv before we went to pick up Declan for taekwondo and got all my credits and mentee session in and then went to run. I was unfortunately behind somehow on the time for the run, but it felt like it was faster then my other runs. I don't know. Whatever it was a solid day overall.

7/29/24

Today I woke up and had an orthodontist appointment, where I got off my attachments, which was very exciting. I then went for a easy run in the pouring rain. I finished my morning with a therapy session, which was great. Got to work through a few interpersonal skills. I then went to work, where I learned a little bit of how to solve a Rubik's Cube. Afterwards went to the 2nd Dan and higher class. I followed that by coming home, eating, and now I am here.

Ben Karki Day 17

Today, I finished all of my requirements before assisting the senior tiger class. I then did my mentee and mentor session before my black belt class, in which I lead the warmups. After the class, I ate dinner and ran for 1 mile. Have a good night.

Beach Day

I woke up early to get my req done before we head to the beach. We spent most of the day there. Something about swimming wears me out, more than most things. I We’re ending the night with movies.

Catch up day part 1-7/29

Today I woke up late and I spent the whole day on tae kwon do. I started catching up on stuff at home today and working on my preps. Later in the afternoon I went and got a class assistance credit, leadership credit, a mentor session with Nate, and I took a class. I then got a black belt class for weekdays from this cool seconds and higher class. I got drove home by the two coolest people (Master Marcus and Natasya) and then I had my dinner. Goodnight everyone.

July 29

Today I went to the gym early in the morning, and we did some lifting for a bit. I always enjoy lifting and love improving on certain movements. After that it was raining for a good bit, so I just hung out at the house for a bit doing some requirements. Then I headed off for work where we good classes and just had a fun class at the end of the day. I went home had a delicious dinner that my mom had made called taco rice, very good and that was our day.

Journal 11 - Marvelous Monday

I hope everyone had a marvelous Monday and is excited for a terrific Tuesday!!! today I woke up  and hung out with my puppy and my family! After lunch, my friends got home from camp so I went to play with them! A few hours later I came home and got ready for taekwondo. When I got there, I used to behind my friend and didn’t notice. So when he turned around, he was frightened! I held out with the 5:15 and then I got to take six! When I got home, I ate dinner and then ran around outside with my puppy! We started a game and are going to continue it tomorrow. Hope everyone had a marvelous Monday good night!!! P.S. Today is National lasagna and lipstick day!!! ~Magnolia~

Journal 17: nutrition challenge

My nutrition challenge is coming to an end. To be honest, I have had moments where I ask for ice cream. But I am quickly reminded about the nutrition challenge. During this challenge I found out that fruit is a good substitute for ice cream.

9th Journal Entry

Today i went to camp because its a monday as usual. I finally got my Mentee (hoorrrayyyyyy) I did my requirments and Ms. Lisa told me i can help out in her classes on saturdays for my leadership. I had PMAA and it sucks that doesn't count for anything. Not really looking forward to sparring but i have to do it. Black belt class i can do thats fun in my opinion. Okay i'm done now.

Rainy day

Today I went to Lacrosse camp.  It was pouring rain, but we had camp in the rain.  We worked on stick skills, shooting and face-offs.  I went to Taekwondo and had a mentor session.  I worked on sticks with Logan.  When I got home we played family Mario Cart.

LMP July 29

Woke up this morning to the ground being wet from rain....so much for getting a few things accomplished before heading off to camp.   I managed to get mentee session in today. We worked on our hands ( need tighter fists) and stronger arms ( not lazy arms). We also borrowed a fellow camper to work on self-defense numbers 1-3. 'A' is making progress on both her poomsae and self-defense.  Off to complete my physical requirements.

Today I woke up an I ran my mile in the rain which was really nice.Then did some of my exercises and did some of my pommases and self defenses. Last I am pushing through the cycle and I can’t wait for tomorrow.

Vacation journal

Today I woke up and we had to get on a fishing boat I caught a rock Sea bass.I love fishing! After we go off the fishing boat we went to tios  for lunch. Now we’re getting ready for the pool and finishing requirements. See you tomorrow!

The Chiropractor

Today was kind of painful. The workouts were hard, the Chiropractor hurt, but in the end we got food from Costco so that is good. I am not going to write much because I don't have much to write about so goodbye.

So today, we went to a chiropractor appointment, after we did our requirements, and the most painful thing that he did was take the cups to my foot and move them around! Jack made some funny faces and it was hilarious all around. I worked more on my DnD campaign and I'm excited to try it with my family. I'm gonna plays videogames soon, see you guys later.

7/29 Robert Downey Jr is Dr Doom. What!

Good afternoon, I pull up my phone and the first thing I read is "Robert Downey Jr is announced as Dr Doom at SDCC". Who's idea was it to make him Dr Doom (the Russo brothers), like he's Iron Man. I don't know hope it's good. On the other hand I have a junior tigers class and a black belt class today. Just found out that school starts soon (hope I have a math teacher for more than a few months). See you there. Have a good rainy day.

Journal - Day 16

Good morning, everyone! Yesterday was a long day. After I got the majority of my exam done, I decided to leave it and catch up on requirements instead. Today, I woke up to find out that it's going to be raining all day today (again), so I went running inside my house for about 30 minutes to make up time. I am currently fixing the minor details to my exam and will submit it before I head over to TKD this afternoon. I am hoping to get a mentor and mentee session today and will take 2nd and higher class. My arms are getting more sore by the day, so I hope my body can get used to it soon. Have a wonderful day!

Today was splendid at Mint hill park. We practiced staff forms, bolo, and a few hapkido rounds. Completed my cycle requirements later in the day.

You Can Sleep Later

This morning, I had another quick nap and headed to the park. It was tough getting up, but I told myself I will sleep later before work. We practiced staff form 1 & 2, bolo and 1st Dan specials. It was my first time practicing bolo form with a sword instead of a stick. There was a different feel to it. Everything is coming along, but I am tired...and I hurt. If I am not at work, I am at the dojang it seems. Keep it moving...

After the busy days of the cycle and waking up early, i took some a very needed day off. After doing my physical requirements and everything I had to do, i went to go visit some family and run some errands. When i got back home I took a nap and did my German early before bed.

Day 16

Got up this morning and went to the park to practice.  We drilled down on 1st Dan Special (knife defense) and then staff forms.  It's nice to get out and practice with more people.  It gives me a chance to help others as well as get help with what I'm learning.  And it's a bit of socializing, too - which is far too rare in post-2020 America. On the way home from the park we picked up some bagels, ate breakfast, and then knocked out our physical requirements.  I feel like I'm getting a bit better at the 2nd Dan self defenses but not fast enough to be where I should.  Once all that was taken care of, we worked on kicks and then got changed to go to the store.I really need an 8th day between Saturday and Sunday (or maybe between Sunday and Monday) to relax.  It's bad enough...

deadpool and wolverine

So today I went and saw the new deadpool and wolverine movie and it was really good. Though there was a lot of cussing. Then I went to the gym to run and do my requirements it was good. Then I went to youth and we played dodgeball and it was fun. Then I ate dinner which was pizza. I'm angry because school starts in a week and a half. Like come on! I am starting middle school and I don't know what to expect. I am also kind of excited because my elementary school made no sense. But I guess everyone has their own rules. Good night everyone.

Journal 16: a different day

Today was a different but relaxing day. As usual I wake up and make breakfast. Then a little bit after lunch my mom’s parent go home and then I start on my requirements. Then I relax keleigh's friend come over for a bit. After that I play on my vr for a bit. Then I went to do my run while my dad did his walk. Then came home to have dinner which was pizza yum.

Olympics

When I woke up my sister and I watched gymnastics Olympics.  Then I went to Poomsae class.  We went up with partners to do poomsaes.  Mine were Shane and Jovi and we did pal.  When we got home I ate lunch and watched water polo.  Then I went outside and practiced lacrosse.  Before I knew it, it was time for dinner.  Now it's late and it's time for bed.

Tubing Day

Today I woke up early to go tubing for the day with one of my friends. The place that we went was called The Green River, a great tubing spot. It was a long drive though, but worth it. We were on the river for about two hours before we got out and headed to get lunch/dinner, at a place called Dairy O. Very good food. Then we had a two hour drive back, I stayed at my friends house for a bit to roam around Kannapolis for a bit before I was going to head back to my house. I wanted to see the new Deadpool movie, but I didn't have enough time. Overall it was an awesome day.

Today is a sunday so i didn't do much today. I went to the gym and did double my requirments. I learned about double unders and boxer jumps with jump ropes and i failed miserably but i'll keep trying. Theres not really much to talk about today because it was a sunday so i think i'm done.

7/28/24

Today I woke up and headed to church. Today I was in the Kids room experimenting with separating the 4th and 5th graders to a separate room. I feel it went well, I luckily was not in the room by myself. I then came home and took a 2 hour nap, which was amazing. I then relaxed and went on a long run today. I feel the run went well, I only had to stop for water (no pain in my calves!). I then came home, ate some good pizza, and stretched out.

Today was uneventful, and I had no classes. I finished all of my requirements after lunch. Then, I went outside and ran for 1.5 miles. After the run, I ate dinner and went to bed. I will see you on Monday.

Traveling

Traveling to beach today, I finished tidying the apartment before we left. I did some stretches and poomsaes and self defense before we left.The ride was nice, I probably played “sweetest love” from the new descendants move. TikTok videos got it stuck in my head.

Day 16

This Sunday, I got started with my 3-mile treadmill run, afterwards I did my arm bars, practiced my self defenses and pushups and sit ups before taking my shower, I read the chapter of my book and relaxed for the day.

I woke up this morning and ran at the park with my Dad. We came back home a did some exercises, pomsaes, and self defense. We had a baseball practice and I worked on hitting and pitching. I feel I’m getting stronger each day. I will work hard each day to reach my goal.

7/28/24-Tired and Sore

So today I woke up very early at a sleepover with my friends it was very fun. However, I am extremely exhausted and very sore. Excited to start my week tomorrow new plans to start stretching to try and reduce soreness. This evening me and my family had a movie night and had Mexican food for dinner. Sunday

Hello everyone, today I went to church and passed the sacrament and I also taught everyone in my age area. People said that I did a pretty good job on my lesson so I felt proud, once I got home I made more macaroni and cheese. We also played Dungeons and Dragons. Then I finished my new skill essay and read some of my book. Then we watched the Lego Batman Movie and that was really funny. After that we ate dinner and I wrote my journal, I hope everyone is having a good time.

Technical Issues

Today, we went to church and learned some more about the Book of Mormon and then went home and ate some Mac n Cheese and did our requirements but I also went and started creating a campaign for Dungeons and Dragons, I call it, "What Lurks in the Dark". After we ate dinner, we tried logging into the computer to journal, but it didn't work, so I'm journaling from my mom's phone. Anyway, see you guys tomorrow, bye!

Hi King Tiger Family, I hope everyone is having a good Sunday. Great morning service at Church. Ate lunch. Did some things around the house and will be heading to do some requirements. I leave for NYC tomorrow for work. I have four days in NYC. My goal is to try to do requirements in the mornings before my day starts. They will be long work days. Ready for the challenge. Forgot yesterday's journal

So.... I'm doing it now.  There always seem to be distractions at night and when I journal  I feel like I'm speed typing to get in under midnight.  I found a new chicken breast  stuffed recipe that I made yesterday with spinach and vegan cheese ( for those who don't know I'm allergic to dairy and soy).  I added turkey bacon because I left out the feta and wanted something to replace it with. Apparently it was pretty good but I need to find  a way to keep the chicken from drying a bit.  I also did some stretching after I finished my requirements and- guys- I may not be able to replicate it again, but I touched my forehead to my knee in the first time in YEARS.  Obviously I need to keep stretching so I can stay flexible.  Anyhow, we have shopping to do for the week and I'm...

LMP July 28

Got up this morning and went to the park. Spent about an hour and change working on bolo poomsae, knife self defense,  and staff forms 1-3. I really enjoy getting together on Sundays at the park. It's very laid back, but we work on and learn a lot.  After that, our group took a walk around the park and found several physical requirement stations.  Some of us attempted, but the metal was very fat and slippery.  My new sneakers are feeling better, and not hurting as much. I'll be able to do a second walk, possible jog, later around my neighborhood.  I managed to do a 2 inch pull up...progress. maybe by spring I'll manage at least one.

Getting sick?

I have a scratchy throat as of late yesterday and I'm worried I might be getting sick. REALLY hoping that's not the case because I don't want to get behind on requirements.  Feeling very overwhelmed at the amount of stuff I still need to learn and hope we get our curriculum sheets very soon!

Journal - Day 15

Good morning, everyone! Yesterday was a long day. After coming back from TKD, I finished all of my civics assignments. Later in the afternoon, we went shopping and got a few things from the store. Today, I am hoping to start the exam and complete this course. This morning, I made up all my requirements from yesterday and hope to finish today's later in the afternoon. I think today is going to be more of a relaxed requirement day because I've already finished yesterday's this morning. Have a wonderful day!

Day #15 - 7/27/2024

Training day today at North Charlotte. I was basically revived as GM Evins drilled us today in combos, poomses, and double sticks sinuales. A little sweat does go a long way in reactivating those muscle centers. Completed my cycle requirements. I also connected with my mentee and had a nice day holistically. Thank you King Tiger TKD! Bows!

Sleepover

I hope everyone had a super Saturday and is excited for A special Sunday!!! Right now I’m at a sleepover so it’s not gonna be too long. This morning I went to Saturday Black belt class and came home and played with my friends all day. 7/27/24

I woke up for black belt class this morning and felt horrible and I had limited time to get dressed and ready.  Once I got to black belt class I had a mentor session.  After class we went to take care of our friends dog.  I had Chick-fil-A for breakfast.  I am now starving as I just realized that is all I have eaten today. We then went to pick up Coopers friend JoJo to go see Deadpool and wolverine.  My favorite part was dogpool.  He is the best.

Today I woke up and did most of my requirements for taekwondo. Then I went to bbc and did poomsaes and sticks. Then I did the rest of my requirements for teakwondo. Then I went to the pool with my friend. Then I went to her house to have a sleepover. Now I am done for the day.

Today I had drivers Ed we learned to be careful about semi trucks and motorcycles.  Then we went to go pick up JoJo to see the new Deadpool and wolverine movie.  It was a super funny movie and my favorite one so far.  Otherwise it was a boring day.

Tired

Stayed up all night to make black belt class got physical requirements on the way. Got home from class and stayed up till 3. Stayed in bed until 10 and did some stuff for school before bed.

Journal 15 exhausting day

Today was the typical Saturday. Woke up went to sparing. My mood was much better today. It was an exhausting day as I spent half the day at TWD. I was not able to get mentor session in because there are 6 of us, I think in the cycle. I did get a mentor. It will be interesting next doing my requirements as we will camping. After my days cut the grass we set up our tent to spray the seems to it will not leak. I help take it apart so it could finish drying in our garage. I have my good and bad days. My body is tolerating requirements well.

Day 15

Welcome to Week Three.I think I managed to catch up on all of the requirements I let slip last week.  Who knows how sore I'll be in the morning.  Of course, that'll probably fade out after an hour (or less) passes.  Also, I managed to get through a Black Belt class with my one knuckle locked out.  One day down and (supposedly) 41 more to go until I only have to wear this thing at night.  I really need to find out if I'm allowed to make a proper fist at that point. We'll see how tomorrow's practice goes but - at least for now - it might be awkward but I can hold a short stick and I can hold a staff.

Today was a fairly good day. I went to Black Belt Class this morning. I also got a mentee session in, which was great. I then came home, ate and got ready for a run workout. Today's workout wasn't bad, but I have been having some bad calf pain; still trying to work through it. I then relaxed, did some requirements, and relaxed more.

week three begins

2 down 10 to go(weeks). Today was the start of week three and i went to sparring and got all my credits. i didnt get a mentor but thats my bad. i did get a mentee. i only need 5 more mentee sessions. Then i went home. not declans house but my house. i did some requirements then had dinner. the i went to run. ive just been chillin and im going to see the wolverine and deadpool movie tomorrow. i hope its good. see you tomorrow.

Today, I went to sparring class in the morning. After sparring, we went to the park for a 1.5-mile run. When we came home from the run, I finished all of my requirements and helped my dad cut the grass. Have a good night.

Olympics

Today the Olympics started, and we've been watching them for hours now. I think that the Olympics are that type of thing where you just can't miss it, you need to watch it and support your country when we win and when we loose. Anyway, trying to keep it short today so we can keep watching the Olympics. See you guys tomorrow!

Olympics

Hello, today I woke up but wasn't feeling hungry so I didn't eat a lot of my breakfast, this is something that I would soon regret. After that I went to Black belt class and it was a Master Evins and I was pretty tired and I felt like I wanted to throw up a little from the kicks because we did so many. After that we went to the gym and did our exercises and it took a while, once we got home me and my brother helped with the grocery's and helped with shopping. Then once I got home we hung out for a while and then once it was 3 PM I was able to play games. We also watched the Olympics and that was fun. I hope everyone is having a good week.

Reset and Rest

I dint make it to black belt class, but I was able to work with my mentees after class. I was going to stay and help with class, but they already had so many people assisting. I went home to sleep. Today was really about sleeping and cleaning. I treated my mom to dinner cause she going to take care of my dog next week. resting, I’m so tired

A Routine Day

During Saturday black belt class, we did our poomsae and stick forms in class. As I winded down at home, I did my requirements and read my book for the essay.

Wedding Day

Today I woke up from a sleep over at one of my friends houses and went to work from there. They were great classes and we I enjoyed a lot of sparring and fun stuff like that. After work we went home where I had to do some requirements and take care of some dogs for a bit before we went to one of my friends weddings. It was a wonderful wedding, it was actually at my old church that we had gone to before. It was quick and easy, and we all had a fun time visiting with old friends.

Today I woke up this morning and went to sparring class and did really good, then l helped out in jr tigers to get my assistant credit then I went to the family class and we worked on combo kicks. Last I went to leadership and we got to make up our pommases which was really fun. Last today was a great day and I can’t wait for tomorrow.

To the Point

I worked only 8 hours last night so I can attend BB class this morning. I am a magnet for bad nights, you see…..gotta make it to class. I was able to get in some noodles and 2 hours of sleep beforehand. After BB class, I had a good session going over staff form 1 & 2 and 1st Dan Specials. I am on my way to work after a pretty decent nap. That’s all, folks!!!

Good afternoon, First I got up and went to my sparring, then I helped out in a Junior tigers class and last leadership (Master Foster did a great job leading that class). I also had to do my requirements when I got home, I found out that today the requirements increased, so that through me off a little bit (and my body was sore from sparring). Then I watched some TV. Have a good day 😀

LMP July 27

Today I got up and went to my blackbelt class.  We reviewed our poomsaes then did some double stick swalis.  After blackbelt,  I had my juniors / Littles class. Only two little ones today.  Then Master Dege and I had a mentor / mentee session. We reviewed self-defense white through high green.  I wrote then down on index  cards after asking whete to find them on the KT app.  I'm going to be sore tomorrow because I didn't realize that some of our physical requirements went up in minutes, and so I'm trying to play catch up.   Since the Olympics are going on, I may try to get more of my required book completed tomorrow and possibly go without my phone for 12 hours...not hard considering I'm not on it all day long....
