NFL SUNDAY

Today was a great day. I woke up early to head over to the Jr. Instructors camp and lead a 50-minute session with 31 kids. We did a board-breaking drill, but with a twist: each student wrote something they find difficult on their board first. The goal was to give them a physical break through a mental obstacle—or at least spark that mindset. Everyone cheered each other on, and the overall flow of the class was fantastic.

After camp wrapped up, I came home and knocked out most of my daily requirements. Since it was NFL Kickoff Sunday, I spent plenty of time watching games while taking care of random chores around the house. I ended up crashing for about an hour nap mid-game; I must have been more exhausted than I realized.

Later in the evening, we grabbed dinner as a family and then headed to my in-laws' house to hang out and see off everyone who had come in for the party before they leave tomorrow.

Overall, it was a good day. My team is getting blown out right now, but hopefully, I can still catch a solid night of rest. Have a great week ahead!
