Today I woke up and did my requirements for taekwondo. Then I did my chores and played with my dog. Then I did a puzzle with my grandma. Then I Watch the movie and did a board game. Then my grandma left. Then I kind of sat around and finished my requirements for taekwondo. Then I watch a movie with my mom and dad. Then we watch the stars outside! Now I am done for the day.

8/11 Journal Curtis

This weekend was good, had my mom in town. I tried to get her to go running with us but she wasn’t interested. Went to a lake Sunday and swang on a rope swing quite a few times. Not sure if I can count as my pull ups a but boy are my lats sore. This 5 minutes or exercises and an extra mile this week are really getting tough.

I think the cycle is going ok I went to poomsae compilation we did lots of kicks and stenches then I called my friend then did my exercise and had dinner then finished exercise saw it’s the last day of the Olympics so today is the last day to watch it for a while watched and did nascar picks. Ben Karki Day 29-30

On Saturday, I went to sparring class and assisted a junior tiger class in the morning. I then finished my requirements after lunch. On Sunday, I finished my requirements after lunch and worked on my Taekwondo application to life essay. Have a good night.

Today I woke up and we went to the store.  I had to get shoes for school and new baseball cleats.  We got home and I thought about cleaning my room but ran out of time because my mom had to go get my brother. He had been at camp all week and they got home earlier than they thought they would.  We went and ate dinner at his favorite place. I am going to finish up my requirements and then go to bed.

Sunday

Busy day, as most are these days. Ended up in Salisbury for my early Amazon shift, but was home by 7:30. Got my run in before church, then Dylan and I did our requirements during the course of the day, between going to the lego Brick Fest in Charlotte, and doing an escape room in Davidson. I also got a bunch of work done for my regular job today, so hopefully tomorrow won't be so hectic.

Today, I had a very chill day. I woke up and just hung out with my brothers for the day. Tonight, I spent doing chores and preparing for my week of a lot of catch up on requirements and school. Goodnight.

Expansion Pass

Today I woke up, ate breakfast, went on my run with my mom and did other requirements.  Then I went to poomsae class and we worked on line drills and stretching.  when I got home I ate mac n cheese for lunch.  I had a $20 gift card to the Nintendo Store and I bought Legend of Zelda BOTW Expansion Pass.  I got another main quest and side quests.  I played on that for a little bit.  Then I went outside and played lacrosse.  After dinner we played rummy with my grandparents.  They leave to go home tomorrow. My school starts this week and I am soooooo excited.  Have a great day tomorrow.

Today was a good day! I went running this morning with my Dad. We went to have a green smoothie after running. I went home and worked on my exercises, pomesae, and self-defense. Later we went to practice some baseball and I learned a lot today. Open house tomorrow at school and my school starts Tuesday. I will keep working hard on my Black Belt Cycle.

19th Journal Entry

Today i realized i forget the journals 2 days before yikes. But i just have to remember. Lesson learned. Yesterday i started my nutrition challenge. I can have no juice, yes i'm a kid, no soda, and no chips. I think this'll be a little hard but i got it. I got another leadership credit yesterday plus a black belg class. Okay i'm done now

Sunday

Today I went to Church and I was able to pass out the sacrament. It's a way for us to give thanks to God and to also rid ourselves of sins every week. After that, I went over to some church friends house, and me and my dad talked to them about God. It was a good time and I feel like I talked with them well. When I got home, Jack had made some Mac n' Cheese, and now he and Ronin watched Ratatouille, and we are going over to my Grandmothers house to watch Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes so that'll be fun to do. I'm not sure what to think of the movie yet, but I hope it's good. Anyway, have a good rest of your day, bye!

Church

Hello everyone, today I woke up  and got dressed for church immediately and ate breakfast. Nothing much happened but I did pass the sacrament and go to class. But after church we went home and I will make some macaroni and cheese. I am going back to school tomorrow, I started on Friday and I am going to have a full week. I think that I will watch a movie.

feeling down about the process

I know its just excuses but do to my work schedule and my lower back issues i'm definitely behind on running. I basically can't run/jog everyday because my back just takes a repeated pounding from the impacts of running. I'm scarred I'll re herniate one of the discs in my lumbar spine which i had surgery to fix last March (2023). Normal class activities don't really bother me but the jogging does. I also am not strong enough to lift 245lbs to do a pull up no matter how hard i try. If i were 180lbs then i probably could do it. I dunno i don't want to let Masters Foster and Knight down. Hopefully once school starts I can force myself to jog 2-3 miles a day after my son goes to school and before i go to bed. I mean I'm at 15min a mile basically so 45min shouldn't be...

8/10 hard saturday

Since I work 3rd shift i had not slept since waking up friday afternoon to go to Black Belt class and sparring. Despite this is went to sparring this morning at 9am a couple hours after work and it was a great workout but without sleep to heal the body from the previous day i was very very sore trying to sleep today.

Today started with 8:15 black belt class, we drilled some color belt self defense and hapkido. After i got home from that I took a nap until about 2pm. When I got up I finished my running, and other requirements and finished 1 of my essays. I did my German before bed.

Rest, Rust, Wrist

I wound up skipping Black Belt class this morning because I was feeling less than 100%.  I assumed it was allergies as I'm a couple of days behind on some medication.  I wound up just taking it easy this morning instead.  As the day has gone on, however, it hasn't resolved.  I did make it to the PMAA knife seminar and felt fine during that but it's kinda been up and down all day since. I'm trying to keep my Cycle requirements varied, not just by changing up the style of pushups but also by focusing on different things like my stances in color belt curriculum or improving my basic kicks instead of only drilling down the 2nd Dan skills.  It's too easy to assume I'm ok with older stuff but I noticed the other day in class that my stances aren't always as correct as they should be - and...

Surprise melons

For those of you who don't know, Mark and I have a small garden we tend every year.  The poor garden seems to suffer every black belt summer, and this year is no exception.  Anyone want a job helping pull weeds? Despite neglect, the garden seems to be determined to pump out a bunch of cucumbers.  We have already gotten a harvest of garlic.  I have the shallots in the fridge but-surprise! No time to prep them for the freezer to join their already prepped shallow friends.  The tomatoes are still producing some, but the rain has made them explode like seed filled water balloons.  I also found more decorative pumpkins growing than I originally thought I had growing.  The yard is looking like a jungle, so I tried to get some.of.it cut before PMAA training.  As I was pushing the mower, I happened to look over at the garden and...

Today I woke up and headed to Black Belt Class, which was very intense. I then came home after a mentee session and assisting with family class. I took a quick nap and then went to a PMMA Knife seminar, which was great. I get more interested everyday with starting PMMA or a similar martial art. I then went to the mall and did some shopping. I finished my day with my first time streaming on Twitch and then stretching a little.

Chills

I attended black belt class this morning and stayed for the Junior Tigers class. I went home, ate a little bit, took a nap and returned for the PMA knife seminar. Fast forward to now…I wanted to go to the park tomorrow morning to practice, but I spiked a fever this evening. I don’t think I will make it. Hopefully, whatever I have  resolves itself soon….don't want to miss any days during the BBC.

Saturday

Today, I went to work in the morning which was fun, and got to help out. After that me and my brother went to get some food and then went home. After that we were getting ready to have some friends that we haven't seen in a while come over and we had a little party and had a lot of fun. Then we spent some time cleaning and now me and my family are watching a movie and just chilling for the rest of the night.

Today I went to black belt class and then I went home I did some of my requirements at home then I played on my iPad for a bit then had a lesson with my neighbor I was teaching him a little bit about football after that I went on the treadmill to run. Lastly I went back and played on my iPad for a bit then I went to Abbot’s for ice cream then I went to my neighbors to swim.

Journal 29: a busy day

Today was a busy day first I woke up to go to taekwondo. And stayed there till 12:15 then came home and relaxed Keleigh went to sofia’s. Then I went to do my run. This run was different as Rockin the Burg was going on. There was a band that was playing music. Then I came home to have dinner. Things to work on: find new recipes, history essay and get organized to study for written test.

Today was a busy day.  I woke up super early today.  Something woke me up at 6.  I went to Black belt class. After class I got hot cocoa and went to get my hair cut.  We went to the farmers market in Davison before my hair cut and got blackberries for dad.  We went home and chilled for a little bit before I had to go to baseball tryouts.  I went to baseball and they gave out baseball card packs.  After I went home to take a bath and went with mom to IKEA. We got some stuff for my room. I am going to finish my requirements and get dinner.

Journal 20 - super Saturday

I hope everyone had a super Saturday in this exciting for a special Sunday!!! Today I woke up and went to the Saturday morning class and then afterwards, so with class after. When I got home, my puppy was going crazy because he hasn’t seen me. Afterwards, I eat lunch and then I made slime. When my friends got home from the beach, we played until it was Dinner Time. Hi King Tiger Family, I hope everyone had a great Saturday. Started today with a great BB class. Got to work! Then took a little break and then went to the PMAA knife class. I will say that was one of the best classes I have taken. I learned a ton and even better I got to do it with Nate. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to tomorrow! Week 5!!!

Made it to week 5, that extra minute of requirements feels like 10 extra minutes. Got home from my Amazon shift at 6:20am, so I was able to fit in my run this am. Had a great black belt class and mentoring session afterwards where we worked on staff form. Went to the pool for awhile and Dylan and I just finished requirements and a bike ride.

Hello today was Black Belt class and it was more fun then usual. Once we got home we did some stuff I read my book and then I played Hitman 3, World of Assassination. It was fun but I am stuck on this one mission but I now know how to do it . I hope everyone is having a good cycle.

8/10/24-Saturday

Hey guys,  Today, I woke up early to go for a run and do plank. Then I headed to black belt class where we worked on kicks, poomsae, self-defense, and some hapkido’s. After class, I had a mentor session with Instructor Nate and we worked on 2nd Dan 1-step self-defense and 2nd Dan specials. I got a class assistance credit as well before I went home. I went for a walk and now I’m babysitting my brothers. We also got haircuts today. Tonight I plan on doing more requirements and watching a movie. Goodnight.

Today I got up and went to my blackbelt class.  We worked on kicks, some poomsaes, and self defense white to yellow (low and high) and hapkito 1, 2, and 3.  I came home and did my stuff,  had a quick bite to eat, and went back to the dojang for a knife seminar.   Came home, showered, and now relaxing.

Good afternoon, I had my no tech for 24 hours yesterday so I had no journals, and it was painful, I wish I did it today because i have taekwondo for the first haft of the day. It was still good because i was able to get stuff done then. Taekwondo at the Olympics starts today so I hope the US win because right now its south Korea. Have a good rest of your day.

Today I woke up and then I remembered it was the weekend but I had to go to Black Belt class .after  the class we went home and clean .then we did our leftover requirements because when we cleaned I did requirements .then we played in the front yard for a little until my mom got home .then we went to catch Em collectibles to get my dad a belated birthday present .because we forgot to get on his birthday .so then he opened them and he had a such a great time he said thank you. that’s all for today peace. ✌️

When we got home me and Elise did some requirements upstairs push-ups situps squats rush and planks I had to do jump rope and pull-ups because I couldn’t do that upstairs. Pizza incident

so this is actually part 2 of my journal because I actually forgot to do part two yesterday but anyway I did some requirements and then helped out with a little tigers class and then did the rules and falls class and then did the black belt class and then we usually have a movie night every Friday night and we always get Domino's but apparently they were very jam-packed so they couldn't get it to us so we had to wait until like 9:00 to get it but we watched WALL-E and that's about it

Journal - Day 27

Good morning, everyone! Yesterday was a nice but long day. I went to TKD, helped out with summer camp and Little Tigers, and then took both rolls and falls and Black Belt class(es). Today, I woke up and found myself on the ground. I got ready for class in the morning and honestly felt really sore. Class was nice today since we focused a lot on kicks, poomsaes, and self-defense. I came back home, took a shower, and started finishing my requirements. We might go out to the temple later in the afternoon today. Have a wonderful day!

Saturday

Today will be pretty chill. Me and Jack went to Black Belt Class today and it was actually kinda fun. After that we got our requirements done and now I'm journaling. I forgot to journal yesterday so I'll say that we went to school and most of my teachers seemed to be pretty easy-going which is a good thing, we watched Godzilla Minus One which is the best Godzilla movie in my opinion. It's the Japanese Godzilla so he just destroys everything and  it's way cooler that the American Godzilla. Anyway, I don't have much else I'm going to do today other that that, I'm going to play videogames, but that will be a little while. See you guys on Monday!

Today was a bit more errands and boring house work for me today. I went to the mall about 1 pm, and didn't get home until 6:30. There was supposed to be a protest right across from the North C Location but I guess it ended early. When we got home I did my German and unpacked groceries before finishing up my physical requirements.

Having to double up on Fridays to get both a weekend black belt class and a sparring class. Master Knight was kind enough though to have the BBC be mostly requirements in content. Very tired and sore.

Friday

So today I woke up, did my requirements, then went to black belt class and got a mentor session in. We worked on stick form 1 and hapkido 1 through 4. In black belt class we did bocho special. It had been awhile since I had done it so I was a little shaky on it. Then I went shopping with my mom and then went home. I had general tso chicken for dinner. It was good. Then I finished one of my essays which is good. Pretty normal friday but goodnight.

No protest?

Apparently the front desk staff decided to go home at 3:30 because there was supposed to be a protest outside our building from 4-7.  The last time they were there I couldn't get out of the parking lot for a while and then police had to break them up enough for those of us stuck to go home.  I left the office to go to Samuel's open house, where he said he saw the Clowers! I came back to the office and parked in the parking lot next to the parking lot for our building, walked through the bushes back to my office, and went back to work.  After work I went downstairs to leave, expecting the sound of yelling and bullhorns, only to hear the sound of traffic like normal.  No chants, no crowds, no protesters.  It was a hot walk back through the bushes back to the car through...

Meek, Leak, Week

This has been a terrible week for getting Cycle stuff done.  It's also been a terrible week for getting work stuff done.  Everyone's been putting out fires at work with server issues and whatnot so there's been a lot of context switching and blocked work.  It's also been rainy all week which means almost every time I think I'm going to get some mileage in, it's raining too hard to go outside over lunch.  I think we need to get a treadmill because I don't want to have to do a full week's mileage in a single outing to the gym. On the other hand, we went to Bradford's Open House today and learned about the new app/system they're using for parent communication.  I think they went a bit long in the presentation given that they linked us to the powerpoint but at least the presenter didn't just read every slide...

Face off lesson

Today I woke up and it was the last time my sitter would be here for the summer.  I did my workout at Champions.  I had pizza for lumch.  Then I had my first lacrosse face off lesson with Quinn.  It was really fun.  We worked on pops.  When I got back home it was time for taekwondo class.  I did a mentee session and helped with line drills.  When I got home, my grandma and grandpa had arrived from Ohio.  We had barbeque for dinner and played games.  Now I'm really tired and it's time for bed.  Goodnight.

Journal - Day 26

Good evening, everyone! Yesterday was a rainy day. I was hoping to head to TKD yesterday for sparring class, but wasn’t able to due to the rain. I know that I am behind on those so I definitely have to start back up on those. Today, I headed to TKD in the morning and helped out with summer camp. I was with Group 1 today and it was a nice, fun day overall. Group 1 always tends to have a lot of energy, making it fun to always energize them with something. After camp, I helped out with Little Tigers and headed straight into rolls and falls class, as well as Black Belt Class. Have a wonderful day!

Journal 28: my favorite part of breakfast dinner

Today is another day of favorite breakfast dinner. So yesterday my mom made one of my he most delicious breakfast meals I have ever had it is like bacon rapped around an egg it may sound disgusting but it’s so good.

Productive Plannings

When I got up, I read my book as soon after that way I could do the other stuff and not read after doing pushups and situps. At black belt weekday class, we went through taebeuk, relearned the steps of geumgang and then did a very short hapkido 1-5 lesson before it ended. At home I continued the hapkido practice on my own time, I had dinner afterwards. Atleast it wasnt storming like yesterday.

Today I woke up pretty late since I had nothing this morning and decided to sleep in. I started my day with a run, which sucked. I felt very tired today, it was burning hot, and it felt like my body and mind were disconnected; it was like my body was doing it's own thing. I then came home and did about 3 hours worth of requirements, trying to get ahead for when school starts. I then went to Black Belt Class and did a mentor session afterwards. I left a little more confused than I entered, but I now have several small things to work on. I then came home and now I am here.

Today, I woke up as usual and did some requirements and then went to class. I walked the dog 2.5 miles tonight. My doggie was not good on his walk. He kept pulling me and he walked close to a rabbit.  I was shocked he did not try to go after it.  Then I went and got chicken tenders for dinner.  That was my day.

Prep day

Today I woke up a little later than usual, because I had a sleep over with some friends. So I did my run a little later, then we went to down town Kannapolis to get something to eat at the bank with all the new food stores. We had the Asian food place which was really good and super tasty. After that we went to work and picked up one of my friends Avery on the way to Tae Kwon Do. We had black belt class and advanced sparring which were great classes, and got to see a bunch of friends there and got to talk a little. I ordered all of my school stuff today as well to get ready for school next week.

Journal

Today was my first day of school. We have a project due on Monday. It’s not a long project though then we went to night kids. I did a challenge with my friends who can hold A Low plank And I won then we went to taekwondo and did rolls and falls I did Some requirements there I held my plank for two minutes. That’s the longest I’ve ever ever done before. It was so fun. They came home. Ate dinner and that’s all for today. See you guys tomorrow.

 Today It was my first day of school it was a fun day too my fourth grade teacher Miss Francione is really nice. Push-ups are kinda get an easier for me planks and sit ups are also getting easier I had Chick-fil-A for dinner then did pull ups and played with Elise see you tomorrow.

Today I went to school then I got home I only stayed for a couple of minutes before I had to leave for black belt class after that I went home and then I ran on the treadmill after that I also did the rest of my requirements.

Hi King Tiger Family. I hope everyone is doing well. I had a pretty good day. Work went well. Got LKN to do some rolls and falls, and then BB class. It was good to work on Poomsaes and some self-defense. Then we did a mentor session and worked on some 3rd dan items. Then we came home to eat. All in was a good TKD day. Looking forward to the PMAA class tomorrow. Nate and I both signed up. See you then. Take care.

Friday 8/9/2024

Hey guys, Today was a long but productive day. I went to school and got all my homework done. I’ve also ordered all my school supplies that I need. In terms of Tae Kwon Do I had a mildly productive day earning the following, leadership credit, black belt weekday class credit, and a mentee session, as well as attending rolls and falls class for 10 minutes. Need to work on catching up on requirements and mentee sessions. For the rest of the evening, I plan to eat dinner, do the dishes, and a watch a movie with my dad. Have a goodnight everybody.

Today I got back from my dad’s so it was a bit of a re warmup. I went to rolls and falls class which was a little tough because my hips and shoulders hit after but the pain quickly dissipated. I then went to bb class which was cool because I relearned Kicking Defense and learned the “Devastator Kick”. overall a good day

Realistic expectations

Not much happen today, but mostly cause I woke up at 1pm. My boyfriend and I took are cars to get repair/toned up for inspection. We help my cousin take her puppy to the vet. She’s a single mom (dog mom) who works to jobs (job and school internship-unpaid!). I did my requirements. Worked on my pancake/straddle and hip flexor strength.  my cousin’s dog is a pit puppy, she has tons of energy, and a lot of separation anxiety. I definitely see the progress with her behavior, but she still very jumpy and then your face. The sense of annoy people like my aunt, or even my boyfriend, but I think they have to remember that she is young and even if my cousin was the perfect trainer things like this takes time.

LMP August 9

Today was my last day at camp, as I start my school trainings and work shops Monday. I was actually able to go to the gym today and do a decent workout including my requirements!!!   Off to practice poomsaes, self defense,  stances, and kicks.

8/8 Journal Curtis

Last day in Ohio, got up early again and was able to get a mile in and my exercises done. Spent all day on my feet and headed to the airport around 4. My flight wasn't delayed which i thought it would be with all the weather, so i made it on and thought i might actually be able to get to the Thursday night sparring. Unfortunately, we then had some electrical issue and sat for an hour while they fixed that. I ended up getting home around 9pm. I was able to work through my Poomsae's and finish my daily requirements before bed. It's always nice to sleep in my own bed.

Friday morning

I meant to journal yesterday, but somehow got sidetracked. Yesterday started with a 3:15am Amazon shift in the pouring down hurricane rain. I delivered 36 packages in Matthews to houses with nonexistant or severely inadequate front porches. I had a moment of gratitude for my porch which can keep many packages dry during storms. Got home, did my requirements, got another Whole Foods shift that I was able to fit in before my real job began, also in the pouring down rain. Very treacherous driving conditions yesterday. I witnessed flash flooding, power outages, several downed trees. I had to drive under one which was balanced on the wires above. Made me a little nervous. Anyway, went to the gym at lunch and had a training session. By the time I was finished work, my brain was fried, and my energy was depleted, so I went to bed at an unreasonably early...

Day #27 - 8/08/2024

Today was for speed workout. Felt a little better and ran 2 quick miles. After that it was game on! Kick combos and self defense, alternate with burpees, seat ups, and jump rope. A little bird (big) said to cut the sugar and thats working overtime.

Up, Down, All Around

Tonight was color belt testing.  I didn't get to get any mileage in because of Debbie so I was glad that things lightened up in time to go to the dojang.  Unfortunately, in my rush to get out the door, I left my book at home and had to turn around to get it.  Testing went a bit faster than normal - I guess we just had fewer kids testing. We had one new BoCho Dan tonight - and this one was just barely out of solid white belt when we were on our first Cycle back in 2021.  It's weird seeing kids who were just starting out get to the end of color belt curriculum.  There are fewer and fewer people that probably remember us from before we tested for our First Dan.  Most people only know us as Black Belts and Instructors.

bonus requirements

Master Foster had originally cancelled the kids' classes today due to the Cabarrus schools open house but that was in tern cancelled due to the flooding. But the roads were ok so Master Foster invited anyone to come for open floor and I took my son and i went too and was able to get a mentee and mentor session in plus work on the first two stick forms.

  I woke up and it was pouring down rain then there was a Hurricane it stopped raining for 15 mins so I went to camp but a tree fell in the road so police came and moved it we got there late then I came home played Nintendo games with my dad then we ate dinner then I went to sparring class then watched some YouTube video's then I played some guitar for a while then I texted one of my friends then I had a shower then me and my family watched some Olympics. Good night everyone.

Today I woke up and ran my mile with my dad. Then I practiced some of my taekwondo, then I went to taekwondo, and I got my mentor and mentee session. Last I went to a baseball place where you work on hitting, fielding, and pitching. Last today was a great day and I am pushing through the cycle. Last me and my dad helped two baby cats in our bushes, and we took it to a shelter to have a safe home.

Sparring and clean up

Today I worked on cleaning up my email and organizing things. I Was going to go to the dog park today and work on staff, but that was before the rain. I worked my reqs at the gym before the heading to TKD. Sparring was fine, I guess I should work on be more offensive, I think everyone is more defensive. I made protein brownies, to help with my sweet tooth. I’ve removed excess sweets from my diet for the nutrition challenges, but realistically I don’t want to not have sweets for the rest of my life. I want to be able to have good self control. So I also bought ice cream sandwiches cause there portion out. There’s 12 so I told my self I can only have one every two days.

School got cancelled so I slept in today, but when I woke up I completely all the online classwork. I ate lunch and started some physical requirements. When I was headed to the orthodontist, luckily the rain let off so I didn’t end up looking like a drowned rat. After that I headed to the dojang for a mentor session. We worked lots of self defense and it was great working with other candidates too.

Today I woke up and had my yearly physical. It took longer than I have ever seen, but I got all the paper work done for this year's sports. I then came home and got ready for work. I then headed to work; luckily, as I pulled in the rain started to die down. Work was pretty good and after work I went to sparring,  which was equally as good. I then came home and did a Peleton ride because it is so wet out. Now I am here.

18th Journal Entry

Today i woke up and ate. then i played games. i did some burpees and went to the gym. my favorite part of today is when we had freddy's for dinner. I learned how to do crossover jumproping :D. This cycle has a lot of integrity to it because you have to be honest about your requirements. Okay i'm done now.

4 days til school

I'm dreading starting school because I am not ready for summer to be over. I don't think any of us are to be honest. Also my schedule makes absolutely no sense. But school aside, today was pretty good. I woke up and watched some tv and played with my cat. Then I did my requirements and went to the gym and ran 2 miles which I got done super quick. Fastest 2 miles I've done so far. then did my pull ups and went home and tried to make eggs, which failed and tasted funny. Then worked on my essay a lil bit and am about to go to bed. goodnight

Today I woke up rather late.i was tired today.  I then went to king tiger for class and sparring. I tried out my new mouth guard. I was really tired after. I had Panda Express for dinner.  I made cookies afterwards.  I ate some and saved some.  That has been my day.

Bar of soap?

I'm pretty sure anyone who would like a shower earlier today could have gone outside with a bar of soap earlier and had no problem finding off the suds.  Because of the rain (and some appointment cancellations) I was able to get some milage for the week done.  I still need a bit more milage by tomorrow for weekly requirements.  I need to start my creative form but haven't yet because I can't figure out what weapon I want to use.  Staff is the easy answer for me, but I need to figure out if I'd rather do something else.  Kamas, sword, stick,sais....guess I'll figure it out.  I really want a form where I can incorporate them all.

Storm

Today was the huge storm and school almost got cancelled. Lot going on at home so couldn’t go to sparring need to get back into the groove of doing things and get a huge catch-up on requirements.

Today, there was a storm with hard rain for almost the entire day. There were no classes for me today. I finished my requirements after lunch. After that, I ran outside for 2.2 miles after the storm. Then, I ate dinner and went to bed. I will see you on Friday.
