Let The Games Begin

--Kelsey P. June 21 2014
today the "King Tiger 5k"took place,I ran in this race with my dad(Stuart) we both finished with a time of 30 minutes and 40 seconds, thanks to all who ran this race with me and all the others to the finish. I believe this helped me realize that I really need to work on my leg muscles because I took a lot of pain from the run mainly in the hamstrings because i'm not that flexible
but i'm trying to fix that. I also realized I need to build up the endurance in my legs, biceps, and triceps why you ask because when I went to go to push-ups I did 35 then said "oh man if I stay like this i'm gonna die in the test!"I also Highly need to work on pull-ups I don't want to even talk about those. So i guess you do learn something new every day.I know this is going to be a very fun, knowledgeable, and physically challenging cycle…but i know We ALL can have the endurance to get through the end of this.
