Today was a awesome day! At school if we did our summer challenge work we got to go to a party today. We played and had snow cones. I brought home a beach ball and bubbles. My cousin Taylor had her birthday today. She is 7. Me and my brother Sean sang happy birthday to her and sent her a message.
Happy its Friday, very productive day. The stacks on my desk at work are seeing the light of day and left early so what a great start to the weekend. Went to South Charlotte and was able to get in a fair amount of requirements before testing, very thankful for that time. Testing went great as we had both a 5:00 and 6:00 group. Kids did fantastic and even better 3 adult white belt ladies rocked it!!!! Looking forward to the weekend, it will be crazy like most but that seems to be par for the course.
Today:today we had a half day at school. Later we ate at Lupies, with one of my best friends, and her mom and siblings. It was fun. Later my sister webt to Piano, while my mom and I went to the fresh market, and bought tons of stuff including those mini doughnuts, my sissy and i shared.yum.:)

Today is the final day for perpairing for the garage sale. It has been a lot of work but i will be glad to get some money for the cycle. I will have to get up early and going to bed late every night and being woken up for the last three days will NOT help. I am excited but super exhausted. I hope the garage sale will go well and i will earn most of my money for the black belt cycle.

Today is Friday. YAY!!!!! Today was a really good day. I got all my requirements done , it was a good day at school, and it's Friday! A day can't get any better.
Today after school I went for a nice jog by myself. My friends are also coming over for a sleep over at my house.

I just updated my ipad to ios8 and then i was trying to do my journal entry but it took such a long time so... but anyway i'm exited because this sunday is my b-day (and my twwns)
Ahhhhhh.I got it to work. today we did some great things in sparring, ladder drills, light contact sparring, and only a tiny bit of bag sparring. School was slow, Social Studies test, and Math test. I'm not as exited as I used to be when I was little, but in 3 days its my B-day!!!!!!!!!:)
Crazy day at work but that's the norm. Busy day/night at South Charlotte since it was photo day. One little tiger was so excited, got his belt tied, all spiffied up, so I say ready for your kodak moment. His answer- - -no I am getting my picture. Yup I am old!!! Good night in class with lots of kicking- - -green stripe week. Still struggling with trying to get requirements in but I will not get discouraged.
Well today was a good day with my mentee. They may be young but they love learning new things. Now only if I can get my teenagers to work like the two young ones. Had to cut back on my upper body requirements left shoulder dose not to play this week.
I am reading a really cool book. It is called Myth Busters. They have a tv show to. I had black belt class tonight and sparring class. I had fun at sparring. But I missed my brothers soccer game.
Today I had a mentor session and helped out with the little tigers class. I also got a leadership 2 credit and took BBC. I look forward to hopefully having a mentee meeting with Rachel this Saturday. :-)

Today I got in another leadership 1 and I helped out with some new white belts. It feels like every day is so crammed it with homework and every thing.
Today I had TKD class and Sparring so I didn't get home till 7:45 so then I had to rush to get my math homework and my Language arts homework done.
Today I did my normal routine of doing my running at 5:45am and then half of my requirements before school. After school I went to taekwondo & took 2 classes and finished up my requirements. Doing my requirements is much easier now then it was at the beginning of the cycle and just seems like a normal part of my day. Tonight I studied for the written test and then did meditation while my mom made dinner.
I'am sooooo close to my birthday because its tomorrow, can't wait! today in school was fun because in math we learned something easy, in science we did a work sheet and a small quiz, And in ELA we did some reading and a activity. Awesome!!!
Today i have not done much. I did go to two classes and got some requirements done plus a mentee and mentor session. I plan to do more but it may be time for bed soon i'll try my best to do some more.

I am conceding Wednesdays, the towel is tossed. For me its more like wipe out Wednesdays, maybe its because its the only day I do not go straight to the dojang after work. Gotta find a solution to this and even spark does not help.
Training with Master Evins this morning and the other master/ school owners was awesome. We went over Hop Ki Do Form 1 and self defense. Need it the small thing that make a difference.

Had a great Crossfit workout this morning (lots of running, rope climbing, handstand pushups, and 150 wall ball squats!) After that, a great training session with SaBumNim and some other masters/instructors. Got to work on black belt special self defenses, and Hapkido Form 1. Great stuff. I'm sure I'll sleep like a log tonight.

Donuts!!!!!!!!I came back from an exiting school day, one thing I auditioned for first chair in band (clarinet) and I made it, so im the first cahir clarinet in band. My sister had some exiting news same with my bro. So since my brother sister and i insisted that we should get donuts at harris teeter. so we did, and....I love food......well I ate a donut, naturally, my brother gulped down 2. pig.

Getting ready for school. In yesterday's black belt class I learned a lot of new poomsaes to work on like Wang Ho 1 and basic form three.
So I do sparring class last night to test the feet, well they are still tender, yes I said it I am a tender foot, but had fun working out again so hopefully I can keep it going and deal with the tender feet. I am concerned about the 1/2 Marathon though coming up in November got to see how far I can run this weekend
Had a better nights sleep last night. Today I got a lot of requirements done. I definitely need to bring more food because I was really hungry.
It felt like Friday today which made the day very long! After school I had to volunteer to pass out Mac books to the kids! We finally got them for everybody it was exciting but I had to miss my PMAA class because it ran long, which was bad! But after the session I got to customize it and make it my own! Other than that I had no homework for once and got to relax and take my time on my requirements!!
Feeling good today. Was able to get a lot done a round the house. Then help in the family class and enjoyed the black belt class and the PMAA class. The right leg is coming a round to feeling better again.
Last night great black belt class and even got a sparring class in. Photos on thursday so slight adjustment to schedule and had an unexpected extra class. All very good and it gave our competition team a little different change of pace with the elders in class getting abused. Thank you Inst. Hsin!! We may not be as quick, jump high or land a head shot but we have years of wisdom to share. Tonight was non stop and great to meet with my mentee William. He is so willing to learn and focused, I can not wait till his time comes to test and go on cycle, no doubt he will. I am not where I want to be on requirements but I am confident it will all work out in the end, if not I have my AARP card and heating pad so all is good. Night I need...

Today I helped out with class, I also took my second mentee session with Rachel. I hope I will be able to have another mentee session this Saturday. So that I will be able to have all the sessions soon:-)
I was at boy scouts today about an hour ago and it was really stormy. like pouring rain everywhere. and we were locked out of the building so we walked to a church and just hungout outside of it till it was time to go. haha

Today at tae Kwon do we worked on self defense and forms. I think I finally got my self defense down pretty good. I also got a mentee session in and a hyper class. It was a good day at tae Kwon do.

The PMAA trip to Myrtle Beach was super fun. I really recommend to go if you haven't. The most fun I think I had was when you could take other people down in the water. It was also fun when you got taken down in the water and a wave comes over you!!!!!
Today I had piano lessons and school today. I worked on one of my essays. Last night I found out where my ancestors are from. I am Irish! I can't wait for a new day tomorrow.

PMAA Camp over the weekend was amazing. I got so many awesome credits and had so much fun. We walked a lot to go to eat lunch and do other things. I got more than a 5k walk in on Saturday!

Today was a okay day, nothing really good or bad happened. I went to school and did my work and talked to my friends. My sister had gymnastics today and while she was doing that I did homework and requirements. So far this day has been pretty much normal.
Tomorrow I have a huge German test already and its only been like 3 weeks of school. so yeah been studies alot for that. High school isnt that much diffrent from middle school its just alot harder and the grades u get will actally matter. so kinda stressed over the test becasue tests are 70% of ones grade. bomb one test and game over.
Today at cub scouts we had a man from the Knights of Columbus come and talk to us about raising money for the needy. It would be part of my pack's community service and we will be giving out tootsie rolls, and hoping people give a donation at the harris teeter.
I can't what till friday because it is my birthday september 19th and thats when I am a year older :) ! Today at school we were finishing up all the 9/11 things in most of our classes its really sad what happened! But other than that I can't wait till my birthday!!!!!!!

I'm doing my journal entry on my ipad and I think it is soooooo annoying how the touchscreen clicks something else but anyways today was ok I'm listening to music right now, I'm getting sidetracked, today in social studies we did our script for Break Free and we were supposed to do this parody about Christianity it was fun, we took the videos today. I did handstands and accidentally fell over and my friend did it in slow motion so it was pretty funny, over all today is fun.

Today was a good day. I had home school today and now i'm just hanging out until time to go to cub scouts. We have our popcorn meeting tonight. last year I sold $1000 worth of popcorn and was able to be in the scout fishing tournament. I hope I can do good this year too.
Wow...what a great weekend! The PMAA seminar was a lot of fun, and also learned some great things. I liked how we would switch back and forth between 2 sticks, hands, 1 stick, hands, etc... It was also fun to meet some new folks and train with different partners.

Great weekend of training in Myrtle Beach. I really love the PMAA stuff. I am usually teaching TKD classes when the PMAA classes are being taught, so I don't train very regularly, but then when we do a concentrated training like this weekend, I get re-energized and feel the need for regular training again! Going to try to change up some scheduling after the BB cycle so that I can get back on a schedule with PMAA and maybe be able to test for my 2nd Lakan sometime next year! Great time this weekend with all of our King Tiger Peeps! Met some new friends and hung out with some old.....I was happy to see so many of our BB candidates there. I think they had fun!
Positive day - -up early to start requirements - -take grandma to airport- - then off to work. Just realized after looking at my book, it's kind of a mess, got soaked on Saturday, that I have entered requirements on the wrong days --yikes - -think I got it fixed. Lesson learned put the glasses on next time. It is going to be a good week!!!!!
Really enjoyed the seminar. The ride back went pretty well. Now i got to get back to my routine.
