sweat

today i woke up with what i like to call a "weekend hangover" where you are thrown off by getting 2 days in the weekend to get up and go to sleep when you want, it was bad and i hate getting up on mondays, but i did. i got dressed knowing it was going to be cold outside, then i had waffles, cheerios, bacon, milk, and a protein shake for breakfast, then packed up my stuff and went out the door. i slept on the bus and i dont even remember the ride to school. in first block we took a quiz on "kaffir boy", which i did well on i think, then spent the rest of class reading, we are really far into it now, halfway at least. second block we got dressed then went straight to volleyball on the tennis courts, we are playing in a tournament so we pick our own teams, mine is my friends Josh, Jasmine, and Carolina. we won our first game 11-2 then faced another team (who wasnt honest with their scoring) and lost 8-11, i didnt make a big deal because its just a game. third block we learned about passive and active transport, how the cell membrane lets molecules in and out through things like diffusion and osmosis, all really boring stuff but i think i understand. forth block we learned about the differences in art between 500 BC-500 AD, the medieval ages, and the renaissance, they made paintings, sculptures, mosaics, and how they depict the people, big, small, defined, fit, 3d, 2d, if they include sports, religion, clothing, facial expression, ect. i found this easy to distinguish since there were different things and influences at each times, you can tell what art was from what era. i played on my phone on the bus home and am trying to set up for me to hang out with my sister this friday night. i went home and went for a run then had a snack before i went to the white belt class to help out at KTMH. we worked on orange stripe, self defense, and forms all class, we made sure they punched with the right hand, had a good stance, a loud ki ap, and did everything correctly as best as we could. they seemed to be getting better and soon we will have a big class of high white belts. in the class after which i took we worked on forms all class trying to see if the yellow and high yellow belts could preform just as good or even better than the rest of the green belt and higher class, in the end we got alot done so that in itself made me happy. i went home and finished my workout, then did workouts that worked other muscles not included in the requirements, i was very sweaty in the end. i took a shower and cleaned my bathroom, i just had meatballs for dinner, now i just need to do homework then relax until its time for bed, i need more sleep today was tiring.
