Today I did some of my physical requirements with my friend. It was cool having a friend as a partner. He enjoyed working out, his dad was with us and also used the workout items with us. We pushed each other and had fun.

Today I did Bible study with my dad at home. My dad talked about how we should follow god and listen to what he says no matter if were rich, or poor you should never go against God. He also talked about how Jesus was crucified and raised from the dead. I enjoyed listening to him tell us about what the Bible said. Our whole family has already decided to follow God.

Today at King Tiger my little brother, Trent, was taking class with me. I got to watch him experience one of his first sparring classes with me. He did great! He learned how to counter at sparring, I watched him slowly learning the techniques and understanding them.
