Being on the Blackbelt cycle for two years, and having to complete 6 full cycles during that time, has allowed me to get way ahead of schedule just with regular workouts and classes.
My goal for this next Black Best test is to be in even better condition. Therefore, I plan to increase my workload as if I am on a brand new cycle, still needing 10 weeks worth of requirements (ie., 10,000 more push-ups and sit-ups, etc.).
Today is my first day of full new cycle training.
