Today I ran 7 miles & ran 5 yesterday. I also completed up to 2 hours and 10 minutes of kicking requirements today. ( my legs are so tired)

Today I couldn't make it to black belt class because I had another place to go to. However, I was bale to finish my week 3 journal requirements and will start on week 4 tomorrow.
Today was a long day at school. I also went to the DMV and barely passed, with a 20/25 score. Today I went to the black belt weekday class, and I caught up on some requirements for my black belt cycle.
Today was my birthday, & I didn't hold a party, but I was able to celebrate with my family, with us going out, & cutting a cake, which was delicious by the way. So I did two days of physical requirements today, and I am going to try and do twice the amount each day to catch up.
Today I went to the black belt weekday class, where we reviewed poems are for blue belts and up. I also started this week with a white belt for my requirements. Tommorow is also my birthday.😄
Today I had taken the black belt weekend class and advanced sparring class. In black belt class, we switched between stations of three, which were poemsaes, self defense, and staff/stick forms. In sparring we were able to spar for fou rounds, & I think I had my best sparring performance yet.
Today was black belt class, and we learned about the reverse hand lock technique and how to execute it when being attacked in a close area of motion. We also went over both self defenses for Bo Cho Dan.
Today I was able to help assist in the junior tiger class by helping a yellow belt with their stances on Il Chung and was able to get a leadership credit by leading warmups in the senior tiger class. I was also able to get a mentor session to learn staff form l.
Today I had a Black belt weekday class, in which we went over traditional Bo Cho Dan self defense. I helped assist the teaching, after mostly recovering from back pain, and had gotten my fourth mentee session, teaching my mentee about her self defense (Hapkido 2).
Today I tried to recover some of my requirements that I missed while I was injured. I planned on doing the miles forst. So I walked 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles late afternoon. I am slowly but surely going to try and finish all my missed requirements.
Today I had sparring class. We went over basic distance and how to know which distance is 1. We went over countering your opponents with cut kicks. Then we also learned how to catch your opponent off hairs with punches and clinches.
Today I had both black belt and sparring class. In black belt class we covered the special and traditional self defense for Bo Cho Dan. In sparring we had about 4 rounds of sparring, and I managed to land a kick to the head on my opponent.
Today was the second day of school and my second session of chiropractic recovery. I was very sore from the first session but the doctor assured me that I was getting better. I also started settling in my classes, as I have some fantastic teachers and a good lunch table with my friends.
Today I was able to recover better from my injury and was able to walk four miles to recover my missing logs in my journal. I was able to also stretch and recover from my muscle spasms and was also studying for my SAT in the meantime.
Today I was able to complete both the black belt weekend class and sparring class. I had a severe ache on my lower spinal area and was not able to do my best in class and had to skip sparring in sparring class. Still I was able to finish black belt class and the drills in sparring class.
Today I ran a quick mile near 8 minutes. Which showed improvement for my mile outdoors. But today during weekday black belt class I had a severe shock and had to leave class halfway. I done some excersizes And stretched so my pain is not as bad , but it is still unbearably painful.
Today I had a major sore back and was unable to run a fast mile, which frustrates me. Today in class though I was able to get a credit for black belt class and get my second mentee credit!
Today I had attended both black belt weekend class and advanced sparring class. We had spent class on talking about balance and also ended up doing falls. In sparring I was able to get a leadership opportunity and I think today was one of my personal best days when it came to sparring.
Today I was able to help my king tiger tae kwon do club by assisting today in both of the testing sessions , such as holding boards, attacking for self defense, and sparring higher belts for their testing requirements. I was also able to get a class assistance credit because of this!
Today I was able to complete my 2nd weekly mentor session. I was able to go all the way up to high green but I had to unfortunately leave, nevertheless it still helped me polish up on yi Chung and sa chung. I was also able to get my black belt weekdays class credit today, in which we covered pomsaes, specifically khoryo today.
Today I was able to do all my requirements in the morning and finish up my missing pull up time requirements. I was also able to score a solid time of 8:20 on my mile as well as not struggle as much with my requirements. I was able to help my mom with the garden and was able to play pickleball with her and my brother.
Today I had taken both black belt weekend and advanced sparring classes. We were able to cover il Chung and yi Chung in class as well as special bochadon self defense. I was also able to enjoy one of my first advanced sparring classes.
Today was a rainy day but I was still able to enjoy some outdoor activities with friends. I was also able to catch up on missing weekly excersizes!
Today I was able to do my weekly exercise’s fairly easily and was able to help my aunt with chores around her house. Was also able to complete 2 miles of walking and 1 mile of running!
This is my first journal and the 3rd day of the black belt cycle. TodayI had a good run in the morning and was able to have a fun experience at the mall. In class today we focused on our regular bochodan self defense and we had also had time to practice khoryo pomsae!
