football

today i woke up late again and didnt have time for a morning workout. i got dressed and had bacon, eggs, a banana, milk, and a protein shake for breakfast, then packed up my stuff and got to the bus early. i slept on the bus even though i got a half hour extra sleep. in first block we read more of "Kaffir boy", its a very violent and sad book but we have to learn about these things to try to prevent them from happening in the future. in second block we got a free day because the other gym classes had other things to do and we had many choices but me and some other guys and a few girls played football. there were 3 teams of 5 or 6 because some people left or came back, i was a captain and my team was pretty good once one decent player had to leave and we got a great player in his place. i was quarterback for most of the plays and threw 3 or 4 touchdown passes, one of them was about 30 yards perfectly in his hands. then i was wide receiver and caught a couple great passes and ran my way for 3 touchdowns, the only bad part was i forgot to bring an extra shirt to change into after gym class. in third block we learned about glucose, insulin, diabetes, and enzymes, and what they have to do with each other. we also had to watch a video on what some major problems with enzymes are. in forth block we went over some good and bad Roman emperors, i got Nero who was by far the worst, he killed many people in his family, wasted money, bribed judges in athletic competitions to pick him, locked people in rooms to listen to his music, and burned down a large part of Rome and blamed it on the Christians, getting many of them killed in horrendous ways. on the bus ride home i slept because i knew that i would have to work hard to get all my requirements done when i got home. i got home and did half of my push ups and sit ups, did my sparring rounds and kicks, and ran the rest of my required running. i went to KTMH and helped out with the white belt to high yellow belt class, we worked on kwon sool and basic-intermediate kicks depending on belts. they weren't that bad and were obedient and organized, more than usual. during the break i did some requirements and part of a mentor session where he told me to do self defense. when class started we did a few forms then moved on to self defense where i finished up the rest of my self defense. then we worked on kicks, all the higher belt kicks. after class was over i finished my requirements, then i learned sparring attack, not defense, and i learned knife self defense 1-4. when i got home i took a shower and ate dinner, i had, teriyaki chicken for dinner and it gave me the protein i needed. now i need to do homework then go to sleep so i can be ready for tomorrow, i will try to wake up early to get requirements done.
