Today I had a baseball game and we got dominated I think we lost 13-4 but I'm not sure

Got in all my stuff today and just finished watching the blacklist and soon about to watch scorpion can't wait for it

Pretty uneventful day, work, dojang then home for dinner. Tired so retiring early this evening.

Today I did acrobatics for the first time and it was really fun. I did flips, somersaults, and monkey jumps. I really liked it.

Today I helped out with the family class. I also did a member session with Rachel. It was really fun: -)

I got a lot of credits in today. I feel so good of me. I also had a great day at school.

Today in black belt class we did stick poomses. My mentor and I went over staff form 1 and staff attack/defend. i have finished my burpees, pull-ups, and neccicary black belt classes! :) (that does not mean that i will stop doing them though).

I came home today did my homework and toke my dogs out. Once I was done with that I had to read before I went to tkd to get a mentor session, and The mentor session we worked on hapkito form 1 and sticks it was awesome!!!!!

I went to school today and then I had piano lessons. I was able to get my workout in and went to Sean’s soccer game. Today was a good day.

Short week. Tomorrow is the last day of school this week. Have a nice night...chat with everyone tomorrow.

Today since I completed push ups, sit ups, burpees, falls and kicks, my dad only had me do 10 sparring rounds, 10 minutes of jump rope and 2 rounds of self-defense (white through BD special).  I am happy since this is not as much as I usually have to do.

My sister and I just where facetiming Jacqueline. We were just talking about boring, only we might be inteserested. Other than that, it was a pretty awfull day at school. Exept for in art, we did plaster, and that was pretty fun.

Headed to school now. Doing ultimate frisbee in gym class, gonna be awesome.

Today I Helped My Dad With Some Yard Work. He Let Me Use The Weed Cutter By Myself. After We Finished Me, My Brother, And My Mom Went To Watch My Dad Umpire A Baseball Game. It Was Really Fun To Watch Except When My Little Brother Got Hit In The Head With A Foul Ball. Ouch! He's Ok.

Got a good amount of requirements done today. I think I might be allergic to mosquitoes because every time I'm outside I will have a few mosquito bites that are very large. 

Have known that things do not always go as planned but come on it's been consisent one step forward then two if not three back. Maybe this cycle was not met to be or its just me trying to juggle too much or I have finally gone completly nuts. Either way I am just going to keep plugging along and get done what it can even if it takes longer than planned. Met with the doc this morning and I am a proud owner of a frozen shoulder. Yup I gave him a look like are you joking! Gave me the techincal name but I was oblivious, just keep it simple doc- - -click those red shoes wave the wand and fix me- - -yup he laughed - - -not going to happen that way. Long and short injections in the shoulder, major ouch, then physical therapy starting next week. I...

Got up this morning and was feel awesome. Then went to work and was put on stand by , which means kick back day for me. 8 hr of doing every little. Yes I need it.The body is getting better.

Today I ran a mile and decided it would be fun to walk around selling cotton candy for the charity money. Too bad there aren't many kids in my neighborhood so it dinidn't work. :-(

Today was a really sleepy day for me. I was so sleepy I almost slept in class. It was pretty much a regular day for me. I had a lot of homework today though.

my weekend was really fun because I got to go to altons grill and it has really good food. I also got to go to kilingtons on got the best sandwich on the planet. I also watched the bills football game and got to eat ice cream cake. the bills lost but I really don't care.

Today I had Band Class and we had to watch a boring video and then take a test on that video so that made for a very boring period

Today I didn't really feel well in the beginning but got better towards the end of the day. I had a test in Spanish and I think I passed it with flying colors.

Today was a terrible Monday at school. Because people were talking the whole grade got silent lunch for the whole week. I wish people would learn when to keep their mouth shut. But otherwise today was a good day.

I have some math essay thingy, do every other week about these boring mathmeticians. This week it's Al Kharizmi. I had a nice day at school, went to the media center with Jooks and my sister.(Jooks is one of my besties) or also known as Jacqueline. I made an imovie trailer of us and my sister described it as "scary" it was pretty funny though.

I had fun at school today and received a math test back that I scored a 100 on. Did my requirements for the day. I am getting ready to go to my brothers soccer practice. After his pratice we will go to scouts.

i just got home and im eating a snack, but im still bored like usual.

just got back from the park and got my mile, pull-ups, and pushups in it was pretty hard to run up and down on the hills I also cut my leg on something

Slow pace, but got my longest run in recent memory in yesterday. Still way behind pace for my half marathon coming up in November. Taking a month off with my torn calf muscle really put me off. 6.5 miles yesterday. Next weekend 8?

What a great Sunday!!! Now just let's see the outcome of the game, not looking good for us. Cooked all morning for tailgate then took my nephew, and his friend, down when they got in town. Stayed for a bit then headed back to the house. Based on what I saw coming home I ran, had to mix some walking in with it, back down to our tailgate spot, got the truck and brought back home, then will head down and get the guys after the game. Only able to get a few requirements in but the ones I got in I am good with. Looking forward to a very productive week and a positive doctor appointment tomorrow.

Today was long.  Did alot of cleaning around the house in preparation for family coming over. I'm apparently not very sore after yesterday. 

Today I Went to church and I got to work the sound board. After church my friend came over to hangout.

Today my friend Dillon and I went to a corn maze. Dillon turned on his pedometer and we got in a little over a 5k! It was so much fun and we completed it in an 1hr and 38 min.

Today I ran two miles with my dog chip who has majorly been teaching respobsiblity, funny what u can learn from a pet. :-)

Today was an average day I did some requirements watched football and move on with my day so that is how my day went also yesterday with Master Jeffrey Gay was really cool

I had a AWESOME day. I went to the park with my TKD friends and did some sparring and running, plus poomsaes. For the rest of the time there we played tag or was swining.

Today was my b-day and we went to a restaurant, it was fun but I really didn't want to do some requirements

It was such a nice day out today! It made me have a good day today, i was motivated to go to the gym as soon as i woke up and finish my requirements. I have been doing well on my requirements but I am only concerned for my pull-ups. I feel as though even though I am practicing i won't be able to do one by physical test day. Other than that, I have been practicing everything and am able to do them! After the gym, i did my homework and then relaxed the rest of my Sunday!!

Today was my second day of selling soap for my community service project.  Even though most of the people that I planned to see were not home, I still had a good trip.  I am now over 100 dollars.

I had a nice day, my birthday, yah, it was nice. We went to a restaurant, and after that we went to Kerns road, ( one of the properties of land that we own) and visited our neighbors. We saw their adorable goats, they would eat anything, I had taken a really long, flexible branch, and I gave one end to one goat and the other end to the other, and they would just chew, chew, chew. It was pretty cute.

Had a fantastic time at Grandmaster Gay seminar yesterday. Thank you Master Evins for having a open mind and introducing us to different styles of martial arts. Now my shoulder enjoy it so much so it keep me up till about 1. I am investing money in ice packs and Ibuprofen.

I got my workout in and then watched some football with my Dad. I am getting ready to go to church. It has been a pretty busy weekend.

Hanging out with my dad this weekend , AGAIN! We are having fun and going to the panthers game later. WOOHOO.

I had a light day today. Very little TaeKwonDo. Down to the last few weeks.....will start working harder. There are only 3 days of school this week.

Today I got some new fish for my fish tank. I also finished up my random acts of kindness.

Today i am selling some more stuff on ebay to hopefully get some more money.

Today really enjoyed the seminar, it was a nice way to start of the day considering I have a huge pile of chores to do after. Anyway, I also had a mentee session with Rachel right before and I look forward to the next :-)

Yeeaahhh, It's Saturday! I Had To Get Up Early For Black Belt Class. After That I Got To Hang Out With Family. I Even Got To Go To My Favorite Park!

Today i cleaned up my room and our play room. my mom said we needed to get the house straightened up so my brother and i cleaned up for a while and then played in the back yard. We played our game of volleyball with beach balls and a soccer goal as our net. I worked on my essays some today with my mom.

Had a great time today at the Grandmaster Gay seminar - -very cool. Requirements had some issues today however for some insane reason I decided to become Forrest today. Got 4 miles in this morning before the seminar then jumped on the treadmill again tonight. Have family coming into town for the game tomorrow so I have a feeling that the weekend is not going to be as productive as I wanted but you never know - - - -.

Right know I'm in bed writing my journal...Today was SO FUN. I hope everyone was there because it was AWSOME we did these really cool palm, back of hand, and calf " hand shake" or at least that's what my sister and I called it. Anyways after we were done Master Evins called my sister and I and I thought it was over, I was odditing, I was just thinking what did we do? Then he called Master Hartle, all three to get the noodles, then I remebered its my birth day tomorrow :)

The seminar today was pretty cool. We learned some really good conditioning drills. My hands are now nice and bruised up. I ended up going to the international festival and got to see some capoeira it was a very cool demo.

The seminar was fun today I learned how to medetade and to condition my hands it was a really good experience to go to a different art and feel like a white belt again

I had fun today I went to sparring class in belmont and then helped some people get rid of some stuff they did not want. I came home and toke a shower,ate, and spent the rest of the day with my family.

Got up early and did a Blk Belt Mentor Session in Mint Hill. Worked on testing requirements. I did very good at everything.

Today I worked on my community service project, by selling the soap that I made for new skill.  I made $84 so far and I will be working on that for the next couple of days.  I am having lots of fun talking to neighbors and telling them about the black belt cycle.  

Grand Master Gays Seminar was today and it was a great! The time went by very fast because the conditioning warm up he taught us was so fun that everyone was very engrossed in it! It didn't feel like 1 hour and 45 minutes! After that seminar was over I went to my normal volunteer shift at CMC main at 2 and then went home to so my requirements!!

Today I went to sparring class and it was Master Shin's birthday so everyone had a donut after class. We all enjoyed it. After class I came home and did my requirements for today and worked on studying for the written test and did some meditation time since we didn't have much going on.

Today we had our garage sale! We earned one hundred and nineteen dollars from the garage sale. I also have some money for selling stuff on ebay. So altogether i have about one hundred and fifty dollars. But i still need more money.

Today I got to go to my masters sparring class which I haven't been in a long time I really enjoyed it.

Just got done running a solid two miles and did a lot of requirements. Get to have fun for the rest of the day.

I just woke up. We were supposed to go to swim practice, even if it started at 7:30, like you had to be their at 7:30, and my mom kind of gave us some slack, so we didnt go. I really sleepy, I always feel like dozing off at any moment or time.

today i just relaxed and played videogames and hung out with the family.

Today I had a sparing class and saw some pictures being taken. It was a rush to get there cause I had to run from my bus stop to my house to get to my moms car quick enough. Tomorrow I will have a mentee session with Rachel and I look forward to it though :-)

Had a nice review at BB class today. Im exited for the seminar tomorrow and am curious as to what will happen. Overall my day went well.

Today was long because I had Black Belt Class then I had baseball so I didn't get home till late and then had to a lot of stuff I could be up for a while  

Today since my sister got to spend the night with her friend, I got to go to my mom's work and stay their until it closed.  I got to play on the computers and check out a book.  When the library closed, my mom gave me a doughnut, then we got home and I got to play on my kindle until it was time to pick my dad up at Tae Kwon Do.  After picking him up we went out to eat at Cafe 157.  Then we came home and I am staying up late to work on requirements.   

Today was a awesome day! At school if we did our summer challenge work we got to go to a party today. We played and had snow cones. I brought home a beach ball and bubbles. My cousin Taylor had her birthday today. She is 7. Me and my brother Sean sang happy birthday to her and sent her a message.

Happy its Friday, very productive day. The stacks on my desk at work are seeing the light of day and left early so what a great start to the weekend. Went to South Charlotte and was able to get in a fair amount of requirements before testing, very thankful for that time. Testing went great as we had both a 5:00 and 6:00 group. Kids did fantastic and even better 3 adult white belt ladies rocked it!!!! Looking forward to the weekend, it will be crazy like most but that seems to be par for the course.

Today:today we had a half day at school. Later we ate at Lupies, with one of my best friends, and her mom and siblings. It was fun. Later my sister webt to Piano, while my mom and I went to the fresh market, and bought tons of stuff including those mini doughnuts, my sissy and i shared.yum.:)

Today is the final day for perpairing for the garage sale. It has been a lot of work but i will be glad to get some money for the cycle. I will have to get up early and going to bed late every night and being woken up for the last three days will NOT help. I am excited but super exhausted. I hope the garage sale will go well and i will earn most of my money for the black belt cycle.

I Stayed At Home All Day Today. That Doesn't Happen Very Often. I Did Schoolwork, Played Video Games And Did My Requirements.

Today is Friday. YAY!!!!! Today was a really good day. I got all my requirements done , it was a good day at school, and it's Friday! A day can't get any better.

Today after school I went for a nice jog by myself. My friends are also coming over for a sleep over at my house.

I just updated my ipad to ios8 and then i was trying to do my journal entry but it took such a long time so... but anyway i'm exited because this sunday is my b-day (and my twwns)

Ahhhhhh.I got it to work. today we did some great things in sparring, ladder drills, light contact sparring, and only a tiny bit of bag sparring. School was slow, Social Studies test, and Math test. I'm not as exited as I used to be when I was little, but in 3 days its my B-day!!!!!!!!!:)

Crazy day at work but that's the norm. Busy day/night at South Charlotte since it was photo day. One little tiger was so excited, got his belt tied, all spiffied up, so I say ready for your kodak moment. His answer- - -no I am getting my picture. Yup I am old!!! Good night in class with lots of kicking- - -green stripe week. Still struggling with trying to get requirements in but I will not get discouraged.

Well today was a good day with my mentee. They may be young but they love learning new things. Now only if I can get my teenagers to work like the two young ones. Had to cut back on my upper body requirements left shoulder dose not to play this week.
