Candidate Journals

Hello and good bye to a typical Monday. Dropped off the kids at school, went to Mint Hill to pick up my customers drapes, then off to Myers Park to install them. Arrived at the customers house and the painters are painting in the room where the drapes go. Client looks at me and says, "Is that going to be a problem?" That happens more times than I would like, so income was low today. The price of the self employed. Still, I wouldn't change it for the world. I had this argument with my wife's uncle one time about self employment and being an employee. There are definite pros and cons to each one. My wife's uncle thought I was an idiot for not being employed by a nice large corporation. He was telling me about job security, pensions, paid time off, and so on. I made my points of...

I really, really, really hate Mondays. Just switching from the weekend to the week and going to school like that is so weird and brutal. Cuz then I have to wake up at 6 to go to the gym. We go to Planet Fitness and there was a screen that said "Monday Motivation". It just made it worse. Then it said "T.G.I. Monday". Now, I love Planet Fitness. It's the best gym ever, but not everybody likes Mondays. 

Today I stared my white belt challenge. When I first got to class one person was there he asked me "why are you wearing a white belt". I told him about the white belt challenge. More people came in and asked me the same question. When class stared I was in the very back I was behind everyone. Today was red strip week. So I got a lot of requirements done.

Today in the morning I got done with some requirements before going to school. At school I had to prepare for a test that will be on Tuesday. So far I am almost done with my daily requirements and I am keeping up with the cycle.  

Dr. Seuss anyone? I almost had two or three of his books memorized when Connor was younger. One Fish Two Fish, Sam I am, and many more. I found out it's a good way to practice for public speaking. If you can read Dr. Seuss books out loud and fluidly, than you can keep your self from sounding like an idiot in front of people. I know, it's hard to believe that I actually sounded more like an idiot than I already do, but just ask my wife, she can tell you all my peccadilloes though out our marriage. And it seemed I had the gift of spewing out of my mouth the first thing that came to mind regardless of tact, timing, or appropriateness. Fortunately, I have had the opportunity of spending the night in a Holiday Inn Express, and now I rarely make a fool of myself. I hope...

To day was a regular day for me. Woke up,, ate breakfast, waited a little bit, went to the gym did requirements, and played xbox. I'm still not done with my requirements for the day but I will be soon. I would like to ask, how is everybody else's day? Was it good, normal, surprising, or bad? Hopefully it wasn't bad. Anyways, good day!

Wasn't able to log in to edit my journal and other stuff yesterday for some reason but it is back up today. 2 Blackbelt classes over 2 days and can definitely feel the soreness. I may not be able to go to next weeks saturday blackbelt class (still waiting on confirmation for something I comitted to before the cycle started) but still going to do spend most of my weekend working on requirements. 

Today is the first day I could type in my requirements. So far I have done my running, but I am going to do more later.  Today is a good day.

This morning, I took sparring class and black belt class and had a good workout. In sparring class we worked on round house kicks and cut kicks and ended up with some stretching which really helped. Durng black belt class, we worked on our first don self defense and new Pawgway Pomsaes. Overall, we had a good day.

Man, it's been way too long since I've been to a sparring class, and how I miss it. What a great time! Even though I feel I attack in slow motion, it's just something about moving around and dodging, weaving, and attacking that just makes for a manly day. A cool thing happened to me today. One of the parents of a kids in the sparring class, told his son he was going across the street for a little while. I, in my usually joking matter, said "I'll take a pineapple surf" which is my favorite drink from Smoothie King. Even though he know I was just making a joke, he came back with a pineapple surf, which his son presented to me. That kind of generosity knocks my socks off, and that smoothie felt so good going down after a sparring class. Thank you to the sir that bought that....

Today I went to Saturday Black Belt Class. I learned my Specials. I got to do a lot of things and I was proud of that. Today is also Chinese New Year so I am making easy Chinese paper lanterns. I am going to be looking up a video on how to make a Chinese paper lantern it is going to be awesome. I am going to make five paper lanterns for Chinese New Year. They are all going to be different colors they are going to look awesome!!!Today was a awesome day!!!!

I am finally able to edit my requirements on the site. It took forever. I just want to say thank you Master Chelley for all the hard work you have put into this to make it so I can edit my requirements. I really appreciate it. :) I makes me feel good to see the one or two green bars on the list. It reminds of the last cycle. Yet again, I was in shape then and only had one or two reds. Thanks for all the hard work and have a great a great night!

Today I had my Chinese New Year Celebration. I had spring rolls and dumplings. My celebration was good!

Read more, swear less, use your polite words, and always be good to your mama. Fridays are good for two things, eating out and reflection of the week. Though we rarely eat out anymore, we splurged today with some Jim n Nicks. So, it's now time to burn the 1500 plus calories I just gorged myself on down in the Batcave. If only food didn't taste so good, we would never have these issues of eating like a hippo that just got done with a three day fast. Ever wonder how food encompasses every part of our life? If you don't believe me, try telling your wife that your family is going to visit some friends around 5:00. "What do we need to bring?" wife says. I say, "Nothing, they already have food." Now comes the glare of silence, which even blind men feel it's burning effect. "You can't go to...

Got off work early and going to attend my first black belt class in awhile.. Granted most Adult classes end up being black belt classes :p I forgot how much work cycle is (guess I got lazy these past few months) but definitely feeling the difference of actually being sore and tired. I know I said it last time, but once again I am remembering how much I really hate running. I would rather do another 10k pushups and situps then have to run another mile. Hopefully I will be awake in time for sparing class tomorrow but will be at the Saturday black belt class! 

Still waiting for Connor and I to be added to the 2017 candidates. Poor Master Chelley Hartle, I have to send her another email. Sorry Ma'am, I know it's not you. Great black belt class with Master Cavaso. Worked on my new staff form. Connor is doing soccer on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well and that's turning out to be fun. Fortunately, his coach, Todd Bogess, used to have a kid in King Tiger at Lake Norman and he knew all about the black belt cycle, so he was fine me pulling Connor out before practice was over to run to King Tiger. It's definitely going to add some excitement to the Foster family. Keeping pounding 2017 Spring candidates. We need to work on a team name for our cycle. Throw some ideas out if anyone reads this.

Well, the cycle officially started and I can finally log on to the website to edit my requirements. I was never good at these journal entries but going to work on this cycle to get better. Have I ever mentioned how much I hate running? 

OWWW!! Today in sparring class I clashed knees with another red belt. It really hurt and still does. I just hate that I'm supposed to put pressure on it because then it hurts worse. Then when I was jump roping earlier today I would go so fast that when I messed up it would go in between my toes and cause me so much more pain. Man, I could barely do pushups today my arms were so sore. I need to get back in shape so I'll be able to work out more. Well, good night every one!

I must have blocked out the soreness of the last cycle when I first started. Man, I'm out of shape, unless you consider pear shape acceptable. Waking up in the morning with that "what happened last night?" feeling. Like I took on an entire platoon of fierce ninjas followed by a herd of crazed wildebeest. The good news is it will get better once I stop whining and get used to the workouts. 

I think I worked out a little too much today. I'm honestly not sure how I have the strength to type this. I a lot of pushups and sit ups in the morning, 30 of each, did 100 more in my regular class, did 60 burpies in that class, Then I helped out with family class which wasn't a sweat but When it came down to adult class, that's when the pain really kicked in. I felt so sore that I wanted to fall asleep there. I think I'll take it more often though because inst. Leiberman told it was really good for requirements. But there's only so much you can do in one day, especially time wise. Well good luck every one and have a good night!

Today I got my mentor. At school I made a Chinese new year poster. I also did a painting. I painted a baby hen, because the up coming year is the year of the rooster. My painting had grass around the hen and the grass had little blue flowers in it. The hen is yellow and it is  coming out of a white egg.

Today is 1/24. I have not chosen my mentor yet,but I know who I am going to ask. I also went to Black Belt Class today and I learned half of my first staff form. This is something that I am very excited about.  Today was a good day.

Today I felt really good! I still have a cough, but no fever! I'm really glad about that! I got to school on time and had a pretty good day! I ususually have yoga on Mondays at school! 

Today was a gloomy, gloomy day. I went to school only to collect my 3 pounds of homework. It's crazy because of snow make up schedules, that I'll have band for the next 3 days. That's honestly a little too much for me. However I did find someone to mentor today, so that was one good thing. Thankfully, Master Chelley approved it. However I am a little worried about the leadership credits where I have to help and assist with a class. You see, my school dismisses at 4:15. Then I go straight to king tiger on a bus. I get there at 5:15. My class is at 5:30, so I cant get a credit if I'm only a class for half the time, so I'm worried. But, I think I'll pull out. Good Night! 

Today is Monday so it was hard to do requirements and all of my school work. I had to go to school and we had to do a MATH MAP TEST, but I got things done it was a good day.

Nice rainy day, but Connor and I got in our run before the deluge came in luckily. Is anyone else having trouble with the website than myself?  Anyway, church was enlightening and then got some work done on the lake house. Called a friend I haven't talked to for years and really enjoyed catching up. It's fun to reconnect and find out that I'm not the only one getting older. Like texting your good friends daughter to babysit the kids. It wasn't that long ago (it seems) that you visited her in the hospital when she was born. Now she's driving and babysitting my kids. Maybe I should have started having kids earlier? Nah. Keep strong out there! Like wood pecker lips

For me, today was a short and quick day. It was the day after my birthday party so my friends left around 11 and then my family and I went to the gym. It was a good workout but I think I overworked myself a little.  Then we went home and after some rest I got some more requirements in. Then we just chilled. Excited to be heading toward my second Dan! 

Today in the morning my dad, brother, and I were 30 minutes late for sparring class. Instead my brother took family class and my dad and I took black belt class. After that, we went to lunch at Harris Teeter and a late lunch. For dinner we had ribs which tasted great for dinner and enjoyed ourselves for the rest of the evening.

This cycle, I told myself I will not procrastinate and get a jump on everything. Of course, that doesn't mean I'm organized yet. Today, me and the boys showed up for sparring class 30 minutes late. I made the assumption (never a good idea) that sparring class started at 9:30. Wrong! Of course, in my defense, the schedule is not on the website. But I have phone numbers to call or text, so there isn't any good excuse I can give myself. Note to self, stay on top of of things. Like my old favorite saying, "What you got in your pack, is what you got in your pack."  This cycle is really cool for me because I get to do it with my oldest son, Connor. We will be able to keep each other accountable and hopefully motivated. We might also kill each other by the end of this as...

Today I went to a Saturday Black Belt class. We were reviewing things for the black belt cycle.  At the end of class Master Evins mada a little meeting with the whole class.  And he said if your were not sure if you are on the cycle, to come to him.  I was not sure so I went to him and I asked him if I was on the black belt cycle, and he said yes.

Today was pretty normal I went to school and worked on some assignments. After school I helped my mom get some dog food and got some lunch at Cabo (a Mexican restaurant). After that I went to work and taught classes then I came home and had dinner. 

Today was a pretty relaxing day I just stayed home and worked on a little homework and hooked up my PS2 and played that for a while. After that my family and I watched the season seven premier of The Walking Dead and with no spoilers said it was a good but sad episode for sure. If you watch the show and haven't seen the episode yet, please hurry this will be a huge topic of conversation until next weekend. 

Today was a pretty good day I went to the ear doctor and my ear health has been improving drastically and after almost eighteen years of ear problems it is a relief to hear that I am outgrowing this. Afterwards I presented an economics and I got an A and everyone loves As. After that I got home and relaxed before work. Then I got dinner with a friend of mine who is back in town from college for fall break. Overall a great day!

Today I didn't have to go to school as it as a PSAT test day and as a senior I didn't have to take the test so I got to stay home today. But I wasn't home much I was mostly driving my Mom  around, whom is in a cast due to foot surgery. I drove her to the grocery and Costco and then we got lunch. After lunch I went home and turned around to go to work. Now I am going to sleep and be prepared for school tomorrow. 

     Today during first period (ELA), we had our first annual Locker Inspection. We had like 40 minutes to clean our book-bags, folders, and of course our lockers. Then my teacher looked through everyone's locker. In Careers Class, we started to learn about stocks and the stock market. During Science, we had to do this around the world thing around the class room and identify things, if they were a Chemical or Physical Change. And if you don't know what it is LOOK IT UP.      That's all for today. P.S.      This is my final journal, so goodbye forever. 

     Today was the first meeting of BETA Club. Its this thing for smart kids, who's grade average for each class most be 92.00 or above. Well I missed the club, it starts at 8 am and I got to school at 8:35. I had accidentally slept in and totally forgotten, so I ended up missing it. I wasn't the only one though. So i asked a classmate who is also in it what we did and it wasn't much. We started codding for the first time in Computer Skills, it was a little hard. During Social Studies, 9 kids (including me) were chosen to reenact guerrilla warfare that was used in the Revolutionary War. We pretended we were Patriots hiding behind desk and our teacher was a British soldier. He counted down from 5 and we threw stuffed animals at him.       That's all for today.

     Today during ELA had a 10 question on a short story called The Soft Rains Will Come. The story is written in the past during World War II and it talks about the future. What happens is that there is this huge nuclear bast and everyone and everything is destroyed, except a house. Its a futuristic house that can clean itself, make food, and even talk. It still operates even thought the owners are gone. But it ends up getting destroyed by a fire.        That's all for today.

     Today I had stayed over at one of my friends house. We didn't got  to sleep till like 4 am, so we slept till 12 pm. We played little bit of basketball, football, and soccer. We would've played some PS4, but he has already gotten 3 lunch detentions and his parents have taken in it away from him. Lucky for us, we went to one of our school friend's house and played PS4 there. There was suppose to be like 3 other people to come but they couldn't. Anyway, we played like 1 game of FIFA 17, in which I won 2-0. Then I played 2 games of Madden 16, in which I won both with my Steelers.      That's all for today.

Today was a good day, I worked all morning on homework and college essays. After that I watched the Panthers' game with my Dad and I enjoyed it up until we lost but its okay we will and can bounce back. After I had a couple of friends come over and work on a test together. Now I am working on a class plan and getting ready to relax for the day.

Today I ran 1 mile in the morning. After that I got ready for the AAU. I was excited because I was my first time going to a tournament for Tae Kwon Do. I did my poomsae and I got in second place. Then I came home and ate lunch at Olive Garden. Then we came home and I did my homework. I did my homework for 2 hours. I also watched tv for 1 hour. Then I played outside for a little while with my friends. I played soccer and football with them. Then I went inside to eat dinner. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night.  

     Today I turned in my projects for ELA. There was this short story we read an how to choose 3 small projects from a total of 9. I thought it was due today, so I worked most of it last night. The sad thing was that it was actually due tomorrow. But its good anyway because I had had to work on a math study guide and it took me 1 hour. In Careers Class we did this game called Coffee Shop on this game site called Cool-Math. It had to do with business stuff. Anyway the person who earned the most money a king sized candy of there choice. Well this kid I know got over $300 in 14 days! I only got around $57. Anyway he chose Warheads for his candy.       That's all for today.

Today I ran 1 mile. Then I went to school. My bus didn't come on time so I got to school by car. We did a lot of things in school. After school I came home and ate a snack. Then I did my homework for 2 hours. Then I ate downstairs and ate dinner. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night

     Today I didn't have any school today so I woke up around 10:30 am. When I woke up I had breakfast, brushed my teeth and took a shower. I then started working on a ELA project that is due tomorrow. After I was done, I did all my requirements. My mom took my sister and me to the movie theater where we watched Middle School: Worst Years of My Life. The movie was alright, but there was a lot of people. After that I had a late lunch at Chipotle. I came home and got ready for Tae Kwon Do.       That's all for today.

Man I love half days I get to get home even earlier than usual! I have enough credits so I get to leave a whole hour and a half early most days which is amazing. So today I got home at 10:30 so I worked on my college application some more and worked on a project and it was lovely. I wish all days could be this nice and short but then I wouldn't appreciate it as much. I'll take it whenever I can though!

Today I ran 1 mile in the morning. Then I got ready for school. Today was a half-day today so we didn't do any work in school. I came home and watched tv for a little while. Then I started on my homework. After that I got ready for Tae Kwon Do. I did sparring class. After that I came home and ate dinner. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night.  

      Today I had my first class for Computer Skills. Basically, in each of the two semesters, one will be PE and the other will be 6 weeks of Health, 6 weeks of Computer Skills, and 6 weeks of Fit Lab. I have just finished Health and now going into Computer Skills. I hear that the teacher is nice, but the class is boring, and I agree all she did was talk. But it was in a boring way of talking, if you know what I mean. Then during Math, we had now homework again. Probably because we have no school tomorrow. Ha, jealous.       That's all for today.

I didn't have school today so I spent the time to apply to some colleges I finished an entire application today and started another one I will be glad when this is done. While the process is not fun I do enjoy the thought of going to my top pick so I am excited to know if I am accepted in a couple of months!

Today I ran 2 miles in the morning. After that I got ready for school. We learned a lot of new things during school. I came home and ate a snack. Then I started on my homework. After my homework I went to a restaurant because today was my moms birthday. We came back around 9:30. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night. 

     Today during ELA, we went to the Library as usual. I picked out the book that talked about the Top 10 stuff about Football. My class also went to the Book Fair. There was this theme, which was Pirates. The weird thing about this school's book fair is that they sell t-shirts. Math was really easy today, we don't have any homework either.        That's all for today.

     When I woke up today, I was still tired from the over night test. My parents told me i had to wake up, because I had to go to Ikea. I was so tired the whole time, just walking and walking. After about a hour we had lunch their, food was actually pretty good. I had Chicken Fingers with Fries and a piece of Chocolate Cake. Then we shopped for another 30 minutes. After that my dad again told me I had to do all my requirements or I couldn't watch football.        That's all for today.

What a great weekend!!  Had a blast on Saturday at testing - -everyone did fantastic!!!  Even though Saturday was a complete washout with the rain it was still a great weekend.  Did domestics mostly around the house today but took fur ball for some extra walks since it was so nice out.

Friday was the overnight black belt test. I got to Tae Kwon Do around 9:45. Everyone was inside practicing before the test. I practiced my poomsae and self-defense. The test began around 10:30. We did everything we know, like staff forms and poomsaes and self-defense. We got to do knife defense and bolo forms too. The test ended at 4:30. I came home ate 5:00 and took a rest. I got up at 10:00 and got ready for the public test that was in Lincoln Charter school. We sparred and did our staff form. After that I came home and ate lunch. Then I did some of my homework for 2 hours. Then I played inside for 1 hours. I came downstairs and ate pizza for dinner. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night.   

Last night during the overnight testing when I wasn't doing my stuff up front I was trying to keep the kids quiet. By the end of testing I felt like I was dying.

Yes testing was long and hard, but I also had fun. Somehow I had forgotten that this is so much fun. I loved it as we each dealt with our performance anxiety. Amazingly, about 2:30 AM, we had all settled down and for me that was when the fun began. It is such a privilege to practice and train with athletes at the top of their game. I've gotten some rest (after my cat fussed at me for a solid ten minutes about dragging in at 4:30 in the morning. That cat thinks he is my father. I think he grounded me). Now it is time to finish strong at the public test. We need a t-shirt that says we tested during a hurricane, you can't scare us!

Today I did my requirements in the morning, afterwards I went out to lunch. When I got home I practiced a little bit. I just finished eating dinner and i'm getting stuff ready for testing.

     Today I had a either a test or quiz in every class. I had 10 question quiz in ELA. It was much better than our last test when my teacher said it was around 45 questions, then it became like 95 questions in total. In my next class which was Health, I had like a 25 question test on everything we had learn in class. Then in Math we had a unit test on Scientific Notations. Then finally I had a unit test in Science.        That's all for today.

Today I got up early and ran 2 miles. Then I got ready for school. We did a lot fun things in school today. I came home and got ready for TKD. Today was the last mentor session so we practiced everything we could before the black belt test tomorrow. I came home and ate dinner Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night. 

I am finally finished my requirements and I am super duper happy. are you ready, am I ready I asked you first but kind of in a way I am ready

Today I had school, of course, and it wasn't all that. When I got home I did most of my requirements and practiced some forms. When I was at TKD between then end of all the classes, that I had to teach, and sparring, that I taught have of, I practiced forms with Master Chelley.

Today I got up early and ran 2 miles. Then I got ready for school. We learned a lot during school. I came home and ate a snack. I also got ready for TKD. I was going to do sparring class today because I need the last sparring credit before Black Belt Testing. I came home and ate dinner. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night.  

Today I had to take a psychology test and I was frustrated for even though I studied for hours to prepare for this test I still didn't feel confident going in. I was nervous and I wish that I studied even more as it would have made me feel better and not as nervous. After that though it was a very calm day and that's what I wanted after that frustration. 

So this is my last journal! I don't know why I'm doing it so late in the cycle but it's done. And that's all that matters. I skipped a few days which could have something to do with it. Some days I was just too tired to do a journal. I'm tired today but I want to finish this last one. I don't have anything special to talk about. Just happy to almost be done. I am excited for the testing but nervous and tired as well. Today was a long day. Master Chelley and I did a whole bunch or work. A lot of polishing up on Poom Saes. I feel confident that I will do a good job. And that's my last journal!

     Today we had a fire drill during 2nd period, and where my class is located, we go near the buses. While we were standing there my friend said that it wasn't smart standing near a bus if there is a huge fire. You if there was a big enough fire, it could burn the buses and their full of gas. So if something like that happened, we would all be dead. During Math, we were making a cheat sheet on a post card and tomorrow our teacher is going to cut half it off. Everyone is really worried, but I'm calling it a bluff.        That's all for today.

so last cycle Back Widow(Master Natashya) did a back handspring break and I am bringing it back and I will also do a head flip kick it is realy cool so yeah.

It has been a joy taking this black belt journey with you all. There was that moment in yesterday's black belt class when we were all in sync. We moved as one. It was a moment of presence, focus, perfection and togetherness. Of course, while noticing how great we were, I lost my concentration and messed up....but just before that moment we were perfect. ;-) I can truly say, I've done my best and given this my all. It may not be perfect or pretty....but that is not the point. I tried hard, I participated, I got over myself and never gave up.  This has been an awesome life experience and I'm better for it.

Today I had to go in early for work so I woke up and did my requirements. I just got home(it's 2:30) and I go back in at 5:30.

So last night the dogs keep barking.  They were both in my room so it was the loudest for me.  I hope they never do this again.

Today I ran 2 miles in the morning. Then I got ready for school. We learned a lot in school. I came home and ate a snack. I also got ready for TKD. I did black belt class because I wanted to review for the Black Belt Test. i came home and ate dinner. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night..

     Today I had to go to the library during ELA. Usually we go on Monday, but a lot of people had to finish a test including me. I actually had to go two times. Once to get a new book and the second time I asked the lady at the desk if she could hold on to a book for me when she got it. And she got while I was still in class so I went back. My Science project on the Periodic Table. I think I did pretty well. Even I totally forgot about it and started it on yesterday.      That's all for today.

Today I got to black belt and cracked down on my requirements and I am so proud of my self because I did 68 fooooorrrmmssss eehhhuuuu.

My school has something called the safety patrol. It is made up of only fifth graders and you have to do an application and write why safety patrol is necessary, how you show character every day at school, and how you get home. Once done with the application you turn it in to either your teacher or our PE teacher on the day you go to PE. Since I have been so busy with black belt cycle, I haven't finished the application yet. My dad just emailed the teacher to see if I could turn the application in late since I have been so busy. I want to be on safety patrol because I like helping out other people ad I've always admired the safety patrol members, and I am hoping I can get kids to want to be in safety patrol when they are in fifth grade.

Today I had school and had to take a math test. At TKD we did fitness style stuff today.

Crazy busy day at work and got a lot accomplished which was good.  Went to dojang to work with mentee but ended up not staying for class.  Yup I was not being hard headed instead listened to my body and decided to head home. 

I have finished all my requirements today. There is time to spare from when the cycle ends and when I head out the country.   

This weekend I was out of town and had no access to a computer and was working really hard to do what had to be done and go around DC all day. After that I've had three projects to work on and I am very stressed on trying to get everything done before tomorrow. Most is done but not all.

Today I ran 2 miles. I didn't get up early today because I didn't school today. I did my homework and my project the whole day. I also played xbox and played outside for a little while. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night. 

Had a great black belt class tonight but I am tired so it will be very little reading tonight and lights out.

My assistant was in a car accident and missed work today. Once again I was a one woman show...drawing blood, cleaning rooms, washing and autoclave get instruments...not to mention the actual physician stuff I regularly do. The day went well, I'm just tired. Nala has a slight limp...an old problem since she was a puppy. She is supposed to be taking it easy for two weeks, but every morning she begs to go with me on my run. She also gets her cardio in by running up and down the stairs like a crazy dog at 6:30 AM in the morning.  She is driving me and the cat crazy.      Today we had a half-day at school. I had my Social Studies Court Case today, we had to go fast because we only had 18 minutes of that class. We also had lunch which is new for me, because we never had lunch in my old school. Once i got picked up, my mom took me to Chick-fil-a. I took it home and watched some TV. The rest of the day I work on a Science project, homework, and requirements.      That's all for today.

Today was really quick!  I didn't have school so I slept in.  When my dad picked me up we droped Holden off at his friends house.  I went to my dads house whached two movies and then face timed my friend.  I lost track off time and ended up face timing her for a hour!!!  Than I went to tkd. After tkd my mom, my aunt, and me went to dinner.

Today was a lazy day at home. I didn't have to go to school and dad didn't make me go to King Tiger. So I got to stay home all day. Most of the day was spent watching videos and Netflix. I watched a couple TV shows then got bored and started playing a game. The TV shows were 2 animas called Bleach and Blue Exorcist. The game I played was called Brawl Halla. I wanted to play it with my brother but he was doing homework. After a while of that I got bored and started playing with my megablocks. Really a pretty quiet, uneventful day at home. 

  Today for some reason this Monday went by so quick I think that it is a Friday to be honest. Anyway it was a good day because I have no Math homework. I am so happy because I don’t have to worry about it so much. Plus I love that my teacher gives me a break and no stress about it. After that I was at the top of the class at the subject in science. It was the circulatory system. I watch a lot of educational video in science so you get good at it as time goes on. That is why I got a 10/10 at the end of the test. Today I did my requirements and school work. Now I need to go to work. So it's just the usual.

Today I ran 1 mile with my dad. After the run I ate breakfast and started on the remaining parts of my homework. Then I ate lunch and played some Xbox. Then I played outside for 4 hours. After I played outside I came home and ate dinner. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night.  

     I almost pulled a all-nighter, but I fell asleep around 5am. I couldn't go to sleep so I was just watching Netflix. I ended up waking up around 12pm. The rest of the day I did my requirements and watched Netflix. I also watched some football, sadly the Panthers lost against the Falcons. If you ask me they're are gonna fail this season. Anyway, my family went out for some ice cream. Once we got home we started watching the Steelers vs Chiefs game.       That's all for today.

yesterday I had my physical test and I did so well I got  a 103 I'm so proud of myself I did well on the physical but I know I could have done better but I'm proud I did good

So it was horrible. I cried after it was over. They had two chances and they threw 2 into the opponent's arms.  They took superman into the locker room for concussion protocol. Superman looked pretty shaken. This was even worse then the great tragedy. 

  This Sunday was a great one and I had so much fun I never want this day to end. But before I get in to what did my friend was here and He was having a sleepover with me. So the first thing we did was go outside and play basketball. After that we rode bikes and scooters and I had so much fun doing that. Then we ate breakfast and then relaxed for a bit and the got right into basketball again. We played basketball until he had to leave. Now I am just relaxing and watching TV. Today was fun and I enjoyed it. Thank you for reading and good night.

So my high light of the day was grocery shopping - -pretty bad.  Other than that I have slept most of the day.  Not very productive but thinking my body would not have allowed it if it didn't need it. 

Today I had a double at work so I couldn't do much, but before I left I did some stuff.

     Today was the Physical and Written test. I did pretty well, everyone passed the Written test which is good. I don't want to brag or anything but, I finished first out of all the 1st Dans in the 1.5 miles with a time of 11 min 6 secs. Just like last time when I finished first as a Bo Cho Dan. After Tae Kwon Do I got some Bojangles and went home. When I got home I just sat in my couch and watched TV the whole day.      That's all for today.

sooo I got a 99 becase Im stpid and did something aperently. And I ded bad on my run like 2 minutes bad I got 15.38 so yeah about 2minutes bad but i got it done so wahhooooo

So today was not the best of days, just need to get a good night sleep and hopefully feel better tomorrow.  I am optimistic- - - going to wake up with my head all clear and the knee will want to go for a run :). 

Today was a very tiring day. It was tiring because today we had the Physical and Written test. I did pretty good on the Physical test and I passed the Wriiten Test. After the testing we did black belt class. We did it outside because it was really nice outside. I came home and ate lunch and then I went to Dave and Buster. We played there for 2 hours. Then I came home and played outside with my friends for 4 hours. Then I came home and ate dinner. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night. 

Today was testing day. We had both the physical and written exams. On the physical exam, I could have done better. I got zero pull-ups but on everything else I did pretty well. I think I did really well on the plan section. I got four minutes and was tied with the other people that got first. On the written part I think I did kinda well. I passed and I think I did pretty well. I got, about, 9 or 10 questions wrong. That still counts as passing. I think some of the answers I studied were wrong so that didn't help.  

  Today was a very tiring one because it was the black belt test today. I think that tomorrow I will be really really sore in my abs. Today I worked my hardest and I am so proud of myself. Also good job to everyone on the cycle because we all passed. I am having so much fun too because I am having a sleepover with my friend Calvin. I am going to watch a movie with him soon. The movie that we are watching is called storks. I hear it is a very good movie and I think that we will like it. I am so tired after what i did a testing The rest of the night is going to be fun. Today was the physical/written test. I passed but I was exhausted. When I got home I did my homework and finished my daily requirements. Now I'm getting ready for work.

Today I woke up early and went to the gym to do requirements. Afterwards I went to black belt class. Finally I wend to scarowinds, again, with my friends.

     Today I had my test in ELA, and it was long. First we had a 50 multiple question test, then a sequence and true or false sheet, next was a vocab sheet, and finally we are doing a short answer questions next Monday. I also had a test in Math which was pretty easy, 24 questions. I also had a debate in Social Studies on real past cases, but we didn't have time for my debate so we are doing it on Tuesday. I also went to a house warming party for 2 hours, I had to came because I had to study tomorrow's written test.       That's all for today.

today was a very successful day. I had a test, two quizzes and i got a quiz grade back. I got an 88 on my English test. It was an analysis for the book "Things Fall Apart. I got an A on both my French and Biology quizzes and i surprisingly got a 100 on my math quiz from Wednesday. My grades right now are all A's and a B in bio. Hopefully I can get more focused after the cycle. All the work at night makes me very tired in the morning. We're almost done though!
