Today i was at the dojang from 8:50-2:00! First i did sparring which was my major workout. We lifted up weights, a bunch of sparring rounds and then it came to blackbelt class. In blackbelt class we practiced our forms that we were going to do at kukkiwon cup. I came home and practiced more of my stuff for the cycle. i am tired!
