Candidate Journals

Today was an ok day. Today started off with me waking up at 10 since I fell asleep at 3am. After I woke up, I spent an hour in bed on my computer. My mom stopped by my room to say good morning and we talked. I went downstairs around 11:30ish because the new update for one of my games came out at 12. I started talking to one of my friends who was also waiting for the update. We played once the update came out and we enjoyed it. It was a very hyped up update by the game developers. I worked on some of my requirements while talking to my friend and took some breaks from playing. I went to tkd later and it was not bad. Jakhye (if you don't know one of my classmates) led class today. I think he did a good job. We worked on...

Due to high temperatures this week, I wasn't able to do running as much as I need to. However, exercises were completed except for pull-ups. I still struggle in doing it. I can't even do at least 1. I am also struggling in push-ups. I'm nervous for the pre-test tomorrow! Especially with the study guide questions.

Today I took the time to finish up some of the house work that I had been "forgetting" to do. Finished up physicals and start studying my essays for testing. 

I can't believe it's August. Tomorrow is the pretest. right now It's storming out and I'm wondering if it's going to be raining in the morning. I feel pretty ready ! 

Today is day 1 of a 3 day concert series in Golden Gate Park honoring the late Jerry Garcia, whose birthday it happens to be today, and the Grateful Dead  and their legacy. I started out the day by working at 5:30am local time, then made my way to the fitness center to do my requirements. Now I am heading out to enjoy the shows.

Had to be in the office this morning, but I got up and got some requirements done.  I'm going to try to go for a run at lunch if I can get away.  I'm really hoping my run times start to come back down, it feels mentally defeating to be so much slower than I have been.  

Today I came home from Ontario. I spent a lot of time in the airport and started working on some essays, but the wi-fi was incredibly bad, so that didn't go as far as I wanted. After getting dinner and coming home, I got some workouts in, including 2 miles of running right after a session of walking around and catching Pokémon. I'm about to go to sleep because I have a golf game to get to early tomorrow.

Looks like I forgot to journal on yesterday , by mistake. Not sure how when I was up all night for work, but I will make an extra effort to stay consistent. To catch up Wednesday was very busy as always with sparring about black belt calls back to back. I am always drained by the time that is over , but I was able to knock out some leadership 2, mentee and a mentor session. On Thursday I knocked out some requirements early after getting up. I when to the Dojang tour six ish , because I was instructing the family class. I think things went great and the students had fun. After class I was able to work with Master weeks again , just to fine tune some color belt things for our pre test on Saturday. 

today was really boring. sparring club went okay, i worked with the junior tigers which definitely has its pros + cons, both of the senior tiger classes were good, and adult class went well. i came home, ran, ate dinner and now im going to shower and go to sleep

Today I made my own tone settings for my guitar to sound like Dimebag Darrel's guitar off the album The Great Southern Trendkill. I tried it and it sounded spot on. After playing guitar I went to help out at TKD. I think I did a great job teaching the white, high yellow, yellow, and green belts. After TKD me and my dad got Bojangles. 

Today was pretty chill. After a small breakfast, I was chilling for a while and then took my dog on a nice walk. After, I had lunch and said bye to my dad because he is going to NYC to visit his old friend. My mom and sister were at work so it was just me and my dog. But my sister came home a little while after my dad left. I watched some TV and afterwards did my requirements and waited for my mom to get home so we could go to the gym for me to do my run. This week, I’ve been running extra because I missed on day last week and I want to not have to run extra after my 1 mile at the pre test. My time has been improving a lot so that’s good. My fastest time for a mile has been like around 10:30 but that’s when I really pushed myself and went really fast. My average time is 12:30 ish. I’m a little nervous for the pre test but my instructors tell me it’s a lot easier than it sounds like. I’ve been studying for the written test with the instructors book my mentor gave me so that’s good.I just had dinner and am about to have a shower.

Today I was able to get in a session with my mentee and I helped with a Jr Tiger’s class after camp. After dinner, I did my requirements and watched my anime show while I did my run. 

Hi today we came back from vacation. We went to two theme park that means alot of miles we also did other stuff. It was so fun but my leg's are burning and my feet hurt 😫. Well that's all by.

Today was sparring class then I came home and did some requirements.

I got back in town late last night, I kept up with most of my requirements but a full day of travel yesterday put me behind. Today was busy at work, catching up, on everything,  I enjoyed sparring tonight, I wish we got one more round in but the two I did spar were good. It’s nice to have big people to go against. 

Today I had a lot of fun at sparring.  Today was really chill, but I got a lot of practice in. Pretest on Saturday.  

Today we got back from are trip so we didn't do alot because we were at kings dominion so we got are miles done and burpees.  Then we went home it took 4 hours.  And now we're home that's all bye. 

Today I had my last soccer preseason practice for the week. Tomorrow I will sleep in and do my requirements and maybe get in my pool. That's mostly it for today. Goodnight.

Today I was at camp and we went to the pool at Linebuger park. After that I went to Taekwondo and did the 5:45 class but, I helped out with the 5:00 class. Then I came home and I did not run today cause I was not feeling well but I still went to class and did my requirements. But overall it was a pretty good day.

Today I woke up and went for a run and finished my workout in the morning. I had my SAT class but I had to take some of it in the car because I was going to my school for the back to school cookout. I saw all my friends there and we also met the new freshmen and it was really fun. The freshmen thought my friend was a teacher because he was so tall 😭. After that I just chilled at my school until my dad and my sister picked me up and then I went home and did poomsaes and self defense with my sister. Then we went outside to play volleyball but it started raining but we kept playing and it was fun. I just came home and now im gonna shower and eat dinner byeee

today i woke up did my Requirements then headed to tkd then I got home and went on a bike ride then I went to sparring, after I ate dinner and watched a movie. Nightt!

  Today and tomorrow are going to be good. I ran extra yesterday so I didn’t have to run today and tomorrow. And today I went to my open house. I have my full schedule for this semester and next semester. I have math honors for this semester. And next semester I have ELA honors. But like I said before I do not want to go to school. And I have to take Latin again. And I'm there for an hour and a half. It’s going to be so boring.

7/27 Today I got the first day of my digital detox done. I got most of the way done on two essays done as well. 7/28 today I ran on a hotel treadmill we also went to a theme park called knobles in Pennsylvania. 7/29 today I caught up on my jump ropes but took a break from running not much else that day. 7/30 I did some of my workouts but did not run. 7/31 Today I ran two miles and did the rest of my workouts I also took a road trip back from Pennsylvania.

Started my day off with doing physicals and studying up for this weekend. After my walk I drove to the Lake Norman location for sparing class. Master Marcus is really good....

Today I started off the day with a run, but after I wasn’t feeling too good so I just hung out with my brother. When I started to feel better me and my brother did some of my requirements and I started reading my book. Then I had sparring so I went and it was a lot of fun to help the other students out while I’m still figuring out what works best for me. Overall today was a pretty chill day   

not much has hapened today, but I did go see a movie. I watched it with my sister & it was nice but as a remake it needed work. It had all the same themes of the original movie but decided not to add anything substantive whatsoever. This is a problem.

Today was a good day. I stayed home from camp so I did requirements early. I went to tkd today to get a mentor session but I ended up doing a sparring class too. The class was ok its just that only 3 other people came. After sparring I got my session in which mostly went towards staff form 2. I am doing better with it. After that I came back home to relax and play with my friends. But before I did my mom reminded me to practice my poomsaes and self defense. I practiced for about an hour and I feel like I'm ready for testing. Now I can finally relax. Goodnight everyone!:)

Today I went to work and it was very fun. I immediately went to class and now I am home. I will now feed my cats because they are both giving me their saddest faces.

It was an easier day yesterday for my nutrition challenge.  But that's because I didn't eat dinner before going to Sparring / BB Class / mentor session.  By the time I actually ate dinner, it was late enough that I felt full and didn't try to snack.  I do need to figure something out for food before those classes though, I ran out of energy before class was over.  I also messed up a lot on a form that I am very familiar with and shouldn't mess up.  

My day was good. I got up this morning at 7 am we had to do some stuff. We got home around 11 when I got home I did my two mile run in 23:43 after that I did my exercises I had lunch and then I wrote my essay on Digital Detox and the only thing I have left to do today is go to sparring class.

Today I went to camp and in the afternoon during a planetarim show, like me I just slept through the entire movie or show. Then I just went home and ate and then went to Taekwondo. After that I came home and went to bed.

Today is my birthday. I'm a year older. I went to various places around the lake, swam, went back to Eel's Creek, tried paddling a canoe while balancing on the gunwale (preparation for the regatta that some of the others are participating in), ate a good dinner, and ended the day by watching the Karate Kid. Tomorrow I am coming back home, so I am packing what I can right now. I won't be able to be at this cycle's pretest (I did my pretest a while ago and I have the sparring ID camp to go to) but hopefully I will see many of you soon!

Today was cool, I went to taekwondo with my little brother and did a mentor session with Libby. Later we got some food, and I went to my grandmas house and had a sleepover. 😃 

today was super boring. i had lunch with my grandma. then i had band with parker and that went alright. then i went and got pizza, came home, ran, and now im messing around in FL studio.

pretty boring day to be honest, did a but of work on some forms for the pretest at the end of this week, also went school supply shopping before it got crowded, summer went by fast though. but yeah today was pretty boring

Today at camp we went to the movie theaters to watch The Garfield Movie and it was alright a 5 out of 10 for me, I also did some requirements at camp today and got my book checked my Master Lisa. Now the new thing I want to learn is to do a handstand push up which I know is gonna be pretty hard to learn, I didn't complete my mile but I got a new speed rope and I wanted a weighted one but the one that I got wasn't so I took some tiny weights from my old speed rope to put in my new rope. But that was ultimately my day!

Today was meh day. I went to camp and it was movie day. We went to the movies and saw Garfield. They said there would be popcorn but we didn't get any. I felt disappointed. The movie was definition of c tier and I fell asleep to it twice. I woke up near the end of it and it was alright. We've seen way better movies. Camp besides there as alright, had some fun but overall it was just meh. I went to tkd and helped out in junior tigers. I also did a mentor session with my mentee. Took class, class was good. Master Foster is back and now we have the entire gang. I just started learning staff form 2 about a week ago so I really need to work on it. After class I stayed for a mentor session with Master Knight but I was not the only...

Today I woke up ran a mile and did my requirements. Then I had an SAT class in the morning and after that I studied for the pre test with my sister. I also went to the do jang today and helped out with classes. I also got a mentor session in with master knight and we worked on poomsaes. After that I went home and I played volleyball with my friends and then I came home and showered and had dinner and watched TV. 

Today I got up and ran with my dad and did some of my requirements. I didn’t really do anything else expect for go to sparring tonight. That was my dad pretty boring, but typical. 

Today well I am half asleep and my mom is doing my hair.  Pretest in 3 days.

Today was a high impact day, worked on studying.  Helped out with the 8-12 yr old class, took sparring, and black belt class. Then did a really good session with my mentor. Staff form 2 is very different and not as repetitive as some other forms.

Today i had a dentist appointment and unfortunately i have to go back because of a past cavity that passed onto another tooth after the original tooth fell out and its been there for like 2 or 3 years now. I have to go back on September 1st to get filling or whatever. After that i went home and i went outside with my friends and we just walked around the neighborhood. Then i went home and did requirements and then took a nap. Then i went to taekwondo and got a mentor and mentee session and took a class. Then i went to the gym to run and now im home and am about to go to bed. Goodnight

Today we went on a field trip to the movies. We saw the Garfield movie. I got in a session with my mentee as well. I went home to eat and then back to King Tiger for Sparring and Black Belt class. Then I met with my mentor to go over Staff forms. 

Today was my third day of my second week at the Harrisburg YMCA summer camp. Overall Its really6 fun, we play all kinds of games with the campers. Though sometimes the kids will act up just to be annoying and really frustrating. Buit Proverbs 27 verse three says "Stone is heavy and sand a burden, but a fool's provocation is heavier than both." The stone and sand represent heavy responsibilities and burdens, while the fools provocation means ongoing annoyance and lack of wisdom to find away to stop those feelings.

help is a broad thing. It comes in many forms. From strangers on the street to workers there for you. Sometimes I think we all feel like our heads are often underwater, in those times help is what gets you out. Remember that you're someone else's help, if you see someone under the surface, be their rock.

Today was black belt class and sparring I did some requirements then played games and that was my day.

Today I went to guitar lessons and practiced my new song I learned. I think I did really well playing it. After guitar lessons me and my dad went to get McDonalds. When I was done eating I went to go run. After running I made a milkshake.

Today I got up and ran, I then caught up on some requirements for a good portion of the day, then I went to class and helped out and did leadership and a mentor session. I then went and had dinner at a pho restaurant and that’s all.

Today I went to work and made more pirates. When I was doing my run I took a detour from my usual route because there is the bridge I have to cross and there was this weird fat bug that was face-height and in the middle. I took way with another bridge that was down an eerie path in the shade, and it was missing one of the wooden planks. I still crossed it and then up the flight of stairs on the hill. Then I ran back home. The end

Nothin' much, just did requirements and going to a weekday black belt class and helpin' out with the rest. Hope y'all have a good day.

My day was good. I woke up at 7 am today to go to school and finish up volunteering to move furniture for the teachers.  After that I went to Chick-fil- A to get some lunch. When I got home I did  the rest of my requirements and finished my two mile run. My legs honestly hurt from running so much. But other than that it has been a good day.

I really hope my nutrition challenge gets easier as the 30 days goes on.  I actually got up and started walking to the pantry for a snack last night out of habit, and then I remembered that i wasn't snacking.  On the plus side - the essay should be easy.  I have a lot to write about already.    As for requirements...my runs have been real slow.  My neighborhood is super hilly, so I don't expect the same pace I got on the track.  But I'm slower than I was.  I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm not happy about it.     

This entire week I've done soccer preseason practice for my school. Even though it is exhausting, I'm getting through and learning a lot. I keep forgetting to do journals so I'm getting annoyed with myself on that. (I think the soccer and heat has something to do with that). That's mostly it, and hopefully I'll remember to journal tomorrow. 

I haven’t been very good at journaling lately so before I forget I went to the gym ran two miles then lifted weights I did requirements there too. Then I came home did chores then I painted a frog with my family and I’m going to swim laps to bye

On Monday, my wife and I took my Oldest son to his college, for his band camp. It was an emotional filled day. We got him all set up to start band camp and in transitioning into his first year in college. Really took  me back down memory lane, I can remember those times. While my wife and mother-in-law were getting him set up, I watched my younger children in his dorm hallway. I worked on some poomsae and self-defense while I was waiting.  When I got back home, I finished the rest of my requirements and did my best to relax on what was left of my day off

Today we went to the falls at the end of the lake. I've been there pretty much every year, and today the water level wasn't too high to the point where it would give the rapids too much force. I also did some long-distance swimming around a group of islands, the island I am on right now being one of them. We also prepared for the regatta and the boat races that I won't be able to do this year. Tomorrow is my birthday, so I hope that will be fun.

I just remembered I had to do a journal. Anyways today was pretty uneventful i just did my requirements and played volleyball with my friends. It wasn't that fun because they kept arguing but it was fine i guess. I also finally got time to practice my violin because I haven't really been able to do that lately.

Today was another chill day. Finished some of my physicals at TKD, and got a good amount of situps, burpees, and pushups at class. After that I took notes and walked home.

I'm nervous for saturday because of the pretest. This is going to be less packed than last cycle. from what I can tell maybe 12 - 15 people. I also love the fact that I get a signature for blackbelt class that day. This cycle has been rough but I've gotten through it.

Today I got up and did some requirements, then worked a half day. I checked out of my hotel, then Dylan and I did some escape room-type things in Albany before going to the airport. Looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight.

Today was a pretty long day, we got packed up and check out of our hotel, since we had a while before our flight left, we decided to do this escape room type thing which was pretty cool. We then got to our flight which was delayed a bit, and when we landed it took an extra hour to get off the plane due to complications. But that’s my day

Today we went to camp and I was able to get a leadership credit. After camp we went to my Auntie’s for dinner and saw my grandparents. We came home and I finished my requirements and watched my shows. 

Today was my friend's birthday.  I was a bit late because I helped out with a class but that is it so not much.  It was at Top Golf.

This morning I woke up feeling a little better than I was before. I got to work on a song by Korn on my guitar. It is a little tricky but if I practice the song enough I will eventually get it down. I think I should have this mindset with everything I do such as my math homework, TKD, and guitar. After I was done working on the song I watched Dumb And Dumber To (that's how you spell the title) with my dad.

Today I and had breakfast and did my requirements then I had lunch, then I went to tkd then I had dinner.

Today was a normal day, I stayed home from camp and just relaxed. I did some requirements about an hour after I woke up. I did not have to do all of them since I did the poomsae seminar. After I finished my requirements I just relaxed and talked to my friends. A few hours later my mom came home and we had dinner about 2 hours later. Now I am just relaxing until I have to go to bed since I have to go to camp tomorrow. I am going to miss being able to just relax. Goodnight everyone and I hope tomorrow goes well bye! :)

Today I got up pretty late and ran down to the house that I am cat sitting for. When I got home my dad was about to leave to go to the school that he works at to go set up his classroom, so I went with him. We were there for a few hours and when I got home I had to get ready for taekwondo. I helped with the first two classes and got some leadership credits. The black belt class was really fun and productive. Overall it was a pretty good day. 

Today i didn't really do much except requirements and be lazy and now i am watching tv with my parents. Goodnight

Today i went over to my girlfriends house and we went and took lunch to her grandma. after that i came home, did requirements, got ready for TKD, and went to teach sparring class. it has just felt really slow all day. now im looking at facebook marketplace for a project car.

  Today I went to taekwondo again. I taught the junior tiger class. I was not prepared for it. When I got there Master Knight told me I was teaching it. I was pretty nervous. But I think it went pretty well. I had them do a lot.  The class went by pretty fast. I heard the next class start so I hurried and ended the class. So today was a pretty good day.

Today I woke up a little early to get my run in outside instead of on the treadmill. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be! I had to take lots of breaks when on the treadmill, I can go consistently without stopping. It’s probably because I’m not used to it and because of the incline. After I had breakfast, I finished my requirements and chilled for some time. Then I went to my taekwondo class to help out in the kids class and then take the senior class after it. I had a mentor session after where we worked on my rolls. I’m getting kind of better at them but I always get scared right before I do it. 

I had a good day. I woke up, and my babysitter came and watched me and my brother. We went to the playground and then went to get a drink from a place called Fit ‘n Lit. After she left I did my requirements, about an hour later I went to my black belt class. Today was great! 😀

My day was good. I started my nutrition challenge a week ago, I am on week two I gave up no processed breakfast food for 30 day's  cause I usually  grab something and have a quick breakfast. But now I'm having super food drink for breakfast every day It's actually really good. I did all of  my exercises  I hit 35 push-ups today my goal is to hit 50 in a row by the end of this black belt cycle. I got my book signed today at class and as normal I am exhausted.

Today was kinda rough because last night and this mourning I believe im like having a bad cough or something. But today I went to camp and at camp we went bowling. After that I went to Taekwondo and helped out and did class. Plus I just ran 1 mile and did my requirements.

Today I went to work and we went to the library for a bit. I did my requirements but I was also supposed to go to a class today but I fell asleep about 30 minutes after getting home.

Today was day two of camp I did some requirements then came home.

Goshdarn it is hot. Hundred degrees for the last 3 days. Ridiculous! And have to walk in a full uniform across the hot as heck parking lot, ridiculous! I have basically given up working out outside with this heat. Anyways, going to see the Superman movie later and going to Taekwondo to get some stuff done. Have a good day.

I really struggled with my nutrition challenge last night.  Relaxing at the end of the day, the draw to the pantry for something salty was strong.  I held off, but just barely.  I was up early and got my requirements taken care of.  I'm going to walk on my lunch break today.  

Finished up requirements and other work at class today. After that took a nap, all I do is take naps...

Yes folks, it is extraordinarily hot (92 degrees Fahrenheit) here in Ontario as well! I escaped the comparatively more extreme heat of North Carolina temporarily, but it still is hot for where I am. Unfortunately, I am still unable to log my workouts on the site. However, I am still getting some things in for when I can track them. Today I went to a nearby creek and found a rope swing. It was damaged by the tornado that went through here 3 years ago, but it was still fun to swing across into the creek. I did my normal swim, as it is hard to run on a small island where everything is covered in overgrowth, so I get some long-distance swims in for my training. I'm trying to hold stretches longer in my stretching routine to meet some flexibility goals by the end of August. Hopefully tomorrow won't be...

Sunday was a great day, I went to church with my family and severed on our security team. This was a special one due to it being my oldest son last Sunday at home, before he went off to band camp and college. After church we came back home and I set out to get a good walk , in the nice warm weather. When I got back home I finished my requirements and passed out on the couch until I had to get up for work later.  

 I try to get all of my physical requirements done early morning before work, but it’s difficult to stay focused for work afterwards. The heat is draining my energy. I feel great working out but an hour later at my desk I’m dragging ass. That’s the hardest part of the cycle… showing up for the non-TKD, life requirements. 

I was having trouble logging in to the website so that's why i haven't been journaling and logging my stuff. But aside from that i woke up today and did some of my requirements and watched some tv. I also made myself a breakfast sandwich thing that was pretty good. Then i didnt really do anything except chill for a bit. Then i went to taekwondo and got a mentor session in and worked on knife defense. After that i went to run and then went home and now i am chilling at home. 

Today I had my first hot football practice, so we had no pads on and just helmet.  So now I am home doing some more requirements and going to sleep.

today has been an okay day. ive just been driving all day. i had to take my mom to get her car fixed, drive her home, drive her back, drive to lunch, drive to drum lessons, drive to TKD, drive home. my whole day is driving and requirements. anyway sleep good

today has been great. I got stuff finished & I get to see a doctor on tuesday. Side effect is that the pretest is this saturday & next week is band camp, luckily I'll still make all my classes. Band camp is going to be so much fun with all the new students & the new music.

nothing special, today at highbelt class, the candidates that were also taking the cycle, we were all put to a mini test from all the color belts. I need to really work on pow-chong. but yeah I did my requirements and everything, nothing to crazy.

Today I woke up, had breakfast then I did requirements then I packed for my church trip after that I went to taekwondo.

today was okay but when I heard about this pretest I really got scared and I hope I get a good score, but today was good. At my summer camp I believe that this is the last week. I heard from my friends at summer camp that next week is open house for schools. Later in the afternoon right after Taekwondo I went straight to the gym with my mother and heard that I have to be 16 or older to go in the gym by myself, at the gym I did my pull ups and ran a mile that is all.

I woke up not feeling well. I don't know what is wrong with me though. I was able to push through the day and get my requirements done. I still had to run but I just jogged all the way. Anyways I'm not feeling the best so am going to go lay down. 

Today was my second week as an LIT for the Harrisburg YMCA summer camp. We tend to have a good time even with the struggles of stubborn kids. Saturday is the Pre-test and I'm not really looking forward to it. The cycle is a lot harder than I anticipated but I think I can push through to the end. I have finished all my workouts and I'm preparing for the Pre-test.

Today was a pretty good day. I went to my grandmas house and went swimming. After that I went to taekwondo and did my requirements. Today was good and I am studying for the pre-test. 👍🏻 

Today was my first day back at camp.I came did some requirements now I'm going to bed. today was pretty boring all we did was go to the park.

Thursday is my open house for school. I can really see the people that are staying. Because I learned by now that people say they're going to leave but they don’t. And I can see who my teachers are going to be, and what my schedule is. That's the most important part of my schedule. And Saturday is our pre-test. I’m not looking forward to the run. But I know every poomsae and self-defense. So I’m going to be good for Saturday.

today we went to the park at camp. we went early since it was so hot. I had Stix after camp and then we had sushi for dinner. I did my requirements after dinner and watched an anime show with my mom. 

Today I stayed home from camp because I stayed up a tiny bit too late doing extra requirements for today and watching tv and since I could not go to sleep (3am, nothing much right). So since I stayed home I slept in until 12ish. I got up and finished all my leftover requirements i did not do last night. After I did that i did what I normally did. Relax,talk with friends and got lunch but my mom got some spicy chicken (if your actually reading this keep that in mind). So I tried some of it and it did not taste spicy to me as much as she said so I made a sandwich out of it and with some cheese. So later when I was talking to my friend, my mom came back from work and came into my room saying "tell your friends you will call them...

Today in Saratoga, I went to six flags with my mom. It was very hot but not humid so it’s still better than NC. A few rides weren’t working but there were still plenty to do including one called the Adirondack outlaw (you should look it up it’s crazy). Still not sure if I’ve fully recovered from it.

I was wrong to be optimistic last night for the rematch of bowling against my mom. She beat me every single game, one by over fifty points. Next time I'll win though.Today was a relaxed day. I watched some movies and did the requirements. 

Today I got up and rode the bike in the fitness center, then did a bunch of requirements. I decided totake the whole day off work and we went to Six Flags Great Escape, here in upstate NY. It was pretty fun. We had a late lunch and came back to the room. I was so tired from our busy weekend, that we decided just to stay in tonight and rest.
