1 month closer to summer! It was ok day in school so i wore my pjs and crocs.In math we did corrections for our test and i got a 100. In science we dissected the frogs and i had to step away because i almost threw up and some girl did throw up and wore the same shirt the rest of the day which was gross. we didn’t have encore because of the incentive and i chose volleyball as my activity and it was fun. In social studies we learned about war propaganda. in social studies we finished up work. When i got home i did my requirements and relaxed it rained all day today which was sad. I am currently at my cousins house and i am watching something with them.

Yesterday I wasn’t feeling very well, so I went to sleep the moment I got home. I also didn’t go to school today, as I still didn’t feel well and my school cancelled the zoo trip. Today would have basically been a free for all day, so it was better for me to stay home!!  I’m very excited for Instructor’s Camp tomorrow, and I’m excited to learn anything new! I hope we get to do things outside tomorrow, because I remember not being able to do that last year!

happy friday! today i had to go back to school. today we had a science quiz and a pretty uneventful day. next week on friday we have to go on a field trip to mpa for a band thing so we had combined rehearsal with the other band class. after school i came home and did my requirements and homework.

My family had a  3 hour drive to wilmington nc because my parents are going to instructors camp then we are in my hotel now i am doing  this  journal

Today I woke up then I did my homework for school and then I went to school. My first class was just regular, didn’t do much. Second class I got a 97 on my social studies test. Then the rest of the day was a pretty regular Friday for me. I came home then I ran two miles in the rain. Then I went to black belt class. After class, I came home, ate dinner, and did my black belt requirements. 

Today I went to school and it was the last day until spring break and for recess and fun Friday we couldn't go outside because it was raining. When I came home I played with my bunny Maze and watched videos on my phone. We leave for Disney tomorrow and I can't wait. 

Today I got my miles done in PE. Then in social studies, we continued our project. In ELA we had a test and kept working on our social media campaign project. In science, we learned about sex ed. In math we did a big test and I aced it. When I got home I ate food and played basketball. then I went to taekwondo. After tae kwon do I ate dinner and shower. Then I watched Oppenheimer with my family. Good night.

Hello King Tiger! Hope everyone had a nice Friday. I couldn't do my journals yesterday because I was tired after playing tennis matches at a different school. Today was a sluggish day for me today because of the rain and my whole school stank when it was raining. I almost fell asleep in math class and after school, I went to black belt class, which was a bit weird since there was no Master Natasya, Master Marcus, and no Master Chelley today. Hello King Tiger Family, It is Friday!!! I got up as normal. Normal day. Working from home today. Got a run in during lunch, and did some requirements this morning. Looking forward to Black Belt Class tonight, and then Instructors Camp tomorrow. I am excited. It will be a long day but worth it. Looking forward to seeing everyone there. Take care.  

Written my journal now rather than later. Im making cereal ice coffee latte. I've been following a barista on youtube and she suggest using the milk from your cereal for an ice latte, to give it a sweeter, or special taste. I'm using cinnamon toast crunch and letting it my milk marinate. I don't know if marinate is the right word, but it feels rights. On Sunday I plan to make a matcha tea with honey drizzle in. Very simple, but I haven't done it yet. I packed a bag for instructors camp this weekend. I am very excited, I haven't gone since I started school. I'm also excited it back in Greenville. I am ready to train my butt off.  I'm a bit worried about the black belt cycle. I have not been as active the past few weeks due to my work schedule. I haven't been able to got...

Pretty normal day althought it was a leap day. I went to work at 9 round this morning and every section had leaps involved. After that I went home for a little. Then I went to the dojang for a couple hours. Got home and had dinner and winding down.

happy leap day! today was a normal day at jail. i then came home and did some studying and requirements and went to sparring class. we cant actually spar until all the boys get cups so it was kind of boring and it was a really small class too. then i did a mentor session and went home and now im doing hw. bye bye

I woke up and got ready for school.  We walked to school again, it was MUCH colder this morning than yesterday. 🥶 Yesterday I wore shorts and a t-shirt today it was back to long pants long sleeves and a big coat.  At school I did my normal blocks and specials.  Then I went to KT and did my black belt stuff and worked on 2 more essays (my living and non living)!  Tonight was sparring class, Brien told mom he wasn't going to be able to come and then he showed up!! After sparring we went to La Unica for dinner, Anthony ordered  a beef tongue taco...and we all tried it I didn't think it was to bad but mom and Brien hated it! Then we went home and showered and went to bed.

So it looks like this week will just be much of the same (until Saturday). A chill day at school as well as a chill sparring class. I am not at home, I just finished writing one of my 2 essays due for school, and now I'm going to sleep. I am once again on call with a friend, so it doesn't look like that will change either.........

Today I'm going to write about my dog, Ozzy. He's very cute but (sighs) difficult. He's cute in the way that he'll walk up to you and make a cute face. Or just straight up lick your face. But sometimes he jumps out of nowhere and just straight up tackles me. I try hard not to use red belt self-defense number one. Tricks are another cool size of Ozzy. He can sit, he can lay down and he can even do a jump turning side kick! You might be thinking, "no he can't", but if you don't believe me you can ask Master Natashya or Master Marcus. They both witnessed it and they will be my eye witness. Finally, you're probably wondering why I titled this journal my loaf of bread. It's because when Ozzy is laying down he sometimes looks like a loaf of bread! Well, there's no class tomorrow or...

To master something requires a critical eye of your own work. Critical doesn't mean to point out just the wrong or negative things, but to look at everything, the big things and the little things. Being realistic, but also challenging yourself to be better. 

Happy leap day! And my final Journal # 50. So today I woke up and got ready for the science benchmark. I did well on it and tomorrow we are going to have some rewards since we were doing well in class.. After school I walked 2 miles with my mom and did some band exercises and rolls and falls. Then I got prepared for sparring class. I did pretty well until I ended up hurting my foot on the last one. Now I’m back at home relaxing and having some snacks. today I woke up early to do my hair and when i got on the bus rylan wasn’t there. i had a good day and it went by pretty fast. at work i did my requirements and a mentor session. i’m very tired and have rug burn on both my elbows. good night!

Today I woke up and got into my JROTC uniform. Today was a pretty easy day at school. I then came home and went to physical therapy. Shortly afterwards I went to Tae Kwon Do, I helped with class and took sparring. Then I came home, showered, stretched, and now I am here. 

Today at school I had to bring my Bags Of Hope box to the house because there was only one donation in the box. After school I went home and got some requirements done and then I went to TKD. Now I am hanging out with my sister. 

Happy leap day! Today was dress like your on vacation day and my friend went all out and stole her brother’s hawaiian shirt. She brought 3 leys ( i don’t know how to spell it but it’s those flower necklace things) so she gave me one. In the morning i went and visited my sixth grade teacher and surprised her because her birthday was recently. In math we had a test and i got a 8/9 which im proud of because it was hard. In science we looked at dead frogs and i almost threw up and almost started crying because of how scary and gross it was, Tomorrow we are disecting those frogs and i think i may throw up. Today was okay.. I mean I got an award for my propaganda poster project and got an A- on my science test and B- on my reading test at school, but otherwise everything was kind of boring. I went to class right after school and did sparring, then I went home almost got hit by a car and had another long talk with my dad about my grades. today was really slow. I had 3 hours of economy but I had a sub today. then I came home and have been working on papers while my mom is at a woman's conference with our church. I hope to be able to practice some bass tonight but I doubt it will happen. Have a good night everybody!

today was really simple. i had a half day at school which i really liked. then i came home and got ready to go to a drum lesson where i precticed "eyeless" by slipknot. then i left and went directly to class which went well. then i came home, did homework, and rested.

Today I didnt really do much but I still ended up with a lot of homework. I came home did some requirements and some homework.

Today when I got to school, I got my Miles in PE. After that I played basketball and volleyball with my friends. We did boys versus girls and it was a tie. After PE I went to social studies. And social studies we talked about leap year a lot. After that, we got to pick our group for a big project. And ELA I finished my project and my teacher said it was very good. In science, we went over the endocrine system, and we had a lot of work. In math we finished up probability and then when I got home I ate. after that, I did, tae kwon do requirements and chilled. Then I got prepared for tae kwon do and sparring.

Today was a fine, fine King Tiger day.  I completed all of my requirements this morning and later helped in the Junior Tigers class.  I attended High Belt and Black Belt classes this evening.  Did you know Wang Ho means King Tiger?

Today I went to school and it was an ok day. Then I got home and went to grand Master Evins school for black belt class. Then I got home and did some work.

Today wasn't too shabby. Pretty normal day, worked at the dojang from 3-8. Played some games with my friends for the first time in a bit. Had some good fun.

Today I had a great day. Everyone at school said they loved my outfit and I was put into a group with a girl who I just started to like again and I think me and her are going to be ok. I have no missing assignments anymore and grades are due on friday. I’m really proud of myself but a little frustrated with my teachers because they all said they arnt going to update grades till the weekend. overall I had a good day! goodnight!

Today was school spirit day so i wore my school shirt. In math we did a review worksheet because we have a test tomorrow. after that we had stop drop and stem which means we some project and it was kinda boring. In science we finished an assignment and tomorrow i think we are dissecting frogs which im scared to because it sound kind of gross, also because im scared of frogs that are alive so.   Hello King Tiger! Today was weird day because I had to stay in Advisory(aka Homeroom) for the WHOLE DAY because all the juniors were taking the ACT and so they changed the schedule so that the juniors could do the ACT without any distractions. After school, I did some homework, did some requirements, and went to taekwondo. Taekwondo was fun and I am catching up on other stuff like mentee/mentor sessions, and my leadership/class assistance credits. I hope i am prepared for the physical, written, and final test.

My dog had a grooming appointment at different Bandfield hospital than the one in Northlake. It was just a general check, but while I was waiting, I started to have a panic that I'm not doing enough to give him a consistent schedule and discipline due to my lack of knowledge and school. The vet tech came in and she listen to concerns. And we talked for a while, I was concern that I was taking too much of her time, but she didn't make me feel that way. She re-affirmed that he looks well and gave some advice. I really appreciate that little time she took to listen to my concerns. When I went to pick up Kodi, the vet came out and spoke to me to address my concern about anxiety and training, and tips about brushing his teeth. Being heard and listening well is so important. Today I when to school where my guitar teacher was absent; so we had a boring class. After coming from school, I went to Tae Kwon Do to work with my mentee, I taught him the attacks for kicking defense, looked at his Goom gahng and Koryo. His poomsaes look really good!

Today I went to school and reviewed for a science CFA we have tomorrow. But I just finished my requirements and went to class, and then I got the worst headache I've ever had. I ate food and went home after class. Then at school I turned in my poster and a lot of people liked it! (I think). I am now going to bed at 10pm.. I'm tired. Hi all, today at school we went over science information in preparation for tomorrow benchmark. I had recess and played basketball. At home I did my requirements and played little bit of video games. I had a snack and got ready for taekwondo. I took 6 pm class and had a mentee session with a different student. Got home ate some pizza and got ready for bed. Night night!

Today we finally finished our weather unit in school and now we are on heat transfer. I had one Spanish pop quiz and I got a hundred on it. I went to TKD and helped with a class. After that I met with my mentor and we had a session, sadly my mentee wasn’t here today.

Blaze Pizza is doing a sale on 3/14, where any 11in pizza is $3.14. Is there a secret catch to this? Probably. As an early college I will proudly admit we are a bunch of nerds, especially my friend group. I got tired of Physics work so I went on my phone, where I saw the glorious $3.14 pizzas ad! I showed it to my friends, and since we're all nerds and just finished the trigonometry unit (which included the unit circle and... pi) we all got very excited over it. We're planning to geek out to our Precalculus teacher. She's either going to be excited with us or be concerned. I'll find out tomorrow!

Hi King Tiger Family. It is Wednesday night and all is well!!! Pretty good day at work, normal crazy farm, but not terrible. I came home, ran between the rain drops :-) and did some requirements. I did eat in there somewhere and now I am writing this. Plan now is to finish a few things around the house and walk the dogs. Try to get the bed at a decent hour, but that is what I say every night. In social studies we got to sit with who we wanted and we had a very fun class. We played Butterfingers at the end of class and social studies. Happy Wednesday! Today was a really busy day. Took Jovi on a tour of Bradford Prep. He has a spot there for 5th grade and we need to make a decision whether to make the move. We love Grand Oak, but moving to Bradford Prep would allow him to stay in a smaller school feel through high school. It's a long haul from our place though! After I got Jovi to school, I got my black belt requirements done. Then I had to take Jovi for a checkup with his doctor who is all the way in uptown. Hello, today when I woke up I got ready, and did some of my requirements, after that I went to school, and did some more requirements.  At recess I ran 1 mile on the football field, after school I did some of my homework, and finished my requirements.  Then I went to the 6:00 class, and took it.  When I got home I did the rest of my studying.     Bye!

Today I spent time studying for the written test. At school I had yet another normal day at school with no tests. After school I stayed at home and didn't go to tae kwon do to work on my written test practice. I got dinner and ate it at home.

I am currently in science class. I have nothing to do so I might as well write some of my essays that I am still not fully finished with. I am excited for Instructors Camp this weekend, just not super excited for the 4 hour drive. At least I'll have a friend to chat with over text........

Hello guys. Today, as you might have guessed from the title, I will be talking about weapons and my full thoughts on them. To start things off, I'm going to talk about sticks. I like the stick forms because of the strikes and, for the stick forms I know, they're repetitive and fun to do. Sinuales on the other hand, while they're still fun, everything starts to blend in. My hands get tired and my mind wonders. They're just not one of my strong skills. The staff forms are a whole new level of complicated and fun. Staff form one is a sweet spot - think of it as gum inside a jaw breaker. It's a short form and it introduces you to a lot of basics. And then staff form 2 is like you're in 2nd grade and then the teacher moves you up to 7th grade - not knowing...

I had the first part of my math midterm today, and I don't think I did too bad!! I have the second part of the midterm tomorrow, so after I helped out with the senior tiger class I went home to review. I'm also planning on waking up earlier tomorrow to do a final review.  Working with the high white belts was fun! I noticed that their sidekicks were looking like round houses because they didn't really grasp bringing their legs in, so i had them balance small square targets while in the sidekick chamber position! They were laughing and enjoying it the whole time, and it was rewarding to see them having fun (because I've always found it harder to engage with senior tigers than it is with junior tigers) and especially rewarding to see them connect the dots! Today I woke up, however, I woke up around 10:00. I was lucky and got to sleep in today since the juniors had to take the ACT test and I did not. I was able to get some requirements and personal projects done. I then went to school for the last 2 hours where we had 25 minute classes. I then came home and worked some more on the personal projects. Following that I went to run club. A lot of my friends were there and we had a killer workout. Afterwards I came home, ate, dinner, and did some requirements. I then took an Epson salt bath and showered; now I am here. 

Hello! Today at school again I had benchmark testing again for math. I did pretty good and the rest of the day at school was pretty calmed. when I came home I ate apples and peanut butter and it was delicious. I relaxed a little bit and  Then I did 2 miles in treadmills. I worked on my requirements and surprisingly fell asleep in the sofa and took a long deserved nap. Now I’m relaxing playing some video games. And soon to go to bed. Bye!

today was student teacher swap day and it was really funny to see all the teachers dress as students in hoodies and sweatpants and they had their phones in the pockets and airpods in their ears and they had an “attitude”. In math we did a worksheet i finished quickly in science we did a gizmo. in spanish we just did some questions from a workbook and went over them. In social studies we did a worksheet and in ela we finished up work. after school my mom dropped my sister at dance so i was home alone for some time and the. my dad came and we went to tkd. I helped out for 2 classes practiced some of my stuff and the. we got pizza. 

Today I had to take the science benchmark at school. It was a normal day. My teacher was out. After school we picked up my sister and then took my brother to get a hair cut. After that we went to TKD. I worked on my requirements and ran laps in one of the rooms. 

Today was a regular day at school other than the fact that we had a bomb threat in our school for the 2nd day in a row. I came home did requirements and then played chess with my friends.

today i did some scholl finished with home work then i went to king tiger after i went home then i got on the vr after i got  on the vr i ate some spegatii then i went to bed

Pretty chill day. Not much happened in school other than a few more homework assignments. Teaching class was enjoyable today, and now I am talking with my friend again. It’s been pretty regular that this schedule happens every day. Weird, isn’t it…….

today i went back to jail on 4 hours of sleep. since we hit 100 pages on notes our science teacher threw us a party and we all got food. then our school had a second bomb threat in 2 days and we had to evacuate and go to the high school so that was fun. then when everything cleared up we went back and our band teacher got us cookies for no reason. then i had a pretty normal jail day. then i came home did requirements and went to girl scouts and now i have homework save meh 

Today my teacher had to leave our campus and go to the other one because she had to sub for another teacher who's dad passed away. So we were stuck with this sexist teacher for a week! We had her for last period which means that all the other kids before us made her mad so she decided to take all of her anger out on just the boys. While we were getting yelled at the girls were telling the teacher gossip like a cute little tea party. What I learned from today is that don't take people for granted. 

Hello King Tiger Family. It was a pretty good day. Very busy at work. Pretty much back to back meetings and I think tomorrow will be similar. I have a few key things to work on this week, but all good. I got home a little later than expected, so I did not run. I will have to do extra the rest of the week. Tuesdays are usually a good run day for me. I did do other requirements with Nate, and now onto getting ready for bed. I already walked our dogs. We have two pups... Jax (~100 lb German Shepherd) and Koda (~60 lbs Beagle/Pitt mix). Both are good dogs and they get along pretty well. Well onto doing some stretching and heading to bed. Take care.  

Today I finished my school project and it's going to be a good grade! (Hopefully) I did requirements this morning and finished my mile just a few minuets ago so I'm very tired. While running I got one of my best times so that's cool I guess. Anyways I'm just really tired and my hand hurts so goodnight king tiger. Today I work up then did most of my black belt requirements the got ready for school, went to school it was a pretty average day I had 2 test which I got A’s on like usally😎 after school i invited my  twin brother to his first class but he was surprisingly good! (It was the white belt for a week thing) then had a mentor session.

Hello, today I went to school, and had Spanish, and we learned about Spain again.  After school I came home, and did some of my homework, and did my requirements.  After that I went to King Tiger, and had a mentor session, then I took the 6:00 class.  After that I came home, and did the rest of my homework.       The reason that it says #50pt. 1 is because I counted wrong, and that is 2 journals ahead so I still have 2 more.   Good night!

Happy Tuesday! Got in 2 miles this morning before the rain set in. It somehow took me exactly the same time down to the second which is pretty funny. Hopefully I'll be faster next time. Got in my black belt requirements. I started the bb cycle on 1/1 so I am on week 9. My exercise went back down to 4 minutes, but I am keeping it at 5 for the first 4 days this week since I am going to have a hard time getting in exercise on Saturday with the instructor's camp. At least, I am going to try and have that day taken care of by then so I don't have to think about it. Had to miss class tonight as I had to take Jovi to his band's practice. today was really easy. I only had school until 12:50 which was nice. then I started my mute day which has gone well. now I'm just going to get stuff done and relax.

Today when I got to school, I got my miles done in PE. After that I played basketball with my friends. Two minutes before the bell rang for our next class. The PE teacher had an announcement. He told all of the kids to drop everything and make their way to the high school gym, which is not far away. While we were in the gym, the whole middle school was there and we sat there for 30 minutes to an hour. The principal told us we can make our way back to the middle school we all did silently. We then got our stuff and moved to the next class. After that, the rest of the day had very short periods, so I can’t share much. When I got home, there was banana bread which was amazing. And then did homework and tae kwon do requirements. Have a good day.

Wow, what a beautiful day today!  The flowers in my yard bloomed like crazy.  We walked what I thought was surely 2 1/2 miles, but it was only 1.6 miles.  FYI: Why do we wear different colored belts?  To symbolize an increase in knowledge with the darkness of color.

today was really boring, I didn't feel great. at school, we didn't do much but then I came home and had a 45-minute nap which was nice. then I showered and left for taekwondo. I helped with the jr tigers then I had my class and afterwards I did a mentor session with instructor conner. then I ate dinner with my mom, came home and did homework, and now I'm going to bed.

Today I failed a math test. I know I failed because I did not know half the questions on there. However, I am glad I failed. I usually stick to exactly what the teacher has given us to study, and not study on my own. That became a problem because there were things on the test I learned but did not study as intensely as everything else. I've learned I should be in depth about everything I study, as it'll benefit me.  Failure is important. Without failure, I couldn't learn the difference between doing something the right or wrong way. It'd be difficult to have morals if nothing ever goes wrong. I learn from failure, and it makes me better as a whole. Also, in English 111, we somehow got onto the topic of Fortnite and how we can form an argument essay. Today I didn't have a good day because I got elbowed I the head playing football. Then i hot back inside and had 2 projects out of my 5 classes. Then I got home and did some school work. That's all that happened today.

Today is Monday. I went to school as usual, nothing worth mentioning. I went to Tae Kwon Do around 6:30 for a leadership credit and a class assistance. Afterwards, I came home to do homework and a mile. 

Happy Monday! Got in 2 miles this morning and bb requirements. Ended up with a migraine and really muddled through everything in the afternoon until medication kicked in. Took Jovi to his guitar lesson. We went to taekwondo where I got in a class assistance credit and a leadership credit. Tried out my neighborhood book club tonight which I probably will continue doing. Hope everyone had a great start to the week. 

Hello King Tiger! Today was boring day at the start because of Math class being too boring and it turned out to be a great day because tennis practice was fun. After practice, I went back home, did my requirements since there was no homework today, and after this journal, I am going to do a homework that is due on Friday. I will see most of you (Lake Norman) on Wednesday or Thursday.

Good evening king tiger family. Today was a great day. I got up and went to school and while i was in after school the step team came in the cafeteria and practiced and everyone was watching them even my friends mom who originally was ready  to leave but spent ten extra minutes watching the step team. After school I  went to taekwondo and after class i did a mentor session with master night and then I went home and finished requirements. These requirements are really hard to do. Today was a normal and boring day at school. I went to TKD and took class I met with both my mentee and mentor.

Today i was really tired and didn’t want to wake up. Anyway went to school and we started a new thing in math and it’s pretty simple. In science we finished our prosthetics. We had spring pictures today so we had a free day in Pe so i ran i 2 miles . In social studies my friends mom who is a lawyer talked to us about Law and stuff. In ela we just finished stuff up. It’s also spirit week and today was hat day and i didn’t have one so i js stole my friends. Tomorrow is student teacher swap day which mean the teacher dress like the students and the students dress like the teachers. Hey guys, Matthew here. Today's temperature was 62 degrees in Charlotte but then there was a storm filled with hurricane back kicks, reverse tornados and turning sides. Here are some tips on staying safe in this weather. TAE to stay indoors, only go outside when you KWON and if you get hungry I recommend dunking DO-nuts. If you can't tell, Master Chelley's class tonight was really cool. We did kicks on the bags and then we did brain cell killing kick combos after that.  Caleb and I were falling down, falling down, falling down from all of the spinning. It was the most treacherous storm of the year so far. today i went back to jail and almost cried because i hate it. then i came home and did my requirements. i then went to the dojang and helped with class and testing. then i did mentee and mentor sessions and came home. now i have to do my hw.

I feel good about today. I got some cleaning done; my calendar is up to date (hopefully). I set up health appointments for me and dog/grooming appointments for Kodi. He's a healthy dog, but I have to brush his teeth more consistently. The weather been warming up, and he has a ton of energy, maybe after work tomorrow, we'll go for a brisk walk/jog.  My boyfriend and I had a serious conversation about selling his motorcycle. He said he doesn't know if he'll ever feel comfortable riding in charlotte. It was a big concern for me when he moved down, but I trusted that 12yrs of riding would make him more prepare.   CrossFit was a difficult aerobic workout, assault bike and wall balls. my legs were jelly afterwards, but that just means it was easy to stretch afterwards. Today I did my requirements and went to school. When I got back home I realized I had to do a poster for class that I had a three weeks to do but I just started and it's due on Wednesday... And I learned when my mom got home I was officially going to Korea in November! I'm so excited to go! Is anyone else going? Anyways after two hours of working on the poster I finally finished the sketch of it and I'm very proud of it, I also got my mom and dad's approval too! I can't wait to finish it. Hello today I went to school, and had PE so i ran 28 laps around the basketball court, and then at recess i ran 1 mile.  After school I had a tutoring session then I went home, and did some of my homework.  After that I left for class, during class we worked on staff form 2.  After that I left, and did the rest of my homework then did my requirements.     Good Night!

Hello. Today at school we reviewed math and science stuff for the upcoming benchmarks. Then I had the spring picture and a fun recess. When I got home i worked on my requirements and had chipotle salad. Then I got ready for TK and assist the 5:15 class and took the 6pm class and we reviewed staff 2. At home, I had some yummy home made Mac and cheese and started to get very tired and ready for bed. Good night!

Today was super boring and I had two tests at school today. A girl i just became friends with again smiled at me today and I got some stuff done in art. I finished another quiz in health.  

Today was the first day back from FL. I went to school. It was a pretty normal day but I was kind of disappointed because last Friday I wasn’t there and we had STEM and we were going to make slime that day and I missed it. When I got home I got to chill out and I worked on some of my requirements. I went over my packing for Disney. At TKD I had my black belt class. Then I went home read my book for school and went to bed. 

Today I was in class watching Up and all of a sudden the history teacher said "A lady is in the woods and the cops are here!" But instead of taking this seriously we all started joking about it because this was the third time this month. We had to go on a lockdown then the annoying girl started to spread rumors about the lady having an axe.

Today I woke up at 5am and did my black belt requirements and hung out on my phone for a while. Then I got ready for school and then went to school. First class I just did a simple worksheet and then I took my next class we basically did nothing. I got picked up early today to get our passports. I did the rest of my school work in the car. Then took a nap in the car. We got home and ran. After that, I just played video games. After that, I ate dinner, took a shower, then read more of Atomic Habits. 

Hello Everyone! Today School was so boring so there isnt much to share. There was a bomb threat though during recess so kids ran all over the place to hide because we were outside. Once I got home I ate and printed flyers. After taekwondo my mom randomly said we should go to Andy's and it was so good.

Hi King Tiger Family. Monday was pretty good. Not a bad day at work. Productive and though provoking. I got home. Picked up dogs from daycare, and then Nate and I went to class to help instruct. Nate went to work out and I did some requirements. Just finished and getting ready to eat something and prep food for my wife and Nate when the get home.
