Its Monday. Doing requirements, but ready to TKD class tomorrow.

Still recovering from this weekend, my right leg is let me know that I might have just pushed a little bit. Thank you ibuprofen. Now looking forward to this weekend, if I can get a1/2 day off.

Today felt very long and sluggish. Tomorrow should feel more normal. Just realized that we don't have any more BB weekend classes so I'm going to have to train harder during the weekdays.

Today was a good day. Nothing bad happened at school and I got all my requirements done. So today was a successful Monday. Yay

Today was a okay day, nothing really good or bad happened. I went to school and did my work and talked to my friends. My sister had gymnastics today and while she was doing that I did homework and requirements. So far this day has been pretty much normal.

Tomorrow I have a huge German test already and its only been like 3 weeks of school. so yeah been studies alot for that. High school isnt that much diffrent from middle school its just alot harder and the grades u get will actally matter. so  kinda stressed over the test becasue tests are 70% of ones grade. bomb one test and game over. 

Today at cub scouts we had a man from the Knights of Columbus come and talk to us about raising money for the needy.  It would be part of my pack's community service and we will be giving out tootsie rolls, and hoping people give a donation at the harris teeter. 

I can't what till friday because it is my birthday september 19th and thats when I am a year older :) ! Today at school we were finishing up all the 9/11 things in most of our classes its really sad what happened! But other than that I can't wait till my birthday!!!!!!!

I'm doing my journal entry on my ipad and I think it is soooooo annoying how the touchscreen clicks something else but anyways today was ok I'm listening to music right now, I'm getting sidetracked, today in social studies we did our script for Break Free and we were supposed to do this parody about Christianity it was fun, we took the videos today. I did handstands and accidentally fell over and my friend did it in slow motion so it was pretty funny, over all today is fun.

ughh! finally!I really couldn't get my iPad to get the tip that I'm trying to do my journal!!!!!'

Today was a good day. I had home school today and now i'm just hanging out until time to go to cub scouts. We have our popcorn meeting tonight. last year I sold $1000 worth of popcorn and was able to be in the scout fishing tournament. I hope I can do good this year too.

Wow...what a great weekend! The PMAA seminar was a lot of fun, and also learned some great things. I liked how we would switch back and forth between 2 sticks, hands, 1 stick, hands, etc... It was also fun to meet some new folks and train with different partners.

Today were going to Georgia to go to my grand fathers house Were REALLY excited because we haven't seen them in a lloonngg time

Great weekend of training in Myrtle Beach. I really love the PMAA stuff. I am usually teaching TKD classes when the PMAA classes are being taught, so I don't train very regularly, but then when we do a concentrated training like this weekend, I get re-energized and feel the need for regular training again! Going to try to change up some scheduling after the BB cycle so that I can get back on a schedule with PMAA and maybe be able to test for my 2nd Lakan sometime next year! Great time this weekend with all of our King Tiger Peeps! Met some new friends and hung out with some old.....I was happy to see so many of our BB candidates there. I think they had fun!

Positive day - -up early to start requirements - -take grandma to airport- - then off to work. Just realized after looking at my book, it's kind of a mess, got soaked on Saturday, that I have entered requirements on the wrong days --yikes - -think I got it fixed. Lesson learned put the glasses on next time. It is going to be a good week!!!!!

Really enjoyed the seminar.  The ride back went pretty well. Now i got to get back to my routine. 

Today was a decent day. Nothing to speical or important. just went to church and back and chilled for the day. getting ready for the next week of school. :/

Today was fun, my arm still hurt a little bit from the jellyfish sting bit it was ok. It was the first time that i have been stung by a jellyfish and i hope its the last. Well today was fun, we went to China Bistro for my dads b-day. I'm exited for tomorrow because we have to write this song about religion and tomorrow my group is filming wit the ipads. :)

Yesterday at the defy gravity thing it was AWSOME! I enjoyed a lot of it and the rest was just even more fun :-) I got to jump on things, and off things then ballence on other things. It was great and I would do it again.

Dinner!!!!we went to China Bistro to celebrate my dads birthday, even if its tomorrow. It was nice, even if it was the first birthday with only five family members. :(.

I was able to go to church this morning and tonight. I watched the panthers game. Go Panthers! I even got my workout done.

Great time at the PMAA seminar! Brain on definite overload but still had a blast, it just takes me alot longer to process things but it's all good. Good drive back, stopped and got peaches then onto domestic duties. Requirements not great today but ok with it. Going to bed if a few, shoulder hurts, yup over did it, and hopefully not getting sick. Tomorrow will be another day and fresh start to the week.

Just got back from PMAA training in Myrtle Beach this weekend. I had a wonderful time, felt like I learned a lot and built a stronger relationship with others from King Tiger. I really enjoyed the experience & looking forward to participating in more trips and the next PMAA training. I spent a lot of time thinking & discussing my future in taekwondo this weekend and I am so excited for my future. I took the weekend off from requirements while I was out of town so tomorrow morning I am ready to get up early and get back in my routine.

Today I went to a soccer tournament in South Carolina.  The two games that I played were my first games of the season.  Even though we lost both of the games, I was still happy that I got to play.  

wow what a weekend. The PMAA seminar was awesome, loved seeing so many King Tigers students that made it. Can't wait till next year. Now for the PMAA black belts the Saturday training and Sunday training was a big help for all of us.

today I just stayed at home and didn't really do anything.

Today we have three birthdays, Master Richie, Master Thamm and the most important Emma Burkart, all September 13, still got a little done before all the parties had a good day.

My day today started very late. I think from my lack of sleep this week I finally got a full rest and made up. After I woke up I went straight to the gym and did my requirements and then started my homework,that surprisingly I don't have a lot of! Later I'm going to go grocery shopping with my mom and my day will end!! It's been a relaxed Sunday:)

I Had A Very Long Day Today. I Got Up At 6:45 This Morning For Black Belt Class And Another Tkd Class. Then We Wentto the fair. I Rode So Many Rides With My Brother And Sister. It Was Fun But We Are All Very Tired!

today I woke up and went strait to the corral beach resort and then to the beach to get to the PMAA training seminar. the seminar was awesome, we did lots of stick and hand to hand training and I learned a lot of new stuff. after getting out of PMAA I went back to the hotel and packed to go home and see my dad. and one I got home with my mom and sister I talked to dad about what I did this weekend and I watched captain America the winter soldier and that was cool.

Today I had a great time at the beach. PMAA was fun with all the Masters though i didn't really recognize them without their doboks. At first. We learned some new forms. We had some fun when we did some attacking and some blocks in the water. Overall it was great, especially when I got stung by a jellyfish. (I'm sarcastic about the jellyfish part.)

Home!!!!!!!we got homelike at 6. We had pizza and watched 'Ip Man'. Its a rated R movie, about a chinese guy who practeices martial arts, and is really good. It was a good movie, filled with blood, poverty and martial arts.

Did Saturday BB Class in Mint Hill. Mom and Dad brought home Shrimp and Crab Legs for dinner this afternoon....YUM

today Master Shin was at the beach resort for training so at sparring it was a pretty small class, we had a total of 10 people show besides that we made it a very good class we also were sweating like crazy so when I came home I did requirements and took a shower. :)

tonight my uncle came home from the army. We're hoping to go to the Panthers game with him.

Today I watched the ECU at VT game the Kansas at Duke game and now the Georgia at South Carolina game.

Hello brain overload! Awesome time last night and today now lets see how much I can remember. Got some requirements done and if I had this beach as my back yard the requirements would be done. Will log everything when I get back, book got soaked so drying out.

Today we got back from Durham. We had a really fun time but i am glad to be home. I am really tired from the drive so i have not done much and do not plan to do much. Maybe i'll do a little bit though.

We arrived in Myrtle Beach at around 8:30/9:00. We went to the resort pool and we had fun swimming in the dark. I'm excited to do PMAA on the beach.

Today my mom sister and i are at Murtle Beach right now. Of course i had a problem with the Internet.

Today is Friday so I am getting ready for the week end. I will just be staying at home.

OK final doctor visit today ready to get back to work all cleared by the doctor but no flip flops not beach sand and limited activities for eight more days, then I should have my orhodics made and ready to insert into any shoe to provide me hip and foot support that need, so tested it out a little today Burkart out

I went to school today and completed most of my requirements for the day. I then went to two classes at King Tiger. When I got home I cooked my dinner on the fire pit. We then cooked S’mores. It poured down rain after we finished.

today was a normal school day that would be on fridays we toke tests and played games that would be on a computer or reading the whole day in different classes. My favorite class is GYM because your not sitting all the time and your up and running.

Today is Friday. YAY! I actually have nothing to do tonight, finally. Tomorrow I am going to king tiger mint hill bright and early at 8 to go over some of our forms that we need to know. That is going to be a good review for me.

To night was a mentee night worked on staff form 1 & 2 ,we are getting there. Looking forward to tomorrow PMAA seminar, but sad my wife will not be coming to Myrtle Beach with me. She is sick.

I have tons of homework. plus 3 quizzes or tests for tomorrow. I had an orthodontists appointment. I skipped all first period, and half second. It ends up, im getting braces the 16 of october.

Today I got in another leadership creadit in.Otjer wise it was just a regular day.

Today I went over Wong ho 1, staff form, basic form 3, korio, and my self defense in my mentee session. And I look forward to the defy gravity thing we are doing over the week end. :-)

Today I did a lot of work at school and so I am happy about that. I also began sending out my kicks for kids letters wile Tori was in gymnastics. My dad came home today and I was happy about that. All in all I had a good productive day.

Today my iPad cracked when accidentally dropped it. My dad will take it to get the screen fixed but I am still sad  

Today we had a testing at the LKN school. We have 5 new bochodan black belts for the next cycle.

Today went to school then came and went to taekwondo. Tonight I am helping my youth group clean up after the football game. We leave for the beach for the PMAA training first thing tomorrow morning...very excited.

This morning the internet was down so i could not journal as early as i had hoped. Yesterday i got almost all of my requirements done despite my having to do school except i went to bed pretty late. That night my granddad was showing us a video on the computer and my little sister got his lap to watch and the chair he was sitting on broke! So we had a hard time getting that fixed but we manged. Today we went to the Durham Life and Science Center. We had a lot of fun and did so many cool things. It was so hot outside but we got ice cream at this little cafe. There was this one place where you push a button and mist comes out of tubes in the ground. The mist was so cool and refreshing it felt so good. My dad had to work...

Crazy day!!! Doctors appointment lasted longer than expected so it snowballed for the rest of the day. Just got home now need to scramble so I can get out to Monroe by 7:00. Unfortunately no TKD tonight other obligation but all is good. I am looking forward to being off tomorrow and the weekend. Maybe there will be a little light at the end of the tunnel for catching up.

I had school today and it was cool. I learned about the 9/11 which was the planes that were trying to hit the twin towers the pentagon and the white house, it was really sad, and scary i wished it had never happened.

Today i had art at school. It was boring. I was very dissapppointed.

Today I did a presentation in civics class. I think I got a good grade. It felt like a really long day today and it isn't over yet because I still have tae kwon do tonight. Yay! I hope I will survive.

I Had Homeschool Tkd Today. It Was A Good Class. I Got To Lead. After Class We Had Chinese For Lunch. It Was Very Good!

Today is the 13th anniversary of 9/11 and I pray for those who gave their lives to help everyone that day and for the ones who didn't make it. R.I.P

Yesterday in class we did something called the ladder, where you have to do 10 pushups, 10 situps then 9 of each, 8 and so on.  It was not fun because you have to start over every time someone messes up, and we started over twice.   

Today was a normal day for me, and followed the everyday routine! I woke up and went to school, after going to the gym and finishing my requirements I went home. I've started to notice a difference in my strength and change in muscle tone! Since there was color belt testing there was no class today but I had lots of homework to make up for the time!

Testing went very well and barely anyone cried! :D  I got slot of stuff done between testings.  Hopefully tomorrow goes just as well. 

today was ok... at school during social studies i email my friends so i'm sort of a rebel but... it still fun!:)

What is it with Wednesdays- - -requirements in a different world today - - -no excuses I will do what I need to do to be able to take Friday off and enjoy the weekend. I will say it was an adventure tonight, grandma, white hairs, the fur balls, Pint and Fu Man Chu - -try to figure that one out.  

Another busy day. I spent my day at school in the morning, afternoon getting my physical requirements and homework completed and finished the night at church in Awana. I was able to recite 2 of my bible verses tonight. I have 2 more bible verses to get my Awana tshirt and 3 more until I can earn my lanyard. We get to sing songs, read the bible and play games. I really like going to Awana.

Today I helped out with testing at the LKN King Tiger location. It was lots of fun. Everybody I saw broke their board eventually! No Kiddies cried! :D

Looking forward to this weekend, PMAA seminar.But may be a little late getting in on Friday, my wife has to work a half day. The good thing is I got 3 days off from work and I can sleep in on Friday ,Saturday, and Sunday.

Hurt my back this morning and didn't get much done because of it. Plus we had color belt testing so, yeah, day was a bust as far as requirements go. But we did have an hour in between testings so I made the Lake Norman candidates do their stuff :) Gonna try and get to the chiropractor tomorrow!

today instead of going to TKD, mom insisted that we go to champions. (champions an activity that we sometimes do instead of swimming, like dry land)She said that since we have been missing so many practices, that we go to this. We worked pretty hard. My sister and I did 20 pull ups when we were outside waiting.

Tomorrow I have my mentee session. I hope to review a lot. Such as Wong ho one and basic form 3. Looking forward to it. :-)

Today I went to school and did my work for science, Spanish, and history. Then I went to tae kwon do and did my second day of white belt challenge and forgot my book again (this whole forgetting my black belt book is becoming a problem). Then I did a mentee session and we did poomsaes and self defense. After the TKD classes I did my history homework.

Today and Tomorrow are belt testing for king tiger Lake Norman so I got to help it is fun to look back on this and say I remember I remember when I tested for this belt
