It was not a terrible Monday. I went into the Charlotte office this morning to meet with some people, and come to find out that the people are already really busy (even after I booked time and they accepted it), and it turns out that what was supposed to be a whole day in the office, I got about 30 minutes with them. So, I left and came home to work remote the rest of the day. Waste of a trip to Charlotte office, but it is what it is. Got home and did some work, had lunch and then finished the day. My daughter Kara actually cooked dinner this evening. I tend to kid her on cooking ability but she said she has been cooking stuff at college, so I said, cook something and I will buy the groceries. She made dinner this evening. Chicken Alfredo. It was really good....

I had a good day. In the morning I went to the testing to get into a new school. After lunch I went to my first basketball game. We won our first game. Yay !! Then in the evening I got my miles in along with some of the other requirements. After that I went to go shopping at Walmart. Then I ate dinner. Since I didn' t get my watching time I watched after dinner. I am going to bed now.

Hello, Today was beautiful, finally. It seems like I haven't seen the sun in weeks. Today started with me dragging my kids to sparring class. Great class and a great workout. Did a little helping with family class, then attended black belt class. Lot of folks showed up. Love Master Hartle's classes. She's fun. Afterwards, had a really good meeting with a young man who wants to buy my current business, as I transition to the new King Tiger school. Great guy, enthusiastic and smart. It was the family member of a friend so I didn't have to go through all the loco yokos online. Went home and enjoyed my afternoon. Went for a run and punched a dog. Sorry dog lovers, he had it coming. There are some strange dogs on our road and they seem to be getting a little too territorial lately as me and my boys go...

Today was a busy day and I did not get much of my requirements done. I helped make breakfast, then did a lot of homework. Then I made a hat for this sweet little girl that I babysit. After that I helped rake the leaves and take down the Christmas decorations outside and went for a walk. When we got home I did more homework and my grandma came over for dinner. if only Monday was a part of the weekend.

I had a good day. I completed homework before breakfast. I helped out with some cleaning. Then I worked on some of my requirements. After lunch I had my watching time. In the evening I completed the remaining of my requirements. During dinner I watched the end of Philly-Chicago game. It was exciting. I am going to bed. 

Yesterday was a good day. Most of the day I was working on my assignments. Once i finished those, i did my requirements and then went to bed. Now i am almost ready for school. Bus comes in 30 mins. See you all soon

I flew to Maine last night because my mother is having a heart attack and is in the hospital in Portland, near where I grew up. It is winter here, and cold and dark. Very fitting atmosphere for a scary personal event. I trained in the medical center where she is receiving her care. Everyone at the Hospital is great, I feel very comfortable with her providers, which is reassuring. She will have a diagnostic and possibly therapeutic procedure this afternoon. Trying to remain positive.

Thursday: First mentor session with Master Cavazos! Lucky to have someone like him to be mentoring me. It will be hard and involve a lot of sweat, but thats what is required when going for a 4th dan!   Friday: Master Knight was feeling well so I taught the Junior Tiger class! All I can say is that teaching that class involves a lot more energy than taking sparring class! Other than that, I spent the rest of the day mainly out with friends and creating my meal plan   Saturday: Sparring in the morning and then black belt class afterwards! It was fun to get back into sparring class. I had forgotten what it felt like to sweat and then at the end lay on the mats all sore and in pain XD Black belt class was fun and actually got a lot of black belt curriculum done!   Sunday...

Today I went to church with my mom and my little sister. The speech was about equality and acceptance in-between everyone, no matter where they come form or who they are. I though this was interesting because the the priest put it, it was so poetic and perfect but this is much harder to achieve in real life. The speech was nice and pretty but it was about an ideal world to which we are working towards, not the present day. I just thought this was interesting and wanted to write it out. Have a good day.

Today I woke up, had breakfast then some family came over.  Then my parents went to hang out with some friends so I ran and did requirements.  Next I had dinner and played some basketball.  Now i'm writing this journal.

Today was a boring day. I didn’t really do anything except for my requirements and read some books. I am NOT looking forward to going back to school tomorrow and I don’t want to acknowledge the fact that I am. So I hope that everyone had a good day! Goodnight!

It was a good day. Spent most of the day at King Tiger and doing TKD. We worked on many new items and learned some new stuff. But the afternoon was the best part. It is the last Homecoming dance for Lexi and it was great to see her getting ready with her friends. She has a great group of girls that have been together for many years. It has been crazy to watch them all grow up. My daughter is not the little girl any more. She hasn't been for many years but it is becoming more apparent. It is great to see them grow, but they don't need me as much as before. Daddy is not a big part of their life... the "their" is both my daughters. Kara is my oldest and in college. Lexi is a senior in high school. Obviously I still have Nate... but these...

I had a fun day today, I finished my daily requirements early. After a short trip around town for some errands I spent the majority of my day with my brother, who is leaving to go back to college early in the morning. He only comes home on the long breaks so it was really nice to see him and be able to spend time with him.

If there's such a thing as a good work day, I guess today would be one. Felt like I got a lot done today. I hung the banner advertising the new school, on the side of the building. That wasn't pleasant in the rain near the top of a 24 foot ladder. I can safely say, my comfort with tall ladders is diminishing. All I can think of is how long the recovery period would be if I fell. I don't bounce well. Enough whining, off to better things, like we got the permit today, and I figured out how the phone system worked. And of course, I painted some more. The mats should be coming in next week, flags are on order, still need to change out the front door, the list goes on. Sparring class tomorrow, so something else to look forward to. Yesterday was a tiring day. I went to North Charlotte in the morning. We did Sparring class. After that I got my leadership credits by helping and leading warm ups for Family Class. After that we had Black Belt class. We did a lot of stick and staff forms. 

Today I went to Black Belt class and practiced my poomsaes and my staff form. Then short stick form 1.

Today I woke up then ate breakfast, next I went to Black Belt class at North Charlotte.  After I went home, ran, played basketball then did some requirements.  I then went to a family friends house and had some fun. Now we are back home and about to go to sleep.

Today my family was watching my neighbors dog. We took her and our dog on a long walk. When we got her home, all she wanted to do was to lay under the trampoline. It was a very nice day though. A little too warm for winter.

Today was a tiring, yet fun day. I had sparring classes in the morning, right after that I helped out with  family class, and then I had black belt class. However, I got to hang out with a really good friend of mine.

I had a good day. When I went to school I did math and I got 100% on it. The rest of my school day was good to. I did my exercises in the afternoon. In the evening I went to the 5:30 Weekday BBC at Lake Norman. After dinner I practiced basketball before going to bed. I am exited for my basketball game tomorrow. I am going to bed now.  

Well, just got back today from our families Christmas vacation. We went up to Pigeon Forge for five days, which tested my personal boundaries all week. I am not a crowd guy. I'm the guy who searches for every exit as soon as I get five unknown people in close proximity of me. But as a dad, one has to get over stuff like that (at least make an effort). So Sunday, Monday and Tuesday was a zoo. So Monday, I took the boys and rented ATV's and went to this guided trail ride. It was fun but a little slow. Afterwards, me and the boys found this awesome trail in the Smokeys with this incredible waterfall. Got 4 miles as well. Turned out to be a beautiful day. Today was a busy day. First went to family class. Then helped out with the little people class. Then to Master Evans for the Black Belt class. Home with the kids. Played a game of Life with Anna. Then headed into work for the night. Hopefully a low key day tomorrow.

Got ready for BBC weekend, and family class. Came home did requirements. Ate dinner, Know writing this.  

Today I had got my living wax museum.after that I got some Fortnite names.after school i went to the hartles school for Friday black belt class.it was fun but we did not get to do bostaf or sticks.and tomorrow i have my first basketball game i hope i win so happy end of week.

I had a good day yesterday. My mom's uncle left and went home back to Canada. We had a good time with him. After school had Tae Kwon Do and then went for my next class. Came home very tired. Now getting ready for sparring and BB class with Master Evins.

Today was my first day back from school since the break. It was nice being able to see all my friends and teachers again, although skeptical about what the new semester brings, I know that I will be able to handle anything that it throws at me. My brothers have come home from college for the break; I impatiently awaited spending my time with them as I arrived home. 

My second day back to school from the break. My teachers have abandoned their lax methods with attempts to start us into full overdrive for finals in May. I took my first kick boxing class today at King Tiger, very exhausting but none the less I really enjoyed it. 

Good day all things considered as my first day back. It was also the first day back for the kids. Nate was tired when I picked him up from school, and it took some pushing by me to get him motivated to do our exercises and requirements before TKD classes tonight. We did some ladder drills tonight with Master Marcus at Sparring. It is awesome watching all the young adults and kids do the ladder drills. I do not have great rhythm but something I am working on. Luckily it appears that Nate inherited his rhythm from his mom and not me. I was very proud of him to do the ladder drills. I did pretty good, but lost the rhythm a few times and I have to work to get it back. But I do like working on them as they do help me with sparring. But it does amaze...

I had a good day. It was my first day at school after the holidays. I rocked on math because I was the first one to finish and I got everything correct. The rest of my school day was great to. When I got home I finished some of my requirements. Then I watched my normal watching time. Then I had dinner. Then me and my dad went to the 7:30  Taekwando class after that. I got my weekday black belt class done in my notebook. I am going to bed now.

Today I woke up and stayed at home because I broke out in hives, I went to the doctor and go a shot in my butt.  Next I had lunch and then went to my stepsisters basketball game,  her team won 66 to 51.  Then I came back and took a shower.

It was a good but long night. We started with kick boxing class with Master Marcus, then we did a mentor session with Master Marcus, and then we had Black Belt class. It was hard but we learned some new stuff. Then we came home and ate dinner. I was hungry. I at a bunch and then watched some tv. I then went to take shower and now writing this. I am tired and will sleep soon. 

Although this was a short work week, I am happy it is Friday. Just starting to get back into the normal swing of things at home. Getting up early and getting kids out for school. It is really only Nate, and Lexi gets herself out, and Kara is home now from College but self-sufficient (for the most part). It was a pretty good Friday. Next week is the real test. Full week. We had a challenging night at King Tiger. Nate and I went to kick boxing and then did a mentor session with Master Marcus. Then onto Black Belt. Grandmaster Evins ran out BB class tonight and it was great but challenging. We learned some new self-defenses (at least they were new to me) that we need to know for testing so it was good to practice them. I am finding our new self-defenses to actually be pretty fun and...

Hi! Today was a good day since I finished my essay that I had to write in reading class.  I also got a 100 on my science project!

today I went to school and learned about how the Egyptians mummified people! Also we went to the black belt class and did a ton of pushups! then we had pizza for dinner!

today was great I got my ELA team to start doing real work, I got a 94 on a chemistry exam, and had a great class with Grand Master Evans.

Woke up today and went to work. After work went to Black belt class with Charlie and Anna. It was a surprise to see Master Evens, we did a lot of pushups. Not going to lie, it was nice to have the pushup portion over. Then came home to a quiet night of pizza and a movie with the family.

Hola!! Yesterday was a good day. I came back from school and went straight to my class. From there we went to Tae Kwon Do. I did my mentor session first and then we had sparring. It was really tiring as Master Marcus made us do a lot of sparring rounds. Then i helped the next class and got in my leadership credits. Finally i finished my mentee session as well. Yay! Today was the first day back in 2019 it was fun we had chocolate.after school I did 20 more requirements then after that I’m on my way to basketball practice and I might have to do a  scrimmage .so we can win 

Excited and happy to be back in class! Actually missed the smell of rubber mats and the sweaty air. Green stripe today so knocked out a lot of my kicks in between classes. Excited for the new year and the new curriculum that we have planned! Went to the gym and knocked out a couple more of my physical requirements, but with college starting back up next week, im going to have to tweak my schedule just a bit.  Hope everyone has had a good start to their new year!

I had a good day. My nanny came after a few days. I built a fort in my room out of blankets. I read my science book. I learned a lot like CO2 means carbon dioxide, CH4 means methane and H2O means water And I memorized some of the periodic table. I was reading almost the entire morning. I played MONOPOLY with my nanny after lunch. Then I went back to reading. I went to Code Ninjas after that. I watched my normal watching time then I finished almost all of my requirements before dinner. I am going to bed now.

Today I had to go back to school. It was a fairly good day. In Spanish we moved seats last class and now its one of those awkward silences during the entire class. Also in art we get to make a dress or tux out of recyclable materials. My group chose to do a dress and my friend is the model. The whole group compromised one a dress. He wanted something with empty cans so that he can call it "light weight armor". I think its going to turn out ok.

Happy late new year! Today I was tired of standing because after black belt class my dad came late so I had to wait for a while. When I came home at 9 o Clock I ate my dinner and here I am after what I did just writing my log.

Today I woke up and went to school, then I went to tkd and waited until sparring and took class.  Next I went home and had chicken wings.  Next I took a shower, did requirements and did my homework.

Today was my first day back from school since the break. Yesterday was a long and tiring day. I had school. I came back at 3.45pm and was really tired. I took a small nap and then headed out for my classes from 4.45pm. Then went to class and led and helped 6.15pm class. After that i worked with my mentee. My brother had to finish his class before we reached home at 8.15pm. I literally crashed into my bed. Finished my morning requirements and getting ready for school now.

today was tiring!!!!! we did our exercises in the morning then did the 5:30 class THEN we did the sparring class and then we went back home to eat and go to bed. All in all a stressful day.

today I went to school and we learned about astronomy! It was an interesting lesson! then I went home and did my exercises and then went to the 5:30 class and we played a game! then we went to sparing class!! finally we went home and then went to bed!

Wow, today I did my workout in the morning, which I regret, now having gone to a regular class at 5:30, followed by Master Markus' sparing class. All in all an exhausting day. In between I took down the Christmas decorations, kind of sad having that season over. Hard to believe the school year is half over.

Today I woke up at taekwondo because of the new years eve party at there.  We had donuts then I went back to my moms house. I did some requirements then took a nap, after that I plaued some bo4. 

 Today I’m going to open up the tae kwon do school for the first time of 2019.but before I’m going to run.then we might go see a movie later then go back and go get some ice cream or donuts.then build a fort and play on electronics like FORTNITE. have a good day 

Today I helped out with the 3:15 class and the 3:45 class then took the 4:15 class. I'm getting better at running longer without stopping and keeping better track of my exercises. 

Wy family and I went to the movies again today. This time we saw the new Spider Man movie. As we were watching the trailers, the trailer for A Silent Voice popped up and I got so excited. Its an anime movie and its been released for about a year, maybe two. But it hasn't been released in theaters in the U.S. But Its finally here!

Happy New Year King Tiger Family!   After a late night with friends and slacking a bit these past few days, had to grind hard today. Woke up early to hit the gym and knocked out 4.5 miles before heading home to finish up my book essay. Trying out this new protein rich diet that target muscle growth/recovery so lets hope it works! Today is Tuesday, which means it was back and shoulders day. Focused a lot on my pushups and tried out different variations. Knuckle pushups, wide pushups, diamond pushups, etc.  overall, productive day. Can't wait to start class tomorrow!

This has been a great 10 days off from work. I have really enjoyed spending time with family. Tomorrow the kids are back to school and I head back to work. The good part is only two days and then the weekend. Next week will the real test. It has been really good to just unwind and forget about some of my real-world responsibilities a bit. Although we were very productive over the break on requirements. We have bunch still ahead of us and I am excited for 2019. Good times and a great year ahead. Keep moving.

I watched my normal watching time. After that I went for a walk to get my miles in. After coming home I finished all my requirements just before dinner. I am going to bed now. 

Today was an interesting day, judging how I spent a lot of money today. My dad and I fixed a gutter outsied of our house because it was broken, and then we went to Best Buy to buy a new heaseth for my Xbox because I kinda broke my last one. And that was pretty expensive. I mean to think, that an Xbox headset, which cost $70 and takes a short time to produce, costs more than let's say, Black Ops 4 which took year's to produce, is really saying something. Well I hope you All enjoyed your New Year's!

Yesterday was a great day. I finished all my requirements and then in the afternoon we went to the greenway to do our run. I ran 2.5 miles in a steady pace. My dad and i ran the last mile together and I beat him by a few seconds. Getting ready for school now. My bus comes in 20 mins. Have back to back classes after I come from school.

Woke up exercised. About to go to lego store. Not very busy.

Yesterday  I went to the hornets game then I went to the hartles for there lock in it was fun we played limbo,jump the river,snow ball fight,and had pizza ????  it was amazing ????........and we did the count down and screamed..

There is just something so stressful about the last few days of break. You have the stress of trying to understand and actually do the homework, figuring out what classes you have the first day back, figure out what work is due sooner, thinking of midterms, having to wake up early soon, and just school in general. At least I have only two days of school this week. Why do teachers assign stuff to do over break? Just why? They complain about all the grading that they have to do, so a simple solution is to not give out as much stuff.

Hello. Today our friends left for Pennsylvania, it was great to see them. Hopefully we will see them before they return for Easter. We did our exercises, under some duress from one individual. I won't mention her name, but it sounds like Anna. We are looking forward to a quiet last day of vacation.

I had a good day. I took a break from exercise today because my essay took almost all day to finish. I am glad I got it done. I had my normal watching time in the evening. Happy New Year everybody! I had a great day yesterday. Finished most of my requirements in the morning. We went out for a pizza party lunch. Came back and watched a movie. I finished all my other requirements for the day. Our neighbour's were bursting a lot of fire crackers. We watched for a little and then went to sleep. School opens tomorrow :(

The kids woke up early today, despite being told to sleep late, after the late night last evening. We all did our exercises. We have started to do our daily Kicks, wish we had started a couple of weeks ago. Anna and I went for a walk with the dogs. We are currently awaiting the arrival of the Scarletts, great friends from Sara and my training in Rochester, NY. Should be a fun evening.

We always try to take any vacations around Christmas after Christmas. I'm not a big fan of crowds. So we are heading up to Pigeon Forge tomorrow for a few days. Unfortunately, its looking like rain in the forecast, but what can you do. Got my running shoes packed, which I desperately need some miles put in. I won't be doing a 7:19 mile anytime soon like Gould, who's complaining how slow that was. Bloody gazelle! These days, my philosophy is, if there's no angry predator chasing you, no need to run that fast. But I love his drive so, Run Gould Run!  Had the boy do some work today at the school. Taking off the painters tape on the baseboards. Stuff that's low to the ground where I don't want to be anymore. I had a good day. I spent almost the entire morning working on my second essay. I was finally able to finish it just after lunch. I watched after that. After my watching time me, my dad and my brother Eshan went for a little jogging and walking. I completed the rest of my requirement goals after that. I am going to bed now.

Apologies for not posting for the last two days, but here is the run down of the last few days:   December 25th (Christmas day): Woke up early and opened up presents with my family. Before I could sit down and enjoy breakfast, my sister and I found a stray male pitfall roaming around the back yard. Couldn't have been more than a couple months old. I asked my neighbors if the puppy was theirs but they said no. I tried approaching the dog but it seem scared and would keep its distance. But it was totally harmless. It kept walking around the neighborhood so I decided to follow it and see if someone was looking for them. After an hour, he seemed to trust me and followed me back home. After coming up to me, I could see that it was covered in dirt and he had scars around his...

today was great, we went for a run, came back and wrote our second essay about the "Art of War". Then we got subs and chilled out. We also made a birthday video for our Aunt. Then we did a movie marathon of the Kung fu panda series.

Today was a great day home with the kids. We all worked on essays and did our exercises. Then went for a 5 mile walk/run. In the afternoon we spent a couple of hours making a birthday video for one of our best friends.

Funny that 2018 is almost behind us. Every year I get older and the years seem to move faster. The solution for that problem is simple. change what you do. I hear it all the time, friends, family, and me, how time seems to move quicker than it used to. The length of time hasn't changed (thankfully). But what we do in that time is the problem. We are creatures of habit, and as we constantly repeat our behaviors, our minds go into cruise control and stop paying attention to the intricacies of the world around us. Sooo, the best medicine for that is to change it up. Change careers, create new challenges, drive slow in the fast lane, stuff like that. Even little changes can add new meanings. Fear is a great way to slow things down. The fear of walking away from our comfort bubble. The fear of starting...

Yesterday i did my empathy challenge. I chose to be mute as part of the challenge. It is one of the toughest thing ever. It was very difficult not to talk. I managed it pretty well; but i talked a few times. My dad extended my time for another 30 mins and then made me do additional burpees for talking. I feel sad for the people who are not able to talk. GOD has given us everything and i am thankful for that. I want to make sure i help people in need.

I had a good day. In the morning I completed some of my requirements and did 200 sit-ups! Before Tae kwan do class started I did another 100 sit-ups. By the way sit-ups are easy for me. After lunch I watched and then I completed the rest of my requirements. We went to the store after that. I am so proud of myself to be able to over achieve and get to 300. I am going to bed now.

Today I went to church and when I got home I played games. Then I FaceTimed my friends. And that sums up my day!

Today was a really good day, I watched an amazing movie, did my requirements, and spent time with my family.

Church was good today. It was about loving people the way God intended. There should be no bounds in loving people. God wants our love to be equal. We make that very hard the way this world works, which is how we have allowed it to become (over many generations). We all need to ask ourselves, how do you want to love people? How do you want to deal with people... not how you think it is expected or how they will expect you to. We should love people no matter what their race, creed, or color... not matter what their circumstance or where they come from... no matter what has happened in their lives or what they might believe. This hit me pretty hard today... I think we judge people very quickly in this world and social media makes it easy to do that. I know I do it. It...

Got up early and got some exercises done. Dad and I went on a run before church. Then we went to church and came home. We finished some stuff and working on cleaning my Lego room.

Today I woke up and got ready to go to black belt class.  I then did a mentee session.  After that I came home and played basketball and did some requirements, then I got on xbox and saw it was double xp on bo4 so im playing that now.

Yesterday was a great day. The Black Belt class was really good and lot of fun. We did a lot of poomsae, bo cho dan self defense and specials. We also did sinualae. After the class we came home and had our lunch. Then in the afternoon, we went to the greenway and my brother and i ran 2.5 miles. My parents did their daily walk. I ran the first mile in 10.45 mins and the second mile in 9 mins. Today i am doing my empathy training. I started in the morning. It is very hard not to talk. I had a paper and write what i want and give it to my parents.

I had a good day. I was excited for my play date today and I completed my requirements before I went for it. I reached all my goals for everything except running, jump rope rounds and pull-ups. After lunch, we went out for a walk. I got 1.5 miles done. After that I waited at the front door for my friend's dad to pick me up to go to his house. It was fun there. After that my dad picked me up from his house and we went to the gym to do pull-ups. When we got home I did jump rope rounds before eating dinner. I am going to bed now.

Today I went to Black Belt Class at the Lake Norman location and learned a few of my short stick forms and a few of the staff form. Then when I got home I did all of my physical requirements.

Today was my friends dads birthday. They had one of those chicken nugget platters from Chick-fil-a and I had like 20 chicken nuggets. I also taught people how to make paper cranes. I was also undefeated at Battle Ships. It was a good day.

Yesterday was another good day. This morning we woke up and went to Lake Norman for the weekend Black Belt class. My dad really wants me and my brother to start school and go to our normal classes as he feels it has been way too long a break. We did a lot of poomsaes, self defenses and staff and stick forms. The weather is really good today. I am going to the greenway to run with my brother and my dad and mom will do their daily walking there. The greenway is 3.5 miles.

I had a good day. I finished some of my requirements in the morning. For lunch we went to Olive Garden because it was my Dad's birthday and it is my favorite restaurant "yum". I went to code ninjas after that. I finished the rest of my requirements and did some extra of some things to. After dinner I finished my sparing rounds then I went to my bed. I am going to bed now.

Today was another fun family day at Bank of America Stadium watching the Belk Bowl (USC and UVA)… we got killed by UVA because our team was not playing well at all. It was a blow out of 28 to 0. Ridiculous. Enough about that. I think the thing that most impressed me was the people. Just great people here in the south. Nate and I went to the Men's room during half time. Nate went into a stall to use the bathroom, and had left his USC sweatshirt in the stall. We went all the way back to our seats before he realized he left it. We rushed back to the bathroom, and there it was hanging on the door for us to get back. No one took it. I was very impressed and thought out people in general. Although there are many people that do bad things in this...

Woke up got ready for the football game. Are team lost. Came home ran did exercises. Ate dinner, now writing this. 

Today my family and I went to go see the Aquaman movie. It really wasn't too good. The think that bothered me was that it was almost identical to the Barbie Mermaid Tail movies. Water person and human fall in love, have a kid, the mom goes back to the ocean, kid grows up and gets powers, they have to go an a quest to find these magical items to overthrow evil family member, they succeeds, and the mom comes back. It was a long movie too.

I woke up early today, well, early for me at least. My cousins and I went to Top Golf at 9am, and I wasn't that bad. I wasn't great. But I wasn't horrendous. Ever since my family has been over, it's been hard for me to have a consistent schedule with my requirements, but I'm still trying to do a few of each everyday.

Today I woke up and took a shower, next I did my requirements.  After that I went to my grandparents house and went on a run.  Now im doing whatever.

I timed my mile today, and let me tell you, that for me, I felt disappointed. I ran a 7:19 mile and ever since the summer my mile has just gotten slower. I need to start taking more chances to go on runs so I can get my mile back up to at least a 6:30.
