today was a great day overall i woke up and did requirements as soon as i got back i  ate break fast then went to lies to find a new faucet for my bathroom, when we were done with that i got back and received a text from a friend that we were supposed to go out to eat at 2;30 so i decided to to go i went with them ate and had fun, then i had to go to band practice to performer at open house which was at 6 i had a lot of fun today even though it was very hot and i had to play outside for about an hour but i need to rest up for a new day tomorrow good night!

Classes went very well today. Lots of board breaking, and lots of happy kiddos.  I was feeling pretty good :D

Today was a nice day I did my requirements and then I did some crazy stuff then went back inside then I watched some tv then I went to the dojong and helped out with class then I did my sparing class and that was fun then I went to my grand fathers house and ate dinner and then I went back to the house then went to the gas station and did the lottery ticket then went back home and then I am watched gnomeo and Juliet that was fun now I am going to bed good night today was fun bye

Long day at work and then came to King Tiger and jumped in to assist the Jr Tiger class and then the two Wang Ho classes after. Oye I'm tired. Going to finish up and hit the showers.

I had a good day I had a lot of fun today.  my tooth even came out.  I had enough time to get my requirements in. 

Today was my first day of school. At school we had a few assemblies followed by a long mass. I gave a presentation to the freshmen about tips for freshman year. I went to Tae Kwon Doe at 6:15.

Today I woke up a bit late, but I worked on some school stuff in the morning and afternoon. Then at Black Belt class, I learned two new staff forms! I first only saw the differences between those and the one I already knew, but eventually, I could the similarities.

Today was black belt class and we worked on staff form 1 and then I did good in school today so goodnight.

Today started of well, i did my requirements first thing then i ate break fast when i finished up i rested and waited till i had to go band practice when it hit about 4pm i left the house with my dad to drop me off. When i got there i fixed up my instrument and also cleaned it, we did a lot of pep band music then later we started working on the show, we got to finish up movement one and also movement two we got those two parts down now later we will start to learn part 3 which is the hardest part of the show, well i need to rest up because i have practice tomorrow good night.

Today was a busy day I had Just enough time before my mom picked my up from summer camp to do my requirements. I also had a lot of fun today.

Yesterday I came back from vacation. I got to see my dog. I got to sleep in my own room. I did miss my mom when I went on vacation. My dog ran to me and my brother. I liked that.

I've been so busy with things going on at my temple, I haven't been getting my workout or my journals in. I will catch up tho and be back on track.

I finally remembered to pack my jump rope in my bag that I bring with me to work every day. With two 15-minute breaks in the day I'm able to get in several rounds of jump rope. Just finished 10 rounds in the morning. Will pull it out again this afternoon. Sneaking in the requirements throughout the day so that I can catch up on some and stay ahead of the others!

Today I babysat my brother and prepared for school because my school starts tomorrow. I packed my lunch and packed up my school supplies. I went to Tae Kwon Doe at 4:15. 

Today I watched the solar eclipse from my house. I used glasses and a box. It was really cool even though I did not get to see it at totality. 

I went to Columbia, SC to witness the total solar eclipse. It was absolutely amazing. The whole event last about 3 hours. Unfortunately, there was so much traffic that I got home just in time for a quick mentor session before King Tiger closed for the night!

Today I traveled to South Carolina to see the total solar eclipse.  I was so excited to finally witness this phenomenon.  For anyone who hasn't seen it I highly recommend that you go next time! :D Class went swell today.

I went outside this afternoon at work and several of the guys were watching the eclipse, sharing a pair of glasses between them. They offered them to me so that I could view it as well. It was very fascinating. Then was able to get in another white-belt challenge day after helping in class and working with my mentee. Cannot believe we are almost two months into this cycle. Where does the time go???

Today was awsome I ofcource went for a run then I did my requirements and then I went to see the eclips which was cool it wasn't that dark but I saw the moon cross over the sun then I went inside and played on my phone until 4:50 then we went to tae kwon do and then we went home then I went to eat and then I watched tv then I am going to bed

today was a great day i woke up and did requirements then waited for the eclipse to happen, I'm currently having out with my parents and i feel very tired so i might go to bed early goodnight!

Today, my family was preparing for the eclipse because we're going to South Carolina to see the total eclipse tomorrow. I also got some more practice driving and cut the weeds in our front and backyards.

today was a great day i woke up did requirements and then ate breakfast when i finished up i got ready to go to church, mass was only an hour so it wasn't that long i had a lot of fun swell because i practiced golfing with my dad and then in the end i watched a movie about the lost city of z .

I had the best weekend. I went to a pool party and had lots of fun. I picked out new shoes for school but we have to order them. I also did some of my black belt cycle things. 

Today I ran did my requirements and then I went to the pool that was fun then I went back home and and played outside then came inside and ate something then went to bed good night

today I went to watch the Goddess game and came home and did my requirements. after that I played computer games with my friends

Today we spent the whole day at church because you know I need some my Jesus even though I got baptize so that was my day so goodnight because I have school tomorrow so bye.

Long week comes to a close. Super proud of everyone who tested on Thursday and Friday! Sparring class was an adventure yesterday. Got kicked in the head, but that's why we wear helmets and mouth guards! LOL! No harm done. Will try to block or move faster next time. Got meal prep done today, so will be calling it a night.

Today was great because my mentee got his new belt and I got a lot of headshots in sparring class and I did good in black belt class today so goodnight people.

Today was another busy day I went to sparring class that was tiring then we all went to black belt class did a bunch of poomsaes which was really fun then we went back home and then I ate some of nachos and then I went out side then came inside then we all went to my cousins house for my little cousins birthday party that was fun then we went home then I ate and then I went to bed good night

To day I woke up around 7 am and got ready for sparring and black belt class. after black belt class I did all of my requirements. After that I got Ice cream.

Take I woke up early and went to Tae Kwon Doe in Charlotte. After class, I got home and got a shower. I left to go to lunch with a few of my friends at 1. When I got home I had piano lessons. 

Today I woke up at 8and got ready for Sparring and Red-Bocho class, It was a lot of fun, although I struggled because of my ankle. Sparring was   nice although I need to stop pulling my kicks and instead extend more with power. Overall great day!

today was great i woke up in the morning and and had a nice breakfast then followed up with requirements, when i got back it was about 3pm so i had to get ready because i had to play at an away football game we played a lot of music i had fun

To day was a good day because I got to clean my room and then I got to go outside and now I am tired so goodnight.

Today was just another fast day I did running requirements and I also did another paper today then I played outside with my cousins and there friends it was my cousins birthday she was six years old now I am doing stuff like eating and I am about to go to bed good night

Today I woke up around 11. I finished some push ups and sit ups in the morning and then relaxed at home for the rest of the day. I babysat my siblings in the afternoon. At 5:00 I went to Tae Kwon Doe. 

Today I feel much much better but I am also very sore. Tommorrow is gonna be a very long and big day because its one of our biggest religious days in our religion. 

Today, my little cousin came over to bake with my sister. Having him over gave me a nice break to the usual routine. Speaking of which, I am adding more and more as my ankle heals up!

Today I went to the pool with my family.  I had a lot of pool toys there.  I played catch with my uncle and I had so much fun!

today was a great day i woke up did some requirements then i rested up and got ready to go to help out at testing today. I stated for both testings to help out it was pretty fun today was a pretty short day tomorrow i got a band concert hopefully this first one is awesome and hopefully there are many more to come!

Today I had to go though my book and make sure I have every thing matched the website. I also help out with testing so I could get more credit's for the cycle. 

Another busy day at work but that helped make the time pass quickly. Junior Tiger testing was tonight. They are so cute! I wish I had started when I was their age. But I'm home before 20:00 and will be going to sleep early for a change! 

Today I woke up at 10 am. I didn't really have much to do today and had a very slow morning.I babysat my siblings for most of the afternoon. I went to sparring class at 6:30.

I feel a little better today, but not good enough to come to class. Let's hope I can because my head hurts really bad and my body is breaking. Also, I have no choice but to go to Tennis Practice, so I don't know if I will have energy left to go to class and give all my energy again. 

Today was a great day i woke up did requirements and then took a rest also almost done with my book "the alchemist" its pretty interesting so i think i know what I'm going to write about my book, in the afternoon i went to church then followed up with youth groups we played a group game of soccer it was fun i got to cross up a lot of people then at the end we played ultimate ball i had a great day overall and I'm currently very tired so good night!

Well, as of yesterday, I was back on track with my driving. As of today, I am officially back on track with my push-ups and sit-ups (but gotta increase the number soon!). Hopefully I can get back to running (or at least walking), now that my ankle is doing much better!

Today I relaxed then did requirements.  I played roblox and watched some tv.  Then I had some dinner.  And then I went back to relax some more.

Today was a great day because it was my first day of school and I was good in all of my class I hope that it will be the same thing tomorrow goodnight people.

Today was movie day at summer camp. We had popcorn and other snacks. I had a good time. 

today I am very sore I have been doing a lot of extra things today I did not have a lot of time to get my requirements done but I still did them.

Today I woke up around 8. We had to clean up the beach house we stayed at. After I ate breakfast, my family and I got into the car and started to drive home. We got home around 2pm. I had to clean up my room and empty my suitcase. I went to Tae Kwon Doe at 6:15

Today I woke up late and ate breakfast. I went shopping with my mom while my brothers went shopping. When I came home, I relaxed for a little bit. At around five, we went out to the beach and it was very breezy and nice.

Today I slept in until around 11. After that I ate breakfast and headed over to the beach. I played at the beach for a while and then got ice cream. I went home, showered and relaxed for a while. I played a board game and then went to bed.

Today I got to sleep in late. I woke up at 10. After I woke up I ate breakfast and got ready to go to the beach. We walked from the hotel to the beach and set up our chairs. The beach was so pretty with the waves and the sand. It was not too hot because the wind was blowing. I had so much fun playing in the water.  

I woke up at 5:45 to go to the beach. We went to pick up my friend Sarah at 6 because she was coming with us. The car ride was 3 and ½ hours. We got there around 10:30. We went to the beach in the afternoon and went out to dinner.

Today I woke up early to help my siblings get ready for the beach. Some of my siblings leave today, the rest, including me, leave tomorrow. They left around 12 and I waved as they backed out of the driveway. I ate lunch and relaxed the rest of the day. I went to Tae Kwon Doe at 6:30.

Today I woke up around 9 to go to the garden with my mom. At the garden I watered some plants including tomatoes and peppers. I love tomatoes. After the garden, I went home. Soon after I went to the store with my mom to go grocery shopping. At 6:15 I went to Tae Kwon Doe.

Today I woke up at about 10. It was raining when I woke up. I love the rain because it sounds really nice for a day at home. I relaxed most of the day with my siblings. I went to Tae Kwon Doe in Charlotte at 7:00.

Today I woke up at about 10:30. It is nice to wake up late in the summer. I babysat my siblings for most of the day. I helped my mom put some pictures in frames and hang them up. It was cool to see all the old pictures. I went to Tae Kwon Doe at 6:15 and worked with my mentee Mason. I also learned Bo Cho Dan Specials for self defense.

Why do I always have to get sick right before school starts? Schools 2 weeks away but it takes me a week to recover. Well pray for me and hope that I can get well soon. 

Well, so far this week I have only been able to get up early once to get to the gym. I am sooooo not a morning person! Need to get to bed earlier. Now to try to wake my sleeping dragon for her first day of school. Wish me luck!

Today was a good day because I walked 6 miles with my Grandpa and then me and my mom went to target to get a ankle braces and then tomorrow is my first day of school and I hope it will be good so goodnight people.

Today was an overall great day i woke up at my friends house very late from a long night i had, my mom ended up picking up at 2, when came back home i slept again then woke and had dinner as soon as i was done with my dinner i had to go to band practice i had a lot of fun today and we did a lot of a stuff today and today was a very short day!

Today we went to pool. I got to go down the slide and have lots of fun. I also got alot done for my black belt cycle. 

Today I am so happy because I can finally talk again. Madhvan's dad has been asking me to put him one of my journals and I finally have. I have asked him many of questions and he has asked me many questions we are very close together.

I have been so sick for the past to days and I dislike it so much. I hate being sick especially this sick because I can barely get out of bed. I hope I get better in a couple of days because I don't like doing sitting in bed all day. 

today was fun i woke up did requirements! and then took a little short nap currently I'm at one of my friends house i will be back home tomorrow and i just know its going to be a long day i had overall!

Today was bad because I had to get up and 8:00 to go to my open house for school which starts in two days which sucks and I rolled my ankle in class today.

Today we went to the park. We played basketball and kickball. We had lots of fun. It was an awesome day. 

Today I went mute it was horrible I couldn't talk for 12 hours I ran did my requirements and then I had to write on a white board that was the worse part but then I played out side that was really fun then I went to tae kwon do that was hard not to talk there then we all went back and now it has been 12 hours thank goodness now I am eating good bye

I MADE IT!!! The gym rat awakens!!! Finally made it to the gym this morning and knocked out my assisted pull-ups as well as today's burpees and a portion of the push-ups and sit-ups. Now let's see how long I can keep this up!

Today I played roblox with my friend. And I played it by myself. Roblox is one of my favorite games.  I'm on it a lot.  It has so many games.  I like playing it because it shows me how hard workers work in restaurants and stores.

Tomorrow is going to be a long day because I have to go to my open house for school and then I have a dentist appoint and then I am coming home so goodnight people bye.

today was great! i woke up fresh and decided to do some requirements when i came back i went to church then headed to my cousins house to watch the soccer super cup i had fun i played corn whole during half time, overall today was not that bad and tomorrow is a new day hopefully i get requirements in.

Today was another busy day I ran with some friends and then Iwent home and Brice came over and we did all of are requirements and that went by fastthen we all played outside I got another friend named Daniel then we all played manhunt that was fun then we went for a bike ride for 15 minutes tiring then we came back Brice went home I went to another guys house and played Xbox we played Minecraft on it then I came back ate and then I am going to go to bed good night

Was able to get all of the laundry done as well as meal prep for the week. I also finished my first purple baby hat for the Clicks for Babies project. Got my workout clothes set ot for tomorrow and the plan is to get up early enough to get to the gym and work on my pull-ups. Fingers crossed!

today I got my requirements done early so I could play with my friends.  I also played roblox with my friends today was a fun day.

Today I talked to my friend on my phone. We played games like reblox all day. But we didn't play on the games too much. I had a lot of fun with him. I had a lot of fun with him.

Hello every body today was another awesome Saturday I went to sparring and then I went to black belt class that was fun I did nife self defence then we did a little bit of poomsaes and I went home and I did the rest of my requirements then I played out side that was really fun then my mom went to dinner with some cool friends of hers then she came back and then we all went to bed good night

I read on Facebook the other day about a group collecting knitted baby hats in any shade of purple to raise awareness of shaken baby syndrome. Since I enjoy knitting I thought I'd go ahead and do what I could do I pulled out my double-pointed needles and got to work.  

Today was a good day because I got to do all of my requirements and that was good because I got to get MLB 17 for my ps4 and I got a new mic for my ps4 and so goodnight people bye.

Today I finished my online course. This is really good because now I have a lot more time to get on requirements, which I did right after I finished. I probably overused my ankle, but it was worth the exercise of the rest of my body.

So far I had a good day I got most of my requirements at king tiger. even though I am sore I am still going 

Today was a good day. Had to work on the other side of town all day which helped the day go by faster. Then had a great one-on-one session with Master Knight and was able to work on the things I missed from last night's Black Belt class (went to a sparring class at another school), as well as overcoming my fear of falls, rolls, and general take-downs. I learned a long time ago that gravity hurts, and I don't bounce back as quickly as I used to.  ;-)   After that I had a nice 2-mile run with my new running partner. Looking forward to the day when I can leave the intervals behind. One day at a time. One milestone at a time.

i had great day today i woke up at 6am to get ready for band camp today was the all day thing and there was also a parent performance, it was supposed to be outside but it got cancelled because of the rain so we just played inside but didn't do the movements and just played the songs, today was a great last day of band camp and cant wait for the season to start!

Today was sad because today is my last day of camp and I will have to wait until next year to see them again and now I am getting ready for school witch is next week and goodnight bye.

Today I had pancakes for dinner. My grandma makes the best pancakes. I ate six pancakes!I could've ate more but I didn't.Those pancakes are really good.  They're better than IHOP.To me, my grandma is the best pancake maker.

I enjoyed black belt class today. I was able to get alot of cycle stuff done. It was an awesome day.  

Today was a slow day I ran 2.5 miles that was fun then I did my requirements then I went to the store got some free samples and then we went up to the dojong and we saw master night baby he was cute so then we went back home and I played outside and then I ate a lot for dinner then I played on my phone and now I am about to go to bed

I am so sore today. Tennis Practice and Black Belt class had me working yesterday. I work out every day but yesterday was just something else. I also found out some things I need to be working out, which I thought I knew. So today is working on stuff that I need to fix and cleaning my house. Saturday I'm spending time with friends! Im so excited. Haven't seen them in a long time. 

Tomorrow is my last day of camp I am kind of happy but sad and also tomorrow is are watermelon feast I hope it is going to be fun it is the first time doing so I hope that will be fun tomorrow so goodnight.

Today I went to the pool and tried out a new pool toy my aunt gave me. I had fun play with some of the kids there.  It was a good day.

today was a wonderful sunny day i got to go to band camp and just now got back tomorrow is also gonna be an all day thing I'm very tired at the moment and can't wait to go to sleep so i can get some rest for tomorrow hopefully tomorrow I'm going to be inside all day long because I'm tired of being outside all day. during our three hour break i went out to with friends! i had so much fun , today is  an unforgettable day !

Took my first class in another dojang tonight. It felt awkward to be in a new place, but I have to start getting in more sparring classes and stepping outside of my comfort zone is the only way I'm going to be able to meet that requirement. I hate that I missed the Black Belt class, but the sparring class was very good and I enjoyed it. Loking forward to going back in a couple of weeks.

Today was a quick day I did all my requirements then I watched tv and then I went out side and then went to black belt class that was nice I did selfdefence and knife seldefence then we went home and we watched some tv and then I went to bed

Lots of Sparring rounds tonight. Even got kicked in throat but its ok. That is what sparring is about. 

Today's been good so far. I had tennis practice in the morning which has me very sore. On the bright side though, I am getting to spend this weekend with my friends so hurray!

Today was a alright day to day because I had to do a speech in front of my mom and then I got in trouble and then my dad pick me up and then we went to class and sparring class witch was fun because we got to use ladders so good night.

today was a wonderful day, i started of great i woke up for camp at 7 am like usual then came back home an got some rest when i woken i had to attend mass and then go meet with the youth group to play some games we played soccer today which was really fun but at the moment I'm really tired and hopefully i get some rest because tomorrow is gonna be a long day! goodnight.

Today was a fun day I did my running then I did all of my requirements that went by fast then I went to do leadership 1 and then I did sparring that was pretty quick and then I did a mentee sesion and we did falls and rolls and then I went to trader Joe's and then we all went home I ate pizza that was good then I was really tired so then I went to bed.
