So today was the pre test congratulations to everyone for completing it and good luck to you on the rest of the cycle it WILL be hard but we'll pull through all you have to do is push your self beyond the limits work till your dripping sweat or tears thats what I do i go out side or to the gym and say I'm going to work till I'm half dead then that will be my beginning. Now to the motivational part...There was a young man who wanted so badly to be successful so he went to this guru and said I want to be successful like you, so the guru said "ok meet me at the beach tomorrow." Let The Games Begin

--Kelsey P. June 21 2014 today the "King Tiger 5k"took place,I ran in this race with my dad(Stuart) we both finished with a time of 30 minutes and 40 seconds, thanks to all who ran this race with me and all the others to the finish. I believe this helped me realize that I really need to work on my leg muscles because I took a lot of pain from the run mainly in the hamstrings because i'm not that flexible but i'm trying to fix that. I also realized I need to build up the endurance in my legs, biceps, and triceps why you ask because when I went to go to push-ups I did 35 then said "oh man if I stay like this i'm gonna die in the test!"I also Highly need to work on pull-ups I don't want to even talk about those.
