I woke up early and ate breakfast. Then I went to my grandparents house. Next we dropped off my sister then we played our toys. I was able to finish one of essays and I did my physical requirements. Then I went home.
While I was on my run today I ran into a man walking a full sized pig on a leash like a dog and of course I had to go pet the pig so my run took me a little longer today but it was worth it. I can honestly say that I have never seen a pig on a leash until today the best run I've had in a while.
Black belt class was good. We practice are poomsaes for kukkiwon next week. I love doing poomsaes!!! I have definitely have gotting stronger with my moves. I won against my competitor. Later today i played pokemon go. I teaching my cousin how to play and we got caught in the rain. good thing my hairs braided, or it would be a disaster. I have walk about 25k this week and it didnt even feel like it. Anyways ... I am really excited for Kukkiwon, I am going to give it my all!
Today, I started he day of by going to black belt class. We practiced pomsaes for the kukkiwan cup. Then, i went with my mom to go get some clothes, I also did my requirements. I had a good day
Today I learned that i need to work on things in sparring like throwing more than 1 kick, and being the aggressor. In my poomsaes I learned that i need to have more passion when I block or strike. So sparring was good and I can't wait for kukkiwon cup!
The pain in my foot came back last night, but it was nowhere near as bad as it was the night before and it only lasted a couple minutes. This made today's sparring class easier than it would've been. It was, however, still difficult. I got some tips for sparring and I learned that I cannot perform Tae Baek at the Kukkiwon Cup. Instead, I'll be performing Koryo.
Today i was at the dojang from 8:50-2:00! First i did sparring which was my major workout. We lifted up weights, a bunch of sparring rounds and then it came to blackbelt class. In blackbelt class we practiced our forms that we were going to do at kukkiwon cup. I came home and practiced more of my stuff for the cycle. i am tired!
Today was an interesting day. I took my first Saturday black belt class at the North Charlotte location. I was a little nervous to meet new people but everyone was very nice. I worked on my Poomsae the entire class. After i got home I rested for a bit and got ready to head out. I walked to my friends house and we got some of his bikes to ride to Birkdale. As soon as we turned the corner down a big hill, it started pouring. We were supposed to meet people so we didn't want to turn around and we got soaked. After we made it we hung out and ate food. Then We went back to his house so i could work on my cycle requirements.
The day ended up way better than planned. Happy with what I was able to accomplish on the work front and requirements, more so on the work front as that should free up some time tomorrow. Going to try to run in the morning so will see how that goes. Pulled something by my ankle on Thursday and still a bit tender but nothing to loose sleep over. When you get old things seem to snap, crackle and pop - -pull, sag, twist - -way more frequently. All is good!!!!
Today I had sparring class. We used electronic scoring. The scorers were a lot harder on the black belts at scoring because we were not hitting with our feet directly and were using our lower part of the shin. It was a very good couple of rounds of sparring.
Today i woke up and then went to pick up E.J. to go to black belt class this morning. During black belt class we were practicing our poomsaes for the Kukkiwon Cup this week. After that I went to work.
Today was my first day of going to North Charlotte for Saturday Black Belt class and I had a great time I really loved it. I drove up there and the drive was my first time going on the highway by myself and although it was a tad stressful I loved having all of that freedom. I had a great time during sparring class and during black belt class and I learned a bunch of new stuff and learning new things makes me feel the best. During sparring class I did roll my ankle a little bit but it won't stop me from doing all of my requirements.
Today I went to a tennis tournament. I had two matches in the morning and will have two in the evening. When I come back and take a shower, I have to go to someone's house for dinner. I can't wait.
yesterday i had to baby sit these kids which they were very hipper and even though at the end the all fell asleep and then i could finally just rest.
Last night, my right foot was in unbearable pain for two hours straight. It woke me up while I was sleeping, and I have no idea why. This morning, my dad gave me an ankle brace to wear throughout the day, and the back of it was digging into the back of my ankle. I took it off when I got home, and there's still a mark where it was. I hope the same thing doesn't happen tonight.
Today was something, i got to watch kung fu panda 3 today, and got to chill for a little bit and went over to my grandmothers house and ate there for a little bit. Then we went home but the storm was huge, there was lightning everywhere, and the sky was super dark. I just hope our power doesn't go out again!

Today I over slept and woke up at 12:00 noon. I did attend black belt class at Lake Norman. Afterwards we ate at Zaxby's and drove around looking at the shopping centers.
Today, i played my xbox, did my requirements , and played with my friends. We tried going to the pool and the tennis court, but it was thundering so we went back home
Today was another day of watching children at the summer camp. It wasn't a hard day today, we went to the library and park. During my break I went to McDonalds and i felt awful afterwards. It was not worth it at all. After camp ended I took black belt class and learned Bocho Dan special self defense. When I left class I found at that my grandma was visiting. Now I am super tired and ready to sleep.
Excited about the self defense class tomorrow. I think we will have a lot of donations for the battered women's shelter. Women who can't come to the class, have donated items. These thing are so helpful for shelter. Many women have to leave their homes with just the clothes on their back. Basic supplies are so important. My niece is here to take the course. She is 13, so she is old enough to take the class. Love spending time with her. She is growing up and has less time for "old Aunt Rochelle." Still running every morning. Keeping up with requirements the best I can. Jury duty Monday and Tuesday put a little kink in my plans and really disrupted the office, but I hung in there. I'm not used to sitting for hours on end.
Today at summer camp we went to the library and the park and then went back to show off our staff skills that weve been practicing on and then I went on a run with a few friends and then took black belt class.
This morning i went for a 2 mile run followed by some working out, after all of that I went and got a haircut. I went to black belt class and worked out a lot during class. So far today has been pretty good.
Today, there was a family exhibition at our summer camp because this is the last day of this weeks camp. It was really fun showing all the parents what we did over the course for a week. I hope I can go next year as well. Now I will do my requirements and try to do as many as I can because I will not be able to do them tomorrow and maybe not Sunday either.

Today, Master Knight surprised me during summer camp class. After leading the warm-ups as usual, he had me stay in the front of the class and had me test some of the students for their black stripes. I then broke the class into groups and we practiced physical activities; push-ups, burpees, etc. Today was my first time doing this and it felt great. It made me extremely nervous, but I would like to do this once a week or so.
Today I went to summer camp an we played whale and a few other games and i did a front flip we also went to the energy explorium and then took regular and sparring class.
Today was a pretty boring day because I did not go to any camps, I just stayed at home and completed requirements for the cycle. The day got better once I attended black belt class. The class was good as I got to practice staff self defense. Lastly, I have thought of a really good idea to consider for my empathy requirement. I will get started on it tomorrow.

Today at summer camp we went to this place called Bounce U. It was really fun, Bounce U is a place where they have a bunch of bouncy houses. We also ate lunch at a new park.

Today was a fun day. First I woke up at 7:30 A.M. and ran 1 mile around the neighborhood. I came back and did my requirements. After that my mom said that we're going to the pool so I got ready fast. Me and my brother played in the pool for 1 hour and then came back. We ate lunch when we came home. Then I went upstairs and played xbox for 2 hours. After that I went to sparring class, ate dinner, and now I'm going to sleep. Good night!!
The leadership credits I've been getting have really helped me as a young instructor. I'm able to learn a lot of things that I would not normally pay attention to, such as the order of the warm-ups and what they're called. I'm also learning the color belt curriculum, which has changed since I became a black belt.
Today I went to summer camp and took class and staff training and we also went to the movies and then did requirments and we played ball games.
Today I learned that there is a second sparring class on Wednesday at king tiger north charlotte. I got my first mentor session done today. I had a very productive day.
Today I went to camp and we did lots of activities. They wear really hard and challenging. We had to make geospheres out of cardboard squares. When I came back, I had 1 mentor session, did normal class and got leadership 2, did sparring, and helped out in a class. I had a long day today.
Today we went to the movies for our field trip. The movie we saw was The Peanuts Movie, it was about Charlie Brown proving to everyone that he is not a failure. I also got my requirements done this morning with my friend Nicholas.
Today was a very busy day. On top of doing my cycle work, I also helped my mom clean the garage and put my TV up on the wall. After that I went to sparring class and watched TV on my new wall TV.
Today was a long day because i was half awake when i was running and doing all my requirements, and my brothers 2 friends came over and they are exhausting when you have to wrestle them and go to the pool with them after they had a Slurpee and are really hyper, and i had to help out in class from 6:10 till 7:20 and stay at tae kwon do till about 9:25. so yeah you could say i was tired.

The black belt classes always become more rigorous during the cycle, and this cycle is no exception. Master Evins is going to make we pass. I was able to get a lot of requirements done, so it wasn't bad at all. Since school starts in the second week of August for me, I'm going to as many classes as I can in the month of July.
Today was a productive day. I got a lot of requirements done. I was with my sister for her first black belt class. It was good for me and her.

Today I will do some of my requirements. I'll start at 12:00 and end around 5:00. After that I'll play outside with my friends for 30 minutes. At 6:45 I have to go to the family class and help so that I can earn my leadership credits. Hopefully I could do the warms-ups today so I could get my Leadership 2 credit.
I did 200 push-ups and sit-ups, my personal best. I really pushed it today and i am so happy!! i can feel the soreness now. Tonight i'm going to have a good sleep :)
Today was a really good day at summer camp. The kids were having lots of fun, which means I was having fun. I'm glad I got a break, but I'm also glad I'm back. I'm still trying to work on a project for the summer camp's Board Game day, but I don't have much time now. It will, however, get completed for them to enjoy.
Today i did all my requirements for the day and started my white belt challenge so that's great, not really but i'm trying to get all my essays done before school starts. Helping out in class today was kinda like a refresher for me to listen more, master Evins told us only to show the first six steps of the poomsae and i almost went through the whole thing so that was something!
Today was a very long day. I woke up at 5:45 so i could get ready and walk to summer camp at King Tiger Lake Norman. The kids were pretty well behaved today but I was out in the heat and doing stuff for my cycle all day. It was pretty exhausting. I'm glad to be back in class and helping out though. It feels like this is when my cycle really begins.
Sooooo I am off to a slow start with auditing the cycle however I will definitely get in the groove. Took a week off work now it's time to play catch up so not many hours in the day for anything else. Random experience tonight - -got to class early and decided to go for a run - -great idea except when the two lightening strikes that were real close sent me like a gazelle back to the dojang. Note to one self not a good idea to run when storm is approaching - - must remember that one next time.

Today I went to a summer camp and it was really fun. After I came back, I went to TKD and had a normal class, then Hyper, and then helped out in a class. I got both leadership credits today.
Today was my first day of Hyper. It was a really fun class because I got to learn a lot of new stuff. After that I got to play with my brother and some Xbox. We're going to eat in a little while. My mom made awesome food.

Today i celebrated my grandmothers birthday and we went to Fridays for lunch so that was nice. Even though it was freezing inside the place they still had good food, i got my grandmother a plant for her birthday, and she got some money so that was my day. :)
I met my college roommate yesterday. It was great, we hung out at white water center. That place is AMAZING, i need to there again.
Today, i helped clean our garage. My dad was cleaning the car while i was cleaning the garage. Then, i started cleaning the cabinets in the living room. i found lots of things in there. I ran 1.5 miles and i did my requirements.
Today I changed my schedule. I am doing requirements in the morning and afternoon so I have more free time.
Today I went to my basketball training, and I am improving a lot. I also can't wait to go to the park at summer camp tomorrow.
Feeling good with keeping up with requirements. Liking these early morning runs, particularly since I figured out walking up the hill and running down the hill. Can't believe Kukkiwon is in 2 weeks! Time flies. Jury duty tomorrow. Hope I don't get picked. Rescheduling patients would not be fun, not to mention expensive.
Today we went to see the movie The Secret Life of Pets. It was a great movie. It was also very funny. Before we went, I ran 2 miles and all my requirements. I wonder what we might do for the rest of the day.
After about a week of struggling with this website, everything seems to be working very well. I'm ahead on my requirements and I'm working on the essays. I finished reading A Long Way Gone for my book report today, and it was a very interesting book, but I'm not sure if I mean that in a good way or not. Nevertheless, the essay will explain more of this.
Hello there, today my brother did the empathy challenge and is going to write about it tomorrow, unfortunately he did run into me 3-4 times so not the best thing. Yesterday i couldn't journal because our power went out when there was a big storm and the WiFi went out and we couldn't journal and we also had to use candles as light and my phone light. but the power came back up at 12:00 AM so we were fine.

Today was a bit of a stressful day. I woke up early and couldn't fall back asleep. I also did extra push ups, sit ups, and kicks to make up for yesterday. Lastly, my TV wall mount finally came in the mail, only for me to discover the drill was nowhere to be found! I did get to have a couple relaxing hours at the pool though, and we ordered pizza for dinner. I guess my day wasn't that bad after all.
Today, i went to a 1 day sports camp. I had so much fun! It had lots of running in the sun, so i was very tired
Today I can edit in my requirements. I am super glad but there is one small problem, the days are all mislabeled. All and all it was a great day. I saw the movie The secret lives of pets. I spent time with family and worked out.
Today, I went with my dad and sister to lowes for a build and grow. Today's theme was the Avenger Falcon. After that, we went to Walmart to grab a couple of things. Also in the morning, I ran 2 miles. Later in the day I will do the rest of my requirements.
Finally back from Pensacola. It was great to family, and I got to go to the beach. was a total beach bum (heavy on the bum). Not having th strongest start to the cycle. Didn't do as much as I could, but this week I'm going in hard!!!!!
Today I woke up extremely tired and cranky. I felt completely out of it. I tried going back to sleep, but I couldn't. So I decided instead of laying around, I would clean and redesign my room. I put up some paintings and pictures I have, dusted and cleaned the windows. Later I took my sister and we went on a short walk to get some fresh air. It was a relaxing day but I wish I had dedicated more time towards my cycle.
Today was a slow day. I did not do much but watch TV. I got hooked on a show were people were fighting. I was about to go to Lake Norman for class but it was closed. I am glad that I was at my house when I found out.

Hello everybody today i did all my usual workouts and poomsaes but at 1 o'clock my mom, Greg, Bethany, and me went bowling. My brother couldn't get higher than 63 points, but Bethany beat me every time except for the last game, I beat her 104 to 97. I felt proud since the other six games i lost badly!! After that we went and got food but there was a huge storm, and we tried going to get my brother food but the restaurants power kept going out and we couldn't get anything. So we headed away from the storm and got food there. Then we went home and got into bed.
today i did the same thing as yesterday except today i went boling with my brother mom and my brothers friend.
Today was a slow and boring day. Me and my sisters had stay quiet because my mom was teaching a class over the phone. I am starting to do pull up and almost have my weekly goal.
Today was a very relaxing day. I didn't have to cook any real food today and I took a very nice nap with my cat. I read the news a lot today because I like to stay updated and that took up a couple hours of my day. I also made plans to hang out with my friends one last time before my life is consumed by the cycle. After this weekend, it's going to be Tae Kwon Do all day and all night for me.
Today has been a great day so far. My sister and I played a lot today and I also did all my requirements. I don't know what we will do in the evening, but my mom said it would be fun.
Today i woke up this morning did my running as usual and for some reason i thought it was a good idea to start my empathy essay. I ran into almost every wall, and also elbowed my brother in the face doing self defense, also doing sparring rounds with my brother also hurt since i couldn't see. I managed throughout the day though, but when we went to our grandparents house and got to our car to drive home my other senses must of had some sort of boost because i could guess exactly where we were on the drive home every time. So i guess that will help me in sparring, then i finally got to open my eyes, i felt really dizzy and it took a few minutes to recover but i did and after i went to bed.
hello every body first off i woke up ran 1.5 miles and then ate a good breakfast worked out with my bro then i did self-defense, sparring and my poomsaes. i ran the whole way today and didn't have to walk any of it.
Today I went to Carowinds with my mom, my cousin, and my sisters. My sisters forgot to bring something to put on their feet when they got wet. My mom was not getting into the water, so she gave my sister Jasmine her water shoes. My sister Christine did not have water shoes, so her feet got overwhelmingly hot. She started crying so I gave her my water shoes. It was a great time. We went on a ride where you step into a capsule and a trap door falls underneath you.
Today was an interesting day. I woke up and completed my daily goals and took a nice shower. For lunch, I used some leftover ground turkey and mixed it into some macaroni and cheese that i had made. I wasn't quite sure how it would taste but I enjoyed it so much that I ate it for dinner too! I also talked on the phone with my friend for hours because my mom and sister were busy all day. Now it's time to clean the kitchen and go to bed.

Hello everybody, I first woke up this morning ate a hardy breakfast with eggs, bacon, and pears. I then ran 1.5 miles with my Bro, and quickly started doing pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, and sparring rounds. jump rope i had to do throughout the whole day because it takes a lot of cardio, and 3 in a row is too much!! We did go to the pool today since going outside was basically like walking onto a grill. After the pool we went to my grand parents house to finish our poomsaes and self defenses. We then got home and took good showers, and went to sleep.
Today I ran 1.5 miles with my brother D'Andre and then worked out for 2 hours. Then we went to the pool and it started to rain so we practiced our kicks at the pool. I started some essays before the pool and hopefully I'll finish them tomorrow. Then I went to my grandmothers house and practiced my self defense and poomsaes.
Today me and my friend we had a sleepover and this morning we made pancakes that were a mess.I had some nice peace and quite by meditating.
Master Dege had a great tip Saturday in Black Belt Class. I always practice self defense at home by myself, but it is different with a person in front of you. She suggested practicing with the vacuum cleaner. Such a great idea. My vacuum cleaner is now my self defense partner at home.
Today I got some meditation time in and went to go see tarzan. I don't know how to put in the requirements so I just have to wait for the web site to get up and running.
I did a lot of requirements today and I am trying to figure out how to log them. I also had fun with my sister at home. I am having a lot of fun during the summer.
Today seemed to drag on forever. I was waiting for the mailman to come all day with my packages and he didn't show up until about 3. It seemed like I was either laying around or working out all day. I also cooked some really tasty turkey tacos for dinner. Everyone said they were amazing. I had to debate on whether or not I could make that a random act of kindness.
Today I went to the pool and my famil and I went shopping after. When we went to the pool, we were the only ones there which was great because we got the entire pool to ourselves. I had a great day.
I just got back from a family reunion in Fayetteville North Carolina. It had been going on for a few days but we got there on the last day. There was chicken with a green sauce, this round shaped potato, and some roast beef. I really did not know anyone there. There was a slide show from the first reunion to about the 40th reunion. The ride back home was very short because we took the short cut back.
Today was my first day of my first black belt cycle. I woke up, had some blueberries and peanut butter crackers, and study my stufy guides. Afterwards, i did 200 push ups and sit ups over 3 and a half hours. My arms were pretty sore but I still managed to walk 2.5 miles to get chipotle with my friends. I just ate an apple as a late night snack and now i'm off to bed. my first cycle will be quite interesting.
