MY legs are killing me!!! I went to the gym before taking Saturday sparring and black belt class. Sparring class was intense, we worked on speed and making actual physical contact. We did kicks and headshots with minimal pads on, its been a minutes since I've been kicked to the head. I still don't like it, but its not as bad. One girl in the class was an awesome sparrer and I hope I get the chance to spar her again.
I've been feeling sore all week, but the soreness doesn't go away because I have not taking a rest day. But I decided to chill on Sunday. Rest, meal prep, and hang out with my cousins. I haven't seen my cousins in week because we all been working so hard this summer.
