Yesterday was a major bad hair day but thankfully it's over. Crazy busy at work, after work stopped at client's to take care of some items - - of course issues - -ended there a couple hours then lifting - -doing some things I should not have been - -and ouch the shoulder nicely reminded me I was making a bad decision. Got home then ended up on a call with client for over an hour. Long and short by time I was done preparing & eating dinner I was toast. No requirements or anything other than good night time. Even thought I am behind I am not going to short cut myself on requirements. I said at the beginning that I would not count any of my walking as running - -unless it was having to power walk a short bit on a run to get thru the run and on my meditation it could only be if I was doing a straddle stretch against the wall. So no physical requirements yesterday and even further behind. It's all good today is another day and let's see what I can accomplish after work today.
