I have made a huge comeback!!, I only have about 120 more push ups to do to catch up, I have been working really hard this weekend on getting in the green with everything and I am almost there! I am so upset. School was canceled and I am going to have a lot to catch up on. The only reason why I am happy that we did not have school today is so I can get ahead with TKD. Did you guys have school?
Yesterday we had only two classes in Tae Kwon Do due to the weather. The first one i helped and led warm ups. There were only 4 people in the class. The next class was mine where we had only 6 in the class. Master Evins made us do every single kick and i did close to 230 kicks in that hour. I had finished my 150 kicks earlier in the day with my pull ups and sparring rounds. I was very tired and Master Evins told that the overnight black belt test will be even harder than this. I am not sure what to expect now..... Lets hope for the best!
Today was a pretty successful day. I found my old book from last cycle. That's good right?
The inclement weather kept a lot of folks at home, quite smartly. This allowed plenty of time to do poomsaies & self defenses. I hope everyone is safe and plans to use their day off from school to do a lot of requirements.
Today I didn't notice when my cousin came yesterday she went to sleep when I did but I didn't see her. Today I was suppose to go to tae kwon do but the weather was not good so I hade to go back home. I was trying to do pull ups but it's really hard to pull up.
I went to Defy Gravity and jumped around and did flips for an hour. How many jumps ropes does that count for?
I had a great time at my friends house when I left I was kind'a sad. I am now at home and the sow will probably be awesome.
I have been done my requirements for to day. my day was good. I hope every one is good with there requirements.
I am now very behind with my journals and requirements after taking a week off to be with my friend when her father died. I didn't focus on requirements or journaling at all during this time. When I started doing pushups and sit-ups again after taking that time off, I realized how hard it is to get in shape, but how very easy it is to get out of shape and to lose your momentum. I plan send quite a few videos to Master Evins this week and will try to catch up some with requirements. I did walk just slightly under 5 miles by the end of the day on Saturday at the Cupid's Cup 5K. Our team (The Sanger Pacing Panthers) earned about $900.00 for CHS Cardiac Rehabilitation programs here in Charlotte. Now I will turn my focus back to Tae Kwon Do.
Ok the news is saying that its were cold and it is true. So it is so cold I spent my day inside at my grandparents house. It was so cold I could not walk or run outside since I was at my grandparents house so I could not use the treadmill so I ran and walked at a mall. Comment about how the cold is affecting you. This has been a very productive weekend! I have gotten a lot of things done, and my numbers have increased a lot! I am a little sore, but that is ok with me as long as I am getting my exercises done!! Yesterday my dad and I tried a challenge. We wanted to see how much stamina i had. So in the gym treadmill i put 5K and started running. I ran for 32 mins and covered 4.5Kms. Then my dad asked me to slow down and i did my cool down walk for another 4 mins. I was super excited to cover ~4.6KM (2.88 Miles) in my first try. I had the stamina to finish the 5K but my dad wanted me to slow down and do it over a couple of weeks. I am very excited for next weekend to see if i can do the full 5K. I caught up on a lot of sleep and feeling much better now. I did a lot of pull ups and sparring rounds yesterday and will do the same today. Glad it is a Holiday today!!!!!!!!!
Today has been a really long day for me. But even with that being so, I still got my requirements done today and still going strong even though i am starting to feel tired and sore more often now.

Last week I was in the red in two things. Now I am in the yellow and some requirements I am green in, like my black belt classes. I am almost finished. And, all I have to do is 3 more sparring classes. What are you finished in?

I had a great day yesterday. The credits for Jr Instructors camp really helps. I am almost done with my requirements for BB classes, Leadership Credits and Sparring, The main focus for today and tomorrow is get most of my sparring rounds and pulls up done. Need to read the book for my essay too which i am hoping to complete by tomorrow.
Today at Black Belt Class was a very good class, we went over things that i needed to do, ( forms that i couldn't remember ) and then after that, I had Sparring class, which was all good until I got hit in my right knee ( the leg i had surgery on ) a few times, that really hurt haha, then ya I came home rested up for a while and then I got my requirements done for today, only 5 more weeks to go! Can't Wait !!!

I learned pagway il Chang and e chang it was fun to learn. I was exited to take black belt class hyper and sparring. I loved when I got to help Zacker with his kicking so I can get random act of kindness so I can catch up. I hated when we went to the mall beacuse we was there a lot of hours.
I went to Black Belt class today and Master Hartle(Chelley) gave us the requirements we got for going to Junior Instructors camp. I also learned more of Pow Gwe il and yi chang. After Black Belt class I took sparring. It was really fun. Make sure you guys catch up this week. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!!

I just ran my 2.03 miles for the first time. I ran at a speed of 5.3 in the treadmill. I feel very good finally reaching my goal of 2.0 mile run. I am getting ready for the day. Leaving to Kumon in an hour and then will be at Black Belt class.
Tonight, I am really starting to feel more tight and sore in my arms and legs, and basically everywhere else haha, Im still doing my best though.
Today I went rollor skating with my family I was the last person that was skating in my family so I was a little wear out. I loved when we played the dice game thers numbers and you try to go to a number 1 throw 6 and I never got out of that game. It was awesome when the light turned off and the diso came on I was so fast I fell and I got back up and went to my spot to it pizza it was like the greates pizza I ever tast in my life and I also had fun with my dad rollor skating. I got to warheads sour gummies it was good. I loved when we all skated toghther.

I thank God every day for all the blessings he bestows upon me. Today was another great day in life. I was able to judge a High School Cooking Competition this morning, attend a Taste of the Nation Committee Meeting, teach Garde Manger class, prep more food for Saturday night's catering and spend some time with Betsy & Kate. And, I still worked in lots of requirements. I am looking forward to BB Class tomorrow. Depending on how much I get done, I hope to stay for Sparring Class as well.
I started to read a book called THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTVE PEOPLE. I got 1 hour into it and the book is exciting.
I had an ear infection for two days and didn't go to school. But i'm over it now.
So a few days a go i felt something coming on and attacking my body. Will it won and turn me in to a mouth breather. I do believe the next phase is becoming a zombie. I did get some Poomsea in today but the body said one more day please. So one more day it will be and no zombie for me.
Made it to Friday! Had a great CF class this morning. LOTS of shoulder work especially this week. Definitely getting better on my pullups! Feeling sore, but a "good sore." Still chipping away at requirements. Also, continuing watching what I eat (have lost about 13 lbs since early January). That will help with everything...pullups, pushups, running, pivoting, etc... Gotta keep on keepin' on!

My body is becoming extremely sore. I woke up at 5am to do my daily run but my legs were paining. I went back to bed to get some rest. I will have to run when i come back from school. Have swimming in the evening. I have been doing my best to keep doing my daily quota of requirements but I am physically and mentally exhausted. We are 6 weeks away from testing and I want to get there strong and focused. I am going to make the best use of the long weekend by making sure I get plenty of rest to my body and also finish my daily requirements.
So for now My foods have been reduced to some sort of liquid form.. I've been a wreck, today I feel a little better. I've been doing a lot of research on foods that I might can use to help my issue, in a liquid form (for now). I've obviously given up some foods that I love. A good meal shouldn't be had through a straw though, kind of takes the appeal of eating away. I have really been working hard though to put into my body everything that it needs to function, today has been one of the best days I've had in what feels like forever. I've learned that with no food your brain starts to lose some of it's abilities I hate to admit it but I've been a sick pup. I do not like at all the way I have felt going on two weeks now. I...

my day was good. to day I hade a quiz in ss. that is really all I have to say.
I had a great & productive day on many counts. Along with working in my daily requirements I took care of some automotive issues (a trip to DMV & an Oil Change), prepped food for a catering Saturday evening and taught class. I don't know what to do, track sign ups were yesterday and today, but I don't know if I have the time to do that, I am very passionet about Taekwondo and I do NOT want to fall behind with Taekwondo, because I have to run. But yet again all 3 track coaches want me to sign up and my parents do and my girls on the run coach, but I still don't know what to do. What do you guys think I should do??? I have been asking people for their opinions, for example my mom said I should do it because it will help with Taekwondo and because I got noticed by all of the coaches. Today I did alot of classes in tae kwon do. Today we did jump rope for heart where we jump rope and help with heart stuff. I also learn that Japan celebrates different from us beacuse they call it white day and I also learned that the boys gives gifts on March 14. I had another good run today. I ran 1.90 miles today. I am getting close to the 2.0 mile goal. I am working very hard on my pull up and hopefully get better. Okay, so we are well into the Spring 2015 BB Cycle knowing that the "wall" is coming soon. The wall is that moment in the cycle when you feel the effort. So, before it gets here and tries to slow you down, take a look at the great effect it is having on yourself. I for one have noticed the reduction in my spare tire. It is like a New England Patriot football, deflated. This inflates my desire to continue the effort. Keep trucking everyone!
Today I had my kick boxing class! It was really fun like always, and like I have said before if you have the chance to get to a kick boxing class then you should go aand do it, because it gives you a lot of sparing rounds. Every time I finish doing a kick boxing class I am always pumped to do another round (30 minutes)! It is sooooo AWESOME! This weekend I am going to vigorously catch up on everything that I need to catch up on. I am going Kick Boxing today for I think the fourth time. I really like this class because it gives you 20 sparring rounds. This weekend I am going to do a lot of pull ups. Today my dad and I decided to take a break from our daily run. I woke up at 6am after a long time and feels good to get that extra hour of sleep. I did my 3rd mentor session with Master Randle yesterday and we reviewed all what I had learnt till date. I am making sure that I have my forms and stances correct. Then we did our Black Belt Class and I was extremely tired after that. I am working very hard on my pull up bar.
I had a very nice Tuesday at work then home and finally at the North Charlotte Dojang. The weather was really nice for run and the classes went well.
I went to the doc yesterday. He gave me some new meds to help hopefully with inflammation hoping that my pancreas is inflamed and this along with the other meds will get me back to the level that I can at least eat solid foods... three times a day (or more) would be nice. In the meantime. I have pulled out my handy dandy blender. I've been mixing all kinds of fruits, and almond milk, some hemp seed, blueberries and anything else I can think of that I can blend and eat that may be good to get me nutrients, vitamins and such. I cannot describe what a wonderful taste it was and how nice it felt to feel a little full without the pain that goes with it. Today I only took Hyper Pro class and PMAA Class. They were both fun, in hyper pro, Instructor Marcus was teaching us how to do a tri- pod thing to then go up into a hand stand; that was difficult for me to learn a new way, because I already know how to do a hand stand while standing. Then in the PMAA Class Master Hartle and Evan were helping me with all the new self defences I have to do with and without sticks. I will definitely practice over the long weekend and try to keep up with everything that I have learned. Hope everyone had a great day!

In today's world we are constantly connected 24/7 to work or other things. I was thinking back to when I was in Charlotte and made it to class almost every evening. The day has not shortened but were it not for early morning workouts it would be next to impossible to train properly. It makes me long for the days before smart phones.Still working on the Palgwae forms.
Today master knight may give me a new mentee to work with because my first one is having problems with his car. Comment about something you had to do.

So, today i came home from class, i knew i had to get the rest of my requirements done so i came home, after dinner, i finished what i needed to get done.
Enjoyed Monday afternoon & evening at the LKN Dojang. The rain eased up for my run, remaining requirements were attained, classes went very well and best of all Master Chelley was back. Looking forward to tomorrow. Live in Peace.

Yes the number are coming down but it is a life style now. But still have 1800 rolls and falls a headed me , one roll and fall at a time. Not feeling on my game today. I think something is trying to attack my body. Will see how I feel tomorrow.
I am so happy. I got the FIRST part of my Spanish midterm back today and I got a 100%. I was so nervous. Today I had to write for the SECOND part of my Spanish test. I am nervous but I think I did well. I do not know when, but the last part of my Spanish test is to speak. I hope I did well on my writing and I hope I do well on my speaking. I am keeping up with all of my requirements and my journals. I hope you guys are too. Over the weekend I am going to start some of my essays. Have you guys started any of your essays? Are you guys keeping up with your requirements?

I loved when I got to go out to tae kwon do to learn different stuff with master knight. I thought it was fun to learn staff form one I loved when we kep practicing staff form 1 beacuse I got 5 poomsae in that. I hated when I had to take the test at school for fractions I didn't know anything it was a pre test I loved that I got to teach warm ups beacuse they did what I said.
My day was pretty good today, finally; for the past week, I have not had the best time at school. But I went to 3 classes today and they were all fun and informational. Towards the end I got a little nervous, because I started to feel a little dizzy, and I felt like everything was starting to shake and get weak; I was not happy, I wanted to stay for a kick boxing class, but like I said before I started to feel a little dizzy. But now I feel fine, because I ate and now I am going to start my homework and finish the night of with a few exercises. Hope everybody had a great day!
