My friend Bradley got back early from football proactive today so I got to spend a little time with him playing games. Tonight I volunteered to help Master Shin with his Jedi party. It was a lot of fun. He was having pizza. yum. TJ and I got to show the kids how to do some of the sword forms with their Star Wars laser sticks.
Today at summer camp we had electronic day today. We also played some fun group games. Then when me and my mom came home we took a nap then we ate papa johns.
Today, I had another physical therapy. I am on my way to having a fully functional quad!!! I still can't run, jump, or do a lot of kicks properly though. I am trying really hard to get most of my requirements done before school starts, so I have been doing a lot. I know that I won't finish everything by the time school starts but at least I won't have to wake up at 4:30 to be able to fit everything in before school...
Today I am going to go to the pool after I am done with all my requirements. I also am going to try to get most of my essays done before the cycle actually starts. That will help me a lot when school starts. I am already done with five of them. Just 4 to go!
As Arnold once said I WILL BE BACK!!!! Yesterday was rough- - 14 hours on the show floor and 14.72 miles back and forth one side of the hall to the other. When I left a relaxing adult refreshment was needed, along with an appetizer, then it was fall- - literally - -fall into bed. I see the progress everyone else is making and disappointing I am not with them - -my body can only do so much. Staying positive - -it will all work out in the end. Hope everyone has a great weekend and bummed will be missing classes.
Yesterday was the last day of the Hornets camp. We worked hard and that got us to the championship. We were so close to winning but we lost 40 to 38. Plus I was the ambassador of the camp. Also my coach give me a Charlotte bracelet, we did awards and I got a new basketball. Yesterday was a blast. Can not wait for tomorrow.

Today was really nice because I babysat this morning and after that, I didn't have to leave the house! So, I got my requirements done and then went out with my mom ad my brother. I also took a walk. I can walk pretty close to normally now but if I'm not thinking about walking normally, I have to be reminded to walk from heel to toe or I will limp a little bit.

Today I went to daycare. I brought my computer withme. I played Minecraft and Starbound. On Minecraft I started a new survival world. I built a house and collected lots of food from animals.

I went out with my wife today for new cell phone; one I really don't need. There are to many gizmos on it for me. I got in some requirements and quite a bit of rest . Preparing for BB class this evening.
We made some modifications to our current class schedule to allow us to do more PMAA, weapons, and hapkido. I like the new change and it has sparked interests in my current BBs. We'll make this change permanent and allow other ranks to join us. Currently, it's only High Blue and up. This will allow the Belmont students to practice the weapon requirements and also meet their PMAA requirements for the BB cycle.
Today, I got a few extra requirements done to catch up from the weekend. I think I will have to be doing extras for a few days. I volunteered again today and I had a lot of fun working with the people at Cherubs Candy Bouquet. Right after that, I went to class and I finally learned how to do the rotunda. I could never quite get it before so I'm really excited about it!
Today for dinner burgers on the grill. I had a good time at King Tiger . Instructor Dong stopped by this evening and it was great to see him. I was also able to get some requirements done. Then rest!!

Took everyone to Lake Norman today. Went to the state park and hit the walking trails. Found the perfect spot to chill, swim, and picnic. It was nice and private and made for an incredible time.

It's that work thing- - -stick a fork in me. I put my pedometer on when I hit the dock this morning - - -17.26 and I am toast. No not going to count it. I was at the hotel gym before 5 and happy with progress and will count that. You can be a machine when you put your mind to it. Yup 9:00 and Mr. Sandman needs me.

I was on a cruise ship called the Princess, we traveled to Alaska on it. Princess has a lot of pools and hot tubs. There's lots of places to eat and you can also watch movies. The movie I watched was the Age of Ultron. It was my third time seeing it but instead of watching it at the movies it was on a cruise ship. I hope that will go on another cruise later on.

today my brothers friend came over and we played a little at my house then we went to the pool and played tag there. We (I mean me and my mom) were exhausted from the pool, but my brother and his friend were not. So we went outside and played for a little while. I went to tae kwon do then at 9:30 we went to pick up my grandmother. and didn't get home until 11:00 and that's it.
I have had a very busy schedule the last few days. Shoots that have run late into the night. It has been a struggle to keep up with my requirements and fit everything in...I've had a few bad days in the health dept as well. Still just plugging along, one day at a time. I need to post this before the midnight hour. I can't seem to get to my journals before midnight. I hope all are doing well. Looking forward to class in Belmont tomorrow night.
I got a chance to work with my BB this evening on Palgwe forms, basic forms and rolling. I'm please to see our guys doing so well on their technique. These guys will do me proud come Oct 31.
I have made a lot more progress with my thigh. I can walk normally and without effort now! It's still really frustrating to not be able to everything that I could. Today in class, everyone was practicing falls and then there's me, sitting on the floor watching and doing stretches. I had a mentee session today. I worked on the high green belt poomsae with them and it seems like they are improving.

Today was a harder and more tiring day then ever but it was fun. Today we did lots of new skills and drills, my favorite game that we play is Money ball, it is two teams going against each other in a shoot out and which ever team score 5 first moves to the next basket. Money get my blood pumping and it gets me warmed up for the 5 on 5 games. During camp I do push ups, sit ups, and lots of running which helps me cover my physical requirements. After the 5 on 5 today we had a special guest and it was Super Hugo, he did crazy dunks and I got picked to dance the "watch me" dance against the coaches and the campers won. See you tomorrow!

Today I did all my requirements and then watched a movie. I also played with my sisters new Lego set. Since she is younger than me, we played with a friends Lego set. Today was awesome.
You know that feeling you get when you take nearly a year off from heavy lifting and you try to lift the same weight and you amaze yourself that you can still do it??? Yeah, I didn't get that feeling today.
I am finally back to my egg whites, bacon and coffee for breakfast at home. My body is also doing much better with Eastern Standard time. I should be able to get quite a few of my requirements done today provided my body works with my mind. I'm looking forward to be in BB class tonight.
At my new house my friends an I wanted to go down to the river. We went into the woods to see the river. The river was small and it only reached up to the level of our shins. We also crossed from the river to the other side. Then my brother, Trent was missing so we hiked back up calling his name. We found him in my friend's back porch. After that it was time to go back to our regular house.

today I went to camp at the white water center. I did a kayaking camp with my friend. We learned how to do a wet exit were we flip over and pull the oh crap strap. We also got to kayak in the big rapids it was soooo fun.

My gosh! i havnt journaled for AGES!!! We arrived from New York at 11 PM, the plane was caught up and we took off an hour late. On Saturday we had a swimmeet, me dad took us. we were supposed to go on sunday(but we had to swim a 400 freestlye, again) I hate swimming it. It sucks. I almost puked the last time i swam it. so we just didnt go. My mom was supposed to take us, BUT........she had to much stuff to do at the new house. We just wasted like 50$, oh thats all right(im sarcastic)so than we alsohad the exuse that we sunburned to much, but my mom put cream on it, and now my sister and i have a HUGE swim suite tan line....on my face, it sucks. i never tan on my face. i just get red. but its peelinng. so today we went...
Had a good weekend. No training this past Saturday for me...I did about a half day's worth of requirements, and rested completely on Sunday. Back on track today, already mentored 2 people! I am looking forward to going out to eat tomorrow night for my birthday!
Got a small run in last night after the show but that was about it as the legs said no no no no on anything more. Got a quick dinner to go and headed to the room for the night. Going to be a very long day today, rest of the week, so want to make sure I get the proper rest. My only goal at this point is just to stay healthy and not get behind.

This past weekend was jammed packed! It started with me taking my first BB and sparring classes as a BB candidate. That Saturday evening, I took Lori out to dinner for her birthday. I wish the food could have been better for her. She had to send two separate orders back because it didn't taste right. I got a chance to reconnect with one of my Occupational Therapy buddies for lunch in Raleigh and then we finished the weekend at a wedding. We drove back to Charlotte at 1:30 in the morning. I need another day to wind down.

Today I slept in then I went to pick up my friend. We went to get pizza and then drove back home. When we got home we watched a little TV. When i finished watching TV I did my Tae Kwon Do. I am catching up really fast.
I went to the beach today for a few hours. I fit in some requirements before I went so that I wouldn't have to do as much later. I ended up doing some before bed anyway. My knee is a little sore from sitting in the car too long because we drove a couple of hours. But it's getting closer to being it's original size now.

Wow yesterday was a long day and I am feeling it today. Our show did not get over till 8:00pm- - - so then it was late dinner and up past my bed time as Mr. Sandman usually captures me by ten. It was definitely worth it as met a bunch of new peeps. The gym did not happen this morning but will try after the show today- -if my legs can stand it. Between clients have my study guides out so at least some productivity on the TKD front.
Yesterday was a tiring day. But let me tell it from the start. So I woke up and watched TV and ate. I then changed my clothe and went to the Saturday Black Belt Class. We worked so hard that today I am sore. Plus in class I almost did a full split. It hurt me a lot, but it was worth it. Oh I almost forgot I watched Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. I went to the Saturday BBC and Sparring at the North Charlotte location. During the BBC we did alot of exercises like inching out and did a push up and inched back up. We practiced different types of forms.
I'm almost caught up! Vacation came at the wrong time but I'm working hard to get everything done. Today's BB class and sparring was hard but I was still able to finish it. I have liked meeting other students from King Tiger that are going through the same stuff as me.
Today, I attended the 2nd dan and higher black belt class, regular black belt class and sparring class. I'm grateful that I have the opportunity to train with such inspiring people. These classes also painfully remind me that I'm no longer a spring chicken, but I'm loving every moment of it! Thanks to Julia, Jeran, Chey, Leah, Kenny, and Tyler for coming out to north Charlotte today.
