A good MLK Day
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that". Martin Luther King. On this day on which we celebrate the legacy of a great American I volunteered as a Exam Proctor for the American Culinary Federation. While this is done on a volunteer basis, I truly enjoy doing it. Had a really good workout session later in the afternoon with some folks from the Lake Norman dojang. Ran 2 miles did jump rope rounds, sparring rounds and poomsaes. Hoping to continue spreading the love and light in the world.
