Today I'm better. I think I am completely healthy, or hopefully at least. I'm in the middle of doing my homework and feel like I might be falling behind on the cycle. I can't let that happen

Today was a good day in school. I confirmed today that I got straight A's again for a second quarter in a row!!!!
I am feeling better today (I did not feel good yesterday) and I am tired. I need to start doing my meditation (I have not done a lot). I hope I get my homework done fast so I can practice. I hope you guys have a good gay at school.
I am not in the best shape and don't feel good. My throught hurts and a slight headache. Yep............. that's my morning.
It was a long Monday yesterday. I had a great day at school and finished my assignments as soon as i came in. Master Evins is not here this week and yesterday Master Ritchie took our class. He is a really funny guy. He made us sweat a lot. After every other activity he would ask us to knock out 10 push ups and 10 situps. Luckily i had done only around 75 before i went to the class. I still went over my daily quota of 120 push ups and sit ups. I decided not to take Hyper Pro class yesterday. I spent time with Instructor Weeks to make sure i get my Hapkido down. I had learned Hapkido from Master Mitchelle earlier. I remembered pretty much 1 - 8. I need to practice these and make sure i learn 9 and 10. I did my mentee session as well...
Took it easy on training today. Did my forms. Worked on a new one. Got married.
I felt bad about not doing some of my requirements this weekend. But two days of PMAA training, I do believe and must say made up for them. So much that after work on Sunday I was in bed by 8:30. Note to oneself I must drive next time and set time for a walk about the town.
Enjoyed teaching the little tigers class tonight at the Belmont location, got my requirements done today and still pushing hard to do good on this spring black belt cycle.
After a long weekend, and a long day, I went to Taekwondo from 5:30-9. I was very happy and excited to go after my long day because sometimes going relieves stress and that is exactly what it did!!! Also I was very excited to try the family class and the adult class for the first time. Another reason why is because I got to (really) help in a class with other kids!
I had a good day today at school and King Tiger. today was really good because I learned that i'm an a/b honor roll student.
Ok today I had a bad day. I was being accused by people for random things that I did not do like having an attitude. Comment if you want. Bye.
What a great weekend! Congratulations to the Black Belt candidates on their Pre-Test! Most did pretty well it looked like, and if not, at least they know what they need to work on. Also, thanks to everyone who came out for the Bring A Buddy/Break A Board Goal Setting Event this past Saturday! We had a good turnout of adults AND younger folks. It was fun to see people thinking hard about what they would like to accomplish, and of course the joy on their faces when they broke through their boards!
Today I am hoping I can get to Tae Kwon Do. Hopefully I do not have a lot of homework. I wish I can go to Tae Kwon Do everyday. I didn't get all of my exercises done yesterday (it was my dads birthday) and I will try to get them done today.
Today was my father's birthday.. he would have been 72.. It is hard to believe he has been gone 27 years.. sometimes it still feels like yesterday. I miss him... I wish he could have met his grand son and see what an awesome young man he has grown into...I wish he could see us work together towards Black Belts..along with the many other grand children he has had and their accomplishments. He was a definitely a nerd for his time, I wish he could see the computer i carry in my hand that I call a cell phone... he would be a gadget nut i know... ha. i had a tough time with requirements today.. my body is really screaming for recoup time. Still nursing back spasms.. i hope it eases up SOON! Pretest finished up Sat. I think i did okay... always room for improvement.. i am going to...
The Pretest is over for the audit portion of my cycle, but my left knee is still screaming. Wasn't able to get any requirements done today but did get quite a bit done yesterday. How can the weekend be over already?
Since I have started the Spring 2015 Black Belt Cycle, me doing my requirements each day, is leaving me very sore on multiple days, but yet I am still pushing threw that soreness, to achieve my goal, and to get stronger, and to get better.
Today was a pretty good day. Started it off with my weekly meditation session with my sangha. Always a great way to start the week. Finished planning out my training schedule and am still on track. Going to be early to allow for an early start on forms practice in the AM. Feels very good to be back training. I am a little concerned in that I am training on my own and it is difficult to practice some things solo - like self defenses.
Started the weekend with Pretesting on Friday. Aside from being late due to traffic it went quite well. My scores were good but that just means I need to work even harder to maintain them; and to be at the same level with everything else. Drove to Virginia Beach to drop Jack at Naval Air Station Oceana returning home this afternoon. Managed to get in some requirements and miles through the process.
I had a good day today doing all my requirements and running around playing football for 1 mile. and i'm really thankful that i'm only 8 and a black belt.
I now how to say ball in korean gong. I love to write in korean beacuse there's words I like to write with crazy line like mother father and brother. I learned that the buteterfly is called na bi. I also learned toilet is called byeon-ghi. Apple is my favorite to spell and my name beacuse my name is the same thing over and over again and apple is in the middle section to spell.
Hello, This is Leah,Yesterday I just finished my pre test. I was nervous but I got through. Today I feel like I should not have been nervous about the pre test. I was thinking about that every time I get nervous I mess up and I get more tense. I am just happy I got through the pre test.

Today is a day after my pre testing, and my arms are very tired, it is so hard to do my push ups. But I feel very proud of myself because I finished filling in all of the information that I needed to put in (on the website), and now I know what I have left, and how many I have to do. ...
Ok yesterday was the pretest. I know that you should rest. I am. So how was your run? What was your time? You don't have to tell me. Comment if you want.
I am feeling very tired after yesterdays pre-test. I woke up an hour late today and did not feel like going for my daily run. It took me few mins to get over this feeling and start the day with my run. Me and my dad went to the gym to do our morning run and once i started running i felt very good. I did 1.68 miles today in 20 mins. I want to increase my speed to 5.2 so that i can get to 2 miles by the end of 24 mins. I need to run a better time than 9:17 which i did in my pre-test. I have a long day ahead of me today as i will have to finish all my assignments for the week and get ready for school as well. I hope to finish this by late afternoon and play some games.
I went to the North Charlotte school and did my second half of pretesting. It was really cool.
I had a horrible day beacuse I got different questions on the pre test instead of the one I been studying at home. I went to chuckynchese beacuse my brother picked it out but I still had fun and ate ice cream from dairy queen it was so good I ate it fast at chuckynchese I saw my friend from school we had fun together we played cars.

We did our Pre-Test yesterday and today. I was very nervous yesterday when we started. There was a big crowd and i did not want to embarrass myself in front of everyone. I had practiced a lot to make sure that i do perfect. I did pretty well in my poomsae and self defense. Whatever Master Evins and Master Chelley called out i did pretty well. Today in the morning we had to run a mile and i finished with a time of 9mins and 17 secs. I have been running everyday and i am very sure i will be able to beat this time again. We did our Taekug Pao Chang and i did it correct. We did all the physical requirements and i need to keep working on making sure i am becoming stronger. I did only 1.5 pull ups and my goal in the next 5 weeks is...
A few hours ago, I finished my pre testing. I was nervous but also ready confident at the same time. Once I got to Master Evins school, I started to calm down and realize that I should not be nervous about anything because I have done it a thousand times before. As a result I did good, but I could always do better.
Ok today was the pre test. How did you do? I ran under 11 min. The run was hard. I had to catch my breath a lot and that is why I got behind the pack. When I got to the end I did not see the pack. I wanted to wait for my friend but they told me to go inside. A car was leaving and I almost got hit.
Hello all. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Stan Baker and I am a rusty King Tiger student that is training for 3rd Dan. I was a student of Master Harris and Master Evins in the early 2000's before moving away from Charlotte after my 2nd Dan test. I found my way to Kansas City and am now training for 3rd Dan. After a few technical glitches I am now up and running on the website and thankful for this opportunity. Just being part of the training program again brings back many good memories of King Tiger. I look forward to meeting you all.

Tonight was pretest part one.. . I am aggrevated at myself for not maintaining focus and started my very first form as the wrong one from what was called. for me personally I dont think it ever gets easier to test at any level, i am always nervous. I know the form we were àsked to do. I Know the one I Started too and did an ok Job of Combining the two but that doesnt Count. I have to say thoùgh I loveTKD and I at every class or test I do learn something new. I wish my body would let my brain do what it wants to...that may never happen, and im never going to be an olympic competitor but i am going to keep learning and keep learning about my own limits and Keep pushing them and continue to try and live thru spirit and determination..who knows maybe...
Ok I have to hurry today is the pre test you should get down there and practice ok. comment if you want bye.
I am totally jazzed about pretest tonight. Every step we take is another step closer to our goal.

Hi tireing day today. Had my rowing workout from 4-5 then straight to Tae Kwon Do to help with one class then take the next, sparring. Got 150 Sit ups and 150 Push ups per day today and hopefully I can keep that going.
Today was fun beacuse seeing my brother get he's red belt and do his form by his self. I as mad beacuse I have to do a lot of push ups a day and sit-ups. I have to do 300 or 200 push ups or sit-ups and I have to do 100 sit-ups I love to play with my brother Kaiden and Jordan when ever I count when I do my push ups and sit ups Today at my field trip we had fun we got to see where the slaves sleep and the people who own the slaves and where they cook

This is my 5th week in the Black Belt Cycle. I started off a little early during the winter break so that i can finish as many physical requirements as possible. I can feel that my body is getting stronger but i am also very tired. With my assignments at school, Kumon and Swimming to do i am really getting very tired. But i want to keep going and finish strong in this Black Belt cycle. My parents also look very tired bringing me to classes and helping me out in all my activities. I am pretty sure that after i get my 1st poom we will take a few days break and relax.
Took a moment to add all of my credits from the Inter-school tournament, Boot Camp and the Sparring Seminar. I like the affect it had on my totals! I recommend participation in school sponsored events.
A new semester started at school. i have a math class now and I'm to expect plenty of work so I'll have to use my time management skills to leave no time unused. Master Hartle is helping me out with planning classes and making sure I stay on track. I really appreciate that, thank you. :)
I had intended to do my white belt challenge this week, but thought better of it. I did not think it a fair week to do it since we did not have class on Monday and I will be in Virginia Beach this weekend. On another note, it was another beautiful day so I did a 3 mile run and my jump ropes outside. Hope everyone is doing well.
OK TODAY IS TWO DAYS AWAY FROMMMMMMMMMMM TTTTTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEE PRE TEST REMEBER GET THERE TO START YOUR RUN MAKE SERTAN YOUR THERE COMMENT IF YOU DARE WAHHWAHHWAAAAAAAHHHHHH.
Today was hard work beacuse I had to spar and do hyper pro. Today was also fun learning new part of hand form for me I also had fun moments seeing her get her bo cha don and sparing her. I also had fun playing with my brother Kaiden he was funny when he gave me a fake gun when I shot he would fall down and fall down like he got killed. I felt happy today so I can journal everyday like now

For this Black Belt cycle I need to run a mile and half everyday. I started running from Dec 23rd and have been running every single day. My dad also runs with me every morning. He gets up at 4.45am and then wakes me up around 5am. We both go to the gym and run in the treadmill. I started running at a speed of 3.5 the first day. Now I run at around 4.7 speed and cover 1.75 miles everyday. My dad started by doing walk in the treadmill and now he is running a 5k everyday. After the run both my dad and I sweat a lot and are very tired. It feels great to run and me and my dad have made the promise that we are going to run everyday even after the Black Belt Cycle. I want to run the 5K organized by King Tiger with...
I really dislike stressful days at work. They make me want to come home and stuff my face with all sorts of horrible, cheesy, fattening Mexican foods. I'm working on requirements now hoping it will take away my urge to binge. Dr. Bill fixed my knee up yesterday and now I'm just hoping the soreness will subside before the pre-test on Friday. I'm very concerned about the run on Saturday morning. A HUGE thanks to Master Evins for the very generous sparring class credits we received for attending Master Shane's sparring seminar! Back to requirements now because I still want a big taco.
I've been stretching and massaging my back. I still am SO disgusted that for months it has not bothered me and now that the cycle has started, electricity has shown back up in the form of shooting pains in my back. I was feeling "too good" on boot camp day. I let that "feeling good" get ahead of my good sense... so now I pay. Ha. The craziest of it all, the back is only one the many hurts I already have.... Mornings are like a check list.. feet, ouch, check, knees, ouch, check, shoulder, ouch, check, hips, ouch, check, insides, ouch check... yep all is good ! I'm still here.. and that makes me feel good! I'm trying to get my pace and make my daily requirement numbers. I'm splitting some things up trying to allow for some rest areas in different body parts. We'll see how that works out....
Totally gorgeous day! Enjoyed it with a 2.5 mile run and then did requirements in driveway with the exception of push-ups and sit-ups. I did those throughout the day.
OK TODAY MASTER EVINS HAS CHANGED THE DATE FOR THE WRITTEN/PYSICAL TESTS TO SATURDAY THESE WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET STUDING LIKE NOW COMMENT IF YOU WANT???

I also have done 2 self defenses on this day. I have 1 HyperPro class w/ Marcus and boy did he push me...... and there is more to come.

I wanted to do the White Belt Challenge early in my cycle. I asked Master Knight to give me a white belt and on Monday when i came to class in white belt most of my friends were surprised and asked why i became a white belt all of a sudden and if i had done something wrong. I help out the class before my regular class and the students were thinking i belonged to the same class. Master Evins called me to lead warm ups and told everyone not be fooled by seeing my white belt and that i was a Black Belt candidate. This entire week i was treated like a white belt. I lined up in the last row and i felt embarrassed at first but then i realized that i have worked my way up to the first row and was proud of myself. Also i attended...
Today was good. I had rowing practice today. 45 minutes of straight, nonstop rowing. I was really exhausting and it has to be my least favorite rowing workout. I did about 11K, or eleven kilometers. My dad says that roughly converts into 1km rowing per 1 mile running. But Rowing also uses the Quads, calves, arms, chest, back and abs. But also it's not as effective in flexibility and agility as running is. I'd have to talk to Master Hartle about that.
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that". Martin Luther King. On this day on which we celebrate the legacy of a great American I volunteered as a Exam Proctor for the American Culinary Federation. While this is done on a volunteer basis, I truly enjoy doing it. Had a really good workout session later in the afternoon with some folks from the Lake Norman dojang. Ran 2 miles did jump rope rounds, sparring rounds and poomsaes. Hoping to continue spreading the love and light in the world. PJL
Today I have started to run out side with family it was so cold so my running was more of a really slow walk. Comment if you want
Nothing really happened today. The day went by quickly and I didn't do stuff I wanted to do or I had to do. I should do more kicks, poomsaes and self-defenses. I have to just been feeling very lazy and tired which is bad.
I went "Dumb" for 12 hours on Dec 27th. It was a saturday and i started off early in the morning. It was extremely difficult for me to keep quiet and not talk at all. I had to put a towel around my mouth to keep reminding myself that i am not supposed to talk. I really felt bad for people who are not able to see, talk or hear. I Thank GOD for giving me all the abilities and i wish that i help such people when i grow big and start earning
correction for this test entry. this was what should have been the original entry. Day two .. official kick off of the Black Belt Cycle Spring 2015. I went to yesterdays Sparring Seminar, and have to say I am a little surprised I'm walking as well as I am today. My knees are not extremely happy with me, and my back, well it's still in attitude mode, but outside that there really was a sense of surprise this morning when I didn't need help to crawl out of bed. There is a part of me that enjoys the cycle because it adds a sense of urgency to getting a workout in my day or a good training session. I often, most days have some body part that hurts so it is easy to use that as an excuse to take a day off. I like the way I feel when I am more regular...
Today I tried doing pull ups. It did not go so well. And I ran outside today. And when I ran outside, I ran around different places .

Today I was sad beacuse my friend spencer was not playing with me and I was bored. I had fun playing with my brother Kris we played wwe real life. The hard work was when I had to spar thirty minutes and had to practice self defense poomsae and do 300ush ups 300 sit ups jump rope and do 150 burpees. I was so tired after doing all of that work so I started to lay down and start wacthing TV. Today my brother Kris had to leave and his sister KayKay or Kaylana she was fun when I was playing a cup game choose villan or hero and I won then my brother Kris and then my sister was last place.
so I go train with Master Evins on Friday go figure the jumping up and down with Master Shane Mchainie causes my plantars fatuitous to flare up again , Saturday was a tough day and night especially I got a work out in anyway but have had to wear my brace again. Man I need this foot issue to disappear.
Enjoying the day with family and friends. Live is truly good. Message from this morning's sermon from Rev Sarah Hollar @ St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Huntersville, "are we recognizing the Greatness of God in one another?" Looking forward to the week ahead! White Belt week.
Today I've been trying to make it a habit of doing requirements through-out the day. Like 25 push ups here, later 25 sit ups, ext... For school we have a 4 day break so I should get all my homework done now so that I don't have to worry about it Tuesday night.
Quite the terrific day. Started with homework; then ran 1 mile, 3 hour Sparring Seminar with Australian National Team members @ King Tiger and another 1 mile run. Then dinner with family and the movie Lone Survivor.
I went to Master Evins school and saw Master Shane. I also had the sparring seminar with Master Shane. I learned a lot more about sparring today and it was really cool.afterwards I was really sour but I still trained when I got home.and now i'm really tired.
I like the seminar today beacuse Becky and master Shane it was fun we learned how to kick at the right time to kick harder instead of soft. The best part of the day was seeing Becky do her sercet kick. I loved when we got to do different kicks at one time like roundhouse kick and outside in. At the seminar I was tired at the last part beacuse of kicking Aidan. The worth part was when I had to wear two sparing gear. I was ready to go to the seminar I was a little excited but had fun. I was so frustrated because I had to do my essay today. I got a great workout today by training with Becky and Master Shane. I think the black belt cycle will be hard I thought it would be easy but it's hard beacuse I didn't want to do my...
Great sparring seminar today! I loved everything... the kicking drills, the footwork, the instruction, my wonderful partner Ms. Pam.... but my FAVORITE part was when Master Shane said we were the most respectful school he has worked with. It made me very proud! My knees are swollen and hurting, but I'm so glad I went! Today is the first day of the max phase and my belly is full of water, supplements and Advil. Now I'm in bed... Ice on the knees.... Will probably be here until Monday. I'll lay here and study curriculum!
Wow, what a "G'Day!" Definitely a great sparring seminar today! I loved the way that Master Shane kept everything simple. It was definitely a good sweat, and I'm glad we had a great turnout. Today was the first day of the Max phase of my 24 day challenge. The number of pills/supplements went up dramatically! Not too bad, though. Had a huge amount of energy today, and it was great. Heading to Charleston tomorrow morning with my wife for the weekend. I will definitely look for some tasty fresh fish! Not fried of course...
Just came back from that Sparing seminar with the Aussies. Real cool yo. Was huffin' and puffin' at the end. Real hard workout yo. Next we stopped by to get some of those Which Witches sandwich. I picked the Tomato Avocado option. Got some swiss and peppers on the which yo. Except instead of giving' me that lettus, i got some nasty died cranberries. What's up with that yo? PS. Master Hartle(s) and Master Evan, if you do not find this funny and would like me to be serious, please let me know.
Feeling good about my training and 10 days in to the 24 day challenge. these cold mornings are a little rough on my walks.. The good thing is it is not snowing and no freezing rain. Will be happy when spring comes.
Today was a busy day! Still managed to knock out requirements, so that's great... Tomorrow is the last day of the "Cleanse" phase of my 24 Day Challenge, so I am looking forward to that. Been eating really healthy, and I can definitely feel a difference in my body! Crossfit tomorrow morning, followed by some sparring training. Also, sparring seminar on Saturday! I'm sure it will be a "good sore"...
Tough (but great!) Black Belt class tonight. Felt a little weakish so I might need to drink some extra spark on class days. In retrospect, edamame, celery and tomatoes for lunch probably didn't give me quite enough energy..... Tomorrow is day 10 of the 24 day challenge! Looking forward to the Max Phase!
Day 7 in to the 24 day challenge not to bad. But I do miss one thing , but how good it will be when I I have it again.
Great Black belt class tonight with my trusty sidekicks Instructor Dege and Master Randle. They are tag-teaming to make sure I stay on the right path and I love them for it! A shout out goes to Instructor Donna Harris as well for sending me frequent 'Go Tucker' texts! I'm very thankful for the support I receive from my King Tiger family!
Long, stressful day at work. Came home full of good reasons not to work out, but ended up pushing myself to do it anyway and felt better afterwards. Found my pull up bar and bungee! This is very exciting! Now I need to stop admiring it and actually use it. I've been thinking about trying to find a band of some sort to wear on the balls of my feet to help me with pivoting (my poor knees die a little every time I try to do a back leg kick). Socks work well at home but I would break something vitally important if I wore them on the mat. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears! Down 3 pounds so far on the 24 day challenge and this morning I think I saw a tiny indentation where my waist used to be! Things are looking up!
Well not as sore as I thought, feeling better after a long weekend of training, saw Bob Brewer has joined the Master Journey so welcome sir to the pain, glad to see your smile again. Hope all is well Got to go get some more stuff done busy busy busy, Burkart out
Saturday flew by this past weekend! Knocked out requirements, worked with my mentee, Jay Jay. Even though I believe he is the youngest person on this cycle, he will be phenomenal! Went for a 4 mile run on the Greenway Sunday morning. Started off pretty cold, but by the end I was steaming.
Ok so after six hours of training Master Jennings finally won, I am really tired and am going to be really sore. So I have a bunch of sparring rounds coming to me and I will have to figure it out, but wow, now understand what it is like to train with an Olympian he is a great person and I wish him all the best sorry so many of the king tiger family missed this great day. The knowledge of TKD is amazing and the speed is like lighting. He can kick you from anywhere and anytime I know I actually got to spar him and he was really nice to me and not make me look bad, thank you sir. Burkart out
I focused on the Palgwe forms and self defense today. Today is day 3 of the 24 day challenge and I already feel better. Still have a long way to go, but I've lost 2 pounds. Might seem like a tiny amount, but it's the first time in a long time that those numbers on the scale have been getting smaller. I'm encouraged and looking forward to more success. Need to start thinking about getting my essays and videos started.
working hard to keep up, legs sore and tired most of the time, been really busy with environmental work so missing some training classes, just finished some environmental work but have still worked on the criteria, hope to be in class next week after Master Jennings seminar I am going to get a lot of sparring rounds Saturday and I am sure I will be sore on Monday.
Too cold to run outside today! I know....bad excuse. Good day yesterday....1st day of 24 day challenge, ran with Master Schneider, did a kick boxing class in the evening. Have a Martial fit class tonight and tomorrow finish up my Foundation class at Cross Fit NorthLake and then head to Atlanta for the Advocare "AdvoNation" event! Super excited!
Whew! That Fiber drink will really wake you up in the mornings! Yesterday was a great day, got in a Crossfit class, and a great TKD class with Master Evins. Going to keep pumping out requirements, and EATING HEALTHY!
Day one of the 24 day challenge is pretty much in the books. It was a really good Wednesday to boot. Had a god day at work, a visit at the dentist, and then ran, took TKD (2) kickboxing classes. PJL CEC
Great first day of the 24 day challenge! Took all my supplements, drank 90 ounces of water, came home and made cauliflower cous cous to have with chicken, shrimp and vegetables, and then tackled some requirements. Looking forward to tomorrow!
So excited to start the 24 Day Challenge tomorrow. I have sort of started already, cutting calories and adding work outs for the last two days. I started Cross Fit this morning, then took class with Master Evins. Funny how you can do something every day (like teach Martial Arts) and then feel like you miss it......then worked out with the Huchinson's at a Martial Fit work out! Tired now but feeling good. Must admit that I am still feeling the effects of the boot camp on Saturday!
New year new challenges. tomorrow starts my 24 day challenge I'm a little nervousñ, but at least my wife's doing it with me. So it can't be all that bad.
Great black belt class tonight! Advocare 24 day challenge starts tomorrow and I am sooooooo ready to be successful and feel better! Going to bed now....date with the treadmill at 5am.
Ready to kick off 2015 the RIGHT way! Boot Camp this past Saturday was great! Wonderful, sweaty workout, and good people! Excited to start my 24 Day Challenge tomorrow morning before Crossfit class. Towards the end of 2014, I slacked off on some requirements (and logging them), this won't happen this year!
I am starting my black belt training again today....been awhile so I am very anxious about all the new things I need to learn. I have been training very hard the last 9 months - Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, etc. but feel totally unprepared for the new journey. Looking forward to seeing everyone and training with the best.
Enjoyed a good day at work; then did homework. Taught the 6:16 class @ LKN and took the 7:05 class. Did a lot of requirements which I am not able to log yet. Looking forward to BB Class @ North Charlotte tomorrow evening. Blessings & Peace
I'm still pretty sore in some interesting places post boot camp (lateral calves, anterior deltoids, inner thighs)....places that typically don't get sore doing push-ups and sit-ups. Burpees are very hard for me to do right now. I'm having to modify them in order to save my knees and lower back. I kind of hop back and down into the thrust instead of squatting, lower my body to the ground, push up, walk my feet toward my hands and then stand up. The jumping and squatting is painful. Hopefully I can work up to a full blown Burpee as I get myself back in shape. I received my Advocare products today and I'm very excited about getting starting on Wednesday! I've downloaded the iPhone app and I'm ready to go. Still don't have a pull-up bar and I'm WAY behind on that requirement. Planning on buying one this weekend.
