     So today I didn't do much, again. I did all my requirements and watched TV. My parents had to go out to do some shopping so I was stuck with my little sister for about 2 hours. I also went to the AAU Sparring Seminar at Black Belt World. There was about 24 people and only me, D'Andre, and his younger brother Gregory were from King Tiger. D'Andre and me were originally planning on sparring with each other. Then, Grandmaster Cann (She was in charge of the seminar.) said that we were from the same school so we couldn't spare each other. She made both of us and Gregory spare some of these black belts who were pros. The were about maybe 11-13, but the were crazy good. One of the kicked me in the face and I got my lip busted. But, it was good practice fighting kids that are better than you. It also helps you get better. That's all for today.
