Today more school training, but was able to work in my room too. In between my trainings, I managed to get in my requirements...and get a quick walk in too. Going to try and meet up eith my mentee tomorrow. It's hard to meet when I'm not at camp.
Today was the first day of school. At first, I was able to sleep in for an extra hour. And then my mom had to drive me to hickory ridge so I could catch a bus to go to roberta road. It was an exhausting day. When I walked in I was greeted with a really big building. When I got home, it was crunch time to get my requirements. I am checking out something new tonight, called trail life.
Today was my class orientation for school. I was so excited. When I got there a teacher was going to talk to us for an hour to tell us about the school year. I sat with all of my buddies at a table. After that I went to see my classrooms and find my locker. For now I'm sitting with all of my buddies in class. I can't wait for the school year!
Today we went back to the Chiropractor. I know it probably doesn't seem that bad at first, but my neck, upper back, bicep, knee, calf, ankle and foot were all in pain beforehand. My neck still hurts, and he was saying it wouldn't hurt but... Anyway, I had school again today, it was kind of tough getting into a schedule again but I seemed to have managed because I made it to all of my classes on time. I have P.E. last block so I didn't need to change out of my P.E. clothes and that was great. Later today I'm going over to our church and were going to play games there. The one that I'm looking forward to the most is one called (don't take it the wrong way) Secret Hitler. It's kind of like a mystery murder game and there are ( again don't take this the wrong...
Today I got up out of bed and ate, when I went to school I saw my friends and did all the stuff and went to my classes. After school I went on my walk and now I am gonna do my exercises then go to my church activity.
Monday, Today was a good productive day all Around. Got up and went for a run, only a mile and I'll need to add a few to get to 10 this week. Did some stretching after and then my physical requirements. 5 Minutes is a lot, I've been able to do about 3 minutes of each in 1 minute increments, and then I feel like I'm not getting much out of it as I can't do many reps in minutes 4 and 5. So I've taken to finishing my requirements around lunch, which is fine if I'm working from home, but I need to figure it out for the day I'm in the office. Today was the first day I've been able to go early and catch the 5:15 class to help with, It was nice and I'm hoping I can keep doing that.
Good morning, everyone! I forgot to log yesterday and the day before due to quite a busy schedule. Yesterday was a nice day. It was my brothers birthday yesterday and we took 2nd and higher class together. Today is my first day of high school and I am currently waiting on my bus to arrive. Have a wonderful day!
Because of my sleep cycles, I keep forgetting to journal. I told myself to journal before I went to work last night, Now I’m at work during my lunch break doing requirements and journaling because I know I’ll forget to do it last night. I guess it’s cause it feels like I didn’t do much. I woke up 4pm, took care of my animals, cleaned up a bit and ate. Then I went to work at 6pm. But then I have to remember that I was actually up until I went to bed at 8ams. Before bed I went for a run. I did double my requirements to make up for not doing any Sunday. Anyways I need to remember to journal more. Every day counts.
This week, I am beginning an AI program...just taking some introductory courses. I contemplated whether I should do that or not during the spring because I knew this BBC was approaching but I want to be done by the end of next year. I guess I will see how it goes....
Today was a little more routine. Helped with the 8+ and took the advanced. The new class times are weird but I know they will be more natural to me as the cycle goes on.
Climbing back the sage path now carefully and gradually. Ran 3 miles today and practiced self defense. Spent some time teaching Adeola some moves, as he is now starting to enjoy my Taekwondo sessions.
Working 3rd shift i sometimes have to stay up all day despite being up the night before due to family obligations etc... Today was one of those days so i couldn't get to class this evening or do any requirements and was too sleepy to do much during the day. I did get to sleep at 5pm though and got up at 10:50 to log into work. But tomorrow morning i'm starting my catch up for jogging since the school year is starting. Min. 2 miles in the morning before bed. Hopefully i can keep it up.
Today I was still pretty tired from camp. I guess I didn’t get much sleep while I was gone. Last week I was a Seabase scout camp and I got to learn to drive a sail boat in the FL keys. We went snorkeling and fishing. Hopefully tomorrow I will not be so tired and will be able to get caught up on my requirements I could not do while I was gone.
I woke up at 8:00 this morning, After breakfast I broke down a bunch of boxes we had in the garage. Then I took them to the recycle center with my dad. On the way back we ate at Moe’s. I then did my requirements before class. Not that big of a day.

Orientation for schools starts tomorrow so I got to wake up early once more. Going to explore the campus and learn the syllabus, surely I won't doze off. Didn't have much to do today as it went by boringly.
Today I woke up early to go on a run. Then I got ready for school and had breakfest. Today at school, I played basketball, studied for a quiz, and took lots of notes. After school, I had work and got a leadership credit, class assistance credit, mentor session, mentee session, and a weekday black belt class. Tonight, I had dinner, did my homework, and did my chores. Goodnight everyone.
This Monday, I woke up early to go to my class at campus, I moved around a lot as I was getting a feel for how things went again like the syllabus procedures, EVA's and everything else. As it ended I went home to rest before doing the necessities for the day. I also starting looking through my classes online and seeing everything that was shown.
Monday means school and school means homework. Today was a sleepy day for me, school went by very slowly and I almost fell asleep in physics. I went to the dojang in the evening, got my credits, hung for a little watching the next class, and went home.
I went running this morning with my Dad and came home and worked on my exercises. He helped me with my self-defense, and I worked on my pomsaes. I went to my school to meet my teacher for open house. I'm ready for school tomorrow. I will keep working hard on my black belt cycle.

Today is the last day of summer and I got middle school tomorrow. And today was a very busy day today because we went clothes shopping then went home picked up a friend of mine and hung out then went to taekwondo. Looks like I missed number my journals, I had to go back and edit the journal numbers. Glad I caught this.
Still not feeling well but I think today was better than the last two. At least, I hope so. The Cycle is no time to be out sick. I'm OK on Leadership 1 - it's leading warmups and whatnot that I'm worried about. And, of course, mentoring and Black Belt classes, etc. I think I'll be good, though, since I think I'm on the mend. It's just extra hot and sweaty doing all this work while I'm fighting this cold. I got most of my requirements done in between work and dinner. I even did an extra round of jump rope (on accident). I tried doing all the non-weapons forms to see if I could get them done within 15 minutes and just barely squeezed them all in. I think the dog was very confused by it, though. Today I got up and ran with my dad for the first time this cycle because he was having some calf issues and couldn't really run for a while, but was finally able to go which was a treat. After that we happened to go to the gym at Crossfit Harrisburg. We did some arms and back, after that my arms where cooked but it felt good. After I chilled out for a while and went to work which was great and we even had our first PMA class that today so over all a wonderful day.
Today I woke up early to get to the bus to go to school, after school I went home did some of my requirements then had to get to soccer practice after that I did the rest of my requirements.

Today was a great day. Got an early start, as usual, work was productive, went to the gym at lunch, helped out in a class, and had a mentoring session. Came home and had a Korean inspired dinner, with gochugaru seasoned pork chops, and Dylan's famous gochugaru pickles. Finished off the evening with a long bike ride. Heading to bed and I won't be getting up and eating ice cream in the middle of the night, in case you were wondering.
Nothing too interesting happened today, I just did a couple more bike rides and I also made a beef brisket
Tomorrow, will be a day of shame... "school starts..." as you guys know. this will put even more weight on your back then what you have. so continue on with your requirements.

Today was pretty busy, I woke up at like 6:00 am and got ready for school. After that I actually did the action of going to school, it was fun, I got some of my service hours that I need to graduate from high school. Despues de Banda, yo voy a mi clases, y completo mi tarea. When school ended, me and Jack went to the Rec-center and did our exercises and we ran two miles, I did 22 pull ups so I'm proud of myself. After that we went home for 30 minutes, ate pizza and went back to TKD. I didn't help with class, but I did get to do poomsaes with other black belts. When I got home, I ate dinner and did my Korean study session and now I'm journaling. Me Jack and my dad are going to watch Stranger Things now, bye!
Hello everyone, today I woke up and went to school, I had a good time at school and saw my friends and did my classes. After school I went straight to the gym and did my exercises. Then we went home and I ate a slice of pizza then went to TKD and I was able to help with one class. I also got punches and kicks and talked about batman with Asa. But the best part was when it was class, Me and Instructor Caleb and Instructor Shrei played a gameshow called Slap That Star and that was fun, first to 5 points wins and gets a monkey sticker. I had a good time and I am sad it is over bye.
Today I went to camp and did class then at eleven I left for my doctors appointment and stayed home doing requirements.
So I went to school today. Came home, and managed to get in my requirements. I'm off to hopefully assist in a class this evening. I was going to try out Muay Thai.....but I think I'm going to focus on my cycle. I don't need to add anything else to my plate.
The detoxification set me back a notch. I am definitely not in sage mode right now. Missed Sunday morning and evening. Need to catch up.

Because it is the last weekend before school I took Samuel to Carowinds as a last hurrah to summer. Mark hasn't been feeling great and the other two kids didn't want to go, so it was just me and Samuel. He has way too much fun and ended up riding a wooden roller coaster twice ina row. Once we came home and the adrenaline wore off, he was complaining of his sides hurting. Where he was complaining he was hurting there seems to be muscle and not much else, so I'm thinking he just overdid things. I did end up doing some requirements while I was waiting for him to ride the coasters. I'd catch people looking but trying to to look at me doing stuff. One lady wasn't shy about staring, openly watching me with one eyebrow raised. You gotta fit it in where you can fit it in ...
Last night shift left me very tired. So today I woke up later than I usually do and I’m kind of taking it easier. I wrapped up a series we started watching the Batman series.Will probably finish the series tonight, and then I’ll go work out double time.
Woke up feeling OK-ish this morning but it just got worse as the day went on. I don't appear to be running an actual fever - at least, nothing significantly above normal temperature. Spent most of the day sitting around but was able to get my requirements done even if it took longer than normal and I keep having to stop to blow my nose. Gabe and Samuel went to Carowinds while I was home. I wish I could have gone just to get out and do stuff but I didn't feel up to it. It did give me time to rest up and work on my requirements. I felt far sweatier than normal by the end, however. After dinner we worked on self-defenses for a bit while Samuel was getting ready for bed. So yesterday I woke up went to sparring and got credits for everything. Then went home and chilled and then went to run. Then we went home and watched thor. it was a good movie. But today I woke up and went to church. In my youth group we took personality tests to show how some people might be alike or different. Then went home and cleaned my room. Then we got some new supplies. Well not supplies but a new bag and my instrument. Then went home and chilled before my run. I ran 2 miles tonight. Then I had pot roast for dinner and it was good. Didn't get anything much done today for I was gone mostly for my Youth meetings and other activities. School starts on Aug 19th for me so I'm hoping for the best this up coming semester.
Today was a day where we had to clean our room and bathroom. It took me a little but it was worth it. I made a few changes in my room like adjusting my tv and a lot more.

This weekend was good, had my mom in town. I tried to get her to go running with us but she wasn’t interested. Went to a lake Sunday and swang on a rope swing quite a few times. Not sure if I can count as my pull ups a but boy are my lats sore. This 5 minutes or exercises and an extra mile this week are really getting tough.
I think the cycle is going ok I went to poomsae compilation we did lots of kicks and stenches then I called my friend then did my exercise and had dinner then finished exercise saw it’s the last day of the Olympics so today is the last day to watch it for a while watched and did nascar picks. On Saturday, I went to sparring class and assisted a junior tiger class in the morning. I then finished my requirements after lunch. On Sunday, I finished my requirements after lunch and worked on my Taekwondo application to life essay. Have a good night.

We got home and I thought about cleaning my room but ran out of time because my mom had to go get my brother. He had been at camp all week and they got home earlier than they thought they would. We went and ate dinner at his favorite place. I am going to finish up my requirements and then go to bed.

Busy day, as most are these days. Ended up in Salisbury for my early Amazon shift, but was home by 7:30. Got my run in before church, then Dylan and I did our requirements during the course of the day, between going to the lego Brick Fest in Charlotte, and doing an escape room in Davidson. I also got a bunch of work done for my regular job today, so hopefully tomorrow won't be so hectic.

Then I went outside and played lacrosse. After dinner we played rummy with my grandparents. They leave to go home tomorrow. My school starts this week and I am soooooo excited. Today I went to Church and I was able to pass out the sacrament. It's a way for us to give thanks to God and to also rid ourselves of sins every week. After that, I went over to some church friends house, and me and my dad talked to them about God. It was a good time and I feel like I talked with them well. When I got home, Jack had made some Mac n' Cheese, and now he and Ronin watched Ratatouille, and we are going over to my Grandmothers house to watch Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes so that'll be fun to do. I'm not sure what to think of the movie yet, but I hope it's good. Anyway, have a good rest of your day, bye!
Hello everyone, today I woke up and got dressed for church immediately and ate breakfast. Nothing much happened but I did pass the sacrament and go to class. But after church we went home and I will make some macaroni and cheese. I am going back to school tomorrow, I started on Friday and I am going to have a full week. I think that I will watch a movie.
I know its just excuses but do to my work schedule and my lower back issues i'm definitely behind on running. I basically can't run/jog everyday because my back just takes a repeated pounding from the impacts of running. I'm scarred I'll re herniate one of the discs in my lumbar spine which i had surgery to fix last March (2023). Normal class activities don't really bother me but the jogging does. I also am not strong enough to lift 245lbs to do a pull up no matter how hard i try. If i were 180lbs then i probably could do it. I dunno i don't want to let Masters Foster and Knight down. Hopefully once school starts I can force myself to jog 2-3 miles a day after my son goes to school and before i go to bed. I mean I'm at 15min a mile basically so 45min shouldn't be...
Since I work 3rd shift i had not slept since waking up friday afternoon to go to Black Belt class and sparring. Despite this is went to sparring this morning at 9am a couple hours after work and it was a great workout but without sleep to heal the body from the previous day i was very very sore trying to sleep today.
Today started with 8:15 black belt class, we drilled some color belt self defense and hapkido. After i got home from that I took a nap until about 2pm. When I got up I finished my running, and other requirements and finished 1 of my essays. I did my German before bed.
today I went to bbc in the morning, then I got home, watched my little siblings then I went to my friends house. We played basketball, and played video games there. Then I got home did my stuff and now I'm going to bed
Got lots of work done today starting with waking up for morning Black belt class, then going to practice for my Youth Band, to getting a haircut and other minor things. I plan on taking Sunday off to rest as I probably wouldn't even be home for most of the day.
Started the day with the regular black belt class, we worked lots of self defense. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make it to the knife seminar today.
I wound up skipping Black Belt class this morning because I was feeling less than 100%. I assumed it was allergies as I'm a couple of days behind on some medication. I wound up just taking it easy this morning instead. As the day has gone on, however, it hasn't resolved. I did make it to the PMAA knife seminar and felt fine during that but it's kinda been up and down all day since. I'm trying to keep my Cycle requirements varied, not just by changing up the style of pushups but also by focusing on different things like my stances in color belt curriculum or improving my basic kicks instead of only drilling down the 2nd Dan skills. It's too easy to assume I'm ok with older stuff but I noticed the other day in class that my stances aren't always as correct as they should be - and...
For those of you who don't know, Mark and I have a small garden we tend every year. The poor garden seems to suffer every black belt summer, and this year is no exception. Anyone want a job helping pull weeds? Despite neglect, the garden seems to be determined to pump out a bunch of cucumbers. We have already gotten a harvest of garlic. I have the shallots in the fridge but-surprise! No time to prep them for the freezer to join their already prepped shallow friends. The tomatoes are still producing some, but the rain has made them explode like seed filled water balloons. I also found more decorative pumpkins growing than I originally thought I had growing. The yard is looking like a jungle, so I tried to get some.of.it cut before PMAA training. As I was pushing the mower, I happened to look over at the garden and...
Today I woke up and headed to Black Belt Class, which was very intense. I then came home after a mentee session and assisting with family class. I took a quick nap and then went to a PMMA Knife seminar, which was great. I get more interested everyday with starting PMMA or a similar martial art. I then went to the mall and did some shopping. I finished my day with my first time streaming on Twitch and then stretching a little.
I attended black belt class this morning and stayed for the Junior Tigers class. I went home, ate a little bit, took a nap and returned for the PMA knife seminar. Fast forward to now…I wanted to go to the park tomorrow morning to practice, but I spiked a fever this evening. I don’t think I will make it. Hopefully, whatever I have resolves itself soon….don't want to miss any days during the BBC.

This run was different as Rockin the Burg was going on. There was a band that was playing music. Then I came home to have dinner. Things to work on: find new recipes, history essay and get organized to study for written test.

We went to the farmers market in Davison before my hair cut and got blackberries for dad. We went home and chilled for a little bit before I had to go to baseball tryouts. I went to baseball and they gave out baseball card packs. After I went home to take a bath and went with mom to IKEA. We got some stuff for my room. I am going to finish my requirements and get dinner.
I hope everyone had a super Saturday in this exciting for a special Sunday!!! Today I woke up and went to the Saturday morning class and then afterwards, so with class after. When I got home, my puppy was going crazy because he hasn’t seen me. Afterwards, I eat lunch and then I made slime. When my friends got home from the beach, we played until it was Dinner Time. We had a movie night and now I’m Writing this journal. I hope it was a super Saturday for all good night!!! P.S. Today is National lazy day!!! ~Magnolia~
Hi King Tiger Family, I hope everyone had a great Saturday. Started today with a great BB class. Got to work! Then took a little break and then went to the PMAA knife class. I will say that was one of the best classes I have taken. I learned a ton and even better I got to do it with Nate. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to tomorrow! Today was exciting because it was my dad’s birthday and I’m finally getting to go to school after all these years. Aside from that, nothing exciting happened. I successfully got done all requirements for the day without any missed exercises
Made it to week 5, that extra minute of requirements feels like 10 extra minutes. Got home from my Amazon shift at 6:20am, so I was able to fit in my run this am. Had a great black belt class and mentoring session afterwards where we worked on staff form. Went to the pool for awhile and Dylan and I just finished requirements and a bike ride.
🇸🇮So today I got up and did some exercises and then went for a run with our dog which was actually longer and faster than usual thus the title and then later I practice some poomsaes and no I'm journaling so that's about it.................... bye!!!!!!🇸🇮
Hello today was Black Belt class and it was more fun then usual. Once we got home we did some stuff I read my book and then I played Hitman 3, World of Assassination. It was fun but I am stuck on this one mission but I now know how to do it . I hope everyone is having a good cycle.
Today I woke up and went to my sparing class this morning and I did really good. Then I helped out in the jr tiger class. Then I went back home and worked on my essays and my exercises. Last I went to d bat and worked on some hitting overall today was a great day and I can’t wait for tomorrow.
Hey guys, Today, I woke up early to go for a run and do plank. Then I headed to black belt class where we worked on kicks, poomsae, self-defense, and some hapkido’s. After class, I had a mentor session with Instructor Nate and we worked on 2nd Dan 1-step self-defense and 2nd Dan specials. I got a class assistance credit as well before I went home. I went for a walk and now I’m babysitting my brothers. We also got haircuts today. Tonight I plan on doing more requirements and watching a movie. Goodnight.
Today I got up and went to my blackbelt class. We worked on kicks, some poomsaes, and self defense white to yellow (low and high) and hapkito 1, 2, and 3. I came home and did my stuff, had a quick bite to eat, and went back to the dojang for a knife seminar. Came home, showered, and now relaxing.
Good afternoon, I had my no tech for 24 hours yesterday so I had no journals, and it was painful, I wish I did it today because i have taekwondo for the first haft of the day. It was still good because i was able to get stuff done then. Taekwondo at the Olympics starts today so I hope the US win because right now its south Korea. Have a good rest of your day.
Today I woke up and then I remembered it was the weekend but I had to go to Black Belt class .after the class we went home and clean .then we did our leftover requirements because when we cleaned I did requirements .then we played in the front yard for a little until my mom got home .then we went to catch Em collectibles to get my dad a belated birthday present .because we forgot to get on his birthday .so then he opened them and he had a such a great time he said thank you. that’s all for today peace. ✌️
