So today I went to King Tiger and Master Chelley made we do 2 sparring rounds because I needed 26. I knew I was going to come back for kickboxing so I could get them all done. today. At kickboxing, we did normal things...we just kicked the bag and then I got to spar my dad for my last sparring round. He did a few kicks but then he just covered his nang sim and ran around the mat. I got a few good kicks to his chest and they rang out with a loud THWAC!! That is how I finished my sparring rounds for my black belt cycle. 

Wow!  What a great retreat!  So much fun and camaraderie this past weekend!  It was great to train and do teamwork activities with everyone.  Now it is cram time.  Testing is only DAYS away!  Time to really turn up the heat!

So happy to be on the mat today.  While it was limited, more like going thru the motions, was pleased that my mind did not totally go away and I actually remembered most everything we worked on.  Tomorrow maybe another story but happy for today.

Today i was resting after the retreat. I did not get to write about it, but it was AWESOME. I had so much fun without my parents and with my friends. I was still missing my parents. Today, i relaxed. i did not run and i did my daily schedule for physical requirements. 

today I went to school like usual and then after that we dropped my sister off a gymnastics. I went to the two classes that I could go to.

today was pretty good i went to school and at school it was really confusing because they switched the blocks around so some people went to the wrong blocks.  after school i went tae kwon do and i had snack there then i did my homeworkafter that i did tae kwon do and that was my day

It amazes me how quickly a Monday will arrive.   I am Still SO very far behind ... and that would be in everything,  in my life in general.   Looking at my requirements, my journals will show 2 shy on Friday, I did have 2 days I was unable to make an entry due to technical difficulties, but truth is, I shouldn't be pushing this so close to the wire.  I have to [make] the few minutes to be sure and post an entry for the next few days... This week, how quickly Friday will arrive.    I am stretched so thin... I'm not quite sure how I got here.  I am chalking it up to passion and stupidity.   I love what I do,  but I have to learn to do better.  I'm going to do my best to finish this cycle as I am suppose to... in green, but honestly I'm not sure I've...

I am glad I got to go on the Black Belt retreat this past weekend.  I got to work on a lot of things I was needing not to mention had a great time too.  I got home in time to watch the Jets on TV  at my Uncle's house and am mad they lost to the Patriots but at least the Panthers are still undefeated!

Today i have no school today and that is nice because i am super exhausted from the retreat and that was something that was fun but serious at the same time. I hope that when i do the next cycle (fall cycle) that master Evins will consider doing that again. But man i don't know if i am bunking with Luis again because he talked in his sleep and argued with himself, and he started moving and it was an earth quake. I didn't go to bed on Saturday till 2:00 am. But like master Evins said you get to know your friends better when you go camping.

Thank you Master Evins for an awesome retreat.  I enjoyed myself & continued to learn.. I find that often you help me learn more about myself.. Today was TJ'S birthday... I am still in shock he is 19 & wish I could have some of the time.back but so proud of him as he is growing. .  I have a lot of work to do & spent a large amount of time today doing so..deadlines.. deadlines.. deadlines.. everywhere..  we really didn't do anything extravagant but I certainly enjoyed the time we spent together ... we baked him a a cake & made his favorite dinner (together). & practiced a few poomsaes..  nothing extravagant like I say but after yesterday's meditation i started thinking more about how important the little things are.. like a $1.94 box of cake mix, and just how special that can be.  One week to go. Tonight we are watching football and the score is 7 Panthers, 3 Eagles. Right now it is 1st and 10. Panthers have the ball. I want the Panthers to win. So far the Eagles have had four penalties and the Panthers have had none. If the Panthers win they will be undefeated at 6 and 0. That is what's going on right now. 

    Today I came back from the Black Belt Retreat at Camp Oak Hill. The retreat was fun. I had my first 2 smores at the campfire. There was a pumpkin carving contest between 2 teams. The team I was on won, we used Master Chin's hockey mask as our face. I got to meat Grandmaster Lee for the first time and trained with him for an hour. I even saw a picture of Master Evins, when he worked at Camp Oak Hill. The trip back home was good, didn't have any traffic when we were going to the retreat. Overall I had a good time.

It was the last morning of camp today and I can't wait to go back sometime. I woke up at 8 o'clock and started packing, once we all finished packing we went to have breakfast and then we got ready to leave. When we got dropped off, I went to eat with a friend and then me and my dad headed home to relax the rest of the day.

Today we got back from our black belt retreat. We all had a great together and I got to spend time with some awesome people. I would'nt have missed it for the world and i'm so glad I went.

yesterday was the BB retreat and it was pretty fun, we woke up really early like a six and went and meditated in a field. later we did some stick forms and stuff. We went to breakfast and had a good meal. afterwards we did some cool teambuilding activities in the woods. After all of that Grand master Lee went over the new changes and some of the hapkeyto forms. To finish up the retreat we went to the campfire and did some skits. Then we played some capture the flag my team lost but I did get the flag/ pumpkin once.We had some free time after the capture the flag game and then I went to bed. 

Today was fun, we woke up and went to a big field and we had to spread out to do meditation, afterwards we got with a partner to sticks and single stick forms. Then we went down to breakfast and had French toast sticks with sausage and once everyone was done we went into the woods to do a couple of courses about trust. Later Grand master Lee came, it was awesome we went over forms and there new changes and did hapkito forms 1 and 2. We rounded up the day with smores and a little free time to do whatever activities we wanted to do with our partners.

Today I went to school. After school I went to Jimmy Johns and ate before I got in the car with the Belmont people and I can't wait to get there and do a lot of cool bb stuff

Today at school went by fast , we didn't do much besides read and watch channel one news. Right now I'm still only way to the camp for our black belt retreat, can't wait until we get there.

     I had to write this journal at 4:22 pm, because I won't be able to do it at the Retreat. I can't wait to go to the Retreat. I wonder what we are going to do their, of course training. Well today is a good day, because it is Friday. School went well, nothing bad happened. My dad had to pick me up early from school or I would get to the Persis parking lot late. It is going to be an interesting 3 hour drive.

We are 44 minutes away from leaving for our King Tiger Black Belt Retreat. I am a little nervous because I've never been on a retreat before so I don't know what will happen. I brought some things that will keep me busy like a Sudoku book. I am also nervous because I don't know where we're going exactly. But I am excited because we might be able to go swimming. I am also looking forward to being with all my friends for a few days but I am going to miss my parents the most. Well, I'll see you next time. Bye!

Glad I didn't have to go to school today since it was a teacher workday, it was nice to sleep in.  I got some requirements in and finished packing for the retreat today. Excited to head out in a few hours.  It should be a great weekend.

I don't have to journal tonight. I only have six or seven left and can get that many done without doing one tonight. I'm tired and can't think of what to write. At least I don't have school tomorrow. I can sleep in and play on the computer before having to get my stuff ready for the weekend retreat. I am really excited about the retreat but I have no idea where we are going. I'm expecting there is going to be a lot of outdoor fun and activity and we're not going to have that much free time to just walk around. 

     During International Studies 50% of my class had not turned in their project (not including me) and my teacher was mad. Some people turned it in late, will other didn't turn it in at all. So people who hadn't turned it in yet had to work on it during lunch. In Math about half way through class my arm started hurting really badly. I managed to pull through the whole day. I had to get a pain killer in the night because I couldn't stand it.

Today was my grandfathers funeral and I spoke in front of the congregation to talk about his life. It was extremely hard to finish because I could not stop tearing up as I spoke. But I held strong as I pushed through the speech.

Today was a busy day. I had to do my vocab words for homework and i had to go to one of my classes called kuman. I took a test and passed!The sad part about today was that i did not get to do my requirements. Me and my mom were busy finishing packing for the retreat. It is going to be awesome! I cant wait  

Today i went to school and this police officer came in for about 45 minutes and he was huge!!!! Then he talked about his speed detector/distance measure. Then he pulled his motorcycle out and that thing was huge!!!!!! It looked like robocop a little, he even had a computer built into the bike!!!!! and a printer!!!!! That was awesome!!!!!!! Going to camp oak hill tomorrow see everyone there!!!!!

Overall great day!  Black belt class we got a chance to work on almost all of the major things...pal gwes, basic forms, hapkido, self defenses, weapons forms, etc...  I was proud that the only "brain fart" I had was towards the end of Pal Gwe Oh Jang.  Everything is feeling much better, except one of my toes...I don't think it is broken, but purple isn't a great color for it...

Not What happened today I mostly did Either midterms or independent work But I can't wait for tomorrow I'm excited to get extra sleep and go on the Black Butler treat

Today was a relaxing kind of day, at school we had a benchmark that was pretty easy and the rest of the day was just catching up on work. When I came home my relaxing day continued, I also didn't go to tkd today.

Today was a normal day and other than me crunching menthe sessions I am really really ready for this cycle to be over.

today was pretty fun i went to school and forgot my lunch so my aunt brought it by the school and at the end of school we had a peperally for football against our rivals bradley and we ended up winning the game 26-0=)  once i got to tae kwon do i had to read for 20 min then i got dressed for class after class i went to chik fal a.  then we rented a movie and now we are going to watch it

Today was a good day , let me tell you what I did. Today was a good and exciting. When I got to school we did Reading and then we did Math. After that we went to Media. When I was in Media I read on my computer. After that I went to lunch and then we finished Math. After Math we went to recess and then went home. Now I have to catch up on some homework, and review some math that I was having problems with and my grades were not what my mom expects. Tomorrow we are going to the Monster Mash party and then camping on Saturday. So see you tomorrow ????????????????????. Bye.  

Today is the day of our pep rally at school.  It's the big game between Bradley Middle and Bailey. I am excited to go and I get to be a part of it.  I am playing in our schools marching band.  Let's go Bradley!  I should be done in time to get one last PMAA class in tonight, then head home so I can pack for the retreat tomorrow..  Can't wait and the bonus is there's no school cause it's a teacher work day.

It's getting down to the wire. Had a great training session with Master Knight yesterday. We reviewed most of the weapons and Palgwe forms. Tomorrow, we leave for the BB retreat. It's going to be a great weekend.

Tonight I had my family and friends gathering for my grandfathers passing. I had met so many people and they were all so happy to have known my grandfather.

On the YouTube show Good Mythical Morning Rhett and Link debated Pirates versus Ninjas. Link was pirates and Rhett was ninjas. Personally I vote for ninjas. I voted for ninjas because There are silent killers with swords, ninja stars, and chain ball things while pirates have blunderbusses which sounds stupid and is really loud. They also have swords as well but their swords aren't as good because they are much heavier and harder to swing.   Hey what's that? It's a spartan coming out of nowhere eating apples. 

Today was long and tiring, I went to bed late last night, then I didn't eat breakfast or lunch, I had no energy today. I can't wait till Thursday night, hopefully I can catch up on some sleep

     Today it was back to school after a 4 1/2 day (Friday was a half day.) weekend. In Language Arts our teacher gave people new seats and crapped in all the desks. In International Studies we had to present our Hispanic Heritage Project. Practically, we had to choose a person who was born from a Hispanic speaking country or their parents were born in a Hispanic speaking country. I had chosen Victor Cruz since his mom is Puerto Rican.

Today, i woke up and ran about 1.5 miles. Then I ate breakfast and went to school. I am so happy that i passed my poetry test! When i came back, i was surprised by the fact that my garage was painted. I got to do some requirements. Then, I went to sparring. We did something different today. It was very funny! When I came back, I had some time, so i packed my things for the retreat. It took about 45 minutes to do so. Then i ate dinner and now i have to sleep

Today i went to school and i made a sling shot in shop class and we tested it out and that thing went at least three yards!!! which is far for a small sling shot. And that was my day.

I have really been struggling with technology.  This is hopefully going to be my first successful journal in a few days.  My laptop has been down and for some reason I can no longer journal on my iPad.  Anyway, I've been working on my creative form every day.  I just can't seem to get it finished.  It's either home, or work, or something that gets in the way and I push the creative poomsae back down a few notches on the list and then the next day it seems to happen all over again.  I'm looking forward to the black belt retreat this weekend.  I'm sure we are all going to train hard!  

Today at tkd I sparred my friend Julia before class started, it was lots of fun. Once class started we did some sparring drills with chest guards, we worked on cut kicks and head shots. It was really fun can't wait for another sparring class.

Just came home from school, getting ready to head to class to work on some requirements.  I am looking forward to the retreat this weekend, hopefully we can work on some things and I can master my stick forms before testing.

Started with a great class with the other masters, taught by Master Evins at the LKN dojang.  Afterwards, practiced with Master Shin on Pal Gwes, staff forms, short stick forms, and some other things.  Each day feeling more and more confident!  I am definitely looking forward to the retreat this weekend.  Sounds like it will be lots of training, and lots of fun!

today I got to sleep in until 8:30 and I went to an eye appointment to get my corneal molding done. I went to school and when I got out I went to the PMAA class and I should be done with those soon.

     Today I again just chilled at home. I had no school today nor Monday, because there was Parent-Teachers Conferences. Sadly, I have school tomorrow. I just stayed home to, again. My dad made me memorize all the 50 State's capitals. I was suppose to get a haircut today, but my mom and me forget. That is pretty all I did.

Today we played soccer for recess. Sometimes kids try to assign other kids positions but the kids don't care and just run around unless their the goalie. Not everyone wants to be the goalie but some kids like to do it. I used to be the all star goalie but now my goalie skills are as good as dirt. I don't know what happened. I am now actually called Mr. Headbut. I got this name from how much I headbutt the ball and people just started calling me that so I went with it. Pretty much all the boys play soccer or football. 

Another day down!  Had a great black belt class.  Afterwards, got a chance to work with Instructor Tucker.  Major shout out to her!  Got to work on my "problem things", that I am still tweaking and getting down.  Overall, feeling better!  That is an amazing feeling...

Today was a little bit of a struggle since my grandfather passed last night. I had a lot of support from my friends and it made the day much easier.

My first class back since the tornament, it was good to be back it felt like forever. Today I helped for two classes and toke the last class, which was black belt class. We worked on our forms and hapkido, it was a really fun class.

Today i went to school and there is a drill bit that i used in shop class and that thing drilled right through the wood we needed and i thought it was about to go through my hand! Then i went home and i had no homework so i did my requirements for the day and watched my Tuesday show.

Today was the same as any other Tuesday.  I got to school, went to my classes, ate lunch, went to specials, went to recess, and then we went home.

Today was a good day, let me tell you what I did. Today when I go to school we started the day with reading a book. Then we started Reading and then Math. After we went to music where we worked on Native American tribes and after that we went to lunch. Then we finished Math and then we went outside to play. And now I am about to do TKD class so see you tomorrow. Bye ????????????.

So today I went to TKD and school and I went to all of the classes. I am kind of ready to have this BBC done and over with and I am getting very tired.

Ive made it home from my out of town work trip.All work, No play, and more Wear and Tear on my body. To Be Quite honest, I'm tired, Im Wore out, and wondering what in the world it is I Am trying to do. I Guess I should Just go to bed. I cant actually See the screen anymore anyhow! Night All...

     Today I had no school so I took the day slow. I had some math homework and a project, but I finished them. I didn't much, I really just stayed home. I luckily got to watch the full Monday Night Football game. I don't have any school tomorrow. Yeah! Got one more day of vacation until school.  

I am still watching The Flash on Netflix. It is getting really good. I like the show because it is about The Flash who is a superhero that runs really fast. He can break the sound barrier and run on water. He hasn't learned to vibrate his atoms through solid objects yet but he can do that in the comics. The main bad guy is called the Reverse Flash but Captain Cold, Heatwave, and Gorilla Grodd have all been on the show. Firestorm is another comic good guy that was on the show. And Green Arrow was on it too. Flash got whammied by a guy that could make people angry and Arrow had to bring him in. It was a neat battle. I look forward to watching the last episodes for Season 1. 

I had a good day at King Tiger today, I got help a lot of newer white belts. I also got my push ups done during school. Some people looked and stared at me, but I kinda of stop caring. I really want to be a black belt, so if that means doing push ups and sit ups in public to get them done, so be it.  

I am pretty jazzed today.  The Panthers had a great win in Seattle and today was a little more fun at school today.  School is always better when the kids are talking smack.  I also found out that my Daughter and I are getting suite tickets for Sunday night's game.  Very excited.  GO PANTHERS!!

Today i went to school and i did what i did as usual and to day i had no homework so that was nice, for the rest of the time at home i rested up and then went to tkd and went home.

Wow, what a great football game last night!  Panthers definitely deserved that win!  Today was a good day...still settling into our new temporary location.  Looking forward to this weekend's black belt retreat!  Still working on staff forms, and hapkido among other things...

today was pretty good i went to school then at school i did all my school work then school i went to tae kwon do and when we are geting on the van we had to wait for cole to get on but he never showed up then they had to call a bunch of people then we took class and then we went to duck worths to eat dinner and that was it

Today was a regular Monday.  We had PE, went to our classes, ate lunch, went out to recess, went to science class, then that was the end of the day.

Today was a good day, let me tell you what I did. Today we had a substitute because my teacher was not there. My friend Joshua and I where the best in the class with other people too, not just us. Today was art, we drew pirate ships. Mine was OK ????. After we had lunch and then we finished Math. And then we went outside and then we went home. When my mom came to pick me up at school she wore a storm troopers helmet. Oh yeah, every year when she picks me and my brother up she wears a mask of something or someone when its Halloween time. Now I gonna get some TKD stuff done and submit me homework. See you tomorrow!

Today was a homework day, work on a collage, then i did my AP homework, finally i did my senior exit. Got some of my requirements done too. And I finished the day with washing my hair and watching my favorite Sunday show Once Upon A Time. Very productive day. 

     Today my parents went to a pooja (an Indian get-together sort of where we worship a god). At first I was not allowed to go since I was grounded, don't need to go into the details. My dad gave some work to do, but he came about 1 hour and half later to take to the pooja. At the pooja I played football with some friends. Once they all left and I was the one, I watched the Panthers vs Seahawks game and they won 27-23. After the games my family went home. My sister had tried out for the All-Star in a soccer organization called AYSO. My parents will get an email if she makes it. Also I don't have school tomorrow or Tuesday. It is a Parent-Teacher Conferences during the day for those two days. 

Today I woke up and had pizza with my mom, Aunt Dana and Uncle Dave, we went to Brixx Wood fire pizza for breakfast, I'm really going to miss them. Since my Aunt and Uncle left to go back to Ohio, me and my mom went back home and rested the rest of the day.

Today was mostly me taking the day easily. I started of this Sunday by eating breakfast. Then, I did my requirements. I had a decent lunch. After that, I went to my friends house.

Crazy busy day but happy camper - - zero's left on all requirements.  Met with my mentor this morning, worked with Jerome, ran a bunch of errands and attempting to put the upside down house back together in between laundry.  Hope this week things will plane out a bit so I can just focus on all the curriculum. 

Today i played outside with some friends and we played tag and almost ran so fast that we couldn't breathe. But it was fun, also before i went outside i stayed in bed till nine but woke up at 7 because it was freezing cold when i woke up. So that was the day.

Today we went to a hot air balloon festival. We went up in a tethered hot air balloon ride. I liked it a little but it was really scary cause I'm afraid of heights. After I got out of the balloon, we walked over to the kid section where there were a whole bunch of bounce houses and some games. We went into a balloon that was inflated sideways on the ground. There were a lot of people inside of the balloon and there were a lot of beach balls that were being kicked all around. It was great until Ben took the ball from me and walked away with it. I got really mad and stormed out of the balloon. Later we went and got some food. We got funnel cakes and butterfly fries. Then we went home and I was just sitting around. My mom is making me write this now and I don't...

Today I did some of my daily requirements and played with my baby brother. Today is a Sunday so I am just chilling and doing homework. 

Brrr!  It got really cold last night!  Had a fire out on my patio in my fire pit, and that helped a lot!  Today is housework day seeing as I have a few of the in-laws coming into town soon.   Hopefully, we will also see a Panthers victory today! 

today was pretty good i got up and took a shower then i went to my sisters soccer game her team crushed the other team.  after that we went to see my cousin do tae kwon do then we went home for the rest of the night then we had dinner and then watched tv and now i here

My day started of busy. I had to leave at 8:00 for the AAU tournament. I competed in sword fighting and forms. I got a medal for sword fighting, but sadly, I did not get any prize for forms. When i got home, me and my neighbor played the Xbox. Me and my best friend had a BBQ at my house.  

The AAU tornament was awesome, I did the form division and the Olympic sparring division. In the form division I went against two 2nd degree black belts. In the first round for forms I did kuemgam and came in first the second time I came in second, so overall I came in second. In the sparring division I only sparred one girl and got second, but I had lots of fun sparring. 

Today i went to the AAU competition and did both forms and sparring. The good part was that we were all in the same spot instead of spread out, we were able to cheer each other on when we each came out. Over all i had a good time.

Today i competed in the AAU tournament. For sparring i sparred the 15_17 year olds thankfully the one i spared was only fifteen. I don't know whey i got put in that group when I'm 13 me and John Gray tried to tell them but it took no effect. I got kicked in the right eye and then in the left one. Ill probably have a mark there for a couple of days i had to get an ice pack for my eye. There was a couple of tears but i made it through 

BIG shout out to everyone who competed today at the AAU tournament in Concord!  Great job to everyone!  Tournaments are great experiences and also good ways to learn what to really practice.  We had a good turnout today, and lots of people had fun.  Also, eating Korean food for lunch was definitely a huge plus as well!  :)

Today and yesterday morning were perfect for a run, running is not my thing but did enjoy it with the cooler weather.  Trying to stay focused with all going on and know the TKD finish line is getting close.  Had a good lesson with Master Chin yesterday and maybe someday when you say hapkido my brain will not turn to scramble eggs.  I just keep mixing everything up.  Looking forward to a productive weekend.

Not sure what to do about my chronic arm pain. Thinking about taking a week (maybe longer) off to try to let my bicep/deltoid heal. Back to Todd for some treatment.

Today, I went to school and we did an experiment on physical and chemical changes. When I came back, some people were working on painting our garage. After that, i went for a 2 mile walk. We went to Panera Bread for dinner. I saw Master Shin there. It was a surprise. Lastly, we went to Walmart to get my Halloween costume

Right now I'm watching The Flash with my dad. Also my mom just got a new camera and it is the D3300 Nikon. In Flash, Barry is fighting a man who has steel skin. If I had a superpower I would probably want superspeed like the Flash. I could get ready for school every day in the blink of an eye. And I could walk home and to King Tiger super fast. If I ever broke a bone I could just rest for a couple hours and it would be fine. Of course I would still need a cast to keep it in the right shape. If I couldn't have super speed I would have teleportation so I could still walk home from school and get there quick. 

Today i was practicing A LOT for the AAU tomorrow. I did a lost of sparring and forms and other stuff to help me get caught up 

Today I did some of my daily requirements today and went to school today. It was a friday so I had a test today and I did pretty good. After school I played with my friends outside and then inside. After that I ate dinner. I had a fun day today. 

today was pretty good i went to school and then idid a whole bunch of stuff i had a couple of test that i got a hundred on and the other one i dont know what i got. but after school i went to tae kwon do and ate snack then i did a cross word puzzle, then they let us play on our electronics.  i went to black belt class and we did a whole bunch of stuff.  after that we droped my sister off at her friends house then on the way back to our house we saw master hartle.  then we got home and i did my journal stuff.

This morning I went outside to do my run. First I got my rain coat on, then I headed out of the door right after I was finished tying my shoes. It wasn't too cold, but I could still feel a breeze in the air. After my run I ate some waffles that my mom made right when I came home. I couldn't wait to try her waffles. They were really good and I had two of them plus some bacon. I can't wait to see how this day will turn out.

Another long day today and One more shoot day this week.  How quickly I fall behind in editing and ordering... and it is my understanding that tomorrow will be our biggest of the week..  I'm very tired!   My knee has remained swollen all week,  it's been a tough week.  Trying to remain upbeat and happy when everything on you hurts is tough, but the kids can't know just how difficult you are finding the day.. I need SMILES!  My hotel has had a screaming baby, yapping dogs, and a group that has found partying all night to be the best thing to do.. I'm guessing they don't work in the early morning.  Last night I came close to becoming that 'crazy lady' you might see in the movies..  The weather after Monday though has been pleasant and ended up nice for an outdoor shoot.  I think after tomorrow's shoot I am going to return...

Went to the renaissance festival today, so much fun. I got to hang out with my best friend. We have different classes this year so we don't see each other much. I got to shoot arrows and i bought a beautiful rose, then asked a candlemaker to dip it in wax. Instead of only lasting 3 or 4 day, it will for 7 years. Speaking of plants, i'm going to check on my Azalea shrub before bed. Night!!! 

     Today during International Studies my class had a party for the end of the Hispanic Heritage Month. We ate tacos, played Hispanic games, and learned Hispanic dances. I was suppose to bring the pinata, but I forgot. My classmates were really pissed off, but another kid my class forgot to bring drinks. I had 3 projects due today, one for International Studies and 2 for Social Studies. That's all for today.

today was pretty good i went to schooel and after my good day at school i wen to tae kwon do and did some of my homework and then i had to get dress for class after class i had a mentor session with marcus and then i did sparring class and did pretty good after sparing i went to the back and did pmaa it was fun because i kept steping the wrong foot down in front of me and going into the hit.  after that i went chick fil a and then went home and did the rest of my homework.

Today at school it was a half day, yay! It was a some what relaxing day, I didn't go to taekwondo but I did some pull ups to try and get them out of the way, I almost got everything done. Tomorrow is the coaching class and I can't wait to go!

We just watched Avengers 2. It was one of the best movies I've ever seen. The first time I ever saw it was with my parents and my brother at my grandparents house. My mom said that action wasn't her thing and she fell asleep for the whole movie. My favorite Avenger is Hawkeye because of the bow and arrow and he has some of the best lines. I also like Quicksilver even though he dies so quick. At the end of the movie they left us a really good cliff hanger when Thanos shows up and says "Fine I'll do it myself." I'm looking forward to the next Marvel movies. 

Tonight at black belt class we did about twelve poomsaes. The poomsaes that I did was Yuk Chang, Chil Chang, Pal Chang, Basic Form One, Basic Form Two, Basic Form Three, Pal Gwe Il Chang, Pal Gwe Yi Chang, and Koryo poomsaes. Black belt class made my left arm sore. I wonder what we will do next week in black belt class.

Today i went to school and at the end of the day we played volley ball in gym. My team was not the greatest in fact we have lost to every team we have played so far. We were very close to beating the team we last played today but they caught up to us. But we will still keep trying.

Today, I went to school and When I came back, i went somewhere. Then i ran 2.5 miles. I did not take black belt class today.
