King Tiger Black Belt is now blocked on my work computer! That's gonna make entries next spring when I am traveling a lot a bit more difficult. Treated myself to a late morning and went to the gym at lunch. It is amazing how physical performance changes during the day. Running at 10 am vs 6 am equates to at least 30 seconds to a minute improvement in time. Today I went 1.5 miles at an 8:21 min/mile pace. I think that is a personal best. The only downside is that improvements in running take away from the burpees. Only managed 17 today. I have gotten in as many as 30 in a row. Gotta work on those some more.
