Watching Them Become Leaders
It's pretty amazing to watch students grow from little kids learning how to stand at attention into Black Belts, Junior Instructors, and eventually instructors who are helping teach the next group of students. Sometimes that growth happens so gradually that you don't notice it until suddenly you look at them and realize just how far they've come. Those are some of my favorite Tae Kwon Do moments.
