My day was good I woke up Did my workout then I went to school. After school I went Taekwondo for sparring. That was a really good work out. After I got home I decided to lift a 35 pound dumbell about 28 times on each arm. I'm trying to get to a 50 pound dumbell that is my goal. I love working out first thing in the morning it is a great way to get the sleepiness out of your system. And now I am just chilling.
